Opis:: This paper presents the results of a study conducted in Slovenia between January and June 2011 in Slovene micro-enterprises. We used a structured questionnaire with some demographic questions about business computerization, the owner’s characteristics and some questions about the level of awareness of Cloud computing and what significance have the listed properties of Cloud computing services for owners to hire Cloud solutions. The results show that almost two thirds of micro-enterprises did not know anything about Cloud computing at that time. One of the most important information source on Cloud computing was the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Micro-enterprises showed the highest interest in the possibility of hiring IaaS – data store capacities and backups. As the most important characteristics they highlight reliability, security and performance of Cloud solutions. The results of this study were compared with the outcome of some other comparable studies, and some recommendations for micro-enterprises are given.

Opis:: In the paper analysis of available, free Cloud Storage services for company/enterprise applications is presented. The choice of the most appropriate cloud service will be associated with such features as its compatibility in relation to the terms of use, data security, performance and stability. Performed analysis focuses on solutions which the license does not prohibit the use of their free version of the service for commercial purposes, in the company. An important factor, partly influencing for the choice, will also be intuitiveness, additional functionality and ease of use offered by client applications.

Opis:: This paper deals with a methodology for the implementation of cloud manufacturing (CM) architecture. CM is a current paradigm in which dynamically scalable and virtualized resources are provided to users as services over the Internet. CM is based on the concept of coud computing, which is essential in the Industry 4.0 trend. A CM architecture is employed to map users and providers of manufacturing resources. It reduces costs and development time during a product lifecycle. Some providers use different descriptions of their services, so we propose taking advantage of semantic web technologies such as ontologies to tackle this issue. Indeed, robust tools are proposed for mapping providers’ descriptions and user requests to find the most appropriate service. The ontology defines the stages of the product lifecycle as services. It also takes into account the features of coud computing (storage, computing capacity, etc.). The CM ontology will contribute to intelligent and automated service discovery. The proposed methodology is inspired by the ASDI framework (analysis–specification–design–implementation), which has already been used in the supply chain, healthcare and manufacturing domains. The aim of the new methodology is to propose an easy method of designing a library of components for a CM architecture. An example of the application of this methodology with a simulation model, based on the CloudSim software, is presented. The result can be used to help the industrial decision-makers who want to design CM architectures.

Dokonała także analizy słabych stron oraz barier powstrzymujących organizacje przed wyborem tej technologii. Rozważania teoretyczne wzbogaciła przytaczając wyniki badań empirycznych. Następnie scharakteryzowała światowy, europejski oraz krajowy rynek cloud computing, zestawiając aktualne dane statystyczne, dotyczące jego wielkości, usługodawców, usługobiorców oraz szacunków na przyszłość.
The article concerns the aim and possibility of using cloud computing in enterprises. The author determined the concept of cloud computing, its basic features and discussed models of services provided in the cloud. The next part focused on the advantages and benefits which implementation of this solution can bring to the companies. The analysis of weaknesses and barriers preventing organizations from choosing this technology has been made. Theoretical considerations were enriched by presenting the results of empirical researches. Then the author characterized the global, European and national cloud computing market, comparing current statistics relative to its size, service providers, recipients and forecasts for the future.

