Opis:
Cognition of the world, construction of knowledge related to our surroundings, and expressing meanings that stem from our life experiences are by no means easy processes. A substantial part of our knowledge remains dormant, but its extraction makes it possible to grasp children’s visions of the world. Even if rarely applied in educational practice, creative activities remain a very effective approach to release children’s conceptualisation of the world. This paper presents research results that demonstrate the efficiency of creative-thinking techniques in extracting children’s visions of the world, as illustrated by the concept of the family. The study, which was conducted as a didactic intervention, was performed in the 2018-2019 school year on a group of younger pupils from a large city. The results reconstructed children’s process of understanding the above-mentioned concept and revealed the possibilities behind creative psychodidactics.

This article presents characteristics of the selected aspects of the creative potential in older persons. In addition to  specific aptitudes or gifts, cognitive qualities such as intelligence, knowledge and experience have been indicated as  the components of creative potential. Furthermore, the importance of a developed lifestyle at earlier stages of life has been highlighted,  along with the attitude towards one’s  aging, spiritual sensibility and motivation for  creative work. An attempt has been made to illustrate distinguishing characteristics of works by outstanding creators in the latter parts of  their lives. More often than not, critics cited the following characteristics of creative persons: individualism, inclination towards harkening back to the past, melancholic spirits and thought orientation regarding transcendent reality

Podejmowana problematyka dotyczy wychowania, jako działalności twórczej sytuowanego w kontekście tego, co określamy mianem komunikacji zapośredniczonej. Głównym celem rozważań jest namysł nad tym czy wychowanie, od lat postrzegane i określane jako działalność twórcza, może być nią nadal w warunkach zmieniającej się rzeczywistości społecznej, a przede wszystkim w warunkach zmian w komunikacji między głównymi podmiotami wychowania – wychowawcami i wychowankami. Obserwowane współcześnie zmiany w procesach komunikacji międzypodmiotowej zapośredniczone w znaczącym stopniu przez media z Internetem na czele mogą sprzyjać wychowaniu czyniąc go twórczym w dwójnasób. Mogą też będąc pośrednimi quasi-interakcjami stanowić zagrożenie dla naturalnych więzi międzyludzkich, na których głównie powinno opierać się wychowanie. Zatem namysł nad tą problematyką jest potrzebny bowiem media, jako „nowy partner” w wychowaniu, zmieniając jego kształt, charakter i zakres, stanowią wyzwanie tak dla wychowawców, jak i szeroko pojmowanych edukatorów.
The issues tackled in the article relate to education as a creative activity, situated in the context of what is referred to as mediated communication. The main purpose of these deliberations is to consider whether education, for years perceived as and referred to as a creative activity, may still be one in the conditions of changing social reality and, above all, in terms of changes in communication between the main subjects of education, i.e. teachers and students. Changes in the processes of intersubject communication observed today and largely mediated by the media, predominantly the Internet, can foster education by making it doubly creative. Being indirect quasi-interactions, however, they may pose a threat to natural interpersonal relationships, which education should primarily be based upon. Thus, reflection on these issues is needed since the media, as a "new partner" in education, which is currently changing its shape, nature and scope, represent a challenge both for teachers and widely understood educators.

The task of modern school is not to transmit extensive theoretical knowledge but to preparestudents for continuous learning, creating new and valuable things, searching for unconventionalsolutions, and thus developing thinking, independence, creativity, and creative activity. Developing creative activity promotes teacher, his personality and way of working with students. Thearticle indicates the possibility of the development of creative activity of students through educational games.

The article concerns ethical aspects of the creative activity – art and craft – persons with disability. Based on the metaphysical concept of disability the Author argue that it doesn’t affect constitutive characteristics of the human person. Therefore personal acts – inter alia creating – of persons with disability have the same moral value as acts of persons that have not this impairment. Hence these acts can be evaluate as good or evil and as perfective or degrading their subject. And this moral value has the fundamental meaning in the work of educators and first of all for persons with disabilities.

Taką postawę prezentuje Wojciech Leśnikowski, absolwent Wydziału Architektury Politechniki Krakowskiej, przedkładający racjonalizm nad postawy formalistyczne.
Well designed architecture is when an architect can reconcile contradiction between abstract ideas and real, individual needs. Architecture is a value which is verified during operation of buildings – form, function and construction are factors which define their quality. Architecture often does not satisfy society’s expectations – functional and aesthetic. What we need today is didactic work at school, universities and propagation of good architectural patterns. Such attitude is presented by Wojciech Leśnikowski, graduate of the Department of Architecture, Cracow University of Technology. He prefers rationalism over formalistic attitudes.

