This report presents the descriptions of animal names from the standpoint of Russian ethnolinguistics and lingvo-folkloristics. The analysis is based on the central Russian texts and folklore of the northern prose (usually fairy tales), written at the turn of the 19th and early 20th centuries in the provinces of Arkhangelsk and Kaluga. The territorial specificity of the linguistic contexts of texts containing names of animals is discussed.

В статье представлен анализ концептуальных положений психолингвистической теории В. Белянина. Актуализируя понятие эмоционально-смысловой доминанты, исследователь рассмотрел феномен отражения моделей мира в тексте, демонстрируя подходы к типологии текстов на основе применения принципов акцентуации, им выделенных, и развитых в разысканиях его последователей. Указанную проблему В. Белянин объединил в отдельное направление психолингвистики. В этом разыскании попытаемся продемонстрировать, что эмоционально-смысловая доминанта присутствует практически во всех типах (художественных, политических, религиозных и др.) текстов (дискурсов) с учетом пересказанных и переводных их вариантов. Однако в процессе перевода текста либо его литературного пересказа эмоционально-смысловая доминанта может трансформироваться, в частности и усиливаться. Данная теория имеет широкую перспективу.
   W artykule została przedstawiona analiza pozycji konceptualnych w zakresie teorii psycholingwistycznej W. Bielanina. Aktualizując pojęcie dominanty emocjonalno-treściowej, badacz przyjrzał się fenomenowi odzwierciedlenia modeli światu w tekście, demonstrując podejścia do typologii tekstów na zasadzie zastosowania podstaw akcentuacji, określonych przez niego  i rozwiniętych w poszukiwaniach naukowych przez jego zwolenników. Wyżej wymieniony problem W. Bielanin zjednoczył  w oddzielny kierunek psycholingwistyki. Badając te wyniki,  spróbujemy zademonstrować, że dominanta emocjonalno-treściowa  jest obecna praktycznie we wszystkich typach tekstów (artystycznych, politycznych, religijnych oraz innych), w (dyskursach) z uwzględnieniem wariantów opowiedzianych i przetłumaczonych.  Jednak w trakcie tłumaczenia tekstu czy jego przekazania literackiego  dominanta emocjonalno-treściowa może się transformować, a w szczególności może również wzmacniać się. Taka teoria zawiera szeroką perspektywę.
The article provides analysis of the conceptual backgrounds of the psycholinguistic theory by B. Belianin. By promotion the notion of the emotional- semantic dominant the researcher analyzed the phenomenon of reflection of the world models within the text and demonstrated the specific approaches to the typology of the texts by applying the principles of accentuations, highlighted by him, and further developed in the research works of his followers . The above problem V. Belianin singled out as separate field of psycholinguistics. In the work I strived to demonsеrate that the emotional-semantic dominant     is present in any type of the texts (as fiction, political or religious discourse) given the retold or translated text. However while translated  or literary retold the emotional semantic dominant may undergo some transformation, particularly may be intensified.

Ця стаття презентує комплекс таких сучасних методологічних принципів, як антропоцентризм, антропокосмізм, епістемічність, експансіонізм, експланаторність, функціоналізм та колострукціонізм. Їх використання у нашому лінгвістичному дослідженні довело доцільність отримання та інтерпретації результатів систематизованого та функціонального вивчення каузального комплексу як ментально-логічної конструкту з усіма його складовими (каузальною домінантою ЕФЕКТ включно) з позицій оновленого когнітивно-семантичного підходу. Апробація запропонованої методологічної процедури зіставлення характеристик каузальної домінанти ЕФЕКТ в англійській та українській мовах відкриває можливості її застосування до інших об’єктів ментально-логічного плану.
This paper deals with presentation of a complex of such contemporary methodological principles as anthropocentrism, anthropocosmism, epistemicity, expansionism, explanatority, functionalism, and collostructionism. Their employment in our linguistic research proved it being expedient in obtaining and interpreting the results of systematized and functional studying of the causal complex as a mental and logic construct with all its constituents (causal dominant EFFECT inclusive) in terms of the updated cognitive-semantic approach. The approbation of the proposed methodological procedure of contrasting the features of causal dominant EFFECT in English and Ukrainian opens possibilities of its application to other objects of the mentallogical plane.