Opis:: Ostatnio dwa pojęcia „cloud computing” oraz „katalog usług ICT” pojawiły się w architek-turze oraz w centrach danych budownictwa, więc zasługują one na należytą uwagę. Pojęcie „Cloud computing” zmieniło się w świecie technologii informacyjnych zarówno w modelu praktycznym, jak i biznesowym, bez wyłączania sektora obronnego. Może ono zostać scharakteryzowane jako dzielenie się oprogramowaniem i oprzyrządowaniem poprzez sieć. Cloud computing jako nowy model zasobów IT może znacznie zmniejszyć wydatki na zasoby IT i ich złożoność, jednocześnie doskonaląc optymalizację nakładów pracy i zwiększając poziom usług. Platforma Cloud jest skalowalna, dostarcza większe doświadczenie użytkownikowi i może być scharakteryzowana jako nowe metody zarządza-nia w Internecie. Katalog ICT spełnia główne zadanie ITSM – transformację ICT w nowy model zarządzania – poprzez zarządzanie zdefiniowane jako usługi ICT. Katalog ICT jest listą różnorodnych usług dostarczanych przez ICT i usługodawcę ICT, zazwyczaj jednostkę zabezpieczającą ICT w organizacji. Powinna on posiadać dane szczegółowe dotyczące klienta i osoby odpowiedzialnej za jej utrzymanie. Dokument ten jest bardzo istotny dla pozytywnego wdrożenia procesu SLM, jak również dla całego ITSM. W rzeczywistości, po-maga on klientom i użytkownikom zrozumieć potencjał ICT.
Recently two phrases " Cloud Computing " and " List of ICT services " resonate in the field of architecture and building data centers. The two terms terms are the most in-flected ones and therefore they deserve due attention. The notion of cloud computing has changed in the world of information technology-based practices and business mod-els,with the defence sector as no exception. It can be characterized as sharing hardware and software resources through a network infrastructure. Cloud Computing as a new model of IT resources can significantly reduce spending on IT resources and complexity while improving optimization workloads and increase service levels. Its platform Cloud is strongly scalable, providing a superior user experience and can be characterized by new Internet management practices. The list of ICT fills the main idea of the ITSM - ICT trans-formation of the branch to a new model of its management activities - through supply management defined ICT services. The catalogue of ICT is a list of the various services provided by the ICT and ICT services supplier, usually representing a branch of securing ICT operation in the organization . It should contain characteristics defined by the ICT services , as well as details about the customer and the person responsible for their maintenance. This document is very important for the successful deployment of the SLM process but also for the entire ITSM . In fact, it helps customers and users understand the potentials of the ICT Department.

Środowisko chmury obliczeniowej jest traktowane jako platforma integracji usług informatycznych z wykorzystaniem różnych koncepcji i modeli wdrażania. Wiele kryteriów oceny wskazuje, że jest to efektywna metoda dostarczania różnorodnych usług w rozległej sieci internetowej, wspierających działania biznesowe przy zachowaniu skalowalności, dostępności i bezpieczeństwa oferowanych usług.
In this article we have tried to identify possibilities of information services integration in the cloud computing environment. The cloud computing environment is treated as an integration platform for different models and concepts of IT services implementation. Many evaluation criteria indicate these solutions as an effective method of providing different Internet services, which may support business decision processes, proving their scalability, availability and security.

Opis:: The aim of this study was to identify impediments to the growth of Cloud Computing services in Poland. Diagnosis of diversed opinions of the respondents in the group led to the conclusion that the projects stakeholders' level of knowledge in Polish organizations about cloud computing services is small, the implementations are carried out without a thorough feasibility study and the choice of service and development model corresponds to the business model in a manner insufficient to achieve success in advanced IT technology conditions. The study was exploratory in nature due to its pioneering nature.

This paper presents cloud computing as a model for the provision of IT services. It contains a synthetic view of CC. Its basic features, models of service provision and implementation models were described. The paper also presents selected statistics on the market for this type of services. The main part of the study presents implementation barriers of this concept. The results of the author’s own research were presented and synthetically discussed.

