    The quality and safety are the key attributes in the traffic and transport processes in the aviation, general aviation and the military aviation activities. Prevention of accidents with a human focus is an important means of the flight safety management to achieve and implement the flight safety policy, in accordance with the mission and tasks of each air operator. The aviation practice identifies the problems of pedagogical didactic research that we are able to realize within the framework of a comprehensive didactic system of aviation education of selected personnel, in the favor of strengthening the level of accident prevention, the quality and safety in the aviation activities.

    This paper presents the characteristics of the subsystems of the modular, didactic production system of single-stage gearboxes. The presented system is equipped with miniatures of devices commonly used in industry. The modular construction of the stand gives the possibility of free modelling of production processes and creates great opportunities for future activities of system development and its use. The paper presents the characteristics of the manufacturing, storage, transport and assembly subsystem and quality control. In the characteristics, the market recognition was presented and selected solutions and devices were described.

    The aim of the work was to create a technical and organizational design for a modular, didactic system for the production of single-stage gearing. The project presented a project of a production system equipped with miniaturized devices, which are commonly used in industry. Despite the reduced scale, the modules have full functionality and reflect the real world systems. Modular construction of the designed system allows for free modeling of production processes and creates great opportunities for future activities of system expansion and its use. Additionally, the system design assumes the possibility of carrying out scientific and research works in the scope of designing production systems with a high level of automation.

    Opis:
    The definition of optimal shape and scope of blended learning trainings was one of the main aims of the presented article. The authoress was trying to find out 'what is the most optimal and efficient didactical process of the blended learning training concerned as a systemic element of reality'. As a result of holistic research, it was possible to distinguish some fundamental components of e-learning process (both in its fully online as well as in blended form) that guarantee its optimization i.e. identification how to ensure its efficiency and sustainability. There is also a presentation of the author's didactic model of blended learning trainings realization (including connection, correlations and sequence of online and traditional parts of training). This model was prepared as a result of research regarding the system theory approach to blended learning trainings.

    Aim: The aim of the work is to present the pedagogical and didactic work of Stefania Mazurek. Methods: A biographical method, an analysis of archival materials Results: An attempt was made at reconstructing the path of life and didactic work in the changing social and political conditions on the territory of Upper Silesia, in Warsaw and in Opole Region in the postwar period based on archival materials. Conclusions: Mazurek was one of the first Polish teachers in secondary education system in Silesian Province (Voivodeship). In the time of the German occupation of Poland, she organized the Secret Pedagogium of Western Lands in Warsaw, which educated students preparing to be active teachers in that region. She implemented the conception of re-Polonization grammar comprehensive school in Opole in the postwar period as well as managed the Department of Foreign Languages in the Opole-based Teacher Training College – the first college of higher education in the region.

    Opis:
    Zamieszczono wyniki badań parametrów jakości powietrza w pomieszczeniach dydaktycznych różnej wielkości. W pomieszczeniach, w których realizowany jest proces dydaktyczny z udziałem dużych grup studentów, powinien być zapewniony odpowiedni komfort klimatyczny, na który mają wpływ przede wszystkim: temperatura oraz wilgotność powietrza, jakość fizyczna i biologiczna powietrza, koncentracja CO2. W wyniku przeprowadzonych analiz wykazano, iż w pomieszczeniach dydaktycznych nie powinno się stosować wentylacji grawitacyjnej. Na podstawie przeprowadzonych badań wyznaczono współczynniki emisji CO2 przez studentów umożliwiające określenie parametrów pracy systemu wentylacji gwarantujące zapewnienie jakości powietrza w salach dydaktycznych.
    Poor ventilation of didactic rooms can interfere with students’ ability to concentrate and even cause them to suffer headaches. This is a significant issue as the ventilation systems of most lecture buildings in Poland do not provide proper air exchange. This paper presents findings of research on air parameters research in the didactic rooms of various sizes. Rooms for classes should ensure climatic comfort i.e. proper humidity and air temperature, physical and biological air quality, and low concentration of carbon dioxide. The research suggested that natural ventilation should not be used, and further research was done after the upgrading of ventilation systems and installation of exhaust fans. The coefficients of carbon dioxide emissions by one student depend on the number of people and size of the room were calculated. Designated coefficients will be used in the algorithm for determining the parameters of the fans in the ventilation system of the classrooms and lecture halls.

    During the 16th–18th centuries major changes took place in western European education, both within the organization as well as the methods and curricula, which are often referred to as an educational revolution. Humanism and the Reformation had a significant impact on the changes, and in the 17th century – the rapid development of science and technology. Polish contribution to the ongoing transformation of education was relatively small, but the solutions developed in the West were used. The main assumptions of Renaissance pedagogy were known in Poland already in the 15th century, and in the next century Reformation brought a new organizational model of schools and new educational solutions and curricula. These changes were also consolidated by the teaching orders, which over time monopolised teaching of the middle-level. These changes were introduced to the Polish education by foreign teachers and reformers who came to Poland in large numbers. New concepts were not just passively accepted, as there were a number of improvements, adjusting these concepts to the Polish conditions.

    Opis:
    Artykuł porusza zagadnienie symulacji komputerowej rzeczywistego ruchu pociągów po sieci kolejowej i jej praktycznego wykorzystania w szkoleniu pracowników kolei. Przytoczone są rozważania na temat zakresu symulacji ruchu rzeczywistego dla różnych podsystemów systemu kierowania i sterowania ruchem kolejowym. W artykule wskazano na różnorodność algorytmów symulacji i konieczność ich doboru do rodzaju szkolenia. Przykładem są rozwiązania zastosowane na stanowisku dydaktyczno-badawczym kierowania i sterowania ruchem w Laboratorium Zakładu Sterowania Ruchem Wydziału Transportu PW.
    Some issues on simulation of real railway traffic on the rail network area as well as its practical usage for training of railway employees have been discussed in the article. Some considerations on the scope of rail traffic simulation for different subsystems of the rail traffic supervisory and control system have been cited. The diversity of simulation algorithms and necessity of their right selection have been indicated. Example solutions have been described for the point of the rail traffic supervisory and control view, placed in the Laboratory of Interlocking Systems at the Transport Faculty of Warsaw University of Technology.
