Opis:: Aim. The empirical study of gender differences in the dispositional mental states of university teachers who were internally displaced during martial law. Methods. A combined research strategy was used, integrating the methods for comparing samples of female and male participants. The different types of dispositional mental states of the respondents were identified by the author’s methodology for the study of dominant mental states. Results. It was discovered that the respondents’ psychological content parameters showed statistically significant gender-based differences. Group 1 prevailed in terms of anxiety (U = 855.0; p = .000). Group 2 prevailed in terms of self-control (U = 975.0; p = .001); awareness of events (U = 707.5; p = .000); expected attitude (U = 1074.0; p = .006); expected result (U = 1067.0; p = .006) and psychological well-being (U = 1113.5; p = .014). The dispositional mental states of a female sample of internally displaced university teachers were represented by five components with a total variation of ∑d = 74.527%. The male sample had four factors with a total variation ∑d = 94.442%. It was stated that there were significant differences between the dispositional mental states of female and male teachers in terms of formal characteristics and content loading of components. Conclusions. The scientific value of empirical facts about the dispositional mental states of university teachers who were internally displaced as a result of wartime action is justified. The importance of incorporating the discovered results into scientific and educational processes is emphasised.

Opis:: The study aims to assess the professional training needs of employees of the two institutional actors for the protection of children’s rights in Ukraine; identify factors shaping these needs. The data were obtained through an online survey of 452 people. Employees of two services differently assessed the importance of certain groups of competencies in their work that is related to the historic accounts of services’ responsibilites. The needs in education are mostly correlated with the experience of workers in the implementation of difficult tasks that require knowledge and skills related to the fundamentals of work in the area of child protection, as well as competencies to establish rapport with families.

Opis:: The mini-research deals with the nature, structure and functions of managers’ intercultural professional interaction competence as a form of social interaction. Managers are the leading element in the social interaction "businesses - society", on the one hand, they bear the burden of social responsibility, on the other, they have to sacrifice their individual values to meet the requirements of their companies and company’s owners and make professional decisions that conflict their personal ones. It may lead to “moral schizophrenia‟ [1, p. 25], because managers lack knowledge of social problems, skills of a decision-maker, and experience in this field. The analysis of the scientific research in this field has shown that the term “intercultural competence” is mostly conceptualized as an individual’s capacity to interact with people who represent different cultures. But the term “intercultural professional interaction competence” has not been defined yet. The nature, structure and functions of the phenomenon have been identified on the multidisciplinary approach base as the following: it is a joint productive activity based on agent-agent relations; it is a form of social responsibility; the nature of intercultural professional interaction is communication that has the multilevel structure; each level of the structure has its aim, function, means of interaction that influence the communicating strategy of conversational partners and, therefore, the outcome of intercultural professional interaction. The article highlights pedagogical conditions of training managers intercultural professional interaction as one of managers’ professional competence, such as: 1) creation of intercultural professional communicative learning environment; 2) facilitating communication; 3) students’ self-managed and autonomous learning. The principles specific for training will-be managers the professional intercultural interaction are the principle of the rationality in the relationships and the harmonization of the relationships.

We achieved the goals of axiological analysis of conceptual and categorical apparatus with regard to the problem of professional training of future public management specialists on the basis of scientific schools of managerialism in philosophical, psychological and pedagogical and managerial literature; we established the semantics of organization of professional training of future public management specialists for teaching activity ; we justified the structure of professional competence of future public management specialists. We applied a set of methods – axiological analysis, systemic and institutional for semantics of the training management system in higher education institutions and the development of methods for organizing professional training of future public management specialists for teaching activity; method of analogy and probabilistic modeling.

