    Opis:
    A purpose of this article is to identify factors boosting and impeding the innovative activity of industrial enterprises in Poland and the recommendation of measures to improve the level of innovation of enterprises resulting in the increase of country innovativeness. Conclusions are based on surveys conducted by telephone interviews CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interview) with managers of companies. An analysis of presented results enables to draw the following key findings: Companies are not able to finance innovative activity on their own. A support of the state by tax reliefs and other incentives is also needed in the financing of R&D activities. There is still insufficient supply of workers with proper skills enabling the implementation of key innovations. Therefore it is necessary to better adapt the education market to company needs. Every organization should create its own culture of innovation based on trust constituting a source of competitive advantage. Unfortunately the innovative activity of the majority of companies is still initiated by competitors and does not result from the implementation of the thought-out strategy of development and innovation.

    The purpose of the article was to show the problem of female electoral activity in Poland. This subject fits into a current debate on the participation of women in political systems and its limitations. There are many obstacles that prevent women from political participation and their influence is still rather symbolic then real. The source of this situation is also historical and social. Moreover, young democracies are at greater risk of “marketing pathology” because their institutional mechanisms are not built on the foundations of civil society. The perception of politics differs among men and women, but this is mainly due to exogenous factors. Political marketing as a set of tools in the same range can affect men and women, although the differences appear at the level of self-creation of image, choice of strategy and the style of ruling after winning an election.

    Sensem, istotą, logiką funkcjonowania dobrej logistyki jest potrzeba i konieczność w działaniu logistycznym utrzymania równowagi między oczekiwaniami zadowolonych klientów z funkcjonowania firmy a podejmowaniu przez firmy radykalnych, innowacyjnych zmian aby polepszyć system zarządzania firmą, utrzymać renomę i konkurencyjność na rynku. Ich wysiłki odzwierciedlone i ujęte są właśnie w niniejszym artykule, a jego treści odzwierciedlają następujące podtytuły: • znaczenie potrzeby istnienie dobrej, konkurencyjnej logistyki na wolnym rynku; • warunki skutecznego zarządzania logistyką; • logistyka siłą napędową wszelkiego działania. Niniejsze zagadnienia rozpatrywane są w kontekście specyfiki i złożoności logistyki wynikającej z wielowymiarowości potrzeb podmiotów, których brak, m.in. skuteczności i elastyczności w działaniu, nie zapewnia konkurencyjności, rentowności działania i istnienia podmiotu oraz pozwala osiągnąć cele. Autorzy biorąc to pod uwagę rozważają wpływ warunków (zasad) głównie skutecznego zarządzania na jakość organizacji i realizacji zadań wsparcia zabezpieczenia logistycznego zapewniających spełnienie oczekiwań klientów i osiągnięcie założonych zysków firmy. Artykuł kończy się wnioskami, postulatami i refleksjami co do potrzeby i znaczenia pozyskiwania nowych i poprawiania i wdrażania potrzebnych zasad (warunków) skutecznego działania logistyk. A wszystko to w odniesieniu do działalności zapewniającej potrzeby i pragnienia oczekujących klientów i firm.
    The need and the necessity of the balance is the point, the essence and the logic of a good functioning logistics. This balance has to be maintained between satisfied customers’ expectations and the radical and innovative improvements implemented by the companies. These improvements’ goals are: the development of management system along with company’s renown and competitiveness sustainment. The companies’ efforts in this matter have been described in this paper. Its content is divided into following parts: • the importance of a good and competitive logistics in the free market; • the conditions of effective logistic management; • the logistics as a driving force for all activities. The issues above are considered in the context of the specifics and the complexity of the logistics. The logistics is complex and specific due to the multidimensionality of the actors’ needs. The lack of effectiveness and flexibility of these actors makes them uncompetitive and unprofitable and does not allow to achieve their goals. The authors, taking mentioned facts into account, consider the influence of the effective management conditions (rules) on the organization quality and on the logistic support tasks fulfilment which ensure meeting the customers’ expectations and achieving presumed profit. The paper is summarised by the conclusions, reflections and postulates regarding the need and the importance of implementing new and developing already functioning rules (conditions) of the effective logistics. All these conclusions and postulates refer to the activities performed in order to fulfil the customers’ and the companies’ needs and requirements.