The paper presents the unique determinants of innovation activity in the Creative Industries e.g. industries that are more innovative compared to the rest of the economy. Based on a broad management literature review distinctive determinants of innovation activity in the Creative Industries were identified. They include the three dimensions of creativity, namely: (1) creativity of products (services), (2) creativity of individuals, and (3) creativity of processes. The proposed original conceptualization of determinants of innovation activity in the Creative Industries takes into account the peculiarities of these industries, especially the degree of uniqueness of the creative products (services) produced in this sectors, the original nature of carried in these industries work and the more or less active engagement of consumers in the creative production. It may also encourage to undertake a broader scientific discussion on the determinants of innovation activity in such a specific external context.
W artykule przedstawiono specyficzne uwarunkowania działalności innowacyjnej w branżach twórczych, czyli branżach charakte-ryzujących się relatywnie wysokim poziomem innowacyjności, w porównaniu do wielu innych sektorów współczesnych gospodarek. Opierając się na dokonanym przeglądzie literatury z zakresu nauk o zarzadzaniu, wśród specyficznych uwarunkowań prowadzenia działalności innowacyjnej w branżach twórczych wyszczególniono: (1) twórczość produktów (usług), (2) twórczość jednostek oraz (3) twórczość procesów. Zaproponowana autorska konceptualizacja uwarunkowań działalności innowacyjnej w branżach twórczych wynika z uwzględnienia unikalnych cech tych branż, a w szczególności z wyjątkowego charakteru generowanych przez nie twórczych produktów (usług), specyfiki treści wykonywanej w tych branżach pracy oraz aktywnego zaangażowania konsumentów w tworzenie innowacyjnych i twórczych rozwiązań. Zaprezentowane w niniejszym artykule rozważania mogą być potraktowane jako przyczynek do podjęcia szerszej dyskusji naukowej na temat uwarunkowań prowadzenia działalności innowacyjnej w tak ujętym, specyficznym kontekście zewnętrznym.

The Act on Personal Income Tax stipulates a number of methods for calculating costs, which unfortunately often leads to disputes between taxpayers and tax authorities. The same also concerns the rules applicable specifically to academic teachers performing their duties under an employment relationship. Problems emerge both in the context of the manner and scope of eligibility for flat-rate 50% tax-deductible expenses. Notably, the interpretative problems stem not only from the provisions of tax law as such. They also emerge in the context of the higher education reform. But even though the observed legal inconsistencies require urgent legislative action, the necessary amendment to the provisions of the Act of 20 July 2018 – Law on Higher Education and Science has yet to be introduced. Nearly two years after the Act’s entry into force, the Minister of Finance finally decided to issue a general interpretation. Therein, it is stated that in terms of the applicability of 50% tax-deductible expenses, the Act of 20 July 2018 – Law on Higher Education and Science constitutes lex specialis, i.e. ultimately, the 50% cost deduction is applicable to the entirety of an academic teacher’s remuneration. The following paper provides a critical analysis of the present regulations as well as possible solutions to the current fiscal and legal stalemate. In the authors’ opinion, the general interpretation by the Minister of Finance fails to substantially amend the quality of the law whose provisions remain largely unclear. At the same time, its practical value for the academia cannot be denied. Undoubtedly, the fact that the same was issued by the direct superior of tax authorities will make this opinion difficult to ignore in the context of individual cases.

This article is an analysis of a role of copyrights in shaping forming of young creator’s attitude toward life. For that purpose, an attempt has been made to de ne the character and frames of legal and proprietorial protection of the creative process of university students. As copyrights protect author’s identity, practices violating such rights may lead to problems with nding and expressing one’s own identity, in particular against a role played by creativity in a proper development of human personality. A discussion on social and legal situation of youth as a subject to copyrights extends to juridical, psychological and pedagogical categories, while also undertaking, within a certain scope, an attempt to synthesise them. A basic conclusion provided in this article indicates a possibility of improving the quality of copyrights protection also through skilful guidance of young people’s consciousness.

This article shows – in the light of personalistic psychology – the subjective features of old people which are manifested in the works of eminent creators. The progress of inner subjectivity is shown as a specific developmental tendency. It is characterized by reflection, concentration on one’s own experiences, remembrances and encapsulating life events. It is readily observable that old creators are open to spiritual values and that melancholy is a predominant mood in their creation.

