Opis:: In the paper a typology of counselors is discussed , that consist of three types: conservatist, harmful anachronistic activist and caring protector. Each of them has specific traits in counseling practice. Despite the type, the author underlines a necessity of good actual knowledge about the labour market to fulfill their tasks effectively. He enumerates categories of employees that are most wanted: craftsman, highly educated specialists, non-qualified physical workers, businessmen, protectors and multifunctional workers.

Opis:: Artykuł przedstawia charakterystykę narzędzia 6Ps, które może być wykorzystane przez doradców wielokulturowych w pracy poradniczej z dorosłymi radzącymi się, pochodzącymi z różnych obszarów kulturowych (np. imigranci). Autorka dokonuje opisu dwóch sytuacji edukacyjnych z Patras (Grecja) i z Bled (Słowenia), podczas których przeprowadziła zajęcia, zapoznające studentów poradnictwa i doradców-praktyków z narzędziem 6Ps i metodyką jego zastosowania. Na podstawie własnych badań pokazuje dwie różne kultury edukacyjne: nauczania (Bled) i uczenia się (Patras), a także ukryte mechanizmy, procesy, warunki prowadzące do ich powstania.
The article presents some characteristics of the tool 6Ps which can be employed by multicultural counsellors in their counselling work with adult counsellees originating from different cultural environment (e.g. immigrants). The author examines two educational cases from Patras (Greece) and Bled (Slovenia), during which training sessions were performed with students of counselling and with counsellors-practitioners. The sessions have been focused on the essence of this tool and the methodology of its application. On the basis of author’s own research, two different educational cultures are presented: teaching (Bled) and learning (Patras), and also hidden mechanisms, processes and conditions for their existence.

Ponadto, zawiera informację o pożądanych kierunkach badawczych w przyszłości.

Opis:: The article studies the legal nature of the introduction of the lawyer’s monopoly in Ukraine. The author notes the introduction of the lawyer’s monopoly in Ukraine had to take four steps. However, at the last stage of the introduction of the lawyer’s monopoly, the legislator amended the procedural codes regulating the course of civil, commercial, and administrative proceedings. With these changes, the legislator expanded the concept “self-representation” by substituting the concept of “representation”. In addition, the legislator brought in a draftto revoke the lawyer’s monopoly which was approved by the Constitutional Court of Ukraine. The scientist states that the relevant strategy of abolishing the lawyer’s monopoly is not a positive phenomenon. The introduction of court representation of citizens, business entities, state bodies, central and local authorities by a professional institute of advocacy is an upside in reforming the Ukrainian legal system. However, according to the author, the profession of a lawyer is primarily aimed at providing defense in criminal proceedings or when bringing to administrative responsibility or considering a case of an administrative offense. At the same time, the scientist marks that the reversion to the previous wording of Article 131-2 of the Constitution of Ukraine is inadmissible since the provision of legal services in Ukraine should be carried out professionally. After analyzing the legislation of the Republic of Poland, the author has concluded that lawyers and legal advisers, who carry out practical legal activities on a professional basis and permits, provide the public with legal aid. However, the only difference between a lawyer and a legal adviser in the Republic of Poland is that the latter cannot provide legal assistance in criminal proceedings, unlike a lawyer. Therefore, to create a professional and competitive market of legal services in Ukraine, the researcher proposes to borrow the experience of the Republic of Poland and introduce a professional institute of legal advisers in Ukraine, as this profession is legally identified in Ukraine.

Opis:: The purpose of the research is to study the school experience of Arab Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals and Transgender (LGBT) in the state of Israel from own point of view. The research question is: what is the school experience of Arab LGBT graduates of the Israeli educational system in high schools where the language of learning is Arabic? This is a quantitative research, based on a questionnaire completed by 51 Arab LGBT, graduates of the Israeli educational system. They attended high schools where the language of learning is Arabic; 69.8% (N=37) of them were completed by males, 28.3% (N=15) by females, and 1% (N=1) by transgender. 62.3% reported that their sexual inclination is homosexual, 22.6% lesbian, 13.2% bisexual, and transgender one (1%). The ages of the respondents range from 18 to 32. The research participants were recruited through the ‘snowball sample’ method. The initial request was made to my personal Facebook friends whom I knew were LGBT, and they disseminated the questionnaire to additional LGBT friends they knew. The questionnaire examined the school experience in general and their perception of the role of the Arab educational counselor particularly on the topic of the sexual orientation and sexual identity, attitudes towards LGBT students, and degree of the influence of traditional Arab society on his role as a school counselor whose role is to advise, help, and accompany all the students so as to integrate in the school and in society in the best possible way. 51 questionnaires were examined in three independent variables of respondents on which the research focuses: the sector to which the respondent’s school belongs, the respondent’s religion, and the school location.

Opis:: School counselor (pedagogue) is a specialist most often employed in Polish schools. The profession was established in the school year 1973/1974, and for many years the authorities tried to clarify the list of tasks performed by its representatives. In the essay, the process of shaping the specifics of the role of professional school counselors has been taken into consideration The author analyzed the results of research on this issue, carried out among students of pedagogy. She discussed respondents’ opinions about the school counselor’s tasks, difficulties and barriers to their implementation, the standard of this specialist (his desired personality traits, knowledge and skills) as well as the students’ willingness and readiness to work in this profession.
Pedagog szkolny jest specjalistą najczęściej zatrudnianym w polskich szkołach. Zawód ten istnieje od roku szkolnego 1973/74 i przez wiele lat starano się sprecyzować katalog zadań pełnionych przez jego przedstawicieli. W tekście dokonano prezentacji procesu kształtowania się specyfiki roli zawodowej pedagogów szkolnych. Przeanalizowano również wyniki badań dotyczących tej problematyki, przeprowadzonych wśród studentek pedagogiki Uniwersytetu Rzeszowskiego. Zaprezentowano opinie respondentek na temat zadań pedagoga szkolnego, trudności i barier w ich realizacji, modelu tego specjalisty (jego pożądanych cech, wiedzy i umiejętności), a także chęci i gotowości pracy w tym zawodzie.

Na użytek artykułu przyjęto określenie „bezdomność duchowa”, które można rozumieć jako brak własnego miejsca oraz pustkę wewnętrzną, która powstała u ucznia w wyniku braku odpowiedniego prowadzenia wychowawczego. Podstawę artykułu stanowią rozważania teoretyczne, skupione wokół problematyki: bezdomności duchowej uczniów, misji pedagoga szkolnego, postrzegania pedagoga szkolnego jako tutora oraz istoty motywowania ucznia, rozumianej jako zarządzanie jego myśleniem w celu ukierunkowania go do podjęcia działań na rzecz własnego rozwoju osobistego.
In the text of the article has been made to discuss the issue of the role of school teacher in motivating students “spiritually homeless” active involvement in the creation of personal reality. For the purposes of the text adopted the term “spiritual homelessness” which can be interpreted as a lack of own space and emptiness inside, which was founded in the student as a result of lack of proper conduct of education. The basis of the article are the theoretical considerations centered around issues: homelessness internal students, the mission school counselor, school counselor perception as a tutor and motivate the student being understood as the management of its thinking in order to channel it to take action for their own personal development.
