Rodzina tatarska była środowiskiem edukacyjnym dla kolejnych pokoleń. Jej wpływ edukacyjny był kluczowy dla zachowania odrębności. Rodziny tatarskie działały zgodnie z podstawowymi funkcjami, które pozostawały niezmienne przez wieki, jedynie ich znaczenie i nacisk mogły zmieniać się wraz z gospodarczymi, społecznymi i kulturowymi zmianami, wpływającymi na środowisko rodzinne. Celem artykułu jest analiza rodziny tatarskiej jako podstawowego środowiska edukacyjnego, stanowiącego podstawę dla zachowania kulturowej i religijnej odrębności tatarskiej społeczności. To zagadnienie zostanie zaprezentowane przez ukazanie głównych problemów i trudności w przekazie rodzinnym oraz propozycji przeciwdziałania dysfunkcjonalności w rodzinach tatarskich w okresie międzywojennym, czyli w latach 1919–1939.
The Tatar family was an educational environment for successive generations. Its educational influence was essential in the process of the preservation of their own indiiduality. Tatar families acted according to basic functions, which have stayed the same for centuries, only their significance and stress could change depending on economic, social, and cultural changes influencing the family environment. The aim of the following article is an analysis of Tatar families as a basic educational environment being a basis of preservation of cultural and religious differences of Tatar communities. That question will be presented by showing main problems and difficulties in the family transfer and proposals of counteraction against educational dysfunction in Tatar families in the interwar period, i.e. in the years 1918–1939.

RESEARCH OBJECTIVE: To show the role of law in shaping parental culture. THE RESEARCH PROBLEM AND METHODS: The influence of law on the formation on parental culture based on the analysis and synthesis of the output of pedagogical, legal and management sciences. THE PROCESS OF ARGUMENTATION: The starting point for the discussion is the claim that the main educational actors must work together as partners. I argue that, based on the idea of partnership, parental culture is an important element of building relationships between school and home. I also examine the legal, social and political conditions for the functioning of a public school and the dual model of education management that is currently implemented in Poland. Legal solutions are seen as factors that can interfere with the process of community involvement. For this reason, I look at a solution that has been proposed in the science of law (pedagogy of law): the use of the educational impact of law through legal education among parents. The final part indicates the areas in which the school principle as an educational leader can exert influence. RESEARCH RESULTS: To determine the possibility of applying the pedagogical approach of community involvement in schools. This solution is based on the findings of legal sciences on the development of civil and responsible society, represented by parents of students. CONCLUSIONS, INNOVATIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: The recommendation emphasizes the importance of the legal context of community involvement.
CEL NAUKOWY: Ukazanie roli prawa w kształtowaniu kultury rodzicielskiej. PROBLEM I METODY BADAWCZE: Wpływ prawa na kształtowanie się kultury rodzicielskiej na podstawie analizy i syntezy systemowej literatury. PROCES WYWODU: Punktem wyjścia do rozważań jest teza o konieczności współdziałania podstawowych środowisk wychowawczych. Następnie przywołana zostaje kategoria kultury rodzicielskiej jako istotnego elementu budowania opartych na idei partnerstwa relacji na linii szkoła – dom. Równolegle skonfrontowana ona zostaje z krajowymi prawno-ustrojowymi uwarunkowaniami funkcjonowania szkoły publicznej i realizowanym obecnie dualnym modelem zarządzania oświatą. Jako propozycję neutralizacji hamującego proces uspołecznienia wpływu rozwiązań normatywnych wskazano rozwiązanie proponowane w nauce prawa (pedagogika prawa) – wykorzystania wychowawczego wpływu prawa poprzez rozwijanie edukacji prawnej wśród rodziców. W końcowej części wskazano obszary, w których dyrektor jako edukacyjny przywódca może tego typu oddziaływania podejmować. WYNIKI ANALIZY NAUKOWEJ: Ustalenie możliwości realizacji pedagogicznej ścieżki uspołecznienia w warunkach oświatowych z wykorzystaniem dorobku nauk prawnych dotyczącego rozwoju obywatelskiego i odpowiedzialnego społeczeństwa, reprezentowanego przez rodziców uczniów. WNIOSKI, INNOWACJE, REKOMENDACJE: Sformułowano rekomendację dotyczącą wagi formalnego kontekstu uspołecznienia.