Opis:: This paper presents the concepts and explores issues related to the 3 Time Zones (3TZ) model of software development in global workspace environment. The 3TZ model itself seeks to take advantages of differences in time zones between places around the world. By engaging software development teams in different regions separated by 8 hours each, it is possible for their combined working hours to cover the whole 24 hours period. Thus, while they each work their normal 8 hour days, together they are able to achieve in 1 day what a single team would achieve in 3 days. They are able to achieve this by passing on their work from one team to the next as one finishes their workday and the next team starts their workday. The 3TZ model of software development revolves around the employment of a software development team distributed in at least 3 different locations around the world in 3 different time zones. If work was passed on from one team to the next and adjacent teams were separated by 8 hours, then 24 hours continuous collaborative software development could be achieved. Though this poses many challenges, when dealt with there is great potential for software to be developed much faster than is possible for a single, collocated development team. In the global economy, we have seen a decrease in the barriers towards communication across the globe along with an increase of service availability to support this communication. Software development is one of the disciplines that is capable of effectively utilizing and benefiting from global collaboration prospect lent by ever increasing capability of information and communication technology. 24 hours continuous development is ideal for application towards tasks that have hard deadlines or require work completed as soon as possible. This article will mainly focus on introducing 24/7 global models that can be applied in cloud environment used in three different time zones.

Opis:: In this paper we propose a new method of scheduling the distributed applications in cloud environment according to the High Performance Computing as a Service concept. We assume that applications, that are submitted for execution, are specified as task graphs. Our method dynamically schedules all the tasks using resource sharing by the applications. The goal of scheduling is to minimize the cost of resource hiring and the execution time of all incoming applications. Experimental results showed that our method gives significantly better utilization of computational resources than existing management methods for clouds.

Opis:: For organizations, cloud computing means savings: personnel, hardware, and premises. It is also a whole range of other advantages and benefits. In order to use them it is necessary to conclude properly structured agreements with the service provider. In the course of trade, they usually have the form of an universal contract template, whose prior examination of the legal guarantees declared by the supplier determines the achievement of the intended goal. It is therefore worth to be aware of the meaning of clauses concerning data security, the scope of the provider's liability or the rules for the choice of applicable law.
Dla organizacji chmura obliczeniowa oznacza oszczędności: kadrowe, sprzętowe, lokalowe. To również cały szereg innych zalet i korzyści. Aby z nich skorzystać konieczne jest zawarcie odpowiednio skonstruowanych umów z usługodawcą. W obrocie gospodarczym najczęściej mają one postać uniwersalnych wzorców, których wcześniejsze przestudiowanie pod kątem deklarowanych przez dostawcę gwarancji prawnych, warunkuje osiągnięcie wspomnianego celu. Warto zatem być świadomym znaczenia treści klauzul dotyczących bezpieczeństwa danych, zakresu odpowiedzialności dostawcy czy zasad wyboru prawa właściwego.

Opis:: Cognition is a domain of thinking creatures, isn't it? Based on that computers cannot learn anything more than was in the initial data feed. In this article, I just want to defend that nowadays technical solutions can break this rule. The aim of this article is to provide a short technical overview what Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Neural Networks (NN) were before in the area of standalone gigantic servers, and how do they look now in Cloud Computing (CC) times. The ML paradigm is not any more reserved for big enterprises only but now is available for single internet user. I just want to present AWS and Azure, as the biggest CC providers, functionalities and potential usage of such Cognitive Services (CS) in current internet services. The great example is for instance bot usage instead of diving deep in the FAQ on the company website or digging into the corporate wiki. Another big area is graphics analysis and sound or text recognition. Those are only examples of predefined CC functions ready for use right now in the public cloud.

This paper presents cloud computing as a model for IT service management. IT provides basic definitions and synthetically characterized the idea of this approach. The main part of this article is presentation of the results of author’s own research results in the range of benefits and their manifestations associated with implementing and using this model as well as their importance from the point of view of the organization.

