Wykonano równoległe badania bakteriologiczne próbek wody w kąpieliskach zgodnie z metodyką Państwowego Zakładu Higieny, stosowaną przez stacje sanitarno-epidemiologiczne w Polsce i metodykę opracowaną przez zespół specjalistów niemieckich w nadmorskich Landach Republiki Federalnej Niemiec. Porównano wytyczne kontroli sanitarnej jakości wody w kąpieliskach, obowiązujące w Polsce z wytycznymi EWG.
For the purpose of this work was the comparison of the obligatory diretive lines using by sanitary - epidemic station in Poland and confrontation with EWG Guideline and comparison of the bacteriological examinations methods of surface waters using in Poland and northern Lands of Germany. The parallel examination of 120 water samples, according to PZH method and the method, using broth's Brila - MUG, preparated by the group of german specialists, were performed. The equivalent results in 60% of tested sampels were obtained. If confirmed on purpose the preparating of uniform directive lines and evaluation criterium for maritime and inland bathing waters, according to EWG Guidline, and as well as taking into consideration possibility of application the method with Brila MUG broth to bacteriological examination of maritime bathing waters at first.

The problem of increasing of the efficiency of operation of the water mains in modern conditions while the transition to a three-tier tariff for the electricity is examined in the present work. An effective method for solving this problem, based on the use of specific features of the water mains as stochastic objects operating in the stochastic environment is offered. The mathematical formulation of the problems of optimal stochastic control of the modes of operation of the water main with probabilistic constraints on the phase variables is presented. A new strategy for the optimal stochastic control of the modes of operation of the water main, the use of which has allowed to develop an effective method for solving the examined problem is proposed in the present work. It is shown that the transition from the classical deterministic problems of control of the modes of operation of the water mains to stochastic ones, provides a significant (up 9%) decrease of financial expenses for the electricity.

Opis:
In this work we propose a new mathematical model and method of optimal stochastic control of the modes of operation of the sewage pumping station for three-band tariff for the electricity, the implementation of which provides a significant reduction of financial expenses of the electricity for pumping waste water. The proposed model and method Take into account the stochastic properties of the object of control and environment most adequately. The mathematical formulation of the problem of optimal stochastic control with extreme and probabilistic constraints on the phase variables and efficient algorithm to solve it is presented. The proposed method of optimal stochastic control provides minimum of the mathematical expectation of the volumes of pumped waste water at the time interval with a high electricity tariff and maximum of the mathematical expectation of the volumes of pumped waste water at the time interval with a minimal tariff when all technological limitations are accomplished.

Opis:
Cascade and variable rotational speed control systems of sewage pumping stations are compared in this article. The range of pump efficiency variations and potential for breakdowns are adopted as criteria. A pumping station including two or three pumps is analysed. A control system at a variable rotational speed and maximum sewage level is presented. Properties of a cascade control system and a system at a maximum head of sewage are compared using the example of any pump performance chart.

Generatory elektrociepłowni przemysłowych (zwykle w liczbie kilku) pracują równolegle, przyłączone do szyn zbiorczych 6 kV. Szyny zbiorcze 6 kV są połączone ze stacją 110 kV za pomocą co najmniej dwóch (zwykle kilku) transformatorów 110/6 kV. Układy regulacji generatorów są często nietrafnie nastawiane, a algorytmy działania regulatorów transformatorów 110/6 kV są nieprawidłowe, uniemożliwiając współpracę układów regulacji elektrociepłowni. W artykule podano propozycję koordynacji algorytmów działania układów regulacji.

This article presents the basic assumptions and aspects of the design of a stand-alone station for deep sky objects (DSO) astrophotography. It describes the main elements of a project concerned with automatization, remote control and auto-guiding [1-5] of a system. The article also covers in further detail the innovative use of a driver with an ATMEGA16 microcontroller and dedicated software for controlling the astronomical dome and its synchronization with telescope movement. Furthermore, a new concept of reprogrammable digital circuit implementation for auto-guiding systems is shown, which operates with a popular CCD webcam and ST4 compatible equatorial mounts. This idea was verified by the circuit prototype implemented on an Altera Cyclone II FPGA device and tested with real sky objects. A fully functional solution for performing automatic observation is presented. The project was also designed for amateur-astronomy, and therefore, user-friendly configuration and maintenance constituted very important factors, which were taken into consideration.

Opis:
In the paper implementation of a ground control station for UAV flight simulator is shown. The ground control station software is in cooperation with flight simulator, displaying various aircraft flight parameters. The software is programmed in C++ language and utilizes the windows forms for implementing graphical content. One of the main aims of the design of the application was to simplify the interface, simultaneously maintaining the functionality and the eligibility. A mission can be planned and monitored using the implemented map control supported by waypoint list.

