The subject of this paper is phraseology with the name of the bird in its lexical structure (such as crn kao gavran, držati se kao pokisli vrabac, zaplesti se kao pile u kučine, podmetnuti kukavičje jaje etc.). These units were analyzed in order to present the language picture of the animal world of Serbian speakers. The research is based on linguocultural approach to language ‒ Zykova’s conceptual theory of phraseology and culture (Зыкова, 2015). Attention is mostly paid to the problem of motivation of the observed phraseologisms and the phraseological semantic processes. There are several different types of information that motivate the creation of phraseology with the name of the bird as their lexical component: the appearance of the bird, its sound and behavior, as well as its symbolic value.

В статті аналізується культурна дипломатія як інструмент зовнішньої політики сучасної держави. Визначено сутнісні характеристики та особливості культурної дипломатії. Характеризується її місце та значення у зовнішній політиці держави. Висвітлено особливості розвитку міжнародної культурної комунікації України. Розкрито особливості культурної взаємодії України з Румунією. Зазначено, що культурно-інформаційний центр у складі Посольства України в Румунії є одним з осередків співпраці України та Румунії в культурно-гуманітарній сфері. За роки роботи центру його діяльність спрямовувалася на зміцнення двосторонніх відносин між Україною та Румунією, поглиблення співпраці у культурній, гуманітарній, інформаційній сферах; поширення в Румунії інформації про Україну, її історію і культуру, туристичні можливості і привабливість; зміцнення зв’язків з українською меншиною, сприяння задоволенню її національно-культурних потреб.
In the article cultural diplomacy is analysed as an instrument of foreign policy of the modern state. The essence and features of cultural diplomacy are defined. It is characterized its place and importance in the foreign policy of the state. Specificities of the development of international cultural communication in modern Ukraine are highlighted. The peculiarities of cultural interaction between Ukraine and Romania are described. It is noted that the cultural and information centеr within the Embassy of Ukraine in Romania is one of the centеrs of cooperation between Ukraine and Romania in the cultural and humanitarian sphere. Over the years of the centеr’s work, its activities have been aimed at strengthening bilateral relations between Ukraine and Romania, deepening mutual cooperation in the cultural, humanitarian and informational spheres. The centеr promotes spreading of information in Romania about Ukraine, its history and culture, tourist opportunities and attractiveness, strengthening ties with the Ukrainian minority, helping to satisfy its national and cultural needs.
W artykule podjęto analizę dyplomacji kulturalnej jako instrumentu polityki zagranicznej współczesnego państwa. Określono istotę i cechy dyplomacji kulturalnej. Scharakteryzowano jego miejsce i znaczenie w polityce zagranicznej państwa. Podkreślono specyfikę rozwoju międzynarodowej komunikacji kulturalnej we współczesnej Ukrainie. Opisano specyfikę interakcji kulturowych pomiędzy Ukrainą i Rumunią. Należy zauważyć, że centrum kulturalno-informacyjne Ambasady Ukrainy w Rumunii jest jednym z ośrodków współpracy Ukrainy i Rumunii w sferze kulturalnej i humanitarnej. Przez lata działalności centrum jego działania miały na celu wzmocnienie dwustronnych relacji między Ukrainą a Rumunią, pogłębienie wzajemnej współpracy w sferze kulturalnej, humanitarnej i informacyjnej. Centrum promuje rozpowszechnianie w  Rumunii informacji o  Ukrainie, jej historii i  kulturze, możliwościach i atrakcyjności turystycznej, wzmacnianie więzi z mniejszością ukraińską, pomagając w zaspokajaniu jej potrzeb narodowych i kulturalnych.