Związane to jest z wieloma istotnymi problemami jak np.: zarządzaniem zasobami organizacji w dobie globalizacji i wirtualizacji przedsiębiorstw; rozwojem i doskonaleniem IT; wpływem relacji sourcingowych z dostawcami usług IT na innowacyjność i wzrost konkurencyjności firm. Celem artykułu jest wskazanie aktualnych trendów w praktyce zarządzania obszarem IT organizacji oraz określenie determinant decyzji odnośnie implementacji modeli sourcingowych dotyczących realizacji/świadczenia usług IT z wykorzystaniem zasobów globalnych ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem aspektów bezpieczeństwa informacyjnego. Na podstawie analizy literatury, przeprowadzonych badań, własnych doświadczeń oraz dotychczasowych publikacji autorzy wskażą m.in.: istotę i przesłanki sourcingu usług, trendy w sourcingu usług IT w Polsce, uwarunkowania społeczno-ekonomiczne relokacji usług IT, zagrożenia z nią związane oraz jej wpływ na bezpieczeństwo informacyjne.
Taking sourcing decisions and implementing sourcing models in relation to IT services is an interesting area of theoretical as well as empirical research in the field of IT management (including service management and IT project management). It is connected with many important issues, such as: management of the organization's resources in the era of globalization and enterprise virtualization; development and improvement of IT; the impact of sourcing relations with IT service providers on innovation and increase of companies' competitiveness. The aim of the article is to indicate current trends in the practice of enterprise IT management and to define the determinants of decisions regarding the implementation of sourcing models connected with the implementation of IT services using global resources, with particular emphasis on information security aspects. Based on the analysis of literature, personal experience and previous publications, the Authors discuss the essence and reasons for IT sourcing, trends in sourcing of IT services, socio-economic conditions for the relocation of IT services, threats related to the relocation of IT services and its impact on information security.

Opis:: W artykule podjęto próbę oceny poziomu wykorzystania technologii informacyjnych w polskich przedsiębiorstwach na tle wybranych państw europejskich. Badania własne wykazały nierówności w zakresie wykorzystania technologii informacyjnych przez przedsiębiorstwa krajów europejskich. W świetle wyników badań własnych poziom wykorzystania technologii informacyjno- komunikacyjnych przez polskie przedsiębiorstwa jest niski. Polska uplasowała się na 24. pozycji w rankingu krajów objętych badaniem. Słabością polskich przedsiębiorstw jest relatywnie niski poziom wykorzystywania usług przetwarzania w chmurze oraz mediów społecznościowych. Polska wypada najlepiej pod względem dostępu do Internetu i wykorzystania IT w zakresie integrowania procesów wewnętrznych oraz kontaktów z klientami, dostawcami, zarządzania łańcuchem. W świetle przyjętych cech diagnostycznych najwyższy poziom wykorzystania technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych w przedsiębiorstwach jest charakterystyczny dla: Danii, Finlandii, Holandii, Irlandii. Krajami o najniższym poziomie wykorzystania technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych przez przedsiębiorstwa są: Grecja, Łotwa, Węgry, Bułgaria i Rumunia.
The article attempts to assess the level of use of information technologies in Polish enterprises against the background of selected European countries. This original research has shown inequalities in the use of information technologies by enterprises from European countries. Based on the results of the research, it was ascertained that the level of use of information and communication technologies by Polish enterprises is low. Poland was placed 24th in the ranking of countries covered by the study. A weakness of Polish enterprises is the relatively low level of use of cloud computing services and social media. Poland performs best in terms of Internet access and IT use in termsof integrating internal processes as well as contacts with customers, suppliers, and supply chain management. The adopted diagnostic features show that the highest level of use of information and communication technologies in enterprises can be found in Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands, and Ireland. The countries with the lowest levels of ICT use by enterprises are Greece, Latvia, Hungary, Bulgaria and Romania.

