    Opis:
    Till 1991, Kazakh education developed in line with education practiced in the Soviet Union; that is why, its system of special education and the theoretical and methodological basis were consistent with the Russian solutions. At present, education is being intensively restructured as the approach to students with special needs has changed. Inclusive education has become one of the priorities for the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Program of Education Development in the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2011-2020). A number of actions were undertaken in this area: legislation was adopted, and the knowledge of good educational practice used in other countries as well as the forms, principles and strategies of implementing the philosophy of education for all was gained. Data analysis showed that the majority of students with special needs (73 percent) are still in special preschools, schools, residential centers, and sanatorium- and hospital-based facilities. As part of inclusive education, special classes and groups are being organized in mainstream settings, and there are mainstream preschools and schools with groups and classes with two to three children with special needs, who have the same core curriculum as their nondisabled peers. Many creators of inclusive education in Kazakhstan emphasize that a friendly social environment is an important condition for successful implementation of inclusive education. That is why it is still topical and important to get to know this environment and to accurately estimate the number of people who need support.

    This paper argues that the five East-Central European states have a common historical trajectory as a region, in which Poland fits to both the conceptual framework and to the average data, being on some issues somewhat better, on some other issues somewhat worse than the ECE average. Therefore, the paper denies the thesis of Poland’s „singularity” that presupposes the special situation of Poland, very different from the ECE region based on a particular success story in the last Quarter-Century and/or during the EU membership. It means also that the latest developments in Poland can push the country to more divergence from the EU mainstream as it has been the case in the 2010s with Hungary.

Pokazuje główne źródła i mechanizmy wynikające z oddziaływań kultury obrazu oraz konsekwencje dla rozwoju młodego pokolenia. Artykuł jest próbą analizy świata życia młodego pokolenia w warunkach stworzonych przez nowe media.
    In this article, the author presents the basic problems experienced by young people in the imaglogical culture. She indicates the main trends in the development of the young generation determined by the influence of new communication and information technologies (ICT). She indicates the main sources and mechanisms resulting from the impact of image culture and its consequences for the new generation’s development. This article is an attempt to analyze the lifeworld of the young generation in conditions created by new media.

    The aim of this paper is to look at the issues concerning the challenges of the modern education system, including the situation in Poland. It cannot be denied that institutionalized education is imperfect and does not develop human’s full potential. It even turns out that the current education system can be harmful to natural child’s development: it can limit child’s abilities and personal resources. Conditions of present education system are based on wrong assumptions, which contradict the psychological theories including learning processes, practicing creative thinking, intellectual, emotional and social development, and many others. All this contributes to the transfer of knowledge largely useless in everyday life or downplaying the uniqueness of the individual. It prevents learning how to flexibly adapt to the dynamic life conditions. Chances to cope with these serious challenges are various forms of alternative education that take into account the natural human development and psychological functioning.

    Osią narracji tekstu jest uwypuklenie możliwości uzyskania przez człowieka ważnych impulsów rozwojowych, istotnych dla jego egzystencji na każdym etapie życia, nie wykluczając ostatniej jego fazy, dzięki wykorzystaniu wiedzy rozproszonej w rozmaitych obszarach humanistyki i nauk społecznych. Ta rozproszona wiedza winna być wszechstronnie wykorzystywana przez pedagogikę jako naukę szczególnie wyczuloną na oddziaływanie rozwojowe wobec kolejnych pokoleń ludzi w każdej fazie ich życia, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem osób w wieku podeszłym. Świadoma wielowymiarowości egzystencji ludzkiej, pedagogika winna dbać o przyswajanie i przetwarzanie nowych impulsów rozwojowych, koniecznych w każdej fazie ludzkiego życia, nie wykluczając tej ostatniej, czyli starości. Z powodu wielorakich wyzwań egzystencjalnych, przed jakimi staje dziś współczesne społeczeństwo, niezbędna jest refleksja nad tym, czy pedagogika w jej poszczególnych zakresach dyscyplinarnych potrafi podchodzić do człowieka integralnie i czy integralnie rozumie życie ludzkie. Odpowiedzialność za jakość egzystencji człowieka, zarówno młodego, jak i starego każe czerpać inspiracje i „odczytywać” tropy w poprzek dyscyplin naukowych, traktując człowieka integralnie, dbając o życie przeżyte w sposób wartościowy.
    The main idea of this article is to highlight the possibility for people to receive important developmental stimuli that are relevant to their existence at every stage of life, not excluding the last phase of life, through the use of knowledge in various areas of the humanities and social sciences. This scattered knowledge should be comprehensively utilized by pedagogy as a science that is particularly sensitive to the developmental impact on all generations of people in every stage of their lives, with special attention to the elderly. Aware of the multidimensionality of human existence, pedagogy should take care to assimilate new stimuli for human development, which are necessary in every phase of human life, not excluding the last one: old age. In view of the multiple existential challenges facing modern society, it is necessary to consider whether pedagogy in its various disciplinary scopes is able to approach a person holistically and understand human life integrally. The responsibility for the quality of human life, both young and old, makes it necessary to draw inspiration and “read” the tropes across all scientific disciplines, while treating the human being holistically and caring for a life lived in a valuable way.