W artykule omówione zostały przykłady zniszczeń zabytków kultury i religii na skutek ataku zbrojnego Rosji na Ukrainę, w pierwszych miesiącach inwazji. Znajdują się w nim krótkie opisy stanu muzeów Ukrainy w strefach działań wojennych. Zaprezentowano straty w ośmiu obwodach Ukrainy. Szczególnie zwrócono uwagę na niszczenie przez rosyjskich okupantów zabytków kultury w Czernihowie (mieście, które do początku kwietnia ulegało masowym atakom) oraz w obwodach kijowskim i donieckim. Prezentowane przykłady ukazują ogrom zniszczeń oraz uzmysławiają jak dotkliwe są konsekwencje niszczenia dziedzictwa narodowego Ukrainy.
The article discusses examples of the destruction of cultural and religious monuments as a result of Russia's armed attack on Ukraine in the first months of the invasion. It contains brief descriptions of the state of Ukraine's museums in war zones. Moreover, the identified losses in eight regions of Ukraine are presentedas well. Particular attention was paid to the destruction of cultural monuments in Chernihiv (a city that was subjected to mass attacks perpetrated by Russianoccupiers until the beginning of April) and in the Kyiv and Donetsk districts.The presented examples show the enormity of the destruction and make it clear how severe the consequences of the destruction of the national heritage of Ukraine are.

Ma to znaczenie dla jej kształtu. Technika jest wytworem ludzi i ich kultury, ale często dominuje i wpływa determinująco na rozwój kultury, jej kierunki i produkty. Wzajemne relacje techniki i kultury są bardzo złożone i wielowymiarowe. Ich przyszłość jest trudna do przewidzenia.
Technologization of man and his activities has been progressing since the beginning of the human civilization. The Industrial Revolution of the 18th century and the scientific and technological revolution of the 20th century have made this process even accelerated. Its present form is the information revolution and the new social space, i.e. cyberspace. Technology nowadays is a subject of increasing commercialization and marketization what has a significant influence on its “shape”. Technology is a creation of men and their cultures, however not rarely is dominating and impacting culture, its development, directions and products. Mutual relations of technology and culture are very complex and multidimensional. Their future is hard to predict.

Opis:
One of the factors affecting the quality of intercultural communication is the correct transmission of the information and semantic component of the codes that implement the model of culture. Coming into contact with the codes of a foreign culture through the language, the communicant involuntarily makes mistakes when the codes are transformed into the system of codes of their own culture. As a result of this, there is a misunderstanding, and often a misunderstanding of cultural meanings, which leads to a certain conflict - hidden or explicit - in intercultural communication. We single out several such errors that occur during the transfer of information and its transformation - this is a code perception error, a decoding error, a mismatch error, a linking error resulting from a transient error, a replication error, and a transposition error with a violation of semantic integrity. All these errors occur in the individual cognitive system as a result of insufficient knowledge and understanding of a foreign culture and as a result of a discrepancy between the system of codes of one culture and the system of codes of another culture.
Jednym z czynników wpływających na jakość komunikacji międzykulturowej jest poprawna transmisja informacji i składnika semantycznego kodów realizujących model kultury. Wchodząc w kontakt z kodami obcej kultury poprzez język, komunikator mimowolnie popełnia błędy, gdy kody one przekształcane w system kodów własnej kultury. W efekcie dochodzi do niezrozumienia, a często niezrozumienia znaczeń kulturowych, co prowadzi do pewnego konfliktu – ukrytego lub jawnego – w komunikacji międzykulturowej. Wyróżniamy kilka takich błędów, które występują podczas transferu informacji i jej przekształcania - są to błąd percepcji kodu, błąd dekodowania, błąd niedopasowania, błąd połączenia wynikający z błędu przejściowego, błąd replikacji oraz błąd transpozycji z naruszeniem integralności semantycznej. Wszystkie te błędy powstają w indywidualnym systemie poznawczym na skutek niedostatecznej wiedzy i zrozumienia obcej kultury oraz na skutek rozbieżności między systemem kodów jednej kultury a systemem kodów innej.