Such structures most are frequently certified with семами conversation, trouble, damnation, site, never; etc. As a whole semantic text Maxpouniversalies represent predicative text universalies, in the majority such, that are expressed by a compound sentence: the complex syntactic whole or a complex syntactic design; such formations are characterized by the maximal cohesion of components therefore they get aphoristic sense.

В статье рассматривается языковая концептуализация пространства в русском языке. Актуальность статьи обусловлена важностью сопоставительного изучения специфических черт русского языка. Цель статьи – проследить степень выраженности локальности в сравнении с болгарским языком. Привлекается материал Национального корпуса русского языка и Болгарского национального корпуса, переводных текстов и словарей. Пространственность русского языка рассматривается как семантико-грамматическая доминанта, выявляемая на разных языковых уровнях. В исследовании использованы системный, сопоставительный и функциональный методы. Эффективность и актуальность названных методов связана с возможностью предметно представить при комплексном подходе специфические черты русского языка в выражении пространственности, показать данную категорию как семантико-грамматическую доминанту русского языка, которая проявляется как в системе языка на разных уровнях, так и в речи. Более явная выраженность ее в сравнении с болгарским языком прослеживается при сопоставительном анализе на уровнях фразеологии, грамматики и текста. Показано, что русский язык в совокупности своих выразительных средств фиксирует внимание на пространственной картине мира с максимальной экспликацией и детализацией реальных предметно-пространственных отношений, содержащихся в ситуации. Выявленные на русском и болгарском материале различия в языковой интерпретации пространства обусловлены как внеязыковыми, так и собственно языковыми факторами – особенностями системных свойств языков, их лексико-грамматическими ресурсами и типологическими характеристиками. Отмечено значение проведенного исследования для теории и практики преподавания русского языка как иностранного.
The article deals with the linguistic conceptualization of space in the Russian language. The relevance of the article is due to the importance of studying the specific features of the Russian language. The aim of the article is to trace the degree of expressiveness of locality in comparison with the Bulgarian language. The material used comes from the National Corpus of the Russian language, the Bulgarian National Corpus, translated texts, and dictionaries. Spatiality in the Russian language is considered a semantic-grammatical dominant, revealed at different linguistic levels. The study uses systemic, comparative, and functional methods. The effectiveness and relevance of the named methods is connected with the possibility to present the specific features of the Russian language in the expression of spatiality in a comprehensive approach, to show this category as a semantic-grammatical dominant of the Russian language, which is manifested both in the language system at different levels, and in speech. Its more explicit manifestation in comparison with the Bulgarian language is traced in the comparative analysis at the levels of phraseology, grammar, and text. It is demonstrated that the Russian language in the totality of its expressive means draws attention to the spatial picture of the world with maximum explication and detailing of real object-spatial relations contained in the situation. The differences in the linguistic interpretation of space, revealed in the Russian and Bulgarian material, are due to both extra-linguistic and linguistic factors – the peculiarities of the system properties of the languages, their lexico-grammatical resources, and typological characteristics. The significance of the study for the theory and practice of teaching Russian as a foreign language is noted.

Opis:
The present paper is dedicated to the most subjective of autobiographical genres, to the genre of diary. The author deals with the definition of the term ‘diary’ and also with the main types within the genre in the literary-theoretical tradition of Slavonic and non-Slavonic countries. Among the types of diary, the author focuses on a special subgenre, the so-called writer’s diary, and defines its dominant and variable features. The writer’s diary is analyzed from different points of view (e.g. orientation, intended publication, topics), which leads to distinguishing its varieties (e.g. journalistic, business, poetic, journey diary). Although the author deals primarily with Russian literature, the paper presents the genre in a wider Slavonic context.
Предлагаемая статья посвящена caмому субективному из автобиографических жанров, жанpу дневника. Автор занимается толкованием термина «дневник», основными видами этого жанра в литературоведческой традиции славянских и нeславянских стран. Сосредоточив внимание на особом виде жанра днeвника, так называемом писательском дневнике, aвтор определяет его доминантные и вариабильные черты. Ha писательский дневник aвтор cмотрит c paзных точек зрения (направление, издание, тематика), на основе которых выделяeт его типы (публицистический, деловой, поэтический, путевой дневник и др.). Xoтя внимание уделяется прежде всего русской литеpатуре, в статье присутствует общий славянский контекст.

