    Opis:
    W artykule zostały przedstawione zagadnienia związane z wyznaczaniem planu rozmieszczenia ładunku na wagonie towarowym 2-osiowym. Wykonano model wagonu i na jego podstawie wyznaczono równania opisujące zależność masy ładunku od położenia jego środka ciężkości – spełniającego wymogi związane z obciążeniem statycznym wagonu. Poprawność modelu i równań zweryfikowano dla wybranego wagonu towarowego, uzyskane wyniki potwierdziły prawidłowość zaproponowanej procedury.
    This article presents a procedure for determining load distribution plan of the wagon. It was made model wagon and on the basis determined equations describing the dependence of the weight load on the position of its center of gravity. The correctness of the model and equations were verified for selected wagon, the results confirmed the accuracy of the proposed procedure.

    Opis:
    The purpose of this study is an interdisciplinary analysis the new regulations, referred to in Art. 1025 § 1 point 21, § 32, § 7–8 of the Code of Civil Procedure, in the context of constitutional norms and values determined by specific institutions the principles of a democratic state of law. This regulation was introduced by the amendment of March 9, 2023 as a security for future alimony claims. The article discusses reservations regarding its compliance with the constitutional principle of protection of acquired rights and also presents the corrective proposals. The goal of the paper is to present the compliance of new regulations with the right to enforcement, derived from the constitutional right to a court. The study uses a dogmatic-legal research method.
    Celem niniejszego opracowania jest przeprowadzenie interdyscyplinarnej analizy przepisów zawartych w art. 1025 § 1 pkt 21, § 32, § 7–8 Kodeksu postępowania cywilnego w płaszczyźnie norm i wartości konstytucyjnych, wyznaczonych przez szczegółowe instytucje zasady demokratycznego państwa prawnego. Regulacja ta została wprowadzona nowelizacją z 9 marca 2023 r. jako zabezpieczenie przyszłych należności wierzycieli alimentacyjnych. W artykule omówiono zastrzeżenia dotyczące jej zgodności z konstytucyjną zasadą ochrony praw nabytych oraz przedstawiono propozycje naprawcze. Zaprezentowano również problematykę zgodności nowych przepisów z prawem do egzekucji, wywodzonym z konstytucyjnego prawa do sądu. W opracowaniu wykorzystano dogmatyczno-prawną metodę badawczą.

    In this research, a new acceptance sampling plan for a truncated life test is presented, assuming that the quality characteristic follows the power Lomax distribution. The operating characteristic function values are calculated for the proposed sampling plan, jointly with the optimal sample size and the producer's risk for a selection of distribution parameters. Furthermore, a comparative study with other sampling plans is introduced to demonstrate the advantages of the proposed plan. Finally, a real-life example illustrating the applicability of the proposed sampling plan in a manufacturing company is discussed.

    In this manuscript, a group acceptance sampling plan (GASP) is developed when the lifetime of the items follows odd generalized exponential log-logistic distribution (OGELLD), the multiple number of items as a group can be tested simultaneously in a tester. The design parameters such as the minimum group size and the acceptance number are derived when the consumer's risk and the test termination time are specified. The operating characteristic (OC) function values are calculated (intended) according to various quality levels and the minimum ratios of the true average life to the specified average life at the specified producer's risk are derived. The methodology is illustrated through real data.

    Betel Nut and Coconut are two important crops in the homesteads and farmlands of South-Eastern region of Bangladesh. An exploratory survey to assess the cultivation, contribution and importance of palm husbandry in rural economy was conducted at Ramu upazila under Cox’s Bazar District, Bangladesh. A total of 120 households’ heads were interviewed who were selected following stratified random selection method. The findings revealed that betel nut contributes 19.06% (78345 TK) of total annual household income whereas coconut contributes 6.07% (25017 TK). Orchard, pond bank, homestead and road sides were the four cultivation sites of both palms. Orchards were at top of farmer’s preference for cultivating betel nuts while homesteads are of greater preference to farm holders for coconut trees. Annual production of betel nut was highest (547 betel nuts per tree) at their 11-20 years age range. Annual production per coconut tree was maximum (58 coconuts) at 21-30 years age class. The availability of palm trees of different age classes reflects a sustainable production system of betel nut and coconuts in the study area. Palm husbandry could be a promising sector of rural economy in Bangladesh if the marketing system is well developed reducing involvement of middlemen in the business.