    The article is devoted to the problem of specification of approaches to the design and implementation of electronic educational courses in conditions of continuously and dynamically changing digital information and learning environment of the modern university. Based on the results of the content analysis of the digital infrastructure and regulatory documentation of the Siberian Federal University and the discursive analysis of the leading trends in the field of digital education, necessary conditions for a successful professional pedagogical activity are described. On the basis of smart education principles, possible solutions to the problems of teaching at university, such as personification of teaching, project-oriented courses and initiating the launch of mechanisms for students’ informal self-education are synthesized and justified.

    Opis:
    Modern states use any means necessary that are provided by foreign policy. At this point, states more often use new means to implement foreign policy – there are, in a broad sense, soft power policies – public diplomacy and promotion of state’s international interests. While tasks of traditional diplomacy that are connected with state’s political security and military security have to be implemented by state’s central organs, however, all the rest can be and are implemented by decentralized self-government authorities. These new forms of diplomatic activity developed, especially, after the Cold War ended and can be classified as paradiplomacy i.e. the involvement of sub-national actors (regions) of the national states in international relations. Russian regions, including the Russian Far East, establish these forms of activity. However, legal conditions are quite alike, the practice between regions differs from each other. The general conclusion, which emerges from the analysis, points to the fact that many decisions concerning paradiplomacy are made by federal authorities and the level of regional authorities’ activity in new millennium has decreased comparing to the 1990s. This conclusion also concerns the Russian Far East. The external surroundings of the Russian Far East – Asia-Pacific region is extremely active international actor. Russia looks with more concerns on the region and sees itself a strategic approach for further international activities. This approach is also important due to the Russian Far East international activity, however, any attempt at adding this region to East Asia integration concepts is inefficient. Problem is noted and the goal of Ministry of Foreign Policy of Russian Federation is to incorporate regional diplomacy to traditional diplomacy. In activity of regions is still ample potential, which is clearly noticeable. In 2013, the 5th program – The Far East and Trans-Baikal Socio-Economic Development Strategy to 2025 was adopted. However, there is a concern that this program may suffer the same fate as other unrealized programs to exploit potential and development of this region, if a few requirements, which are listed in paradiplomacy theoretical models, are not accomplished e.g. the strengthen of regional authorities. They are better in defining its needs and opportunities but they should efficiently cooperate with inhabitants living in these regions. However, the requirements are greater influence on their choice, greater trust and identifying with activities of authority.

    Opis:
    The objective of this article is to describe surveys carried out in Poland which facilitated a comparison of selected forms of cultural activity and ways of cultural participation by people in their early and late adulthood, as well as its conditions and associated opinions. The analysis demonstrated that the model of cultural participation changes with age, which is a factor strongly differentiating between the mentioned fields of research. The majority of young people prefer mediated cultural participation, in which the Internet plays a significant role. Seniors prefer direct and elite forms of cultural activity. The respondents also differ in the way they assess the attractiveness of the forms of direct contact with culture. Most young people find popular music concerts and film screenings attractive, while seniors tend to go to classical music concerts, operettas and theatre performances. Adults also differ in respect of their opinions on the benefits of cultural participation and the majority of the associated barriers.

    The purpose of the article is to present the results of studies devoted to the role of sports activity in the prevention of stress in the workplace. The form of the study was that of a reconnaissance. It was conducted among the service personnel of the State Fire Service (PSP). Results and conclusions can serve as a source of inspiration and guidance for further research.