Статтю присвячено дослідженню локальних маркерів у писемних пам’ятках офіційноділового стилю другої половини XVII–XVIII ст., окресленню тенденцій розвитку староукраїнської мови цього періоду. Джерельну базу пропонованої розвідки формують ділові документи з Гуцульщини другої половини XVIII ст., зібрані О. Маковеєм і представлені М. Грушевським на ІІ асіданні «історично-фільософічної секції» Наукового товариства імені Шевченка у Львові (1909 р.) та акти Лохвицької ратушної книги другої половини XVII ст. Встановлено, що попри усталений віками структурний каркас ділових пам’яток, вони репрезентують елементи живого народного мовлення, що відображені найяскравіше в основній частині документа, де викладено суть справи. Наголошено, що дослідження українського мовного простору у діахронії крізь призму писемних пам’яток офіційно-ділового стилю актуалізує потребу реалізації новітніх лексикографічних студій з урахуванням сучасних форм комп’ютерного опрацювання текстів та удоступнення їх широкому загалу, створенням нової методології словникових студій, нових типів лексиконів.
This article is dedicated to research of local markers in sources written in the official and business styles from the second half of the 17th and the second half of the 18th centuries, focusing on the developmental trends in the old Ukrainian language of that time. The source of the suggested investigation consists of business documents from Hutsulia from the second half of 18th century, collected by O. Makovej and presented by M. Hrushevskij during the second session of a “historical and philosophical section” of the Taras Shevchenko Science Society in Lvov (1909), and acts of the Lokhvitsa town hall book from the second half of the 17th century. It has been discovered that, despite the centuries’ old structural frame, the business sources represent elements of actual speech, reflected mostly in the main part of the document. It has been emphasised that research into the Ukrainian language through sources written in the official and business styles prompt the need to carry out new lexycographical studies by means of computer text processing and publishing the results thus creating a new methodology of dictionary studies, new types of lexicons.

The influence of the biography on the changes of the artistic paradigm, the creative method, the picture of the world and, in general, the art world of Constance Buylo have been analyzed. The author of the article presents the processes of socialization, ideologization, mythologization, schematization in the writing of poetry.

Статья отражает опыт применения оригинального программного комплекса «Гипертекстовый поиск слов-спутников в авторских текстах», который позволяет обнаружить повторяющиеся лексические комбинации в творчестве того или иного автора («корпусное» направление исследований) или в тематически заданном определенной ключевой лексемой корпусе стихотворений разных авторов вплоть до всей русской поэзии («тематическое» направление исследований). В выявленных лексических комбинациях выделяется общий лексический ряд, обусловленный общностью объективного жизненного или языкового материала, общими особенностями человеческого восприятия, распространенными ассоциациями. Так создается лейтмотивная лексическая среда. Это доминантные компоненты лексических комбинаций. За пределами этого лейтмотивного ряда остаются вариации – лексемы, которые изредка добавляются к лейтмотивному ядру в конкретных текстах и тем самым индивидуализируют эти тексты. Это факультативные компоненты комбинаций. Выявление доминантных и факультативных компонентов лексических комбинаций эффективно для сравнения разных авторов и установления общего и отличного в их поэтических интерпретациях одной и той же темы.
The article reflects the experience of using the original software system “Hypertext Search for Companion-Words in Author’s Texts”, which allows one to find recurrent lexical combinations in the work of an author (the “corpus” direction of research) or in a thematically (by key lexical items) defined corpus of poems by various authors, right up to all Russian poetry (a “thematic” line of research). In the identified lexical combinations, a common lexical set is distinguished, due to the commonality of actual life or of language material, to common features of human perception, or to widespread associations. In this way a leitmotiv-based lexical environment emerges. It contains the dominant components of lexical combinations. Outside the leitmotiv set remain variations – lexemes that are occasionally added to the leitmotiv core in specific texts and thereby individualize those texts. These are optional components of combinations. Identifying the dominant and the optional components of lexical combinations is effective for comparing different authors and for establishing what they have in common and where they differ in their poetic interpretations of the same topic.