The subject of this paper is to demonstrate the connection between the forms of preaching the Gospel in the context of today’s cultural, social, and political changes. Since the early days of Christianity, the Gospel message has been adapted to the changing environment. Currently, globalization and digitization are behind these changes. Information society is emerging, its main activities, including communication, being transferred to cyberspace. For this reason, actions aimed at adapting contemporary evangelical communication to this new situation need to be identified. There is a need for change in language and terminology. It is also necessary to utilize the latest IT solutions for evangelization. They should primarily operate in virtual reality, in which a significant number of people are already active. By doing so, it will be possible to follow Christ’s instruction to proclaim the Good News to all nations. 
Przedmiotem opracowania jest wykazanie powiązania form głoszenia przekazu ewangelicznego w kontekście zachodzących zmian kulturowych, społecznych i politycznych. Już w samych początkach chrześcijaństwa przekaz ewangeliczny był dostosowywany do zmieniającego się otoczenia. Współcześnie procesami powodującymi te zmiany to globalizacja i cyfryzacja. Powstaje społeczeństwo informacyjne, które główne swoje aktywności, w tym komunikowanie się, przenosi do cyberprzestrzeni. Z tego też powodu należy podać działania zmierzające do dostawiania współczesnego przekazu ewangelicznego do nowej sytuacji. Potrzeba jest zmiany języka i terminologii. Konieczne jest też wykorzystanie najnowszych urządzeń IT do ewangelizacji, która swoją główną aktywność winna przenieść do wirtualnej rzeczywistości, w której funkcjonuje już większa część ludzkości. Wówczas będzie możliwa realizacja Chrystusowego przesłania o potrzebie głoszenia Dobrej Nowiny wszystkim narodom.

Presented research shows Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology as a highly promising tool for architectural heritage conservation. Analyses of contemporary publications by BIM topic and HBIM (Historic Building Information Modeling), its specific division, are conducted. The usage of modern technology analysis for digitizing monuments along with the outdated ‘manual’ of accounting and passportization methods are executed, and a lack of automation of the above processes is observed. Additionally, the research reveals that during the operational period of historical objects, there was no method of fixing their architectural transformations. The necessity of automation of the abovementioned processes by the capabilities of the BIM technology is emphasized. Automation methods developed utilizing the BIM model properties as a relational database, are described. An example of the method implementation in architectural and construction software applications is given. The case uses the rules of filling in the state accounting card of Ukraine. Nonetheless, the automatic formation of a document like this by the standards of any country is underscored.
Prezentowane tutaj badania pokazują technologię Modelowania Informacji o Budynkach (Building Information Modeling, BIM) jako niezwykle obiecujące narzędzie do konserwacji dziedzictwa architektonicznego. Przeprowadzone zostały analizy współczesnych publikacji na temat BIM oraz jego specyficznego obszaru, HBIM (Historic Building Information Modeling, modelowanie informacji o budynkach zabytkowych). Wykonano analizy nowoczesnych technologii do digitalizacji zabytków wraz z przestarzałymi "ręcznymi" metodami rachunkowości i paszportowania, przy czym zaobserwowano brak automatyzacji powyższych procesów. Dodatkowo z badań wynika, iż w okresie eksploatacji obiektów zabytkowych nie istniał sposób na utrwalenie ich przekształceń architektonicznych. Podkreśla się konieczność automatyzacji powyższych procesów przez możliwości technologii BIM. Opisano metody automatyzacji opracowane z wykorzystaniem właściwości modelu BIM jako relacyjnej bazy danych. Podano przykład zastosowania tej metody w aplikacjach oprogramowania architektonicznego i budowlanego. W tym przypadku zastosowano zasady wypełniania państwowej karty księgowej na Ukrainie. Podkreślono jednak automatyczne tworzenie takiego dokumentu przez standardy dowolnego kraju.

The term ‘wars of memory’ refers to the Russian specificity of the issues described in the West as ‘politics of history’ or the ‘politics of memory’. The historical arguments which are employed in the Russian Federation in the context of information and cultural warfare, and are identified with the war over the interpretation of history, are being used to achieve the Kremlin’s political objectives in both its domestic and external arenas: any visions which conflict with the official one are discredited as anti-Russian and falsifications of the history of Russia. This text consists of three parts. The first discusses the evolution of the problem in Russian public discourse since the collapse of the USSR; the second describes the historical-cultural standard currently operative in Russia (its pattern of assessments and historical interpretations); and the third, outlines the manifestations of the state’s involvement in implementing its specifically understood politics of memory, with particular emphasis on the role of the Russian Historical Society and Rosarkhiv. The ‘wars’ discussed in this article have become one of the systemic mechanisms for Russia’s confrontation with both the external environment and its internal opposition. The memory and historical-cultural identity as disseminated now are leading to a secondary Sovietisation of society and the mobilisation of imperial and nationalist (ethnocentric, ethnically Russian) resentments within the Russian Federation.