    Osoby w starszym wieku stanowią od dawna przedmiot ergonomii jako nauki stosowanej, której celem jest dostosowanie szeroko pojętego środowiska pracy do psychofizjologicznych właściwości i możliwości człowieka. W ramach przedsięwzięć ergonomicznych poszukuje się nowych rozwiązań technicznych, technologicznych i organizacyjnych sprzyjających utrzymaniu sprawności funkcjonowania pracowników starszych w środowisku pracy, ale także w aktywności pozazawodowej, bowiem zgodnie z definicją przedstawioną w Statucie Międzynarodowego Stowarzyszenia Ergonomicznego: „ergonomia określa stosunki powstające pomiędzy człowiekiem, a jego zajęciem, sprzętem i środowiskiem w najszerszym znaczeniu, włączając w to sytuacje związane z pracą, zabawą, rekreacją, podróżą”. Przekształcenia w strukturze wieku współczesnych społeczeństw, wzrost udziału osób starszych w ogólnej liczbie pracujących, przemiany w modelu aktywności pozazawodowej osób w starszym wieku to zjawiska, które pobudzają badania naukowe i ich zastosowanie w projektowaniu i realizowaniu technicznych, organizacyjnych i społecznych innowacji skierowanych na potrzeby osób w starszym wieku zarówno w warunkach pracy zawodowej jak i w aktywności pozazawodowej. Celem rozważań jest zaprezentowanie specyficznego podejścia współczesnej ergonomii do osób starszych, co między innymi przedstawiono w kontekście jej istoty, pojęcia i zakresu rzeczowego, a także na tle analizy jej rozwoju. Artykuł ma charakter koncepcyjny.
    Elderly people have for a long time been a subject matter of ergonomics as an applied science whose objective is to adjust the working environment in a broad sense to human being’s psychophysiological properties and abilities. Within the framework of ergonomic measures, there are sought new technical, technological, and organisational solutions facilitating retention of the functional efficacy of elderly people in the working environment but also in their non-professional activity as, in compliance with the definition applied in the Statutes of the International Ergonomics Association: “ergonomics defines the relationships occurring between the human being and his job, equipment and the environment in the broadest sense, including also situations related to work, amusement, recreation, and travel”. Transformations in the age structure of the contemporary societies, the growth of the share of elderly people in the total number of working people, transformations in the model of non-professional activity of elderly people are the phenomena, which stimulate researches and their application in designing and implementation of technical, organisational, and social innovations addressed to the needs of elderly people under conditions of professional work as well as in non-professional activity. An aim of considerations is to present a specific approach of the contemporary ergonomics to elderly people, what, inter alia, is presented in the context of its essence, notion, and material scope as well as against the background of its development analysis. The article is of the conceptual nature.

    Доведено важливість навчально-професійної мотивації у професійній підготовці майбутнього педагога; визначено специфічні чинники навчально-професійної мотивації та її сутність; виокремлено основні групи мотивів у навчально-професійній мотивації: пізнавальні, соціальні та професійні, та надана їх характеристика. З’ясовано основні напрями посилення мотивації студентів; охарактеризовано особливості внутрішньої і зовнішньої мотивації студентів. Виокремлено основні функції навчальної діяльності (планування, організація, самоконтроль і самооцінка) та встановлено взаємозв’язки навчально-професійної мотивації і навчальної діяльності майбутніх педагогів. Виявлено педагогічні умови формування навчально-професійної мотивації майбутніх педагогів у логіці компетентнісного підходу та способи їх імплементації.
    Udowodniono znaczenie motywacji edukacyjnej i zawodowej w kształceniu zawodowym przyszłych nauczycieli; określono konkretne czynniki motywacji edukacyjnej i zawodowej oraz jej istoty. Wyróżnione zostały główne grupy motywów w motywacji edukacyjnej i zawodowej: poznawcza, społeczna i zawodowa oraz podano ich charakterystykę. Wyjaśniono główne kierunki wzmacniania motywacji uczniów; scharakteryzowano cechy motywacji wewnętrznej i zewnętrznej studentów. Podkreślono główne funkcje działalności edukacyjnej (planowanie, organizacja, samokontrola i samoocena) oraz ustalono wzajemne zależności między motywacją edukacyjno-zawodową a aktywnością edukacyjną przyszłych nauczycieli. Określone zostały zasady kształtowania motywacji wychowawczej i zawodowej przyszłego nauczyciela: kontekstualność, podmiotowość, refleksyjne kierowanie i sposoby ich realizacji. Ujawniono pedagogiczne uwarunkowania kształtowania motywacji edukacyjno-zawodowej przyszłych nauczycieli w logice podejścia kompetencyjnego oraz sposoby ich realizacji.
    The importance of educational and professional motivation in the training of future teachers as well as its specific factors and essence were proved and determined in the paper. The main groups of motives in educational and professional motivation (cognitive, social and professional one) and their characteristics were distinguished. The paper clarifies the main directions of increasing students’ motivation. In this context the features of internal and external motivation of students were characterized. The main functions of educational activity (planning, organization, self-control and self-assessment) were highlighted and the interrelations of educational-professional motivation and educational activity of future teachers were established. The principles of formation of educational and professional motivation of the future teacher (such as contextuality, subject-subjectivity and reflexive management) as well as the ways of their realization were determined. The pedagogical conditions of formation of educational and professional motivation of future teachers in the logic of the competence approach and ways of its implementation were also revealed.