Анализируются мотивировки аналепсиса как одного из приемов построения сюжета. В русской филологической литературе данный прием именуется то вводимой воспоминаниями ретроспекцией, то обусловленным аукториальной активностью экскурсом в прошлое. Анализ повести Ю. Полякова Апофегей и привлекаемых попутно других произведений русской литературы показывает, что приемами мотивировки аналепсиса служат не только прием воспоминания, но и ряд других: ввод нового референта, стык информационных контекстов, анонсирующее сообщение. Поэтому наряду с терминами «ретроспекция» и «экскурс в прошлое» предлагается употреблять термины «доминантный аналепсис» и «недоминантный аналепсис». Подчеркивается, что в составе и доминантного, и недоминантного аналепсиса могут употребляться и приемы-ретроспекции, построенные на основе воспоминаний персонажа, и «эксурсы в прошлое», произведенные конструктивной активностью нарратора.
Possible motivations for analepsis as a plot-shaping device are analyzed in the paper. In the Russian scholarship this device is interpreted either as retrospection introduced by remembrances, or as an excursion into the past conditioned by auctorial activity. An analysis of Yuri Polyakov’s novella Apofegei, supported by references to other Russian works, demonstrates that to motivate analepsis not only remembrance but also many other devices are used, such as introducing a new referent, anadiplosis of informative contexts, or an announced message. That is why the author of the paper proposes to use along with the terms retrospection and excursion into the past also the terms dominant analepsis and non-dominant analepsis. It is underlined that both the retrospection built on basis of a character’s remembrances and excursions into the past produced by the narrator’s constructing activity can be used within the frames of dominant and non-dominant analepses.

Opis:
Fortifications hide landscape interiors. They include a series of separate elements, captivated within limits of outline of a defensive work. Such interiors, in the way they were built, are seldom different from landscape interiors which can be seen in antique parks or gardens. Their uniqueness are most of all of historical and natural value. Therefore they create an ideal range for research on the importance of dominant in landscape. As terrain researches, supervised by eng. arch. Jerzy Potyrała in 2003-2006 and performed by students from Landscape Architecture, direction of Lower Silesia nature University, show that the key element of reception of landscape interiors, which are included in sightseeing routes, is the order of viewing. Citadel Park in Poznań, which is a dominant in Poznań landscape, has unique aesthetical and composition values because of its historical lineage and multiple relics of defense works. The correct exposition of those pearls of defense architecture, which most often are in ruin, and careful space management which will allow one to perceive the fortification as a whole.

Artykuł opisuje mechanizm third-party ownership (dalej: TPO) w piłce nożnej. Autor dokonuje analizy rynku transferowego pod kątem potencjalnych potrzeb zewnętrznego finasowania z wykorzystaniem funduszy inwestycyjnych. Autor zwraca uwagę na orzeczenie sądu I instancji w Brukseli zapadłe w sprawie z wniosku Doyen Sports i klubu Seraing United przeciwko FIFA, UEFA oraz belgijskiej federacji piłki nożnej w przedmiocie zgodności zakazu TPO wskazanego w art. 18 bis i art. 18 ter Regulaminu FIFA z regułami ochrony konkurencji, tj. art. 101 i 102 TFUE i konfrontuje je z dorobkiem orzeczniczym TSUE z zakresu sportu.
The article refers to the mechanism of third-party ownership (TPO) in football. The author confronts the transfer market sectors with the necessity of external funding by investment funds. The author emphasizes the meaning of Brussel’s court decision in case Doyen Sport & Seraing United vs FIFA, UEFA and Belgium Football Association, which refers to the conformity of FIFA’s ban on TPO with Article 101 and 102 TFEU. The author compares this decision with CJEU jurisprudence related to the sport sector.

Sytuacja konkurencyjna w sektorze towarowego transportu towarowego jest szczególna, gdyż rozpoczęty proces liberalizacji nie został jeszcze zakończony. W związku z tym istnieje duża dysproporcja skali aktywnych uczestników rynku, gdzie dominacja publicznych operatorów stanowi pozostałość ich statusu monopolisty sprzed liberalizacji. Wyzwanie, przed jakim stoi Komisja Europejska, nie polega więc na ochronie procesu konkurowania, tylko a na zapewnieniu, żeby w przyszłości rynek osiągnął pożądany poziom konkurencyjności, realizując tym samym cele liberalizacji. Niniejszy artykuł przedstawia w tym kontekście szczegółowe uwarunkowania stosowania przepisów kontroli koncentracji w prawie Unii Europejskiej.
The competitive situation in rail transport is peculiar because the liberalisation process is still ongoing. As a result, there is a significant difference in scale between various undertakings active on the market, where existing dominance is inherited from the pre-liberalisation monopolist status. The challenge faced by the European Commission is thus not the safeguarding of the competitive process, but rather creating a level playing field to foster future competition and thus making it possible to achieve the goals of liberalisation. In this context, this paper presents a detailed analysis of the application of merger control rules in EU Law.
