In my paper I analyse the art of selected Polish conceptual artists, whose art and creative strategies clearly attempt to analyse the essence of time. I consider exceptional in this context the work of Roman Opalka (Opałka 1965 /1 - ∞), Natalia LL's recordings (Permanent recordings of time), Zdzislaw Jurkiewicz's Saturn and Jupiter Ways, and the projects by Stanisław Dróżdż (FROM TO) that touch upon various levels of time. This article is an attempt at answering the question about Anna Kamieńska editorial work on Notatnik. The discussion of the creative process applies to a manuscript fragment of the journal from the period 31 Oct 1971–15 Feb 1972, the work published in instalments in the 1970s in the W drodze periodical, and the book releases published in the 1980s. The analysis of editorial changes applies to selected linguistic forms. Those include, e.g., replacement of nouns with pronouns, diminutives with neutral forms or acronyms, questions with ascertainment, and the elimination of particles and first-person singular in verbs and pronouns. All of the listed interventions led to a shortening of passages and assigning them the nature of aphorisms.
Niniejszy artykuł podejmuje próbę odpowiedzi na pytanie, jak wyglądała praca redakcyjna Anny Kamieńskiej nad Notatnikiem. Spostrzeżenia na temat procesu twórczego czynione są na podstawie fragmentu rękopiśmiennego dziennika z okresu 31 X 1971–15 II 1972 oraz publikowanych w latach 70. odcinków dzieła na łamach czasopisma „W drodze” i wydanych w latach 80. książek. Analiza zmian redakcyjnych skupia się tu na wybranych formach językowych. Wśród nich możemy wyróżnić np. zamianę rzeczowników w zaimki, zdrobnień w formę neutralną lub skrót, pytania w twierdzenie, eliminację partykuł i osoby „ja” w czasownikach i zaimkach. Wszystkie wymienione zabiegi prowadzą do skrócenia zapisów, nadania im aforystycznego charakteru.

The projects’ development in dynamically developing creative industries requires a search for new sources of creating the competitive advantage. One of the approaches – in addition to the risk analysis – is the efficiency management. The aim of the study is to evaluate the complexity of the efficiency management in business (especially innovative) projects. In the article, there is presented the methodology of WZZE (complexity of efficiency management) index construction, referring to the 11 specific factors.
Realizacja projektów w dynamicznie rozwijających się sektorach kreatywnych wymaga poszukiwania nowych źródeł kreowania przewagi konkurencyjnej. Jednym z podejść – obok analizy ryzyka – jest zarządzanie efektywnością procesów. Celem pracy jest ocena złożoności zarządzania efektywnością w projektach biznesowych (o charakterze innowacyjnym). W artykule przedstawiono metodykę konstrukcji i analizę wartości wskaźnika WZZE (złożoności zarządzania efektywnością), odwołując się do 11 czynników cząstkowych.

Opis:
Purpose: Nowadays, the creative industry is a dynamically developing area in the economies of many regions and even whole countries. Enterprises of the creative industry are able to increase the value of life of many people, as well as generate the broadly understood welfare. In this case, it is worth to identify peculiarity of innovative processes and risk management in this kind of enterprises. Design/methodology/approach: In the article, there is described peculiarity of the creative industry in the national economy in Poland in the area of innovative activities. An analysis of the impact of risk on these activities is presented. The paper presents the results of a survey carried out in four industries that are compatible with the Polish Classification of Activity (advertising, architecture & urbanity, IT & software, design). The leading research tool was the CATI questionnaire. To test the statistical significance methods of non-parametric statistics were used. Findings: On the basis of the research results’ analysis, it can be concluded that risk management under the conditions of functioning of enterprises from the creative industry in Poland is not an inherent element of the decision-making processes in the sphere of innovative activities. Originality/value: The article addresses the issue of managing innovation processes in enterprises of the creative industry – with a particular focus on risk management. This issue has not been sufficiently analysed in the Polish and international scientific literature yet. The article also provides a guidance on how to manage risk in innovative processes in the creative industry.