It’s not easy to discuss,and think about the pedagogy when the nation suffers during the military conflict and invasion, which was the case of Poland during the Second World War – during such dramatic times the priority is survival. However, many years after the war, it is worth pointingout the effort and the dedication of teachers/educators who stayed with their students until the end. They remained in schools, orphanages and other educational institutions where kids could need them. Based on documents, literature and the personal experiencesof the author, the paper “Survive and save your identity” describes in a detail the activity of the Female Scouts who were the part of the RGO, an Organisation For the Youth of Warsaw in the years 1939-1945. The article manifests the importance of pedagogical and moral principles during the nations fight for survival.

Opis:
The article focuses on the possibilities of using crowdsourcing in the professional training of education managers. We have considered the most widespread in education types and items of crowdsourcing, as intellectual crowdsourcing, crowd-recruiting and crowd-funding, among its variety in business, social and public spheres. Its essence and ways of application are determined for the process of the education managers training. The most widespread directions of educational crowd-funding are analyzed: fund raising for own education; co-financing science; attracting funds for classroom equipment. We have distinguished significant advantages of using crowdsourcing in education and professional training of education managers based on the analysis of the relevance and usage models of crowdsourcing technologies in business, social and public spheres. Beyond that, we have investigated possible models of crowdsourcing usage enhancing the professional training of education managers: ideas collecting on the organization of the educational process, informing research and knowledge generation, and using the crowd to redesign learning. The given models of crowdsourcing usage include the organization, methodology and trained personnel pointed to deal with certain developmental tasks according to specific conditions, such as collecting and processing information, collecting and processing constructive ideas, collecting proposals for draft documents, forming a pool of independent experts. Joint application was stated for examples to facilitate encouragement of the innovation meaning how crowdsourcing could aid to raise educational standards.
Artykuł skupia się na możliwości wykorzystania croudsourcing w szkoleniu zawodowym managerów edukacyjnych. Przedstawiono najbardziej rozpowszechnione w edukacji typy i przedmioty croudsourcingu, takie jak: croudsourcing intelektualny, croud- recruiting i croud- funding oraz ich różnorodność w sferze biznesowej, społecznej i publicznej. Jego istotę i sposoby zastosowania określa się w procesie szkolenia managerów edukacyjnych. Przeanalizowano najbardziej rozpowszechnione kierunki croud- fundingu edukacyjnego:pozyskiwanie funduszy na własną edukację; współfinansowanie nauki; pozyskiwanie funduszy na wyposażenie klasowe. Na podstawie analizy znaczenia i modeli użytkowania technologii croudsourcingu w sferach - biznesowej, społecznej i publicznej, wyróżniono największe zalety korzystania z croudsourcingu w edukacji i szkoleniu zawodowym managerów edukacyjnych. Poza tym prześledzono możliwe modele użytkowania croudsourcingu, aby ulepszyć szkolenie zawodowe managerów edukacyjnych: zbieranie informacji na temat organizacji procesu edukacyjnego, informowanie o badaniach i generowaniu wiedzy oraz wykorzystywanie tłumu do przedefiniowania procesu uczenia się.Zaprezentowane modele wykorzystania croudsourcingu obejmują: organizację, metodologię oraz wyszkolony personel, wskazany w celu radzenia sobie z pewnymi zadaniami rozwojowymi, zgodnie z określonymi warunkami, takimi jak: zbieranie i przetwarzanie informacji, zbieranie i przetwarzanie konstruktywnych pomysłów, zbieranie propozycji projektów dokumentów, tworzenie puli niezależnych ekspertów. Sformułowano wniosek dotyczący dobrych praktyk, ułatwiających wspieranie innowacji, mówiący o tym w jaki sposób croudsourcing mógłby pomóc w podniesieniu standardów edukacyjnych.