Przedstawione dane pokazują zalety oraz ogromne możliwości, jakie daje wykorzystanie usług typu PaaS w technologii chmurowej, przy realizacji projektów informatycznych.
The following article presents the possible use of cloud technologies within IT projects, where the level of expected efficiency cannot be established prior. The survey has been conducted on an actual project, the first on-line Polish IT Test, realized in May 2016. The project had very high degree of uncertainty, regarding the end-product efficiency requirements. Presented data show advantages and great possibilities of using PaaS services in cloud technology, for IT projects execution

Opisano etapy rozwoju elektronicznej przestrzeni informacyjnej, w tym budowania elektronicznych zasobów wiedzy i tworzenia narzędzi do ich obsługi i wykorzystania w procesach wyszukiwania źródeł informacji. Zaprezentowano Bibliotekę Uniwersytecką jako partnera w aranżowaniu instytucjonalnych platform cyfrowych do deponowania i udostępniania dorobku intelektualnego społeczności naukowej Uniwersytetu im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu. Wskazano także funkcjonalność zaprojektowanych i wdrożonych innowacyjnych usług wirtualnych pakietu Libsmart, optymalizujących funkcjonowanie Biblioteki Uniwersyteckiej.
The article discusses problems and issues relative to automation processes at Poznań University Library. To provide a more in-depth insight into the nature of the changes, these solutions that distinctively improved the quality of work of the staff and user services are presented, beside the record of consecutive changes introduced to the library. These changes have facilitated the general knowledge of new technological solutions, their implementation and the resulting widespread use. The process of the changes in the operation of the Horizon library integrated system is presented as well as the Library’s cooperation with the national central catalogue – NUKAT . Successive stages in the development of electronic information space are described, including the creation of electronic knowledge resources and tools to handle them in the process of searching for information sources. The University Library is presented as a partner in preparing and implementing institutional digital platforms used in submitting and making available the research output of the University’s academic community to the general public. Finally, the functionality of the already implemented innovative virtual services of the Libsmart package that streamlines the operation of the University Library is presented.

Opis:: Rozwój technologii w obszarze ICT powoduje powstawanie nowych klas funkcjonalności i usług w zakresie tworzenia, przetwarzania i wykorzystania danych. Również w konstrukcji nowych przyrządów pomiarowych coraz częściej pojawiają się rozwiązania wirtualizacji i korzystania z zasobów sieciowych. Możliwości komunikacyjne, zdalne sterowanie przyrządami, zbieranie danych pomiarowych przesyłanych przez sieć, tworzenie centralnych baz danych i ich analiza otwierają coraz szersze możliwości dla metrologii. Aby móc z nich skorzystać konieczna jest bezpieczna infrastruktura, która spełni nie tylko wymagania bezpieczeństwa oferowane przez technologię teleinformatyczną, ale również zapewni zgodność z wymaganiami wypracowanymi przez metrologię. Perspektywa taka tworzy nowe możliwości w obszarze prac badawczych i nadzoru, aby zapewnić bezpieczeństwo cyfrowe infrastruktury pomiarowej.
The development of technology in the field of ICT leads to the creation of new classes of functionality and services with regard to creating, processing and using data. Solutions of virtualization and the use of network resources also appear more often in the design of new measuring instruments. Communication possibilities, the remote control of instruments, collecting measurement data sent by network, creating central databases and their analysis, open wider opportunities for metrology. In order to benefit from them, secure infrastructure is necessary, which will fulfil not only security requirements offered by ICT but also will ensure compliance with the requirements developed by metrology. Such perspective provides new opportunities in the field of research works and supervision to ensure the digital security of metrological infrastructure.

