    Opis:
    The article is a deep reflection on changes taking place in minority cultures, not only in contact with their larger neighbours, but also, and above all, under the influence of globalisation processes and the rapid development of tourism. The research is structured in order to present the Batwa people living in the African Great Lakes region from a broader time perspective. The juxtaposition of two research periods, one from the early 20th century (Jan Czekanowski) and the other from the 21st century (Lucjan Buchalik), made it possible to track the changes in the everyday life of this community. On the one hand, the Batwa are marginalised, and on the other hand, they are being absorbed by the surrounding, more dominant peoples. Studying the transformation process, one can notice that the Batwa accepted many changes resulting from their contacts with the outside world. It was the process of forcible displacement from their historical territories that threatened the existence of this community.

    Opis:
    Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie poglądów, jakie zostały sformułowane na temat miejsca, roli i funkcji kultury ryzyka w procesie transformacji cyfrowej oraz omówienie najważniejszych wyników badań w tym temacie. W artykule została formułowana następująca hipoteza: marginalizacja, odraczanie w czasie lub zaniechania wykorzystania kultury ryzyka w procesie dostosowywaniu się przedsiębiorstw do działania w otoczeniu cyfrowym stanowi strategiczną, wysoce kosztowną pomyłkę. Artykuł składa się z trzech części. W pierwszej zostały podane podstawowe informacje o transformacji cyfrowej firm i znaczenia tego procesu dla rozwoju przedsiębiorstw. W drugiej części artykułu zostały zidentyfikowane i omówione kluczowe czynniki sukcesu, jakie rekomendowane są na ten temat w literaturze przedmiotowej. Ostatnia część poświęcona jest określeniu roli kultury ryzyka w procesie transformacji i skutkach jej zaniechania.
    The aim of the article is to present the views concerning the place, role and function of the risk culture in the process of digital transformation and to discuss the most important results of studies on the subject. The article sets forth the following hypothesis: marginalisation, postponement or failure to use risk culture in the process of adjusting companies to the operation in the digital environment is a strategic and highly expensive mistake. The article consists of three parts. The first part introduces the basic information on the digital transformation of companies and shows the importance of this process for the development of companies. The second part of the article identifies and discusses key success factors that are recommended in the source literature. The last part is devoted to the determination of the role of the risk culture in the process of transformation and the results of the failure to use it.

    Wprowadzenie. Aktualnie instytucje podlegają zmianom, których podłożem są m.in. dokonujące się przeobrażenia społeczne, polityczne, technologiczne i kulturowe, wywołujące nowe zjawiska w obszarze uczestnictwa w kulturze. Jednym z istotnych przejawów zmian w instytucjach kultury jest otwieranie się na nowe kategorie uczestników, w tym na rodziny z dziećmi. Cel. Celem artykułu jest ukazanie uczestnictwa kultury rodzin jako elementu dokonujących się aktualnie przeobrażeń instytucji kultury w Polsce. Materiały i metody. W analizie przeprowadzonej na potrzeby artykułu dokonano przeglądu piśmiennictwa, w tym głównie źródeł prezentujących wyniki badań nad uczestnictwem w kulturze/praktykami kulturalnymi Polaków, działalnością instytucji kultury i uczestnictwem w kulturze rodzin. Wyniki. Analizy pozwoliły stwierdzić, że rodziny są obecne w instytucjach kultury, a preferowane rodzinne formy uczestnictwa to te o charakterze zabawy, rozrywki, dostarczające doznań i atrakcyjne z punktu widzenia dzieci. Do uwarunkowań tworzenia oferty uczestnictwa w kulturze dla rodzin należą m.in.: zmiany modelu instytucji kultury, inspiracje ze strony muzeów, polityka rodzinna wdrażana w Polsce, polityka dostępności. Z analiz wynika, że w instytucjach kultury tworzone są cztery rodzaje oferty kulturalnej dla rodzin: oferta uczestnictwa rodziny w kulturze; oferta uczestnictwa dzieci w kulturze jako oferta dla rodzin; oferta uczestnictwa dzieci w kulturze z udogodnieniami dla rodzin; oferta uczestnictwa w kulturze wszystkich z udogodnieniami dla rodzin. Wnioski. Do głównych wyzwań przed jakimi stoją instytucje tworzące ofertę uczestnictwa rodziny w kulturze należy rozwijanie oferty międzypokoleniowej, angażującej wszystkich członków rodziny.
    Introduction. Cultural institutions are currently undergoing changes, the background to which is, amongst other things, the social, political, technological and cultural transformations taking place, causing new phenomena in the area of participation in culture. One important manifestation of change in cultural institutions is the opening up to new categories of participants, including families with children. Aim. The aim of this article is to show the participation of family culture as an element of the ongoing transformation of cultural institutions in Poland. Material and methods. The analysis carried out for this article included a review of the literature, mainly sources presenting the results of research on cultural participation/cultural practices of Poles, the activities of cultural institutions and the cultural participation of families. Conclusion. Among the main challenges faced by institutions creating an offer for family participation in culture is the development of an intergenerational offer involving all family members.
