Opis:
The destruction processes of technical systems extort need the changes of supervising their technical state. Modern technical diagnostics methods are the tool of diagnosing their technical state what is the basis undertaken the decision. The technical diagnostics, he is one from basic sciences about the rational exploitation of objects next to tribology, reliability, safety and exploitation theory. The acquaintance of physical phenomena drawing ahead while functioning machine engine makes possible the qualification of qualitative relationships between destructive processes and the machine engine condition. The great dispersion of the initial properties of machine, how and undeterminancy and the continuity of aging and the cells processes and the tasks of the diagnostics machine which has to work out the specific gathering of diagnosing clearly use up outline methods. The important problems of the article enclose: modelling the machine engines dynamics in the aspect of diagnostics, multidimentions and her the various ways of solving SVD, PCA, Date Fusion, diagnostics integrated with the object, artificial intelligence, diagnostic agent and system solutions of folded objects diagnostics.
Procesy destrukcji systemów technicznych wymuszają potrzebę nadzorowania zmian ich stanu technicznego. Metody diagnostyki technicznej są narzędziem diagnozowania ich stanu technicznego, co jest podstawą podejmowanych decyzji. Diagnostyka techniczna, obok tribologii, niezawodności, teorii bezpieczeństwa i teorii eksploatacji jest jedną z podstawowych nauk o racjonalnej eksploatacji obiektów. Poznanie zjawisk fizycznych zachodzących w czasie funkcjonowania maszyny umożliwia określenie związków jakościowych między zachodzącymi procesami destrukcyjnymi a stanem maszyny. Duży rozrzut własności początkowych maszyny, jak i nieoznaczoność i ciągłość procesów starzenia i zużyć wyraźnie zakreślają cele i zadania diagnostyki maszyn, która musi wypracować sobie specyficzny zbiór metod i środków diagnozowania. Ważne problemy tego referatu obejmują: modelowanie dynamiki maszyn w aspekcie diagnostyki, wielowymiarowość i jej różne sposoby rozwiązywania, SVD, PCA, Data Fusion, diagnostyka zintegrowana z obiektem, sztuczna inteligencja, agent diagnostyczny oraz systemowe rozwiązania diagnostyki obiektów złożonych.

W artykule przedstawiono konstrukcję algorytmu wyznaczania wzorca alternatywnych stanów niezdatności systemu (diagnozowanego metodą opiniowania diagnostycznego). Wzorzec alternatywnych stanów niezdatności systemu jest bardzo wnikliwą własnością struktury opiniowania diagnostycznego i może być wykorzystywany, między innymi do wyznaczania miar jakości struktury, które są podstawą do wyboru najkorzystniejszej (w określonym sensie) struktury lub sposobu realizowania strategii eksploatowania systemu (diagnozowania, regeneracji i rekonfiguracji systemu). Dokonano także oceny złożoności czasowej algorytmu.
The paper presents an algorithm used for transformation of a pattern of diagnostic opinions for PMC and BGM structures to the pattern of alternatives reliability states of a diagnostic structure based on binary cubes operations. The pattern of alternatives reliability states of a diagnostic structure is a meaningful property of the diagnostic structure and may be used for determination of its several quality measures, which are the base for choosing a reasonable structure or for determination of the optimal method of system strategy exploitation (system diagnosis and reconfiguration). Moreover, a timed complexity of the algorithm was evaluated and depicted.

The problem of robust linear and nonlinear diagnostic observer design is considered. A method is suggested to construct the observers that are disturbance decoupled or have minimal sensitivity to the disturbances. The method is based on a logic-dynamic approach which allows us to consider systems with non-differentiable nonlinearities in the state equations by methods of linear algebra.

W pracy przedstawiono wskaźniki niezawodności urządzeń systemu diagnostyki tribologicznej (SDT) i metody wyznaczania ich wartości. Szczegółowo omówione zostały roczne liczbowe wskaźniki niezawodności systemu diagnostyki tribologicznej charakteryzujące ich eksploatację w warunkach środowiskowych panujących na terenie Polski. Podczas eksploatacji systemu SDT, który dzieli się na podsystemy laboratoryjny i terenowy występują niesprawności nie tylko urządzeń pomiarowych, ale również urządzeń peryferyjnych, np. zasilacza UPS, które mogą spowodować niesprawność całego systemu. Wszelkie niewyjaśnione lub nie w pełni wyjaśnione niesprawności i uszkodzenia, dotyczące pracy urządzeń pomiarowych, stanowią zagrożenie dla realizacji badań i wykonania prawidłowej oceny stanu technicznego diagnozowanych układów tribologicznych silników lotniczych i instalacji hydraulicznych. Mogą powodować u użytkownika brak zaufania do systemu i inne negatywne zjawiska. Celowe jest więc zidentyfikowanie zaistniałych niesprawności urządzeń systemu i określenie wynikających z nich zagrożeń dla prawidłowej pracy systemu diagnostyki tribologicznej.
The paper presents the reliability indicators of tribological diagnostics system devices (STD) and the methods of determining their value. The paper discusses in detail the annual numerical indicators of reliability characterising their tribological operation in environmental conditions prevailing on the Polish environment. During operation of the system SDT, which is divided into sub-systems, laboratory and field failures of measuring devices and peripheral devices, such as UPS, can cause the failure of the entire system. Any unexplained or not fully explained malfunctions and damage of measuring devices are a threat to the implementation of research and the implementation of the proper assessment of the technical condition diagnosed tribological systems of aircraft engines and hydraulic systems. This can cause the user's lack of confidence in the system and other negative phenomena. It is appropriate, therefore, to identify the devices of the system, how the failure occurred and to determine the resulting risks for the correct operation of tribological diagnostic systems.

