    Opis:
    The development of the Fourth Industrial Revolution has caused numerous problems in traditional labour markets, occurring both at the national level and the level of individual regions of the country. However, breakthrough technologies of the recent decade have initiated new forms of labour organisation, mainly digital jobs and the formation of a digital labour market, which contributes to solving the problems mentioned above. The paper’s goal is to assess the readiness of the economy of Ukraine and its regions for forming a digital labour market to determine promising strategic directions for its development. The findings justify the significant prospects for developing the digital labour market in Ukraine at the national and regional levels. Also, they determine the priority types of digital jobs in selected regions as well as form the methodological basis, information, and analytical base of the organisational and economic mechanism for managing its development.

    Quick progress in modern technologies resulting in the Internet development causes more and more institutions to offer their services through the network. The problem is the consequences of the division of people into those who can, are able to and want to use informational technologies and those whose awareness in this area is very little or none. The faster and faster development leads to great differences in qualifications between groups who do not have access to the Internet and the remaining part of the society. Both the administration and the business community have already noticed the issue of not using ICT by people as an important social problem. The article presents the analysis on how many people still do not have digital competence, as the situation evolved over the years. As the conclusion the Authors pointed out that in many sectors of the economy the knowledge of ITC is a prerequisite for getting a job.

    The article is devoted to researching the Labour Market Digital Ecosystem (LMDES) in terms of its effect on the recruitment process during the remote work outspread. The research aims at analysing remote staff attraction through job portals using the Job board software and determining their impact on recruitment. The LMDES applies automation of the staff searching and selecting, scouring for employment opportunities, and the remote interaction with employers, recruiting agencies, applicants, and job seekers in the digital environment. The creation of a virtual space for such an effective interaction can be realised through a Job board software.

    Wprowadzenie. Pandemia COVID-19 spowodowała zmianę trybu świadczenia pracy – ze stacjonarnej (w miejscu pracy) na zdalną. Wywołało to szereg konsekwencji zarówno dla pracodawców, jak i pracowników w zakresie organizacji pracy, a także potwierdziło istniejące oraz stworzyło nowe formy nierówności społecznych. Cel. Celem artykułu jest próba scharakteryzowania pracy zdalnej w warunkach pandemii COVID-19, ze szczególnych uwzględnieniem jej efektywności, a także nierówności społecznych. Materiały i metody. W pracy wykorzystano metodę analizy oraz syntezy źródeł literaturowych. Wyniki. Pandemia COVID-19, pogłębiła niektóre istniejące już formy nierówności społecznych; wystąpiło zjawisko nierównego dostępu do pracy zdalnej. Analizy dotyczące jej efektywności ukazały wciąż funkcjonujący nierówny podział obowiązków domowych między kobietą i mężczyzną, wynikający z kultywowanego w wielu społeczeństwach patriarchalnego modelu rodziny i przypisywania kobietom „tradycyjnych” ról społecznych. Wnioski. Praca zdalna stanie się – po ustaniu pandemii – w części sektorów rynku pracy i części przedsiębiorstw normą. W związku z tym konieczne jest rozwijanie podczas edukacji szkolnej i w szkołach wyższych tych kompetencji cyfrowych, które są niezbędne w warunkach pracy zdalnej. Ważne jest także podjęcie działań społecznych zmierzających do eliminacji nierówności społecznych ograniczających dostęp do pracy zdalnej, jak i negatywnie oddziałujących na efektywność pracy zdalnej kobiet.
    Introduction. The COVID-19 pandemic caused transformation of the mode of work provision from stationary (on-site) to remote working. This brought a number of consequences for both employers and employees in terms of work organization as well as confi rmed existing and created new forms of social inequality. Aim. The aim of this article is to attempt to characterize remote work in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic, with special attention to its effectiveness as well as social inequalities. Materials and methods. The paper uses the method of analysis and synthesis of literature sources. Results. The COVID-19 pandemic exacerbated some already existing forms of social inequality; the phenomenon of unequal access to remote work occurred. Analyses of its effectiveness revealed the still functioning unequal division of household responsibilities between women and men, resulting from the patriarchal family model cultivated in many societies and the assignment of “traditional” social roles to women. Conclusions. Remote work will be a post-pandemic norm in some sectors of the labour market and some businesses. Therefore, it is necessary to develop those digital competences that are necessary in remote working conditions during school education as well as in higher education. It is also important to undertake social activities to eliminate the social inequalities that limit access to remote working and that negatively affect the effectiveness of the remote working of women.

    W artykule przeanalizowano przemiany na rynku pracy i upowszechnienie się niestandardowych form wykonywania pracy w kontekście czynników indywidualnych, społecznych i państwowych w dobie gospodarki cyfrowej. Omówiono niestandardowe formy wykonywania pracy pod kątem elastyczności rynku, kluczowej dla gospodarki cyfrowej i pracy z wykorzystaniem platform internetowych. Rozpatrzono ekspansję tych form wykonywania pracy z perspektywy jednostki, w szczególności indywidualizmu. Naświetlono kontekst społeczny zmian, akcentując zmiany ról społecznych. W ostatniej części nakreślono zmianę oczekiwań wobec współczesnego państwa dobrobytu.
    The article analyses changes on modern labour market and an expansion of non-standard forms of job execution in the so-called digital economy, focusing on individual, social and public factors. The role of non-standard forms of job execution for labour market flexibility is developed, in the context of digital economy and online platform work. At micro level, the concept of individualism is considered. At social level, changing social roles are described. In the last part, the article focuses on transformation of modern state and public expectations
