Opis:: The article presents the phenomenon in which the dialectal suffix -icha/-ycha is used to create feminine variants of surnames of women involved in politics. The subject of the analysis includes the surnames of women politicians (e.g. Kopaczycha < Kopacz), as well as the surnames of wives and daughters of famous politicians (e.g. Pawlaczycha < Pawlak). Such dialectal anthroponyms not only perform an identification function, but they are also used to fulfil various communication objectives. The material which is analysed in this article comes from the utterances of Internet users posted on various forums.

Opis:: The article discusses the way in which phrasemes of dialectal origin are transferred to the colloquial Polish language. The material basis includes the utterances of the Internet users posted on various kinds of forums and blogs. According to the analysis of the material, folk phraseology is quite expansive and it enriches the colloquial language phraseology to a great extent. Dialectal phrasemes have a specific stylistic value, they carry out assessments, they express the author’s emotions, and sometimes they make a text a bit humorous. Due to such values, they attract the readers’ attention, which is the most important objective in the Internet communication.

Opis:: Przedmiotem artykułu są właściwości języka gwarowego, którym posługują się bohaterzy powieści Ryszarda Wytrycha Orły na śniegu oraz Czwarty grzech. Narrator wprowadza czytelnika do zagrody i domu Kobalów, pokazuje codzienne życie wszystkich członków rodziny, ich krewnych, sąsiadów i znajomych w realiach socjalistycznej Polski lat pięćdziesiątych. Zabiegi językowe mają charakter fragmentaryczny, odnoszą się wprawdzie do całości obu tekstów, ale obejmują zasadniczo tylko wypowiedzi bohaterów i to nie wszystkich. Ich obecność determinowana jest przez składniki fabularne utworów i dodatkowo wzmacnia funkcję prezentatywną. Wykładniki stylizacji gwarowej pełnią następujące funkcje: socjologiczną, tworzywową, ekspresywną i stylową.
The subject of this study is to describe the features of the subdialect that is spoken by the characters in Ryszard Wytrych’s novels Orły na śniegu and Czwarty grzech. The narrator takes the reader to the Kobalas’ enclosure and house, shows the everyday life of all family members, their relatives, neighbours and acquaintances in the reality of socialist Poland in the 1950s. Literary devices are fragmentary and despite the fact they refer to the entirety of both texts they basically involve only the utterances of some of the characters. Their presence is determined by fiction elements in the literary works and it also enhances the characterising function. The markers of subdialect style perform the following functions: sociological, formative, expressive and stylistic.