W niniejszym artykule została szkicowo przedstawiona polska recepcja dokonań francuskiej szkoły krytyki genetycznej. Zwrócono uwagę na przydatność tej metodologii w badaniach nad archiwami artystów, w tym nad rzucającym światło na proces twórczy piśmiennictwem autobiograficznym. W kolejnej części artykułu zreferowano rozwijające się aktualnie we Francji podejścia wykorzystujące metody krytyki genetycznej w badaniach nad archiwami tworzenia.
This paper outlines the Polish reception of achievements of the French school of genetic criticism. It highlights the applicability of this methodology in research on the archives of artists, in particular autobiographical writings that shed light on the creative process. The second part of the paper presents approaches currently emerging in France, where the method of genetic criticism in research on artistic archives is becoming more prominent.

Celem artykułu jest ukazanie znaczenia inspiracji w wymiarze wewnętrznym i zewnętrznym dla kompozycji sakralnego dzieła muzycznego. Wzięcie pod uwagę takich cech inspiracji, jak ewokacja, transcendencja oraz motywacja postawy kompozytora, sprzyja głębszemu rozumieniu procesu twórczego w powiązaniu z etapami jego indywidualnej, artystycznej drogi, co wyraźnie można dostrzec w analizie twórczego doświadczenia Wojciecha Kilara. Warto zauważyć, iż inspiracje pojawiające się spontanicznie domagają się realizacji w postaci konkretnego wytworu, a zatem i sakralnego dzieła muzycznego. Proces jego tworzenia jest specyficzny dla kompozytora, który cechuje się określoną dojrzałością na danym etapie życia.
Article is aimed at showing the meaning of inspirations seen in the inner and outer dimensions for composer’s sacred piece of music. Taking into consideration such qualities of inspiration as evocation, transcendence, and motifs of creator’s attitude fosters deeper understanding the creative process in relation with states of his/her individual creative path, what can be observed in analysis of Wojciech Kilar’s creative experience. It is worth noticing that inspirations appearing spontaneously demands realizing in the concrete piece of work, also in sacral piece of music, as well. The process of its creation is specific for composer who characterizes with an appropriate maturity on concrete stage of life.

W artykule autor podejmuje próbę opisu roli lidera w kontekście jego funkcjonowania w innowacyjnej organizacji. Odwołując się do przykładów z własnej praktyki szkoleniowej i coachingowej oraz do istniejących badań, autor pokazuje istotne różnice pomiędzy rolą lidera działającego w tradycyjnie zarządzanej firmie, która nie zajmuje się innowacjami, a rolą lidera pracującego w firmie innowacyjnej. Autor omawia najnowsze badania, które pokazują, że innowacje, które są dzisiaj kluczem do sukcesu wielu nowoczesnych organizacji, wymagają innego rodzaju przywództwa. Z badań tych wynika, że liderzy innowacyjnych firm nie kreują się już na samotnych wizjonerów biznesu, ale tworzą całkiem nowe reguły innowacyjności. Główne wyzwania, które stoją dzisiaj przed tymi liderami, są następujące: Jak zbudować organizację zdolną do ciągłego wytwarzania innowacji przez długi okres? Jak zbudować zespół, który będzie gotowy i zdolny generować nowe idee? Artykuł zawiera kilka ważnych wniosków i postulatów dotyczących rozwoju i kształcenia innowacyjnych liderów: konieczność opanowania umiejętności odkrywania i wyzwalania potencjału kreatywnego jednostki i zespołu (Collective Genius), opanowanie sztuki facylitacji twórczych procesów grupowych, pozbycie się uzależnienia od własnej liderskiej i „jedynie słusznej” wizji, przestawienie się z myślenia typu „albo, albo”, na myślenie „to i to, i jeszcze tamto”.
In this article the author undertakes the effort of describing the role of a leader in the context of his or her functioning within the context of an innovative organization. Making reference to examples from own training and coaching practice as well as to existing research the author demonstrates significant differences between the role of a leader acting in a traditionally managed company that is not concerned with innovation and of a leader working in an innovative one. The author discusses the most up–to–date studies that demonstrate innovation as today’s key to the success in the case of many modern organizations that require a different form of leadership. These studies show that leaders in innovative companies no longer consider themselves solitary visionaries of business, but create completely new rules for innovation. The main challenges that today stand before these leaders are: How to build an orga¬nization capable of continuously creating innovation for a long period of time and how to build a team that is capable of and ready to generate new ideas. The article incudes several important conclusions and postulates relating to the development and molding of innovative leaders: The need to acquire skill in uncovering and releasing the creative potential of the individual and team (collective genius), grasping the art of facilitating group creative processes, putting aside a dependence on one’s own leadership and “one and only” vision, and shifting from “this or that” thinking to “this, that, and the other thing” thinking

