The subject of work are the Euro regions as institutions of crossborder cooperation organized at the borders of member states of the European Union and border regions of the neighbouring countries. The objective of the work is to present the functioning in Europe of models of trans-border cooperation development as well as an assessment of various forms of Euro regions created at the borderland of Ukraine. The author used official statistical data as well as legal regulations in place and information regarding activity of euro regions and subject literature. Within the work organizational infrastructure and the functioning of euro regions at the border of Ukraine were described in the short, medium and long perspective. Further development of trans-border cooperation requires strengthening of institutional structure of euro regions and a larger engagement of economic entties and social organs in cross-border areas.
Przedmiotem pracy są euroregiony jako instytucje współpracy transgranicznej organizowane na granicach krajów członkowskich Unii Europejskiej oraz regionów przygranicznych państw sąsiednich. Badaniami objęto różne modele współpracy na szczeblu regionalnym, krajowym i ponadnarodowym. Celem pracy jest zaprezentowanie funkcjonujących w Europie modeli rozwoju transgranicznej współpracy, jak również ocena różnych form Euroregionów utworzonych na granicach Ukrainy. W pracy wykorzystano oficjalne statystyki, obowiązujące regulacje prawne i informacje o działalności euroregionów oraz literaturę problemu. W pracy opisano infrastrukturę organizacyjną i funkcjonowanie euroregionów na granicy Ukrainy w krótkiej, średniej i długiej perspektywie. Dalszy rozwój współpracy transgranicznej wymaga wzmocnienia struktury instytucjonalnej euroregionów i większego zaangażowania podmiotów gospodarczych i społecznych w obszarach transgranicznych.

There are few publications on the subject of business models open to innovations in Poland, especially relating to cases of their practical application. The article analyses various types of open innovations and the possibility of using them in the conditions of the Polish agricultural market. After reviewing the literature, analysing cases of chemical companies, conducting interviews with members of the Grupa Azoty Puławy consortium, the author proposes a model of cooperation platform for entities from various sectors that systemically combines open inbound and outbound innovations with the requirements of the business model.
W Polsce niewiele jest literatury na temat modeli biznesowych otwartych na innowacje, szczególnie brakuje opisu przypadków ich praktycznego zastosowania. W artykule analizuję różne typy otwartych innowacji i możliwość ich wykorzystania w warunkach polskiego rynku rolnego. Po dokonaniu przeglądu literatury, analizie przypadków firm chemicznych, przeprowadzeniu wywiadów z członkami konsorcjum Grupy Azoty Puławy proponuję model platformy współpracy podmiotów różnych sektorów, który w sposób systemowy łączy otwarte innowacje przychodzące i wychodzące z wymogami modelu biznesowego.

Socio-economic transformations taking place in Polish cities cause the weakening of their former identity. Strategic documents play an increasingly important role; their character is no longer just a utopian vision of the future. Changes in legal conditions and an increase in the awareness of residents strengthen the role of social participation in planning processes. The article presents a model of cooperation supporting participatory strategic planning processes that has been developed between the city of Gryfino and the Department of Civil Engineering and Architecture at WPUT Szczecin.
Przekształcenia społeczno-gospodarcze dokonujące się w Polskich miastach powodują osłabienie ich dawnej tożsamości. Coraz większą rolę pełnią dokumenty strategiczne, ich charakter nie jest już tylko utopijną wizją przyszłości. Zmiany uwarunkowań prawnych oraz wzrost świadomości mieszkańców wzmacniają rolę partycypacji społecznej w procesach planistycznych. W artykule przedstawiono model współpracy wspierającej partycypacyjne procesy planowania strategicznego, jaki udało się wypracować pomiędzy miastem Gryfino a WBiA ZUT w Szczecinie.

