The article concerns the problems of the global economic space in terms of its ecologization. In the conditions set by the modern concept of sustainable development, an important task is to study the theoretical and practical aspects of the process of the economic system ecologization, which is the purpose of this study. The article outlines the basic principles of the functioning and co-existence of the ecological and economic systems, presents the main models of environmental modernization of the economy (in particular, the models of sustainable consumption and production). The authors focus on the concept of “green growth” and generalize the analytical basis of the green growth strategy, in particular the necessary conditions and instruments of the state policy. Summing up, the authors highlight important and priority areas of ecologization of the economic development of society.

The  unsustainable  consumption  has  many  negative  effects  which  should  be  reduced.  The  ecologization  of  consumption  is  one  of  the  available  solution.  It  is  achieved  for  example  by  organic  products  purchasing.  It  turns  out  that  “organic  product”  term  is  not  clearly  understood.  Referring  to  the  research  results,  author  points  out  the  differences  in  understanding  of  the  “organic  product”  term  depending  on  the  socio-demographic  characteristics  of  the  research  participants.  Responses  stressed  the  various  features  of  organic  product  –  free  of  chemical  substances,  natural  production,  safety  for  the  environment,  safety  for  human  health,  biodegradable  nature  and  marketing  trick.  The  author  presents  also  the  results  of  frequency  and  motives  of  organic  products  buying.

Opis:
A well-known fact is that the world supplies of traditional fuel are decreasing and the world energy production from the alternative sources is constantly increasing. Each year the number of countries displaying a keen interest in development and application of regenerative energy is rising. Biomass is a considerable and perspective kind of fuel for Ukraine. Nowadays obtaining energy from biomass (wood, straw, plant remainders of agricultural production, manure, organic particle of hard domestic offcuts) is the field developing quickly and dynamically in many countries of the world. In favour of biomass speaks the fact that it has large power potential and refurbishable character. In our research we considered the use of straw for the receipt of energy and its practical value for a particular enterprise. As well as any type of power resource from biomass, burning of straw has a number of advantages. The advantage is that straw is indeed a regenerative source and is reproduced every year with the new harvest of grain crops. It is accessible for users, especially in rural locality that will allow saving part of facilities on traditional power carriers.

Ecologization of banks is discussed, as a  recent and growing trend on the modern market of financial services. This reorientation towards ecology may be a  major factor in securing long-term competitive advantage of financing institutions. This paper presents determinants of this eco-shift observed in banks. The Respect Index was also analysed in the study of the degree of involvement in the process of ecologization of modern banks. Then the economic efficiency of the green banks was examined versus the banking sector in Poland.

The aim of the study is to indicate the essence and increasing importance of the ecologization of innovative development in the glocalization of economic processes as well as the potential benefits of eco-innovation for long-term objectives of regions development. The study systematize the knowledge on this topic, and indicate the necessity of their continuous development. The applied methodology is based on an analysis of scientific literature European countries. The research methodology is systematization of approaches to the direction of innovation processes for the development, creation and implementation of innovations in the form of new products, technology, method, form of production organization, etc., which directly or indirectly contributes to reducing the environmentally destructive effects of production and consumption on the environment and solving environmental problems. The authors hypothesis is that the glocalization on the basis of the implementation of environmental innovations will contribute to the sustainable development of the economy of the regions. This is a new way of looking at the region development, i.e. that looks at how ecologization of innovative development should be used for strategic advantage of region and how processes of ecologization of innovative development of the region can be a catalyst for the processes of market glocalization and promote sustainable development of the regional economy.

Opis:
The study is devoted to the study of strategic vectors for the development of recreational lands. It is proved that in the current state of the recreational lands of the EU countries there are certain obstacles on the way to the sustainable development of the respective territories. The recreational sphere is deprived of the possibility of balanced development due to the problems of inefficient use of the lands of the respective territories. These lands cannot provide both the need for recreation and the necessary protection and restoration of the environment due to the negative anthropogenic impact. The author’s definition of the term "land strategizing" is given. The components, functions, subjects and the effect of the implementation of the strategy of recreational territories are determined. The proposals for the implementation of the land strategy process using the methodology of foresight forecasting of recreational land use have been developed. The scientifically grounded stages of Foresight forecasting and methods of their implementation from the set of Foresight forecasting methodology are proposed. The logical-structural scheme of land planning for recreational territories based on the foresight methodology is presented. Also the procedure for the foresight methodology implementation in the direction of sustainable management of recreational land use is proposed.