Przedmiotem niniejszego artykułu jest charakterystyka polityki polonijnej prowadzonej przez Polskę w latach 2015-2020 na podstawie stosunków z Polonią amerykańską. Autorka przybliższa czytelnikowi zarówno aspekty formalne, w tym instrumenty prawne oraz instytucjonalne, jak również przedstawia wybrane przykłady praktycznych działań podejmowanych w ramach owej polityki. Rozważania rozpoczęto od zwięzłego przedstawienia historii Polonii na terytorium dzisiejszych Stanów Zjednoczonych. Bazując na dostępnych publikacjach, opisano rolę, jaką odegrali obywatele Polski w budowaniu i rozwoju pierwszych amerykańskich osad. Tym samym wskazano na początek współpracy polsko-amerykańskiej, która widoczna jest po dziś dzień. Na koniec przedstawiono statystyki związane ze współczesną Polonią zamieszkującą Stany Zjednoczone. W dalszej kolejności wskazano na podstawy prawne regulujące prowadzenie polityki polonijnej przez Polskę. Ze względu na mnogość norm prawnych w tym zakresie, autorka odniosła się jedynie do wybranych. W ramach tego zagadnienia omówiono również podstawowe instytucje, którym powierzono zadania na rzecz Polonii. Następnie omówione zostały przykłady praktycznych działań, których podjęły się polskie instytucje. Pośród nich znalazły się wsparcie finansowe polonijnych placówek edukacyjnych i kulturowych oraz mediów publicznych oraz współpraca z rządem Stanów Zjednoczonych dotycząca włączenia Polski do programu bezwizowego. W konkluzji należy dojść do wniosku, że w ostatnich latach polityka polonijna prowadzona była na dobrym poziomie. Polski rząd podejmuje się współpracy z różnymi przedstawicielami środowisk polonijnych, w tym z licznymi placówkami edukacyjnymi czy organizacjami pozarządowymi. Pozwala to na znacznie efektywniejsze zaspokojenie potrzeb członków Polonii amerykańskiej. Należy jednak zastanowić się nad lepszym usystematyzowaniem regulacji – być może w ramach jednego katalogu norm – oraz nad stworzeniem w Stanach Zjednoczonych przedstawicielstwa instytucji zajmujących się tą materią.
The publication describes the Polish policy regarding the Polish diaspora from 2015 to 2020. The base of the article is the relationship with the Polish-American community. The author covers not only formal aspects, including legal and institutional instruments but also presents selected examples of practical activities undertaken within this policy. The article starts with a summary of the history of the Polish diaspora in the territory of today’s United States. The author described the role played by Polish citizens in the building and development of the first American settlements. That was a cornerstone of Polish American cooperation that is vital for both nations till the present times. Lastly, the author presented facts and numbers related to contemporary Polish diaspora living in the United States. In the next part, the author points out the regulations regulations which are base for these policy. Due to the multitude of legal norms in this area, the article focuses on selected several regulated areas. In this part the author also touches on the topic of the institutions dedicated to conduct activities in this sector. In the following part publication focuses on examples of practical activities undertaken by Polish institutions. These included financial support for Polish educational and cultural institutions and public media, as well as cooperation with the US government and inviting Poland in the visa-waiver program. In conclusion, the Polish policy on the relation with the diaspora was at a sufficient level. The Polish Government continuously cooperates with various representatives of the Polish community. This attitude allows the Government to act effectively and meet the expectations of the Polish-American community. We need to keep in mind that a multitude of regulations might look inconsistent. Therefore it would be appropriate to codify the regulations in one document. It would be also considered to create a representative office in the United States for this matter.