Opis:
The article presents the results of research, the aim of which was to find ways in which teachers in 4th-grade understand cooperation with parents. From the constructivist perspective, it became important to reveal what kind of model of cooperation dominates in teacher's statements, which constitutes a modus operandi of teaching practice in relationship with parents. Teacher's expectations regarding cooperation with the student’s parents outline a clear framework of mutual relationship within the school, reveal the actual teacher’s contribution to the relationship and the level of his/her professionalism. This article reveals that the model of cooperation with parents adopted by teachers is instrumental. Teacher's expectations towards parents show the image of cooperation based on principles imposed on parents, assuming their effort in undertaking work for which they are not professionally prepared. In this model, the teacher, convinced of the deterministic power of family capital, relinquishes the postulated easement towards the family, condemns the failure of his own actions towards the child, family, does not change their ways, and even remains passive. The model of cooperation with parents adopted by the respondents is a perfect tool for the constantly reproducing social system, which does not meet the needs, possibilities and expectations of the modern family, fulfilling its still-imposed role in it.
W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań, których celem było dotarcie do sposobów, w jaki nauczyciele w klasie IV rozumieją współpracę z rodzicami. Z perspektywy konstruktywistycznej stało się istotne sformułowanie problemu badawczego, jaki model współpracy dominuje w nauczycielskich wypowiedziach, który stanowi modus operandi nauczycielskiej praktyki w relacji z rodzicami. Nauczycielskie oczekiwania dotyczące współpracy z rodzicami ucznia zarysowują jednoznaczne ramy wzajemnej relacji na terenie szkoły, ujawniają rzeczywisty wkład w nią samego nauczyciela i poziom jego profesjonalizmu. W artykule ujawniono, że przyjęty przez nauczycielki model współpracy z rodzicem ma charakter instrumentalny. Nauczycielskie oczekiwania wobec rodziców ukazują obraz współpracy opartej na narzuconych im zasadach, zakładających ich wysiłek w podejmowaniu pracy, do której nie są profesjonalnie przygotowani. W tym modelu nauczyciel, przekonany o deterministycznej sile działania kapitału rodzinnego, zwalnia się z postulowanej służebności wobec rodziny, skazuje na niepowodzenie własne działania wobec dziecka, rodziny, nie zmienia ich sposobów, a nawet pozostaje bierny. Przyjęty przez respondentki model współpracy z rodzicem stanowi doskonałe narzędzie ciągle reprodukującego się systemu społecznego, nieprzystającego do potrzeb, możliwości i oczekiwań współczesnej rodziny, pełniącej wciąż narzucaną jej służebną w nim rolę.

The article discusses the issue of relations between non-governmental organizations and representatives of local self-government units (LGUs). The theoretical part presents selected new concepts of territorial self-government management and the project Model of Cooperation which sets out the framework for cooperation between representatives of the social and public sectors. The aim of the article was to present the relationship between representatives of non-governmental organizations and representatives of local authorities in selected communes in the Mazovian voivodeship. The first part of the analysis presents the actual state of cross-sectoral cooperation (based on own research carried out in 2016–2017, on a sample of 9 respondents, using semi-structured interviews techniques). In the thesis there is also discussed the issue of knowledge acquired by the stakeholders of the principles contained in the publication of the Model of Cooperation. The final part presents the barriers that stand in the way of this cooperation.
W artykule poruszono kwestię relacji organizacji pozarządowych i przedstawicieli jednostek samorządów lokalnych (JST). W części teoretycznej zaprezentowano wybrane nowe koncepcje zarządzania samorządami terytorialnymi oraz założenia projektu pt. Model współpracy, w którym określono ramy współpracy między przedstawicielami sektora społecznego i publicznego. Celem artykułu jest ukazanie, jak wyglądają relacje pomiędzy przedstawicielami organizacji pozarządowych i przedstawicielami władz lokalnych w wybranych gminach wiejskich województwa mazowieckiego. W pierwszej jego części (na podstawie badań własnych zrealizowanych w latach 2016–2017, na próbie 9 respondentów, za pomocą techniki wywiadu częściowo ustrukturyzowanego) przedstawiono faktyczny stan współpracy międzysektorowej. Omówione zostało także zagadnienie znajomości przez zainteresowane podmioty zasad Modelu Współpracy. W końcowej części zaprezentowano bariery stojące na drodze tej współpracy.

Entry of the Czech Republic into the European Union (EU) means an expressive expansion of space for European integrated logistics development and application. Basically logistics changes are necessary if the companies and also state in the Czech Republic do not want to be an outsider on the European market. Logistics is one of the important points of enterprise within a cluster. Cooperation of cluster members on the field of logistics for involved companies means a substantial advantage which companies will gain against their competitors not only on the native but also on the foreign markets. Conclusions of the research of mathematical model for logistic control in an industrial cluster are the critical points of this paper. This mathematical model shows the main logistic advantages for cluster members.

Celem artykułu jest zidentyfikowanie, poprzez wykorzystanie modelu ekonometrycznego, determinantów powstawania zewnętrznych struktur organizacyjnych, nazywanych także strukturami międzyorganizacyjnymi. Problem rozwiązań strukturalnych jest podstawowym zagadnieniem na gruncie nauki o zarządzaniu. Proces umiędzynarodowienia organizacji, jak również rozwój technologii informatycznych powodują rozwój przedsiębiorstw, a w konsekwencji ewolucję struktur. Zasadna więc wydaje się analiza nowoczesnych form zorganizowania pracy.
The purpose of the article is to identify, by using the econometric model, the determinants of external organizational structures, also called interorganizational structures. The problem of structural solutions is a fundamental issue in the field of management science. The process of internationalization of the organization, as well as the development of information technology, lead to the development of enterprises and, consequently, the evolution of organizational structures. So it seems reasonable to analyze modern forms of organizing work.