The concept of Boguslaw Jasinski's aesthetics is an attempt to create a new theoretical space for examining the sense and the aims of activities in the field of art. The starting point is a negation of the very notion of art and an art object. The ending point is the experience of the mystery of existence. The obstacle on the way is traditional aesthetics (beauty, form, content, aesthetic experience, creativeness, re-creation). All that together makes up a metasphere of existence which is a dense matter of life that covers up the existence itself, that is deceptive and unauthentic. The theoretical background of aesthetics is the concept of ethosophy. Its central categories are ethos and existence that is the ethos of existence. The existence is a primary fact for philosophy, it is obvious and undeniable. There exists only what there exists. Ethos is, however, a place which we take up in the whole of existence, in contrast to life, in which we find ourselves in the constant search for our own place. An artistic creation is a tool which allows us to grasp the wisdom coming from the very existence. It demolishes the traditional structure of aesthetics and the global System and points out a new area of human activity, in a frame for a new social structure where creation can be freely carried out. Creation has no material effect and does not function as a product. It is a process, it is constantly becoming. It is realised in the particular way of living. The artist makes art without consciousness or hyperconsciousness of being an artist. Jasinski postulates creating enclaves - small communities organised in their own way and self-sufficient, which are free from unwelcome influences from the outside world. Creativity is here a way of self-fulfillment, without the need to communicate anything to anybody outside. In the ethosofical project the only matter for creation is the very personality of an individual.

Today’s educators experience more anxiety, stress and burnout than ever before, which is why there is growing interest of this professional group in art therapy projects that focus on supporting the development of personal and interpersonal skills. Art workshops are in demand in particular among education students, who experience a certain range of emotional stress when they encounter things that astonish them and cause an invigorating shock. Thus, they can understand how to deal with various emotions, both their own and other people’s especially when they have deficiencies in this field and they are seeking improvement. As a result, students—future teachers—become more aware of their own strengths and weaknesses and more actively manage their well-being and commitment to self development.
W dzisiejszych czasach pedagodzy odczuwają więcej niepokoju, stresu i wypalenia zawodowego niż kiedykolwiek wcześniej, dlatego wzrasta zainteresowanie tej grupy zawodowej projektami arteterapeutycznymi, które mają na celu wspieranie rozwoju umiejętności osobistych i interpersonalnych. Warsztaty artystyczne są szczególnie cenione wśród studentów kierunków pedagogicznych, którzy dzięki możliwości spotkania z rzeczami, które mogą ich zadziwić i wywołać ożywczy szok, doświadczają pewnego napięcia emocjonalnego. Dzięki temu potrafią zrozumieć, jak sobie radzić z różnymi emocjami, zarówno własnymi, jak i cudzymi, zwłaszcza gdy sami posiadają braki w tym zakresie i chcą je zniwelować. Dzięki temu uczniowie – przyszli nauczyciele – stają się bardziej świadomi swoich mocnych i słabych stron oraz aktywniej zarządzają własnym dobrostanem i zaangażowaniem w samorozwój.

