discharge from official duties - Opis:
- This article is entirely devoted to the issue of discharge from ser-vice in the Police under Article 41(1)(1) of the Police Act. Exemption on this legal basis requires that a medical committee must issue a medical certifi cate to the police offi cer, which states that he/she is totally incapable of serving in the Police. This must be a fi nal decision. Issuing a fi nal ruling requires the superior in charge of personal matters to discharge the police offi cer from offi cial duties in the Police, before he/she is dismissed from service. During the period of dismissal from offi cial duties, the police offi cer retains the right to full salary despite not performing service duties.