The paper examines factors affecting trust among the Hungarian agricultural producers. Our research has focused on the role of two factors on the basis of the widely referred trust model: faith in loyalty and faith in capability. The empirical results clearly confirm the hypothesis of the theoretical model, which states that partners will trust each other if their faith is high both in loyalty and in competence. Our research has also pointed out that the level of trust between partners is determined differently by the two examined factors: it is statistically proved that the impact of faith in loyalty is higher than the other factor. These research results fully correspond to the outcomes of recent research projects in the similar field.
Poddano ocenie czynniki wpływające na zaufanie wśród węgierskich producentów rolnych. Wykorzystując model zaufania Sholtersa badania skoncentrowano na roli dwóch czynników: wiary w lojalność i kompetencji rolników. Badania ankietowe online przeprowadzono latem 2015 roku, wśród 5902 podmiotów. Wyniki badań potwierdziły hipotezę, że partnerzy sobie ufają, pod warunkiem, że bardzo wierzą zarówno w lojalność, jak i w kompetencje innych producentów. Wskazano również, że wpływ wiary w lojalność ma większy wpływ na zaufanie między producentami rolnym niż pozostałe czynniki, co jest zgodne z wynikami innych projektów badawczych w tym obszarze.

Model tests of ship manoeuvring in ports and in other restricted waters require the tug forces and moments to be taken into account. As the additional tug forceRhol can be relatively easily allowed for with reasonable approximation in a computer simulation system, the free model tests require more complicated methods. This paper contains a review of the methods used in the Experimental Centre in Ilawa and then in the Foundation for Safety of Navigation and Environment Protection in order to represent the ship-tug cooperation in the free model tests.

In order to scientifically support the process of forming rural tourism clusters in Ukraine it is important to develop both universal and end-use applied models relating to clusters of the type “the village rest” as well as rural tourism type. They are classified as follows: by the aim – as conceptual and applied ones, by structural peculiarities – as structural (institutional), structural-functional and factor (determinant). A multilevel universal model of the rural tourism cluster with basic structural levels: base, partner and accompanying ones is offered for research and practice. This model was approbated for two cluster initiatives in the Carpathian (a cluster of rural tourism “Boykivski Gazdy”) and Nadsiannia (a cluster Goat farm of “Fromages of d’Elise”) regions. Possibilities to use different types of research models in order to introduce cluster initiatives of the rural tourism in Ukraine on the regional and local levels are investigated.

Opis:
The publication considers reinforced soil in relation to the construction of retaining walls in communication construction. The basic elements determining the cooperation of reinforcement inserts with the ground centre are discussed, depending on the features characterizing the components of the composite. The method and selected results of tests performed on a massif model with a vertical wall made of non-cohesive ground have been presented. A calculation example is given concerning the internal dimensioning of the reinforcement of the considered massif model, assuming the work of inserts without slipping in the ground centre. The concept of reinforcement co-operation indicator with the ground centre was introduced and a dependence to calculate its value was developed. The values of co-operation indicators: general and partial, concerning individual measurement levels of the model have been presented appropriately.

Decyzje o nawiązywaniu relacji sieciowych natomiast uzależnione są od czynników endogenicznych oraz egzogenicznych (klimatu kooperacji). Celem artykułu było badanie wpływu klimatu kooperacji na konfigurację sieci, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem modeli współdziałania.
The network configuration includes the row of aspects associated with location of the organizations, business models of cooperating organizations and relations models. Decisions on the structure of the relation depend on exogenous and endogenous factors (climate of cooperation). It was a purpose of the article examination of the impact of the climate of cooperation to the network configuration with particular reference to of models of the cooperation.

The analysis focuses on the functional connection between university marketing and city marketing. Therefore, the main aim of the article is to reconstruct the model of marketing cooperation of Poznań, Wrocław and Kraków and their biggest universities: the Adam Mickiewicz University, the Wrocław University of Technology and the Jagiellonian University. The use of three methods (case study, comparative analysis and content analysis) as well as the authorial, five-element model allows one to measure the level of the institutionalization of the cooperation. The choice of Poznań, Wrocław and Kraków is not accidental and results from the fact that the three cities are the leaders of place marketing in Poland. On the other hand, the biggest universities of these cities are some of the best and the most established in the country