W artykule poruszony został problem odpowiedzialności wychowawczej. Funkcję rodziców w tym zakresie odniesiono do roli asystenta wspólnoty „Arka”, poszukując pewnych analogii w funkcjonowaniu obu wspólnot. Jean Vanier – założyciel „Arki”, opisując rolę asystenta we wspólnocie, określa istotę jego odpowiedzialności. Wskazuje na fakt, iż odpowiedzialność wiąże się z przyjęciem roli autorytetu, przy jednoczesnej świadomości własnych braków. Podkreśla znaczenie relacji interpersonalnych i wskazuje na zadania spoczywające na „odpowiedzialnym” z nimi związane. Uczy, jak przyjmować odpowiedzialność i jak się nią dzielić. W artykule dokonuje się odniesienia powyższych wskazań do odpowiedzialności wychowawczej rodziców.
The article discusses the problem of educational responsibility. The role of parents in this area was referred to the role of the assistant of the “l’Arche” community, looking for some analogies in the functioning of both communities. Jean Vanier – the founder of the “l’Arche”, describes the role of the assistant in the community and determines the essence of his responsibility. He points to the fact that responsibility involves accepting the role of authority and recognizing one’s own deficiencies. He emphasizes the importance of interpersonal relations and points to the tasks that lie with the “responsible” in “l’Arche”. It shows how to take responsibility and how to share it. The article refers to the above indications to parental responsibility.

Opis:
The article undertakes the problem of pedagogical mildness. It is an attempt to define the concept in the spirit of personalist education and to show the ways of practically carrying it into effect; it also compares it with theses of anti-pedagogy (in the context of the concept of educational permissiveness). The attitude of educational mildness understood in this way is closely connected with educational love as the leading value guiding interpersonal relations. Harmonized relations between the educator and the pupil, educational atmosphere of friendship and warmth, aiming at the good and development of the pupil, the element of understanding, forgiveness, and also of rational consideration of the educational situation on the side of the educator are characteristic features of mildness in education. They find their practical expression in the work of the reliable educator. The problems of the place that spontaneity and guiding, commonness and individuality as well as self-education should take in the conception of pedagogical mildness have been also undertaken. According to the conception, educational effect appears as „mild directing”, and spontaneity of the educational situations is „relative spontaneity” determined by the borderlines of the principles and values that are binding. The community and individual dimension of education condition each other, and self-education is an essential element in the process of value interiorization and of personal formation of a man. The whole of the tackled issue is an attempt to answer the questions about the proper relation between the pedagogue and the pupil and about understanding the role and way of expressing mildness in education, which questions are asked in many educational circles today.

Artykuł poświęcony jest odpowiedzi na pytanie, czy o szkole można myśleć jako o laboratorium wspólnoty. Analizie zostały poddane obrazy rozmaitych relacji funkcjonujących w środowisku szkolnym, które przynosi literatura różnych epok. Wskazano te kierunki w edukacyjnej praktyce, które pozwalają na rozwijanie kultury współbycia, zapobiegającej zjawiskom wykluczenia czy ostracyzmu. Inspiracji do takiego ujęcia dostarczyła koncepcja humanistyki skierowanej ku przyszłości, którą Ewa Domańska nazwała prefiguratywną. W myśl tej idei celem humanistyki jest wyobrażanie sobie jutra i kształtowanie jego możliwych scenariuszy. Podejście antropologiczne pozwoliło na połącznie perspektywy literaturoznawczej i pedagogicznej. Za podstawę myślenia o szkole jako laboratorium wspólnoty uznano praktykowanie eutoryki (termin wprowadzony przez Dorotę Korwin-Piotrowską, która opisała również tę dziedzinę retoryki).
The article is dedicated to answering the question of whether school can be thought of as a laboratory of community. The analysis focuses on the images of various relations functioning in the school environment which are present in literature of different epochs. Indicated are these directions in educational practice which allow the development of the culture of coexistence that prevents the phenomena of exclusion or ostracism. The inspiration for such an approach was provided by the concept of future-oriented humanities, which Ewa Domańska called prefigurative. According to this idea, the objective of humanities is to imagine tomorrow and shape its possible scenarios. The anthropological approach made it possible to combine the literary and pedagogical perspectives. The practice of eutorics (a term introduced by Dorota Korwin-Piotrowska, who also described this field of rhetoric) was considered the basis for thinking about school as a laboratory of community.