Opis:: Abstract. This article presents the results of scientific-pedagogical research, which consisted in identifying the ways of professional training of future sports managers in different countries all over the world. With support in the pedagogic-comparative study, the author has found out that effective management in the field of physical culture and sports requires highly qualified staff. The research was performed under the critical-dialectical approach. Research methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison, and generalization were used to study the professional training of future sports managers. The educational process of training future managers in sport in higher educational establishments of such countries as The United Kingdom, Germany, and Australia was researched by the author. The study revealed the best higher educational establishments, training programs, and educational system when training future sports managers in highly developed countries. The author pointed out the main disciplines that were taught to future sports managers in different universities. The present article mentions that it is possible to qualify as a manager in sports activities in two levels of education: the first level (bachelor`s degree) and the second level (master`s degree). The author of the article substantialized the importance and the necessity of professional training of future sports managers. Thus, having the necessary professional knowledge, sports managers help athletes and sports organizations to plan, coordinate, control certain processes related to their professional activities, prepare for competitions of various levels, and achieve high sports results. It was also mentioned that during the process of professional training of sports managers, students gain important skills, tools, and techniques needed in the future in their professional activities.
W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań naukowo-pedagogicznych, które polegały na identyfikacji sposobów doskonalenia zawodowego przyszłych menedżerów sportowych w różnych krajach świata. Przy wsparciu w badaniu pedagogicznoporównawczym autorka stwierdziła, że efektywne zarządzanie w zakresie kultury fizycznej i sportu wymaga wysoko wykwalifikowanej kadry. Badania przeprowadzono w podejściu krytyczno-dialektycznym. Metody badawcze analizy, syntezy, porównania i uogólnienia zostały wykorzystane do zbadania przygotowania zawodowego przyszłych menedżerów sportowych. Autorka badała proces edukacyjny kształcenia przyszłych menedżerów sportowych w szkołach wyższych takich krajów jak Wielka Brytania, Niemcy i Australia. Badanie ujawniło najlepsze uczelnie wyższe, programy szkoleniowe i system edukacyjny do szkolenia przyszłych menedżerów sportowych w krajach wysoko rozwiniętych. Autorka wskazała na główne dyscypliny, których uczono przyszłych menedżerów sportowych na różnych uczelniach. W artykule wspomniano, że istnieje możliwość uzyskania kwalifikacji kierownika zajęć sportowych na dwóch poziomach kształcenia: I (licencjat) i II (magister). Autorka artykułu zmaterializowała wagę i konieczność profesjonalnego przygotowania przyszłych menedżerów sportowych. Dzięki temu, mając niezbędną wiedzę zawodową, menedżerowie sportowi pomagają sportowcom i organizacjom sportowym planować, koordynować, kontrolować niektóre procesy związane z ich działalnością zawodową, przygotowywać się do zawodów na różnych poziomach i osiągać wysokie wyniki sportowe. Wspomniano również, że w procesie doskonalenia zawodowego menedżerów sportowych studenci zdobywają ważne umiejętności, narzędzia i techniki potrzebne w przyszłości w ich aktywności zawodowej.

Opis:: The article foreground the problem of the Internet usage for information exchange, the search for new knowledge and free access to educational services in the process of obtaining higher education in order to ensure lifelong learning of the individual. The names of domestic scholars having developed the issues of specialists training in higher educational institutions are given as well as the usage of computer technologies in the educational process and the content of training within the educational and professional program “Christian Pedagogy in Higher Education”. The content of the article analyzes the level of elaboration and feasibility of the united system of computer networks for theinformation exchange between scientific and pedagogical workers involved in the educational process and applicants for higher education; research methodology and its objectis determined. The results of given scientific work contain task assignment for future teachers training in Christian pedagogy, the general content of the relevant educational and professional program, the existing informational and educational environment, Internet communication channels. The article represents the essence and gives examples of mobile learning of students using the communication channel- Viber.
