    Opis:
    An alternative method for the precise measurement of temperature characteristics of pyroelectric response in TGS single crystals is presented. The paper contains a brief description of the measurement system using a digitally controlled compensation method. Sample measurements are presented and discussed.
    W artykule przedstawiono alternatywną metodę pomiarów temperaturowych charakterystyk odpowiedzi piroelektrycznej monokryształów TGS. Metoda pomiarowa oparta jest o ideę elektrometru kompensacyjnego zaprojektowanego i wykonanego w roku 1889 przez braci Curie. Metoda kompensacyjna jest szczególnie przydatna w przypadku precyzyjnych pomiarów sygnałów wolnozmiennych. Publikacja zawiera krótki opis zasady działania układu pomiarowego, jego schemat blokowy oraz przykładowe przebiegi wybranych sygnałów generowanych przez układ pomiarowy. Opisano procedurę kalibracji układu z wykorzystaniem elektrometru KEITHLEY 485. Wykonane zostały pomiary odpowiedzi piroelektrycznej próbek TGS, z wykorzystaniem tradycyjnej metody pomiaru prądu w obwodzie zwartej próbki, oraz z wykorzystaniem metody kompensacyjnej. Przykładowe wyniki pomiarów zostały zaprezentowane. Przeprowadzono porównanie otrzymanych wyników.

    W pracy opisano zasadę działania magnetometru pompowanego optycznie. Opisano zależność dwóch błędów pomiarowych magnetometru od kąta, pomiędzy kierunkiem osi wzdłużnej i poprzecznej czujnika magnetometru a kierunkiem wektora pola magnetycznego Ziemi. Opisano tzw. strefy martwe magnetometru oraz przedstawiono metodę doboru położenia czujnika magnetycznego względem wektora ziemskiego pola magnetycznego w celu zapewnienia poprawnej pracy magnetometru dla dowolnego kierunku wykonywania pomiarów. W pracy przedstawiono metodę kompensacji błędu kierunkowego magnetometru pompowanego optycznie, która pozwala na istotne zmniejszenie wpływu tego błędu na pomiary pola magnetycznego Ziemi na mobilnych platformach.
    The principle of operation of an optically pumped magnetometer is described in this paper. The dead zones and the dependence of two errors of the magnetometer on the magnetic flux density direction are presented. The method for compensation of the heading error of the optically pumped magnetometer is discussed in this paper. It allows essential reduction of this error influence on the magnetic flux density measurements on mobile rigs.

    In order to design stochastic pulse frequency systems for automatic control of objects with delay, this article shows how we obtained their models in the form of stochastic differential equations. The method of dynamic compensation of objects with delay is considered. A stochastic differential system in the Langevin form is obtained.
    W celu zaprojektowania stochastycznych systemów impulsowych przeznaczonych do automatycznego sterowania obiektami z opóźnieniem pokazano, jak uzyskano te modele w postaci stochastycznych równań różniczkowych. Rozważano metodę dynamicznej kompensacji obiektów z opóźnieniem. Uzyskano stochastyczny układ różnicowy w postaci Langevina.

    The aim of this article was to create a compilation that would allow for the inclusion in one place of universal principles necessary for the proper implementation of valorisation of the established and unpaid compensation for the expropriated property. In recent years, there has been a worrying phenomenon of arbitrariness and inconsistency in addressing the issue of the compensation valorisation mechanism in question, which is associated with the inadequate practical and mathematical implementation of the valorisation in question by public administration bodies. This may be due not so much to a lack of understanding of the subject as to insufficient practical knowledge of how to make mathematical calculations correctly. It should be remembered that an incorrect adjustment affects the final result, which is the amount of compensation. Thus, this error may imply undue payment of compensation, both on the part of the state bodies and on the part of persons entitled to the return of expropriated real estate, who are obliged to return the valorised compensation as part of their settlements. The subject of this study was exclusively the methodology and mechanism for adjusting the amounts of compensation for expropriated property, without taking into account the assessment of its objectivity when using consumer price indices instead of target indicators, but in the vast majority of unannounced indices of changes in property prices, that would most accurately reflect changes in property prices on the market. An implication of de lege ferenda demands unification and clarification of the formula of the correct mechanism for making indexing amounts of established and unpaid compensation for expropriated real estate so that an unambiguous verification of the correctness of the final result can be made.

    Opis:
    This paper presents a load equivalent conductance based control method for a shunt active power filter. The principle of energy balance in the circuit, which means between supplying source - active filter - load, is used to obtain the control formula. The natural inertia of the active filter action is exploited, so no PI regulators are needed. The active filter can compensate for non-active current and, additionally, can stabilise the supplying source active power. In a case of generating loads energy harvesting is possible. The presented method is useful as well for voltage-source as current-source inverter based active filters, and for DC system as well as for AC single- or three-phase one.

    The possibility of the embedded automatic-control system construction for a self-adjusted regulator design on the basis of dynamic compensation principle is observed. The description of mathematical and algorithmic apparatus of Control Object identification in a digital form resulted in a design of the regulator. Results of natural experiments are given. An analysis of the regulator robustness properties is carried out.
