    Opis:
    The paper discusses actual task of ensuring the quality of services in information networks with fractal traffic. The generalized approach to traffic management and quality of service based on the account of multifractal properties of the network traffic is proposed. To describe the multifractal traffic properties, it is proposed to use the Hurst exponent, the range of generalized Hurst exponent and coefficient of variation. Methods of preventing of network overload in communication node, routing cost calculation and load balancing, which based on fractal properties of traffic are presented. The results of simulation have shown that the joint use of the proposed methods can significantly improve the quality of service network.

    Opis:
    Network traffic control model is described in the work, including data mining modules transmitted in the network as well as further qualified data analysis module based on artificial intelligence methods and means, namely recursive and convolutional neural networks. The topicality of work is proved by the intensive scientific research conducted in the field of information security, big data intelligent data processing tools, and stipulated by growing necessity to limit access of children to aggressive information, which can impact on the child’s psychoemotional state. Particular attention is paid in the article to proxy-server development for HTTP query receipt, search for a match in white and black lists and decision making as to data legality.
    W artykule rozważono model kontroli ruchem sieciowym, który zawiera moduł do zbierania danych przesyłanych przez sieć, a także moduł do dalszej analizy przygotowanych danych w oparciu o metody i środki sztucznej inteligencji, a mianowicie rekurencyjne i splotowe sieci neuronowe. Znaczenie tej pracy jest potwierdzone przez dużą liczbę badań naukowych prowadzonych w dziedzinie bezpieczeństwa informacji, środków intelektualnych do przetwarzania dużej ilości danych, a także ze względu na rosnącą potrzebę ograniczenia dostępu dzieci do agresywnych informacji z sieci, które mogą wpływać na ich stan psychoemocjonalny. Artykuł koncentruje się głównie na opracowaniu serwera proxy do odbierania żądań HTTP, wyszukiwania dopasowań na „czarnych” i „białych” listach i podjęcia decyzji o zezwoleniu na obejrzenie.

Został poruszony także aspekt dotyczący wpływu obwodnicy miasta na ruch pojazdów oparty na badaniach liczby pojazdów ciężarowych przejeżdżających przez dwa główne skrzyżowania oraz zaprezentowano System Zarządzania Ruchem, który powstał w grudniu 2015 r. i technologie, które wykorzystuje się do usprawnienia układu komunikacyjnego.
    Current communication system in Lublin was presented in this article. The impact of beltway on traffic based on the number of trucks driving on two main crossroads was determined. Traffic Management System, which was established in December 2015 and technologies used to improve communication system were discussed.

    The paper describes the application of the traffic engineering framework together with application layer procedures as mechanisms for the reduction of network latency lags. These mechanisms allow using standard and inexpensive hardware and software technologies typically applied for office networking as a means of realising networked control systems (NCSs) with high dynamic control plants, where a high dynamic control plant is the one that requires the sampling period several times shorter than communication lags induced by a network. The general discussion is illustrated by experimental results obtained in a laboratory NCS with the magnetic levitation system (MLS), which is an example of a structurally unstable plant of high dynamics.

    It is proposed the description of interface for VHF/MF/HF for simplification of DSC communication for implementation in the frame of conception developments in GMDSS services, applied to Maritime Mobile Services. This interface is realized within its integration with INS by an appropriate way on the base of common communication protocol for all three DSC communication sub bands in standardized and harmonized format and significantly simplifies the DSC user interface. It is very important for application in Maritime services, including GMDSS services, VTS services and SAR service. Suggested approach for improving DSC communication is based on the three main outputs of e-navigation strategic direction development related to the integration of communication and navigation equipment/systems, including standardized mode of operation. Implementation of the standardization demands to include in this integration the satellite AIS system. The feasibility of the proposal is supported by the existence of relevant IEC standards and IMO documents.

    Różne odmiany systemu SelTrac zastosowano w systemach szybkich tramwajów, lekkich kolejek miejskich, automatycznych kolejek lotniskowych oraz na liniach metra. Wszystkie wersje systemu SelTrac opierają się na dwukierunkowej, bezprzewodowej, bezpiecznej transmisji tor-pojazd, dlatego są zaliczane do klasy systemów cbtc (Communication Based Train Control). W ramach prac Wydziału Transportu PW nad rozwojem systemów ksr dokonano analizy tego systemu pod kątem możliwości pozyskiwania informacji dla dyspozytury. Jako podstawę do analizy wybrano linie automatycznej kolejki DLR oraz linie metra Jubilee w Londynie. W artykule przedstawiono ogólny opis systemu SelTrac oraz stanowiska dyspozytora. Omówiono niektóre aspekty kierowania ruchem pociągów w tym systemie.
    The various types of SelTrac system have been applied in fast tramway systems, light rail systems, automated rail transit systems and undergrounds. All versions of SelTrac system are based on bidirectional, wireless, safe track-vehicle transmission, so they are numbered as cbts (Communication Based Train Control).class of systems. In frame works under krs systems development run by the Transport Department of PW the analysis of the system towards its ability to collect data for train dispatchers have been carried out. As the basis of analysis the automated rail transit lines DLR and Jubilee underground lines in London have been selected. The general description of SelTrac system and the train dispatcher workstation have been presented in the paper. Some aspects of train management in this system have been described.

    Safety level analysis is included in the paper in context of SWIM system in air traffic management. The example is given. It examines the limitations and drawbacks of current ICT systems used for air traffic management. Analyzing the development of communication systems for the management of general air traffic, it can be concluded that the development of the terrestrial segment of the exchange of information between the parties relating to the air traffic will fluctuate towards a solution based on a service-oriented architecture SOA. This architecture will be the basis for the implementation of the concept of an information exchange system SWIM.