Niniejsze rozważania ukierunkowane są przede wszystkim na ukazanie powiązań pomiędzy twórczością i pokojem. Są to w moim przekonaniu bardzo ważne zagadnienia pedagogiczne, przede wszystkim dlatego, iż podważają słuszność szeroko rozpowszechnionych poglądów, zgodnie z którymi kwestie wojny i pokoju znajdują się poza możliwościami wpływu zwykłego człowieka. Tymczasem, zgodnie z prezentowanymi w tekście koncepcjami (Montessori, Rowid), każda jednostka powinna być świadoma swojej indywidualnej mocy sprawczej w budowaniu pokojowego ładu w otaczającym ją świecie. Wytworzenie właściwych postaw i zaszczepienie człowiekowi poczucia odpowiedzialności w tym zakresie to jedne z najważniejszych zadań edukacji.
The aim of these deliberations is primarily to show the relations between creativity and peace. In my opinion, these pedagogic issues are very important, especially because they challenge the commonly held views that an ordinary man in the street cannot have any influence on the issues of war and peace. In accordance with the concepts presented in the text (Montessori, Rowid), each person should be aware of their individual causative power in the creation of peaceful order in the surrounding world. The development of proper attitudes and instilling in a human the sense of responsibility in this regard are among the most significant educational tasks.

Sources of the myths on creative activity and their educational implicationsThe personological trend inpsychology of creativity has underlined the exceptionality of the creator and the creative process. This point of view forms social attitudes and convictions rela-ted to criteria of selection of human behavior and works worth recording. Opinions appear in literaturę that the aforementioned convictions take on the form of myths about creativity. Mythical comdctions about creativity may be the essence of so-called hidden theories of creativity, which arę employed not only by laymen but also by professionals - like teachers. I intend to explain in this manner the difference between teacher's declarations about their affirmation ofpupiPs creativity and their activity in practice. The article contains a review of current educational research, and its effects on the influence of myths concerning creativity and their negative implications on education.

Wstęp i cel: Przedmiotem rozważań w poniższym artykule jest krótka analiza wpływu multimediów na pobudzanie aktywności uczniów. Obecny proces kształcenia wymaga od nauczycieli stosowania nowoczesnych środków nauczania. Oprogramowanie tablic interaktywnych i komputerów, stanowi podczas lekcji połączenie kilku różnych form przekazu informacji np. tekstu, dźwięku, grafiki, animacji czy wideo. Materiał i metody: Materiałem do poniższej publikacji są wyniki badań diagnostycznych jakie przeprowadzono w Szkole Podstawowej nr 35 w Szczecinie. Narzędziem były ankiety wśród uczniów klas piątych i nauczycieli uczących. Pytania zostały dobrane precyzyjnie i dotyczyły bezpośrednio istoty problemu. Wyniki: Nauczyciele Szkoły Podstawowej nr 35 posiadają bogatą wiedzę i doświadczenie w zakresie stosowania multimediów. Podczas swoich lekcji wykorzystują nowoczesne środki nauczania w celu realizacji procesu kształcenia i osiągania efektów w krótszym czasie, niż ma to miejsce w tradycyjnych metodach. Uczniowie, zarówno podczas lekcji jak i w domu, wykonują szereg ćwiczeń i prac dodatkowych według własnych pomysłów. Wniosek: Stosowanie multimediów podczas zająć wpływa pozytywnie na twórcze myślenie, skupienie uwagi uczniów, poszerzanie zainteresowań i wskazuje drogę do dalszych poszukiwań.
Introduction and aim: The subject of discussion in this article is a brief analysis of influence of media on activity stimulation of primary students. The current process of education requires, that teachers use modern means of teaching. Software, interactive whiteboards and computers in the classroom is a combination of several different forms of communication such as text, sound, graphics, animation and video. Material and methods: The material for this publication are the results of diagnostic tests which have been carried out in The Primary School No. 35 in Szczecin. The instruments were some questionnaires realized both in the fifth grade students and their teachers. The questions were chosen precisely and directly related to the essence of the problem. Results: The teachers of The Primary School No. 35 have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the use of multimedia. During their lessons using modern means of education to meet the learning process and achieve results in a shorter time than is the case in traditional methods. The primary students, both in the classroom and at home, perform a series of exercises and additional work according to their own creative ideas. Conclusion: The use of multimedia in the classroom has a positive effect on creative thinking, focus primary studens’ attention, broadening interests and points the way to further research.
