    Conflicts are inevitable even in the most harmonious life of family. The kind of the conflicts and the ways of their resolution at first depends from the persons’ psychical maturity in them participating. In situation when it fizzle out to unload tensions and conflicts, it comes to crisis of marriage or family characterizing in this, that husband’s and wife’s essential needs or needs parents and their children are not satisfy on a required level. Some kinds of crises can lead to disintegration of marriage and family and in a long term to weakness the internal coherence characterizing in neglecting the persons’ duties and duties in relation to children, the consequence of this is break-up of the marriage and family. From the formal sight it express as a figure of divorce or separation. Each divorce confirmed by low means emotional, psychical, economic and parental divorce. In a consequence weakens or annihilates emotional ties, the division of property follows among getting divorced sides and disconnection one of them from caring over juvenile children. Moreover the age, state of the child’s health, degree of emotional sensibility, fear about new condition of life can decide about positive or negative the child’s behavior to divorce of its parents. Counteraction would depends disintegrating conflicts on creating family community, spread in a proper family communication but mainly for preparation of a young person to life in a society, at marriage or in family.

    Opis:
    The aim of this article is to outline a new research perspective, allowing for an in-depth reflection on the condition of contemporary marriages and families. Of course, the problem itself is not new, but in order to analyse it, we propose to adopt a perspective which has not been present in the literature so far and which will consist in analysing the condition of the institution of marriage through the prism of the process of declaring a marriage null and void, i.e., the canonical procedure in force in the Catholic Church. The proposed research perspective is based on an interdisciplinary approach, taking into account the broad context in which, in our opinion, the functioning of the contemporary institution of marriage should be considered. In this approach we try to integrate sociological and demographic premises and inspirations with legal, theological and canonical premises, which is a significant novelty. The integration of these approaches will make it possible to consider the problem of the break-up of the marital bond in a different way than has been presented so far. Thanks to this, it is possible to make a comprehensive diagnosis of the situation of marriages in moments of crisis and to capture those aspects of spiritual and social life which have not yet been taken into account in the research, and which play a particularly important role in initiating proceedings to declare a marriage null and void.

    The content of Humanae Vitae (1968) caused an ongoing debate all over the world. It has also stirred up factual crisis of moral theology. The crisis has caused subjectivity of morality and this has caused further crisis. The most serious feature of the crisis seems to be an effort to accept moral pluralism inside the Catholic Church. The renewal of moral theology the Second Vatican Council talked about has been left blocked. A couple of years after the Second Vatican Council, but before publishing Humanae Vitae, warning of St. Paul VI calls for continuity with moral tradition as a criterion for the autonomy of Catholic moral theology. In spite of much opposition of some bishops, theologians, and laypeople, the teaching of the encyclical letter has priceless value. The truth about marital love and value of life is in its center. It is proclaimed in an overview of the teaching of the Catholic Church from Humanae Vitae to Evangelium Vitae. In its nature, family is invited to fullness of love and, at the same time, it is the heart of civilization of love. Unfortunately, current family has found itself between the two civilizations-civilization of love on the one hand and civilization of death and uncontrolled pleasure on the other. The teaching of the encyclical Humanae Vitae is a constant guide when protecting true marital love and family in the course of time.