Opis:: W artykule został przedstawiony istotny problem społeczeństwa informacyjnego, jakim jest nieefektywny obieg informacji pomiędzy instytucjami państwa oraz ich relacji z obywatelami, skutkiem czego są m.in. straty w egzekwowaniu zobowiązań podatkowych. Problem ten można rozwiązać przez wdrożenie w obszarze finansów publicznych zaawansowanych usług świadczonych w państwowej Fiskalnej Chmurze Obliczeniowej wraz z systemem e-VAT, który radykalnie uprości rozliczenie przedsiębiorców z fiskusem, a zarazem uszczelni system podatkowy. Implementacja elektronicznego systemu ewidencji i rozliczania podatku VAT umożliwi realizację jednolitego, spójnego i transparentnego modelu rozliczania podatku, dzięki któremu zostaną zablokowane, a przynajmniej zredukowane do minimum, możliwości jego wyłudzania. Idea usług księgowo-podatkowych w chmurze państwowej wraz z systemem e-VAT została zaprezentowana w kontekście Programu Zintegrowanej Informatyzacji Państwa (PZIP) (Ministerstwo Administracji i Cyfryzacji, 2013; 2013a) obejmującego koncepcję Państwowej Chmury Obliczeniowej (Ministerstwo Cyfryzacji, 2016). Te wizjonerskie zamierzenia można – zdaniem autora – zrealizować drogą wytypowania i wdrożenia autorskiego projektu pilotażowego, wokół którego powinny być integrowane poszczególne systemy teleinformatyczne administracji centralnej.
This paper outlines the concept advanced social society services in a form of Fiscal Cloud Computing (FisCO) that could provide tax and accounting services for both individual and corporate taxpayers, as well as facilitating tax execution and the processing of statistical data by government agencies. FisCO, as a part of Government Cloud Computing, should be backed by a legislative act that clearly defines the relation between each entity, namely the individual taxpayer, businessman or company using the system. The aim of the article is not to define fiscal procedures to be performed within FisCO, but to describe the technical aspect of the system. Bearing this in mind, only one fiscal application (e-VAT), which concerns VAT accounting, will be set out to serve as an example of the ways in which cloud infrastructure and services can be used. The e-VAT application enables the implementation of a new simple scheme of VAT accounting that makes the tax system more transparent and impervious to frauds, as well as more simple for tax payers.

Opis:: W niniejszym opracowaniu zostały częściowo poruszone niektóre problemy prawne związane ze świadczeniem usług z zakresu cloud gamingu. Szczególnie istotne są kwestie dotyczące wyczerpania praw autorskich oraz kierunków orzeczniczych, które mogą pojawiać się w tym zakresie w przyszłości. Orzecznictwo TSUE wydaje się obecnie stać na stanowisku, że instytucja wyczerpania zawarta w dyrektywie komputerowej nie znajdzie zastosowania w stosunku do gry komputerowej jako całości. Powyższa interpretacja może jednak w przyszłości ulec zmianie ze względu na rolę, jaką w dzisiejszym świecie odgrywają cyfrowe wersje utworów. Z punktu widzenia nie tylko dostawcy usług cloud gamingowych, ale również podmiotu praw autorskich, bardzo istotne są również stosunkowo nowe regulacje dotyczące transgranicznego przenoszenia usług online obowiązujące w Unii Europejskiej.
In this study was presented some legal problems related to the provision of cloud gaming services have been partially addressed. The issues related to the exhaustion of copyright and the directions of jurisprudence that may appear in this respect in the future are particularly important. The CJEU jurisprudence seems to take the position that the institution of exhaustion contained in the cloud computing directive will not apply to the computer game as a whole. However, the above interpretation may change in the future due to the role played by digital versions of works in today’s world. From the point of view of not only the provider of cloud gaming services but also the copyright holder, the relatively new regulations on cross-border portability of online services in force in the European Union are also very important.

Opis:: Production Internet as an eco-system built on public infrastructure of Web-services would go beyond the traditional setups of industrial cooperation, as well as existing peer-to-peer services for economic exchanges, like e-sharing, e-tailing or crowd-funding. This paper discusses functional setups of Production Internet. Throughout the practice review and foresight research, the functional needs, requirements and benefits have been identified. The validation of functional specification was performed using a prototype multi-robot setting.
Internet Produkcyjny (Ψ) jako ekosystem bazujący na wykorzystaniu publicznej infrastruktury usług sieciowych, ma wykroczyć poza ramy tradycyjnych form współpracy w przemyśle opartych na usługach peer-to peer, takich jak: e-tailing, e-sharing czy crowd-funding. W pracy przedstawiono wyniki analizy wymogów funkcjonalnych dla Internetu Produkcyjnego. Poprzez przegląd teorii i praktyki, poparty badaniami foresight, zidentyfikowano potrzeby i korzyści oraz typy użytkowników. Walidację koncepcji przeprowadzono przy zastosowaniu opracowanego prototypowego środowiska wielorobotowego.