The article describes both theoretical and practical application of thought methods supporting the creation of innovative solutions. The “ideas crushing” technique was presented, which helps to discover as many defects as possible in a crushed object in order to use them to create a new, better object. The technique of “Six Thinking Hats” using lateral thinking was also characterized. This type of thinking is characterized by problem-solving by looking at things differently than usual. The article shows how to create creative solutions using heuristic methods. The list of requirements for innovative cleaning equipment was made through the use of an “ideas crushing” method called reverse brainstorming. After answering a series of crushing questions, appropriate conclusions were drawn. Subsequently, the defects found were catalogued according to their type, and those that did not bring tangible benefits in relation to the costs of their removal, were rejected. At the last stage of the method, possible solutions to the most important disadvantages were proposed. The practical application of the “Six Thinking Hats” method was also presented. It allowed to consider the problem from the point of view of several areas: emotions, facts, optimism, pessimism, innovative ideas, logical thought process. The described methods can be used in other areas of industry and life.

The aim of this article is to analyse the process of creation of the Malina (Raspberry) project (2018) through the prism of the assumptions of the Placówka (Outpost) programme of the Theatre Institute in Warsaw, which had a nurturing and disciplinary function towards the selected project. Starting from the definition of the relation between the group of female artists and the institution as subjects meeting in a moment of ‘career coupling’, the author reflects on how both parties interpreted the implementation of the idea of a long-term, laboratory-based creative process, including the consent to suffering a ‘productive failure’. The main body of the article revolves around establishing the reasons and consequences of the residents’ failure to exercise their right to create an open, experimental form of the work-in-progress kind. Supported by the knowledge gathered during the rehearsals for the performance and the interviews conducted, the author indicates how economic and communicative difficulties translated into decisions regarding the organisation of the theatrical process.

Artykuł eksponuje praktykę pisarską Tadeusza Kantora – „artysty teatru”, który w swoich pismach – zarówno teoretycznych, jak i stricte artystycznych/literackich – przekraczał granice klasycznie rozumianej gatunkowości, zmierzając w stronę hybrydyzacji tekstu. Autorka podejmuje krytyczny dialog z trzytomową edycją „Pism” artysty, wskazując jednocześnie na ważność manuskryptu jako świadectwa dynamicznego procesu twórczego. Odwołując się do koncepcji kłącza Gil-les’a Deleuze’a i Félixa Guattariego, autorka akcentuje problem kł?czowato?ci zapisk?w artysty oraz konfrontuje jego teksty z?t? figur?-modelem (ączowatości zapisków artysty oraz konfrontuje jego teksty z tą figurą-modelem (rhizome), wskazując na nieprzystawalność ponowoczesnego myślenia o podmiocie względem praktyki pisarskiej Kantora. Natomiast sięgając do koncepcji poezji Brunona Schulza i zestawiając ją z refleksjami Kantora na temat języka i mitu, autorka próbuje odnaleźć klucz do językowej koncepcji pisarstwa artysty, nieustannie poszukującego własnego idiomu oraz toczącego swoistą walkę ze słowem.
The article discusses Kantor’s writing practice of crossing borders between styles and genres, which in effect produced thoroughly hybrid literary or theoretical texts. The article focuses in particular on the analysis of Kantor’s manuscripts which give evidence of a dynamically changing and evolving nature of the text production. The theories of Gilles Deleuze and Félix Guattari are used by the author to prove that the postmodern philosophy and analysis do not capture the specific idiom of Kantor’s writing. Comparing Bruno Schulz with Kantor’s concept of literature, the author shows his specific way of forging a very personal idiom of writing and of literary expression.

Among Psychoanalytics, psychiatrists and other clinical researchers, who investigate theinfluence of trauma on humans well-being and life quality, there is often conclusion that one of the result of traumatic event is re-experiencing it once again through recurrent and intrusive recollections of the event. Such a statement suggests that there may be a connection between traumatic event, which occurred in writer’s life and his or her writings, where he or she recalls and analyses difficult and painful experiences. The article is an aim to proof the thesis, that creative process may be a one of the example of therapy Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). The detailed analyze of Maria Arbatova writingsis an example, which exemplifies present issues.