W artykule przedstawiono problematykę użytkowania Internetu w celu wymiany informacji, poszukiwania wiedzy i wolnego dostępu do usług edukacyjnych w procesie zdobywania wyższego wykształcenia w ramach realizacji nauki przez całe życie. Podano nazwiska krajowych naukowców, którzy rozwinęli problematykę szkoleń specjalistów w instytucjach edukacji wyższej. Zaprezentowano także sposób użytkowania technologii komputerowych w procesie edukacyjnym i opisano przebieg szkolenia w ramach edukacyjno-zawodowego programu Pedagogika chrześcijańska w edukacji wyższej. W artykule przeanalizowano stopień opracowania i zastosowania zintegrowanego systemu sieci komputerowej do wymiany informacji pomiędzy naukowcami i pracownikami naukowymi zaangażowanymi w proces edukacyjny oraz kandydatami na studia wyższe; określono metodologię badań i jej przedmiot. Wyniki przedstawionej pracy naukowej zawierają listę zadań dla przyszłych nauczycieli szkolących w zakresie pedagogiki chrześcijańskiej, zasadniczą treść programu edukacyjno-zawodowego, opis istniejącego środowiska informacyjnego i edukacyjnego oraz programów komunikacji internetowej. Artykuł przedstawia istotę i podaje przykłady mobilnej nauki studentów z użyciem komunikatora Viber.

Opis:: The article substantiates the advisability of using pedagogical innova-tive technologies in teaching English to masters of philology in higher education institutions of Ukraine regarding state legislation and regula-tory acts and provisions of the Pan-European recommendations on lan-guage education. It is noted that the training of future teachers of English language and literature is carried out at two levels of higher education – bachelor’s (first) and master’s (second) in terms of modernization of education, changing its structure and content, improving existing programs, preparing new courses and special courses, formation of modern mechanisms for determining the quality of education in the context of integration in the European educational space. It is established that the most effective pedagogical technologies in teaching English include the use of information and telecommunication technologies, work with computer training programs, distance courses of learning foreign languages, creating presentations in the software environment Open Office Impress, Microsoft Power Point, use of World Wide Web resources. The algorithm of using a communicatively oriented complex of mul-timedia technologies in teaching speaking skills is highlighted. Which includes three stages: pre-viewing and aimed at forming the communicative competence of future teachers of philology. The main types of work that contribute to the teaching of the English language and the development of speech include: discussion, role play, reproduction of insufficient information, completion of the story, report, story according to the picture (pictures). The proposed types of work and practical advice in their organization will make students more active, and the learning process will be more interesting and effective, will improve the quality of education of masters of philology.
W artykule uzasadniono celowość wykorzystania innowacyjnych technologii pedagogicznych w nauczaniu języka angielskiego magistrantów filologii na ukraińskich uczelniach w aspekcie ustaw i aktów wykonawczych oraz zapisów paneuropejskich zaleceń dotyczących edukacji językowej. Kształcenie przyszłych nauczycieli języka i literatury angielskiej odbywa się na dwóch poziomach szkolnictwa wyższego – licencjackim (I) i magisterskim (II) w zakresie unowocześniania kształcenia, zmiany jego struktury i treści, doskonalenia istniejących programów, przygotowywania nowych kursów i kursów specjalnych, tworzenia nowoczesnych mechanizmów określania jakości kształcenia w kontekście integracji w europejskiej przestrzeni edukacyjnej. Ustalono, że do najbardziej efektywnych technologii pedagogicznych w nauczaniu języka angielskiego należą: technologie informatyczne i telekomunikacyjne, praca z komputerowymi programami szkoleniowymi, zdalne kursy nauki języków obcych, tworzenie prezentacji w środowisku programowym Open Office Impress, Microsoft Power Point, a także wykorzystanie zasobów sieci www. Podkreślono algorytm wykorzystania komunikacyjnie zorientowanego zespołu technologii multimedialnych w nauczaniu umiejętności mówienia. Obejmuje on trzy etapy. Główne rodzaje zajęć, które przyczyniają się do sukcesów w nauczaniu języka angielskiego i rozwoju mowy, to: dyskusja, odgrywanie ról, powielanie informacji, uzupełnianie historii, relacja, opowieść na podstawie ilustracji (zdjęcia). Proponowane rodzaje pracy i praktyczne porady w ich organizacji spowodują, że studenci będą aktywniejsi, a proces uczenia się będzie ciekawszy i efektywniejszy, co poprawi jakość kształcenia magistrów filologii.