Opis:
The authors present the results of research carried out in the 2017/2018 academic year among foreign languages teachers at eight higher education institutions. The aim of the study was to find out the connection between the participation activity rate of foreign languages teachers in specially focused network pedagogical communities and the level of professional self-realization through their self-efficacy. We used methods of mathematical statistics, computer data processing and discursive reflextion for drawing logical conclusions from experimental data. 267 foreign languages teachers from Ukrainian universities participated in the first stage of research. During the second stage, 108 selected foreign languages teachers completed a questionnaire for collecting data and evaluating the level of their self-efficacy. Results indicate a significant difference in the professional self-realization levels among the members and non-members of specially focused network communities and confirm the suggested hypothesis.

In 2014 the ongoing armed conflict in Ukraine forced thousands of people to leave their homes and seek refuge elsewhere. The number of officially registered internally displaced persons (IDPs) has exceeded 1.76 million. More than 300 thousand of them are children. The aim of the paper is to present the results of sociological research “Study of socio-psychological needs of school-age children, displaced from the Anti-Terrorist Operation Zone (ATO)”. Quantitative and qualitative research methods, the survey of parents and teachers who work with IDP children have been applied. Results show IDP children do not have specific needs the satisfaction of which would require a separate intervention. On the contrary, there is a need for maximum integration in the social environment of the host community. The research was conducted within the framework of the project “Integration Through Dialogue”, 2015–2017, with the support of the European Commission.

Autorka analizuje zmiany, jakie w ostatnich latach nastąpiły w dostępie do różnych form wychowania przedszkolnego na wsi. Zwraca uwagę zarówno na poziom upowszechnienia tej edukacji, jak i jej jakość. W konkluzji zwraca uwagę na szanse, jakie dla wiejskiej edukacji przedszkolnej rodzi wcielona w życie idea szkoły środowiskowej.
The article addresses the postulate of providing equal educational opportunities for children from rural areas through pre-school education. It presents both the barriers as well as opportunities that exist in this area. The author analyses the changes that have occurred in recent years in the access to various forms of preschool education in the country. Both the level at which this education has been spread as well as its quality are highlighted. In conclusion, the attention is drawn to the opportunities provided to the pre-school education in rural areas by the implemented idea of community school.

Działania promocyjno-edukacyjne, do których można zaliczyć promocję zdrowia oraz edukację zdrowotną, stanowią integralną część działań podejmowanych przez podmioty środowiskowego modelu opieki psychiatrycznej. Promocja zdrowia jest procesem polegającym na umożliwianiu ludziom zwiększania wpływu na własne zdrowie i jego poprawę, zaś edukacja zdrowotna pozwala na przekazanie wiedzy, jak dbać o zdrowie. Dodatkowo, promocja zdrowia jest często łączona z działaniami o charakterze prewencji psychologicznej. W artykule zwrócono szczególną uwagę na promocję zdrowia psychicznego. Ponadto nakreślono rolę i zadania asystentów zdrowienia w środowiskowym modelu opieki psychiatrycznej oraz ich udział w środowiskowych działaniach profilaktyczno-promocyjnych. Wskazano również na efekty i perspektywy dla rozwoju działań promocyjno-edukacyjnych. 
Promotional and educational activities, which may include health promotion and health education, constitute an integral part of activities undertaken by entities of the environmental model of psychiatric care. Health promotion is a process of enabling people to increase their influence on their own health and its improvement, and health education allows for the transfer of knowledge on how to take care of health. Additionally, health promotion is often combined with psychological prevention activities. The article pays particular attention to the promotion of mental health. Moreover, the role and tasks of recovery assistants in the community model of psychiatric care and their participation in community preventive and promotional activities were outlined. The effects and prospects for the development of promotional and educational activities were also indicated.