W artykule przedstawiono również normatywny model kompetencji cyfrowych oraz narzędzia wykorzystywane w badaniach prowadzonych w tym ujęciu. Rozważania osadzono w polu nauk o mediach i powiązano je z przedmiotem informatologii.
This article deals with relational model of digital skills, derived from both relational sociology and relational concept of culture. The overall goal is to indicate the necessary extension of the collection of research tools used in studies of digital skills. The article also presents a normative model of digital skills and tools. It connects reflections from media studies and information science.

Opis:
The project presented aims to develop knowledge about the history of the Basilica of Saints Cosmas and Damian in Rome in the form of visualization. The concept described is an attempt to exploit the advantages of visual representation offered by information technology in the study of historical monuments. The issues related to computer visualization of cultural heritage indicate a need to establish a reference model for the project, which will increase the sustainability of its results and facilitate access to them. Implementation of this model in the database of source materials, which is discussed in the text, forms a documentation of the current state of work. Particular attention was given to resources essential for understanding of spatial relationships in the building, such as iconographic and historical descriptions of the basilica. This survey determined that extensive material exists, which can provide data for the visualization.

One of the most significant problems in international marketing is the lack of good knowledge of the environment in which the product will be positioned. The factors of the cultural macroeconomic environment, along with other factors, have a particular importance because they influence the choice of the specific market and the right strategy for positioning the product. The purpose of this article is to raise the problems in managing the process of collecting information about cultural environment factors in international business and outlining ways to overcome them. In order to achieve the goal, the cultural environment factors have been considered and the results of a survey about the ways how the information about them is collected have been analyzed, and also the sources of information and emerging issues in process management. The research is based on the results of a questionnaire survey of managers and business owners. Statistical methods and methods of analysis and synthesis were used to research the problem.

W artykule omówiono konstytucyjną zasadę dostępu do dóbr kultury, konstytucyjną zasadę zrównoważonego rozwoju, gwarancje składające się na prawo do kultury, a także wolność twórczości artystycznej, badań naukowych, nauczania i korzystania z dóbr kultury. To bardzo istotny obszar dla ponownego wykorzystywania informacji sektora publicznego. Z tego powodu w tekście zaprezentowano problematykę otwierania danych oraz wskazano na najistotniejsze przykłady realizacji przepisów prawa dotyczących ponownego wykorzystywania informacji sektora publicznego. Przepisy nowej ustawy o otwartych danych i ponownym wykorzystywaniu informacji sektora publicznego to taka regulacja, która zapewnia szeroki dostęp do dóbr kultury. Przepisy tej ustawy pozwalają chociażby na szerszy dostęp do zasobów bibliotek, muzeów i archiwów oraz dają możliwość szerszego i bardziej efektywnego dostępu do takich zasobów informacji. Niezwykle istotna jest digitalizacja zasobów bibliotek, muzeów i archiwów, dlatego to zagadnienie zostało omówione w tekście.
The article discusses the constitutional principle of access to cultural goods, the constitutional principle of sustainable development, the guarantee consisting of the rights to culture, as well as the freedom of artistic creation, scientific research, teaching and use of cultural goods. This is a very important area for the re-use of public sector information. For this reason, the text presents the issue of open data and points to the most relevant examples of implementation of the law on re-use of public sector information. The provisions of the new law on open data and re-use of public sector information are such a regulation that provides broad access to cultural assets. The provisions of this law allow, for example, wider access to the resources of libraries, museums and archives, and provide the possibility of wider and more effective access to such information resources. Digitalization of the resources of libraries, museums and archives is extremely important, therefore this issue is discussed in the text.