W pracy przedstawiono metodę wyznaczania gotowości systemu transportowego z wykorzystaniem oceny skuteczności realizowanych napraw na stanowiskach podsystemu utrzymania ruchu. W wyniku identyfikacji procesu eksploatacji realizowanego w rzeczywistym systemie transportu miejskiego został zbudowany zdarzeniowy model tego procesu. Na tej podstawie wyznaczono prawdopodobieństwa graniczne pi* przebywania pojedynczego autobusu w poszczególnych stanach procesu eksploatacji zakładając, że modelem procesu eksploatacji obiektów technicznych (autobusów miejskich) jest jednorodny proces Markowa X(t).
The paper presents the method of shaping the availability of the transport system on the basis of evaluation of the effectiveness of repairs, performed on special stations of the road traffic subsystem. The occurence model was created as the result of identification of the maintenance process, realized in the real urban transport system. Furthermore, all border probabilities pi* of finding the single bus in individual maitenance conditions have been determined, with the general assumption, that the homogeneous Markov's process X(t) is the model of the maintenance process of mentioned technical objects (urban buses).

W ramach międzynarodowego projektu FAIR, którego uczestnikiem jest również Polska, budowany jest obecnie w Darmstad (Niemcy) akcelerator kołowy. Będzie on służyć do rozpędzania ciężkich jonów do prędkości bliskich prędkości światła. Akcelerator ten będzie zbudowany z magnesów nadprzewodzących co pozwoli m.in. na minimalizację strat energii elektrycznej. Utrzymanie magnesów akceleratora w stanie nadprzewodnictwa wymaga kontroli kluczowych jego parametrów zarówno przed pierwszym uruchomieniem jak i w trakcie eksploatacji. Na Wydziale Elektrotechniki i Automatyki Politechniki Gdańskiej opracowywany jest obecnie system pomiarowo-diagnostyczny, który ma służyć do testowania stanu obwodów elektrycznych magnesów nadprzewodzących. W artykule przedstawiono wymagania stawiane przed systemem pomiarowym oraz koncepcję działania podsystemów do kontroli stanu izolacji oraz poprawności połączeń magnesów. Omówiono także wnioski wypływające z badań elementów systemu pomiarowego.
Poland is a member of international project FAIR. The purpose of this project is construction of a circular accelerator of heavy ions in Darmstadt (Germany). The main part of the accelerator are superconducting magnets. Maintaining superconducting magnets capable of superconductivity requires precise control of the parameters before the first run and during their operation. For this purpose, the research team at the Faculty of Electrical and Control Engineering of Gdansk University of Technology conducts research on specialized diagnostic and measurement system for testing electrical circuits of superconducting magnets in the project FAIR. This paper presents the requirements for diagnostic system and concept of hardware for subsystems testing the resistance insulation and cerrectness of electrical circuit of superconducting magnet. It also presents the conclusions from experimental research of essential system components.

The article presents the results of research on the use of an axial flux in the diagnostics of induction motor stator winding fed by a frequency converter. Voltage signal waveforms proportional to the axial flux were recorded during motor operation under various conditions and were analyzed with regard to the detection of stator winding short circuits. The taps of the selected coil turns of stator phases were introduced into the tested motor, which allowed to physical modelling inter-turn short circuits. The structure and operation of the computer system used to monitor the state of induction motor windings were discussed. The developed diagnostic system was made in the National Instruments LabVIEW environment. The analysis of faults of the axial flux was made in the detection of induction motor stator winding. The results of experimental research conducted using the developed diagnostic system have also been presented.