W artykule omówiono problematykę akustyki posterunków nastawczych. Scharakteryzowano parametry akustyczne wykorzystane do oceny tego typu pomieszczeń oraz ich zalecane wartości na podstawie norm krajowych i międzynarodowych. Przedstawiono wyniki badań właściwości akustycznych pomieszczeń oraz hałasu w wybranych posterunkach nastawczych. Omówiono również badania ankietowe pracowników dotyczące subiektywnej oceny hałasu. Wyniki pomiarów wykazały, że zarówno hałas jak i właściwości akustyczne pomieszczeń, poza pojedynczymi przypadkami, spełniają wymagania określone w normach. W badaniach odnotowano natomiast wysokie poziomy tła akustycznego. Jedynie w dwóch pomieszczeniach hałas tła zawierał się w zalecanym zakresie. Mimo ocen ankietowanych wskazujących na uciążliwość hałasu w środowisku pracy nie wykazano istotnej statystycznie korelacji pomiędzy wynikami pomiarów a subiektywną oceną uciążliwości hałasu.
The article discusses the issues of acoustics in railway control centres. Acoustic parameters used to assess this type of premises are presented and their recommended values based on national and international standards are given. The article also discusses the results of noise and room acoustics measurements in selected centres and subjective assessment of noise by employees. The measurement results showed that both noise and acoustic properties of the rooms in most cases meet the requirements specified in the standards. However, the study indicates high levels of background noise. Only in two of tested control centres background noise levels were within the recommended range. Although survey results indicating a nuisance of noise in the work environment, there was no statistically significant correlation between the acoustic measurements and subjective assessment of noise nuisance.

Niniejszy artykuł dotyczy opracowania testów dla symulatora pojazdu osobowego w scenariuszach systemu Adaptive Cruise Control („ACC”), czyli tempomatu adaptacyjnego. Omówiono przede wszystkim założenia eksperymentu, przebieg badania, dobór grupy badanej, planowane analizy oraz wyniki wstępnych przejazdów testowych. Celami badania są przede wszystkim porównanie przejazdów ochotników i przejazdu z aktywnym układem ACC (zaproponowanym w ramach projektu aDrive) oraz weryfikacja modelu wirtualnego kierowcy (fuzzy driver). Badanie polegające na wykonaniu dwóch zadań (scenariusz pozamiejski i mieszany) będzie przeprowadzone na zidentyfikowanej wcześniej grupie. Ocena będzie polegać na obiektywnej analizie parametrów jazdy kierowcy w wyznaczonych zadaniach zgodnie z wcześniej ustalonymi kryteriami (np. prędkość, odległość od pojazdu, odstęp czasowy Time Gap).
This paper presents development of simulation tests for a driving simulation station in ACC (Adaptive Cruise Control) system scenarios. Experiment assumptions, simulation tests procedures, selection of the tested group, analyzed parameters and the results of the preliminary tests were discussed. The comparison between ride parameters of volunteers and a car equipped with ACC system and validation of previously created fuzzy-driver model are main aims of the study. The experiment, composed with two exercises (outside urban and mixed scenarios) will be performed on previously identified tested group of volunteers. Ride parameters, such as velocity, distance to a leading car, time gap, will be assessed according to a prepared procedure.

W artykule przedstawiono założenia budowy stanowiska badawczego mającego umożliwić badanie energetycznych aspektów kompostowania biomasy. Wyodrębniono wielkości fizyczne, które będą mierzone. Zbudowane stanowisko ma umożliwić badania empiryczne potrzebne do opracowania systemu sterowania procesem kompostowania tak, aby można było odebrać maksymalną ilość ciepła (możliwą do wykorzystania w innym miejscu, np. do ogrzewania podłoża w szklarniach) i jednocześnie, aby proces kompostowania był jak najkrótszy.
The article presents assumptions for the construction of a testing station intended to provide the possibility of testing of energy aspects of composting of biomass. Physical quantities that will be measured were separated. The new station should make it possible to perform empirical tests necessary to elaborate a system of control of the composting process so that the maximum quantity of heat (which can be used in another place, e.g. for heating of the ground in greenhouses) could be collected and the composting process is as short as possible.

The article presents a description of the FESTO DIDACTIC laboratory stand, consisting of assembly table, a set of actuators, electro-pneumatic valves, proximity components and FluidSim-P software. In pneumatic and electro-pneumatic control systems, effective operation depends on the possibility of using sensors and their correct operation. Sensors that work without contact have been widely used.

The article discusses the modernization of the Anti-Aircraft Missile System NEWA SC (SA-3 Goa – NATO code) flight test equipment, consisting in replacing the TS-11 Iskra aircraft with the SONEX LL aircraft and adapting the set of flight test equipment previously mounted on the TS-11 Iskra to the new carrier aircraft. Comparative tests were carried out in field conditions, which confirmed the correctness of the adopted technical solutions.