Opis:: The article reveals the main approaches to determining the place of innovative technologies in the process of forming the professional competence of future bachelors of professional (vocational) education. The author analyzes the possibilities of professional disciplines of the food profile and substantiates the feasibility of using innovative technologies in the process of studying them at different stages of practical training. A necessary condition for the preparation of competitive specialists, principled, proactive, capable of conscious professional activity is the use of active forms of educational and cognitive work of students. Despite the increase in the number of scientific publications on the problems of implementing innovative learning technologies, the algorithm for their use in the process of conducting professional disciplines is still insufficiently substantiated. The problem of the quality of training of future specialists remains relevant in the educational process, so scientists are in search of tools that will help to use the common activities of the teacher and students more effectively. The use of active forms and methods of teaching, innovative technologies optimize the educational process; contribute to the training of highly qualified specialists with developed practical thinking, creative imagination, and the ability to resolve non-standard situations. The introduction of innovative learning technologies in the process of teaching professional disciplines to future bachelors of vocational (vocational) education contributes to the formation of their conscious need for an independent pursuit of professionalism, the development of a mechanism for self-organization of mental activity, the creation of conditions for the independent acquisition of professional competencies, their application in practice is important in the context of modern trends in the development of European education. At the same time, the analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature and the practice of organizing professional training of bachelors shows that the use of innovative technologies as a guarantee of high-quality training of future specialists in professional (vocational) education requires periodic revision and clarification of the features of using higher pedagogical educational institutions in the educational process establishments. Taking into account the results of the study and limiting itself to the conditions of a certain institution of higher pedagogical education, the author offers his own vision of the use of innovative technologies in the process of studying professional disciplines by future bachelors of professional (vocational) education. The essence of the methods and forms of training used in carrying out practical work on the discipline «Technology of products of the restaurant industry» is considered; the need for problem-based learning in the training of future specialists in professional (vocational) education is indicated. A fragment of practical work is presented, focused on the formation of knowledge and skills of students, in the context of which it is proposed to use certain forms and methods of training, which will contribute to the formation of readiness for professional activity of future specialists.
У статті розкриваються основні підходи до визначення місця інноваційних технологій у процесі формування професійної компетентності майбутніх бакалаврів професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти. Автор аналізує можливості фахових дисциплін харчового профілю та обґрунтовує доцільність використання інноваційних технологій у процесі їх вивчення на різних етапах практичного заняття. Необхідною умовою підготовки конкурентоспроможних фахівців, принципових, ініціативних, здатних до свідомої професійної діяльності, є використання активних форм навчально-пізнавальної роботи студентів. Незважаючи на збільшення кількості наукових публікацій з проблем реалізації інноваційних технологій навчання, алгоритм їх використання у процесі проведення фахових дисциплін все ще недостатньо обґрунтований. Проблема якості підготовки майбутніх фахівців залишається актуальною в освітньо-виховному процесі, тому науковці перебувають у пошуку інструментарію, що допоможе більш ефективно використовувати спільну діяльність педагога та студентів. Використання активних форм та методів навчання, інноваційних технологій оптимізують освітній процес, сприяють підготовці висококваліфікованих фахівців із розвиненим практичним мисленням, творчою уявою, умінням вирішувати нестандартні ситуації. Впровадження інноваційних технологій навчання в процесі навчання фаховим дисциплінам майбутніх бакалаврів професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти сприяє формуванню у них усвідомленої потреби в самостійному прагненні до професіоналізму, розвитку механізму самоорганізації розумової діяльності, створенню умов для самостійного набуття професійних компетентностей, їх застосування на практиці, що є важливим в умовах сучасних тенденцій розвитку європейської освіти. Водночас, аналіз психолого-педагогічної літератури і практики організації професійної підготовки бакалаврів свідчить, що використання інноваційних технологій, як запоруки якісної підготовки майбутніх фахівців професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти, потребує періодичного перегляду та уточнень особливостей використання в навчально-виховному процесі вищих педагогічних навчальних закладів. Зважаючи на результати дослідження та обмежуючись умовами визначеного закладу вищої педагогічної освіти, автор пропонує власне бачення використання інноваційних технологій у процесі вивчення фахових дисциплін майбутніми бакалаврами професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти. Розглядається сутність методів та форм навчання, які застосовуються при проведенні практичних робіт з дисципліни «Технологія продукції ресторанного господарства»; вказується на необхідність проблемного навчання у підготовці майбутніх фахівців професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти. Показано фрагмент проведення практичної роботи, орієнтованої на формування знань та вмінь студентів, в розрізі якого пропонується використання певних форм та методів навчання, що сприятиме формуванню готовності до професійної діяльності майбутніх фахівців.

