Opis:: Artykuł przedstawia główne prawne zasady systemu tachografów cyfrowych, który mu-szą być spełnione przez producentów tachografów cyfrowych w aspekcie homologacji typu oraz możliwości przyszłych wymogów w stosunku do tachografów cyfrowych. Wymagania te zawierają wymogi stawiane tachografom cyfrowym w aspekcie użytkowania przez kierowców jak i dopuszczania ich podczas okresowych kontroli, zarówno w Polsce jak i Unii Europejskiej w oparciu o rozporządzenie Komisji (WE) nr 1360 z 13 czerwca 2002 roku. Artykuł przedstawia również poziom implementacji poszczególnych elementów systemu tachografów cyfrowych w europie w świetle wprowadzenia tachografu cyfrowego drugiej generacji.
The paper presents main legal rules introducing the digital tachograh system main requirments which must be fulfilledby producers of digital tachographs in order to get the type approval, possibility of future requirements of digital tachograph, main functions of digital tachograph, characteristics of participant of digital tachograpfs system and their tools of the identification,acting and setting of authorize workshops in Poland and Europe Union, accessible methods of check and calibration of digital tachographs and their description, based on Commission Regulation (EC) No 1360/2002 of 13 June 2002, replacing the Annex 1B and Polish law. These paper also presents current level of implementation of digital tachograph system in Europe in light of introduction of digital tachograph second generation.

Opis:: Paper describes numeric application supporting driving analysis process on attitude of tachogram data. Actual accessible units recording road and speed in function of the time were used. Also potential optimisation areas of driving were shown. Additionally in the paper are presented road safety level in Poland in the context of dangerous driver's behaviour.
Artykuł prezentuje aplikację numeryczną wspomagającą proces analizy zapisu jazdy kierowcy na podstawie tachogramu. Wykorzystano aktualnie dostępne urządzenia rejestrujące drogę i szybkość w funkcji czasu. Wskazano również potencjalne obszary optymalizacji przebiegu jazdy. Dodatkowo w artykule przedstawiono stan bezpieczeństwa na polskich drogach, w kontekście niebezpiecznych zachowań kierowcy.

Opis:: The duty of applying recorders in the road transport was implemented in states of the European Union on regulations (EWG) no. 3820 / 85 on harmonizations of some social welfare legislation referring to the transport, which was changing with regulation (EWG) no. 3821/85 on recorders applied in the road transport. The duty of implementation of the digital tachograph is also considered in the context of improving road safety. Through the analysis of the records of the registering devices can be defined in each specific case of speeding by more than the allowable value in the area. Technical requirements for your device recorded in the resolution, which defines the main parameters, are measured, among things other, the traversed path length of the car, speed, time driving, other periods of work, politeness of the driver and the correct operation of the check authorized for those authorities. At present led Regulation (EU) No 165/2014 of European Parliament establishing requirements concerning structure, checking, installation, use and repairs of tachographs and their building blocks is implementing the second generation of the digital tachographs connected with the device GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System). Organizing the early detection from a distance is showing data officers from the digital tachograph and information concerning mass and mass falling on the wasp of the entire team of vehicles. Experience in work, economic pressures and competition in transport has led the drivers through a transport company in the event noncompliance, and in particular, in relation to the driving time and breaks. This article contains responsibilities after part rest on the drivers of vehicles takes the issues of system security and optimum performance of recording devices.

The duty of States-members of the European Union is identify organizations that will conduct research and verification of the recording equipment together will also introduce solutions that improve their security. This article contains responsibilities after part rest on the drivers of vehicles takes the issues of system security and optimum performance of recording devices and consequences may arise from non-compliance with regulations and them subjecting to tachograph manipulation.
