Opis:: Social Customer Relationship Management systems represent a new area in the field of CRM which together with rapid development of Social Networks and Social Media has acquired strategic importance for many companies. As a response to ongoing challenges related to growing customer expectations, in this paper we present intelligent tools for customer behaviour prediction in Social CRM systems. The use of the consensus approach is aimed at resolving contradictory forecasts of customer behaviour provided by different agents working as independent Artificial Neural Networks systems. The goal of the presented tool is to improve prediction functionality of customer behaviour.

Opis:: The authors of this paper present an approach to trading strategy design for an A-Trader multi-agent system which supports investment decisions on the stock market. The functionalities of the system, and the main component, the Supervisor Agent, used as a strategy a consensus method to reduce the level of investment risk, are described. The consensus method allows the coordination of the work of agents, and on the basis of the decisions provided by the agents presents trading advice to the investor. The strategy has been tested on FOREX quotes, namely on the pair USD/PLN. The results of the research are described and the directions of the further development of the platform are provided in the conclusion.

Opis:: The paper presents a knowledge conflict resolving in supply chain management systems by using consensus methods. Most often user independently resolves this conflict by analyzing individual variants and taking a decision which of these variants choose. It is time-consumption and process, which is tied with risk of incorrect variant choice. To eliminate these inconveniences it can be use the consensus methods. These methods allow the automatic determine by system one variant, that is presented to the user. Therefore, the knowledge structure, which represents individual variants of solution, was defined in article. This definition is necessary to determine consensus algorithms, which allow to resolving knowledge conflicts supply chain management systems.

Opis:: The purpose of article is to elaborate a consensus determination algorithm in supply chain management support systems, which may lead to achieving a greater flexibility and effectiveness of such systems. Using consensus methods in resolving the conflict of knowledge, in other words, determining a variant to be then presented to the user, based on the variants proposed by the system, may lead to shortening the variant determination time and to reducing the risk of selecting the worst variant. As a consequence, supply chain management might become more dynamic, which obviously influences the effectiveness of the operation of particular organizations and the entire supply chain. The originality is using consensus method to resolve knowledge conflicts in SCM systems to help decision-maker to take decision earning satisfy benefits.

W Polsce pokazano go po raz pierwszy trzy lata później.
This article is a case study – the exemplification of Consensus-Oriented Decision-Making method (CODM) in the interpretation of the documentary film, entitled Women are Heros byJR. The document was filmed in France in 2010. In Poland, it was shown for the first time three years later.

Opis:: In this paper, a continuous-time distributed algorithm is presented to solve a class of decomposable quadratic programming problems. In the quadratic programming, even if the objective function is nonconvex, the algorithm can still perform well under an extra condition combining with the objective, constraint and coupling matrices. Inspired by recent advances in distributed optimization, the proposed continuous-time algorithm described by multi-agent network with consensus is designed and analyzed. In the network, each agent only accesses the local information of its own and from its neighbors, then all the agents in a connected network cooperatively find the optimal solution with consensus.

Opis:: Improving national strategic foresight can help the formation of more robust and informed policies, including foreign policy. Predicated upon the theory behind peer-prediction elicitation methods such as Reciprocal Scoring, we combined two foresight methods - Forecasting tournaments and a Delphi method - into a design in which a forecasting tournament predicted the results of a Delphi. Experts in a Delphi could take into account the arguments of participants from a prior forecasting tournament and thus make better-informed decisions. This methodological article aims to validate the feasibility of this design. It describes how we implemented it for identifying and prioritizing global megatrends as part of a strategic foresight project for the Czech government. We found this design practically applicable, while the forecasting tournament also seems to improve the ability of participants to predict a group consensus. Similar combinations of foresight methods could be used to enhance the study of international relations.