Marine engines are very complex technical objects, having many important functional systems, which include, inter alia, injection system, characterized by high unreliability. In this system, there may be different types of defects (damage) that affect the engine parameters, including specific fuel consumption, as well as failures endanger the safety of the ship. The indicator diagrams and analysis of indicated parameters have limited utility in the diagnosis of damages of marine engine, although this is a method commonly used in operational practice. To achieve greater diagnostic effectiveness, when, based on indicator diagrams, are calculated and then the characteristics of heat release is analysed - net of heat release characteristics and the intensity of the heat release, it was demonstrated. This procedure is particularly effective in the diagnosis of damages of marine diesel engine injection system components. It has been shown that the characteristics of heat release contain information about the condition of the injection systems, which enable to diagnose their failures. This is shown on the example of a clogged nozzle holes (their carbonizations). The obtained results allowed selecting the diagnosis symptoms, useful in detecting these faults in the injection system, from the characteristics of heat release: net heat release (Q) and intensity of heat release (q). The object of the research was typical marine medium speed engine Sulzer A25/30.

This article describes the methodology of creating algorithms and diagnostic programs. Still in the construction of such algorithms and diagnostic creating programs mostly is used classical approach, the methodological basis can be reduced to the several basic tasks. One of them is the proper selection and minimization of diagnostic parameters. The article shows the importance of proper selection and minimization of diagnostic parameters on the example of the diagnostics of the injection system of a marine diesel engine. It was indicated to practical usefulness for this purpose calculated the values sensitivity of a given parameter. The stronger the diagnostic parameter responds to a change in the structural parameter, the greater its diagnostic sensitivity is and thus the early development of a given fault can be detected based on deviation analysis of this parameter from its reference value. Based on experimental data, FIS (Fault Isolation System) matrix was built after selecting and minimizing diagnostic parameters. Triple-valued evaluation of residues (–1, 0, +1) was used. The research was carried out on a real object – a four-stroke, mediumspeed marine engine from Sulzer. The impact of selected fault in the injection system on the diagnostic parameters was researched and a FIS (Fault Isolation System) matrix was built on this basis.

This article shows the importance of the diagnostic improvement methods of marine engines to boost the economy and safety of operation of marine cargo ships. The need to implement effective diagnostic methods is justified by presenting statistical data of marine diesel engines failure and the cost of their operation. Based on the own research has been proven, for the chosen example, that indicator diagrams and analysis of indicated parameters have limited utility in the diagnosis of damages of marine engine, although this is a method commonly used in operational practice. Opis:
Toxic exhaust gas emissions from internal combustion engines pose the key barrier to vehicle development. Direct measurements of emission levels and toxic compounds present in exhaust gas pose a technical challenge, which is why vehicle emissions are determined by monitoring the parameters of various systems and components. On-board diagnostic systems support engine monitoring in real time. Most onboard diagnostic systems are standardized, therefore their functions can be modified relatively easily. This paper analyzes the functions of the existing on-board diagnostic systems and proposes solutions that prevent unauthorized tampering with vehicle emission systems.
Problem emisji związków toksycznych przez silniki spalinowe jest obecnie podstawową barierą rozwoju pojazdów samochodowych. Z uwagi na trudne technicznie do realizacji metody bezpośredniego określania poziomu rzeczywistej emisji poszczególnych związków toksycznych, poziom ich emisji przez pojazdy samochodowe w warunkach eksploatacji określa się na podstawie monitorowania parametrów pracy poszczególnych układów/elementów. Stosowane obecnie w pojazdach samochodowych systemy diagnostyki pokładowej z jednej strony pozwalają na bieżącą kontrolę pracy silnika, a z drugiej strony zaś ze względu na znormalizowaną zasadę działania pozwalają na relatywnie prostą ingerencję w ich działanie. W artykule dokonano analizy funkcjonowania obecnie stosowanych pokładowych systemów diagnostycznych oraz zaproponowano kierunki ich rozwoju pozwalające na ograniczenie ingerencji w ich działanie.

The study presents the concept of the maintenance process modernization. The example regards one of the military aircraft functional systems. The concept is based on the method of determining the time concerning the operation of an aiming head in the operation system. The main target in this research was to prepare the most effi cient procedure of Polish Air Force military aircrafts maintenance.

W opracowaniu przedstawiono metodę umożliwiającą wyznaczenie czasookresu przebywania głowicy celowniczej w systemie użytkowania w oparciu o analizę wartości parametrów diagnostycznych zarejestrowanych w trakcie jej eksploatacji. Przedstawiona metoda ma charakter uniwersalny pozwalający na jej zastosowanie w szerokim gronie systemów technicznych, których stan określany jest na podstawie analizy wartości parametrów diagnostycznych.
The study presents the method of determining the time concerning the operation of an aiming head in the operation system. The method is based on the analysis of the values of diagnostic parameters which were registered during the operation of the aiming head. The method is of universal character. It can be used for a wide range of technical systems whose condition is described on the basis of analyzing the values of diagnostic parameters.

In the paper diagnostic functioning approach of computer networks is presented. Diagnostic procedures addressed toward physical and logic layers of OSI model are described. In relation to these layers the protocol diagnostic working principles are analyzed.