This study is based on a review of research journals and articles including news magazines concerning current SME market situation in India. The current market scenario of Indian SMEs, as well as several policy interventions and new trends in the market were discussed.

Opis:: Dotychczas główną strategią zapewnienia odpowiedniej infrastruktury IT dla organizacji było wybudowanie jej w ramach dostępnych środków. Trudności z oszacowaniem potrzebnych zasobów sprzętowych, często stawały się przyczyną przeinwestowania infrastruktury IT, a w konsekwencji niepełnego jej wykorzystania i ponoszenia nadmiarowych kosztów (Wiśniewski, 2014). Rozwiązaniem tej sytuacji może być wykorzystanie outsourcingu usług IT. Działanie to pozwoli na zachowanie korzyści, jakie organizacja czerpie z posiadania sprawnego systemu IT i jednocześnie pozwoli na uwolnienie części zasobów, zaangażowanych dotychczas w realizację procesu dostarczania usług IT. Celem niniejszego referatu jest wskazanie potencjału outsourcingu usług IT w modelu chmury obliczeniowej w kontekście efektywności wspierania procesu podejmowania decyzji zarządczych oraz możliwości redukcji kosztów funkcjonowania organizacji. Zaproponowane model i metoda postępowania przy doborze właściwego typu usługi zostały zweryfikowane na przykładzie nowo tworzonego laboratorium komputerowego w uczelni wyższej. Wypracowane wnioski są podstawą do wytyczenia kierunków dalszych badań, dotyczących opłacalności outsourcingu usług IT w modelu chmury obliczeniowej.
Hitherto the main strategy to ensure the adequate IT infrastructure for the organization was to build IT within the available resources. Difficulties in estimating the necessary hardware resources, often become the cause of overinvestment IT infrastructure and consequently incomplete of its use and incurring excess costs. The solution of this situation may be the use of outsourcing IT services. This will preserve the benefits which the organization derives from having an efficient IT system and at the same time allows the release the part of the resources previously involved in the implementation process of IT service delivery.The purpose of this paper is to identify the potential of outsourcing of IT services in the cloud computing model in the context of the effectiveness of supporting management decision-making and the ability to reduce operating costs of the organization. The proposed model and method of procedure for choosing the appropriate type of service has been verified on the example of the new computer lab building in the university. Reached conclusions are the basis for the further research on the cost-effectiveness of outsourcing IT services.

Opis:: Modern computer achievements in scientifi activity give access to common use of data from a great number of information repositories. The materials of the article are dedicated to defining the pedagogical possibilities of using Google services in training of future teachers of natural specialties. The article highlights the results of the assessment of the real state of educational activity of teachers and students with the use of modern information and communication technologies (hereinafter referred to as ICT). The article analyzes the learning objectives and widely used services, which enable active introduction of ICT in the process of conducting lectures and practical classes, while preparing for self-study and testing.
Dzięki nowoczesnym osiągnięciom informatycznym w działalności naukowej możliwy jest coraz szerszy dostęp do danych z wielu repozytoriów informacji. Celem artykułu jest określenie pedagogicznych możliwości korzystania z usług Google w kształceniu przyszłych nauczycieli przedmiotów przyrodniczych. W pracy badawczej podkreślono wyniki oceny rzeczywistego stanu aktywności edukacyjnej nauczycieli i uczniów z wykorzystaniem nowoczesnych technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych (ICT). W pracy przeanalizowano cele nauczania i szeroko stosowane usługi, które umożliwiają aktywne wprowadzanie ICT do procesu prowadzenia wykładów i zajęć praktycznych, przygotowując się do samokształcenia i testowania.