    W niniejszym artykule zostały zaprezentowane wyniki badań przeprowadzonych wśród kobiet, które zdecydowały się na wejście w związek małżeński z partnerem o odmiennej od swojej narodowości. Podjęto próbę odpowiedzi na pytanie: czy tworzenie związku z osobą o odmiennym kulturowo systemie wartości, którego oddziaływaniom intencjonalnym bądź nieintencjonalnym zostaje się poddanym, może wpływać na kryzys w wartościowaniu? Stopień odmienności kulturowej determinuje ilość problemów występujących między partnerami. Różnice narodowościowe, religijne, językowe i kulturowe mogą wpływać zarówno negatywnie, jak i pozytywnie na partnerstwo lub małżeństwo. Rezultat uwarunkowany jest m.in. stopniem założenia podobieństwa partnera, stopniem bariery językowej, akceptacją odmiennej kultury i religii partnera oraz jego odrębnych poglądów. Różnice kulturowe są nierozerwalnie połączone z odmiennością wartości, a do czynników prowadzących do problemów w związkach mieszanych kulturowo zaliczyć należy odmienny system wartości. W zakresie każdego z procesów składających się na wartościowanie – z których głównymi są ocenianie, wybieranie i realizowanie wartości – mogą występować specyficzne trudności lub zaburzenia. Badane kobiety w większości posiadały problemy i konflikty związane z poczuciem zagubienia wartości (60,00% badanych) oraz trudnościami w uporządkowaniu systemu wartości w hierarchię (38,67%), które są poważnymi problemami osobistymi. Zatem z przeprowadzonych badań można wysunąć wniosek, iż osoby tworzące związki międzykulturowe, w których spotykają się z odmiennym systemem wartości swojego partnera, doświadczają z tego powodu kryzysu w wartościowaniu.
    In this article were presented the results of the tests carried out among women who have decided to enter into marriage with a partner of different nationality. An attempt to answer the question: can create a relationship with a person of a different cultural value system, which is an intentional or non-intentional actions, can affect the asset valuation incorporate? The degree of cultural diversity determines the amount of problems between the partners. Ethnic differences, religious, cultural and language can affect both negatively and positively to a partnership or marriage. The result is conditioned by: the degree of similarity of the founding partner, the degree of language barriers, the acceptance of different cultures and religions and its partner separate views. Cultural differences are inextricably linked to different values, and to the factors leading to problems in relationships of mixed culture should include different value system. In terms of each of the processes making up the evaluation-of which the main are evaluating, choosing and implementation of values-you may experience specific difficulties or disorders. Most of the tested had problems and conflicts with the sense of loss (60.00%) and difficulties in arranging a system of values in a hierarchy (38.67%), that are the serious personal problems. Therefore, the study can be concluded, that the persons forming the intercultural relationships, where they meet with a different system of values your partner experience because of this crisis in asset valuation incorporate.

    In the modern world we experience an increasing crisis in human relations, which manifests itself especially in marriages and families. Common individualism and self-centeredness contributes to the reductionist conception of freedom and human love, which results in a lack of responsibility for the decision taken. The article presents the understanding of marriage and family in Eastern Orthodoxy in a synthetic way. The author in relation to the tradition of Eastern Christianity indicates essential features of Christian marriage and its connection with the Eucharist. In reference to the tasks of the family, there was emphasized the responsibility of parents for the upbringing and care for the spiritual development of their children. In the final part of the article there were presented contemporary threats to family life.
    We współczesnym świecie doświadczamy coraz większego kryzysu w relacjach międzyludzkich, który szczególnie się przejawia w małżeństwach i rodzinach. Powszechny indywidualizm i egocentryzm przyczynia się do redukcjonistycznego pojmowania wolności i miłości ludzkiej, co skutkuje brakiem odpowiedzialności za podjęte decyzje. W artykule zostało przedstawione w syntetyczny sposób rozumienie małżeństwa i rodziny w prawosławiu. Autor w odniesieniu do tradycji chrześcijaństwa wschodniego wskazuje na istotne cechy małżeństwa chrześcijańskiego oraz jego związek z Eucharystią. W refleksjach nad zadaniami rodziny została podkreślona odpowiedzialność rodziców za wychowanie dzieci i troszczenie się o ich rozwój duchowy. W końcowej części artykułu zostały przedstawione współczesne zagrożenia życia rodzinnego.

    Doniesienia o wzrastającej liczbie rozwodów/separacji w Polsce, a także dane statystyczne na temat skali problemu uzależnień i przemocy (w systemie pomocy społecznej i nie tylko) stały się przyczynkiem do podjęcia teoretycznych rozważań nad potrzebą i granicami ratowania małżeństw w kryzysie dotkniętych wyżej wymienionymi problemami. Wyjaśniono: przed czym warto/należy ratować małżeństwo w kryzysie, kto ma je ratować, w jaki sposób to robić, co to znaczy „za wszelką cenę” (kto i jaką cenę ponosi) oraz gdzie się znajdują granice ratowania. Przedstawiona w tym artykule problematyka może być interesująca dla wielu doradców, terapeutów, pracowników socjalnych oraz dla małżonków uwikłanych w problem uzależnienia i/lub przemocy.
    The reports on the increasing number of divorces/separations in Poland and the statistical data on the scale of the problem of addictions and violence (in the social welfare system, and not only), became a contribution to the theoretical considerations on the need and limits of saving marriages in crisis affected by the above mentioned problems. It was explained: from what it is worth/necessary to save a marriage in crisis, who is to save it, how to do it, what it means „at all costs” (who pays what price?) and where are the limits of saving? The issues presented in this article may be interested to many counselors, therapists, social workers, and spouses caught up in addiction and/or violence.