Opis:: The article considers traditional methods of studying Ukrainian as a foreign language in higher medical educational institutions. Methods of teaching Ukrainian as a foreign language are presented in accordance with the level, knowledge, needs and interests of foreign students. It is noted that since the Ukrainian language was adopted as a national language, its function expanded in various spheres of public life. This led to the formation of a new branch of language education – the teaching of Ukrainian as a foreign language, which gradually began to establish itself as a language of higher education for foreigners. The pedagogy of teaching a foreign language, which is a fundamental science, is described, but to transfer such pedagogy to the teaching of a foreign language is illegal, because it differs from the purpose of teaching other subjects. When studying Ukrainian as a foreign language, it is not the accumulation of knowledge that is distinguished, but the mastery of foreign language activities. There are two stages in the study of a new vocabulary unit: a stage that involves the selection and presentation of new vocabulary material, and a stage that trains and acquires lexical speech skills in various types of speech activity. The importance of using three main types of visual material is emphasized: subject, pictorial and motor, which should effectively cover the realities of everyday life in relation to the presence of a foreign student in a new language environment. The role of listening in the perception of the Ukrainian language as a foreign language is analyzed. Because students will study with native speakers and will have to listen to numerous lectures on special topics. Direct communication with native speakers invited to classes is one of the ways to develop auditory perception and speech skills. An important skill that future doctors will need is the ability to work with a special medical text in the language of instruction.
У статті розглядаються традиційні методи вивчення української мови як іноземної у вищих медичних навчальних закладах. Методики викладання української мови як іноземної представлені відповідно до рівня, знань, потреб та інтересів іноземних студентів. Зазначено, оскільки українська мова була прийнята як державна, її функція розширювалася в різних сферах суспільного життя. Це призвело до формування нової галузі мовної освіти – викладання української мови як іноземної, яка поступово почала утверджуватися як мова вищої освіти для іноземців. Охарактеризовано педагогіку викладання іноземної мови, яка є фундаментальною наукою, але перенесення цієї педагогіки на навчання іноземної мови неправомірно, оскільки вона відрізняється від мети викладання інших предметів. При вивченні української мови як іноземної виділяється не накопичення знань, а оволодіння іншомовною діяльністю. Існує два етапи вивчення нової словникової одиниці: етап, який передбачає відбір і виклад нового словникового матеріалу, і етап, який тренує та набуває лексичних мовленнєвих навичок у різних видах мовленнєвої діяльності. Наголошується на важливості використання трьох основних типів наочного матеріалу: предметного, зображального і моторного, який повинен ефективно охоплювати реалії повсякденного життя стосовно присутності іноземного студента в новому мовному середовищі. Проаналізовано роль аудіювання у сприйнятті української мови як іноземної. Тому, що студенти навчатимуться з носіями мови та повинні будуть слухати численні лекції на спеціальні теми. Безпосереднє спілкування з носіями мови, запрошеними на заняття, є одним із способів розвитку слухового сприйняття та мовленнєвих навичок. Важливою навичкою, яка знадобиться майбутнім лікарям, є вміння прaцювати із спеціальним текстoм медичного спрямування на мові нaвчання.
