    Opis:
    The concept of an inclusive school culture indicates the need for a multifaceted opening to different Others and their diverse educational needs. In this context, strategies oriented towards virtual contact and online relations with Others in a “different” world from the one were familiar with become particularly important. This article addresses the issue of (e)inclusive school culture in times of the COVID-19 disruptions. It presents selected illustrations of empirical research showing that despite the fact that the implementation of the idea of inclusion in the school learning environment is not easy during the pandemic, it is still possible, to provide various opportunities for students to build relations with Others in the spirit of the integration education and justice for all.
    Koncepcja inkluzyjnej kultury szkoły wskazuje na potrzebę wieloaspektowego otwarcia się na różnorodnych Innych i ich zróżnicowane potrzeby edukacyjne. Szczególnego znaczenia nabierają w niej strategie nakierowane na wirtualny kontakt i relacje online z Innymi w „innym” niż dotychczasowy, znany nam świat. W artykule poruszono zagadnienie (e-)inkluzyjnej kultury szkoły w czasie pandemicznych zakłóceń COVID-19. Przedstawiono wybrane egzemplifikacje badań empirycznych, które pokazują, że choć czas pandemii jest niełatwy dla implementacji idei inkluzji w szkolnym środowisku uczenia się, to jednak, nawet w tak trudnych warunkach, możliwe jest tworzenie uczniom różnorodnych okazji do budowania relacji z Innymi w duchu idei edukacji integracyjnej i sprawiedliwej dla wszystkich.

    Opis:
    The purpose of this article is to present anti-refugee attitudes observed on the Internet which show the influence of virtual space on the formation of opinions on refugees. The data collected during the ethnographic research in the period 2015–2019 concern attitudes, behaviors and narratives negating the reception of refugees from the Middle East and North Africa, as well as the grassroots criticism of Internet users against sheltering refugees in the Polish territories. Social media were shown as a tool for expressing public opposition to the prospect of accepting refugees into Poland. Among the data, there were contents that comprised an indirect or direct negation of the goals of intercultural education. An analysis was conducted of the content posted on the Facebook platform on the website “No to the Islamization of Europe”, the functioning of which focuses on informing and commenting on the events related to the “migration crisis”. The research material includes the data from 2018 – a period when the attention of the creators of this medium focused on the potentially negative consequences of accepting refugees into Europe. The conclusions of the research justify and explain the need for the goals of cultural education, which is shown here as a way to counteract stereotypes.
    Celem niniejszego artykułu jest przedstawienie zaobserwowanych w Internecie postaw antyuchodźczych, które ukazują wpływ przestrzeni wirtualnej na kształtowanie się opinii na temat uchodźstwa. Dane zebrane podczas badań etnograficznych w okresie 2015–2019 dotyczą postaw, zachowań oraz narracji negujących przyjmowanie uchodźców z Bliskiego Wschodu i Afryki Północnej, a także oddolnej krytyki internautów wobec udzielania schronienia uchodźcom na obszarze Polski. Media społecznościowe (social media) zostały ukazane jako narzędzie wyrażania społecznego sprzeciwu wobec perspektywy przyjmowania uchodźców na teren Polski. Wśród danych zastanych pojawiły się treści będące pośrednią lub bezpośrednią negacją celów edukacji międzykulturowej. Analizie zostały poddane treści zamieszczone na platformie Facebook na stronie „Nie dla islamizacji Europy”, której funkcjonowanie skupia się na informowaniu oraz komentowaniu zdarzeń związanych z tak zwanym kryzysem migracyjnym. Materiał badawczy obejmuje dane z 2018 roku – okresu, w którym uwaga twórców niniejszego medium skupiła się na potencjalnie negatywnych konsekwencjach przyjmowania uchodźców do Europy.

    Purpose: To investigate the influence of the information culture of a modern teacher on the implementаtion of inclusive education in an educаtional institution and in society. Methods: terminological, system analysis, generalization. Results: the implementаtion of inclusive education is an important component of the reform and innovative development of the educational process. The effectiveness of its implementation depends largely on the teacher, who must be ready for implementation of the inclusion and have the necessary set of competencies to work in an inclusive environment. Such readiness can be effectively developed by constantly increasing the level of its own information culture. By focusing on the development of the teacher's information culture, we will thus ensure the development of such a philosophical concept as inclusion. After all, today it is not just a techniques and methods, it is a process of thinking, a worldview. This is perception, the inclusion in your life of something new, new. Ability to adapt in a changing world. In this article the role of the culture of a modern teacher in the implementation of inclusive education is considered. On the basis of the analysis of literature, the advantages that can be achieved through the development of the informational culture of a modern teacher under the conditions of an inclusive environment are singled out. It is noted that the formation of an information culture offers great opportunities for improving the learning process.

    Opis:
    European immigration policy is a complex and dynamic field of science with interdisciplinary profile. It is based on humanitarian rights and international regulations concerning immigration and development of humanity. Unfortunately, the dynamics of migration in global and European scale, especially the inflow of immigrants, (according to ONZ - irregular immigrants) has reached in EU levels which make effective integration impossible. Europe needs immigrants but is unable to assimilate them. The author describes similar situations in EU and in neighbouring countries. Immigration policy focused on securing boarders against illegal immigrants is considered to be inhumane and generates criminal behaviours. Later chance for integration is extremely difficult.