W artykule podjęto rozważania dotyczące funkcjonujących w Ukrainie normatywnych regulacji z uwzględnieniem ekologiczno-ekonomicznych uwarunkowań rozwoju przedsiębiorstw i sektora przemysłu. Opisano problematykę współdziałania ekologicznych oraz ekonomicznych czynników wykorzystania bogactw naturalnych i rozwoju przemysłu w Ukrainie z uwzględnieniem procesu ekologizacji. Przeprowadzono analizę uwarunkowań ekonomicznych, metod i sposobów przeprowadzenia procesów ekologizacji. Współczesne koncepcje ekonomiczne rozwoju państwa często w ograniczonym stopniu uwzględniają aspekty procesu ekologizacji. W artykule wskazano, że zasadnicze ekologiczno-ekonomiczne uwarunkowania normatywnych regulacji rozwoju przemysłu, procesu ekologizacji przemysłu oraz racjonalnego gospodarowania zasobami znajdują się w kompetencji państwa. Krajowe regulacje prawne dotyczą m.in. polityki podatkowej, licencjonowania, zasad wydawania pozwoleń na korzystanie z zasobów bogactw naturalnych i temu podobne. Niezbędne jest doskonalenie istniejących mechanizmów państwowego kierowania poprzez regulacje prawne procesu ekologiczno-ekonomicznego rozwoju przemysłu. Należy przeprowadzać bilans celów, kierunków oraz możliwości rozwoju przemysłu w Ukrainie, z uwzględnieniem aspektów zrównoważonego rozwoju gospodarki krajowej. Jednym z warunków zaistnienia wzajemnie korzystnych związków między składowymi tego procesu jest zastosowanie stosownej polityki cenowej wykorzystania określonych bogactw naturalnych, stymulowanie innowacji, stworzenie sprzyjającego klimatu inwestycyjnego i finansowanie programów naukowo-technicznych. Działalność innowacyjna przedsiębiorstw przemysłowych jest szczególnie istotnym determinantem i gwarantem ich przyszłego rozwoju.
We consider ecological-economic regulation in Ukraine a part of ecological economic mechanism in perspective of coordination between ecological and economic factors of natural resources use and of the development of industry in Ukraine considering the concept of ecologization. We analyze ecological-economic tools, methods and ways of implantation. Modern economic concepts of state development often less consider aspects of ecologization, so we insist on the fact that main principles of ecological-economic regulation of industry, ecologization of industry and rational resources use are in the jurisdiction of nation, which executes appropriate tasks by implantation of tax policy, licensing, permission for natural resources use etc. It is necessary to improve existing mechanisms of state management in the sphere of ecological-economic regulation of industry. There is a need in the balance between maintenance of national aims and directions and between the possibilities of industrial development in Ukraine considering aspect of sustainable development. One of the conditions of existence of mutually beneficial connections between the subjects is adequate forming of prices for natural resources, stimulating of innovations, creating of propitious investment climate and financing of scientific-technical programs. Innovative activities of industrial enterprises is basis of their further development and their main task.
Рассматриваем эколого-экономическое регулирование промышленности в Украине как часть эколого-экономического механизма под углом взаимодействия экологических и экономических факторов использования природных ресурсов и развития промышленности в Украине с учетом концепции экологизации. Анализируем эколого-экономические инструменты, методы и способы внедрения. Современные экономические концепции развития государства нередко мало учитывают аспекты экологизации, поэтому настаиваем на том, что базовые принципы эколого-экономического регулирования промышленности и рационального использования ресурсов находятся в компетенции государства, которое выполняет соответствующие задачи путем внедрения налоговой политики, лицензирования, разрешений на использование природных ресурсов и прочее. Необходимо совершенствовать существующие механизмы государственного управления в сфере эколого-экономического регулирования промышленности. Необходим баланс между соблюдением общегосударственных целей и направлений и возможностями развития промышленности в Украине, учитывая аспект стабильного развития. Одним из условий существования взаимовыгодных связей между субъектами является адекватное ценообразование на использование природных ресурсов, стимулирование инноваций, создание благоприятного инвестиционного климата и финансирование научно-технических программ. Инновационная деятельность промышленных предприятий является залогом их дальнейшего развития и основной их задачей.

This article is aimed at presenting the main assumptions of the opening education in the context of the need to develop regional, intercultural and pro-environmental education. The reflections and diagnoses presented in the text draw on both the author’s research and teaching experience, as well as on a critical view of educational policy developed in Poland. The author asks if opening education can be used as a tool for the democratizing and ecologisation of knowledge, shaping an open society and social imagination. In the context of late capitalism, the dominant neoliberal rationality, the multiculturalism of the world, the climate and environmental crisis, an important aspect of the discussion is the diagnosis of the need to practice opening education to the future.
Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie głównych założeń edukacji otwierającej w kontekście potrzeby rozwijania edukacji międzykulturowej i proklimatycznej. Refleksje i rozpoznania przedstawione w tekście czerpią zarówno z doświadczeń badawczych i dydaktycznych autorki, jak i z krytycznego oglądu polityki edukacyjnej funkcjonującej w Polsce. Autorka tekstu stawia pytanie, czy edukacja otwierająca może być wykorzystana jako narzędzie demokratyzacji i ekologizacji wiedzy, kształtujące społeczeństwo otwarte i wyobraźnię społeczną. W kontekście późnego kapitalizmu, dominującej racjonalności neoliberalnej, wielokulturowości świata, kryzysu klimatycznego i ekologicznego, ważnym aspektem podjętych rozważań jest diagnoza o potrzebie praktykowania edukacji otwierającej do przyszłości.

Artykuł jest próbą omówienia zagadnień związanych z zieloną architekturą w kontekście procesu ekologizacji miasta. W tym celu wskazano na rolę zielonej architektury w terenach zurbanizowanych, analizowanej przez pryzmat wymiaru technologiczno-technicznego oraz środowiskowego w kontekście ekologizacji przestrzeni zurbanizowanej. Ponadto przedstawiono założenia budownictwa zrównoważonego i zróżnicowanie regionalne w Polsce dla tego typu inwestycji, a także rozwój zielonej infrastruktury w miastach w Polsce w postaci zielonych dachów i ścian.
The article is an attempt of describing the problems connected with green architecture in the context of town ecologization process. To obtain the purpose, a role of green architecture in urban areas, analyzed by technological-technical and environmental dimension, in the context of urban areas ecologization was indicated. Moreover, we present the assumptions of sustainable building and regional diversification in Poland for this kind of investment, but also the development of green infrastructure in Polish cities, in the form of green roofs and walls.

Opis:
Dynamic optimum planning and forecasting of rational combination of agricultural sectors allows to execute transition from traditional to ecological andorganic management at the least costs and risks. The gradation of ecological compatibility of agricultural enterprises is shown in the article. It includes main criteria of the model of balanced development of agricultural manufacture. The efficiency of transition to the highest levels of agriculture ecologization was proved with the use of mathematical programming. The automated model of agricultural manufacture development and easures to increase the level of its ecologization were provided. Presented model is universal and may be applied to any enterprise of the Left-bank Forest steppe zone.
Dynamiczne optymalne planowanie i prognozowanie racjonalnego połączenia sektorów rolniczych pozwala przy najniższych kosztach i ryzyku dokonać przejścia od tradycyjnych form działalności do rolnictwa ekologicznego lub organicznego. Artykuł naświetla kwestię gradacji ekologiczności gospodarstwa rolnego, która obejmuje podstawowe kryteria zrównoważonych modeli rozwoju rolnictwa. Za pomocą programowania matematycznego udowodniono skuteczność zwiększenia poziomu ekologizacji. Przedstawiono zautomatyzowany model rozwoju gospodarstwa rolnego oraz sposoby zwiększenia bezpieczeństwa produkcji. Model jest uniwersalny i może być stosowany w przedsiębiorstwach lasostepu Ukrainy Lewobrzeżnej.

Opis:
In the publication the role of products for biological plant protection against noxious organisms is shown in structure formation and vegetable crops agrophytocenoses stabilization, their quantitative and qualitative composition. It is pointed out that application of biological pesticides with different mechanism of action exerts a positive effect on plant growth and development, facilitates the phytosanitary situation improvement in vegetable crops and decreases the negative influence on the environment.
Przedstawiono rolę środków do biologicznej ochrony roślin przed szkodnikami w strukturze formowania i stabilizacji agrofitocenoz upraw warzywnych, ich skład ilościowy i jakościowy. Zauważono, że biologiczne pestycydy o różnej zasadzie działania zaprawy użytkowej mają pozytywny wpływ na wzrost i rozwój rośliny, ułatwiają poprawę sytuacji fitosanitarnej w uprawach warzywnych i zmniejszają negatywny wpływ na środowisko.
