Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie metody zintegrowanej oceny projektów czystszej produkcji, uwzględniającej kryteria ekologiczne, ekonomiczne i społeczne oraz jej empiryczna weryfikacja.
The integrated and multicriterion assessment method for cleaner production projects is presented in the paper. It not only takes into consideration the costs and benefits generated within the enterprise during implementation of the project but also examines the external environmental, economic and social costs and benefits. Two factor variants, both taking into account identical and different time stretches for cost and benefit levels, are proposed to determine the effectiveness of the projects. The discussed cleaner protection project assessment method was applied to evaluate projects realized by a textile plant located in the Podlasie Voivodship.

Standaryzacja jest działaniem w wyniku którego otrzymuje się stabilizowanie procesu technologicznego prowadzącego do osiągania optymalnych efektów. W niniejszym artykule tematem standaryzacji jest proces oczyszczania metodą strumieniowo-ścierną z zastosowaniem oczyszczarek wirnikowych. Scharakteryzowano zasadnicze etapy badawczo-diagnostyczne dotyczące zagadnień konstrukcyjnych w mechanizmach oczyszczarek, parametrów eksploatacyjnych oraz zagadnień organizacji prowadzenia procesu. Kryteriami, które przyjęto do oceny oczyszczania są: wydajność oczyszczarki, czas czyszczenia, skuteczność określana stopniem czystości powierzchni odlewów, minimalizacja zużycia ścierniwa oraz stopnień zużycia dynamicznych elementów oczyszczarek.
Standardization is a process which leads to the stabilization of an engineering process allowing it to achieve optimal results. This article is about the standardization of a process in which shot-blasting machines are used to clean castings by means of the jet-and-abrasion method. Characterized are the main aspects of diagnostic research regarding the construction of the shot-blasting machines, their operational parameters, and the organization of the shot-blasting process itself. The criteria adopted in order to evaluate the shot-blasting process are: capacity of the machines, cleaning time, effectiveness measured by the degree of casting surface finish, minimalization of wear of the abrasive material, and the wear of the movable parts of the shot-blasting machines.

Artykuł przedstawia efekty ekologiczne przedsiębiorstwa hutniczego, jako wynik realizacji strategii Czystszej Produkcji. Na podstawie danych udostępnionych przez przedsiębiorstwo hutnicze Ferrum S.A. wykonano analizę oddziaływania podmiotu na środowisko. Sformułowano następujący wniosek: w wyniku realizowanej strategii Czystszej Produkcji analizowane przedsiębiorstwo hutnicze zmniejszyło emisję zanieczyszczeń do powietrza atmosferycznego, zredukowało ilość odpadów i ścieków, jak i wprowadziło oszczędny system gospodarowania zasobami energetycznymi.
The paper shows ecological effects of metallurgical enterprise. On the base of data form enterprise Ferrum, the analysis was realized. The conclusion: metallurgical enterprise realises strategy Cleaner Production decreases air pollutants, reduces waste and economizes energetic resources.

This article discusses the system of Voluntary Commitment of the Polish Environmental functioning Cleaner Production Program. Ramowo describes the evolution of the system and its current procedures and involvement in the above. system companies in the chemical sector. The article is a summary and development of the author, delivered at the XII Conference on Science and Technology, "Environmental Protection", organized by SITPChem, 26-28 October 2011, in Ustroń-Jaszowiec.

Opis:
In manufacturing processes many technological operations are designed, in which the adhesive properties of the treated surface are very important. These are processes related to application of any coating on the surface, such as gluing, painting, varnishing and others. Durability of coatings depends on proper preparation of the surface to which they are going to be applied. Conventional methods, such as grinding, sandblasting with subsequent washing and degreasing, as well as galvanic treatment applied to e.g. aluminium alloys - require the use of not only specific equipment but also chemical substances. They often lead to a significant burden on the environment due to their harmful properties. In an experimental study, attention was drawn to the significant environmental aspects of such a technological process and work was carried out to demonstrate whether it is possible to eliminate toxic and hazardous substances and to create good adhesion conditions by laser processing. To this purpose, samples were made out of two representative materials: X6Cr17 steel and AW-2024 aluminium alloy, abrasive surface treatment or in a galvanic bath and then washed, degreased and dried. Laser surface treatment without the use of additional chemicals was proposed as an environmentally cleaner technology. Surface roughness and adhesion of the test polymer coating were measured for comparative evaluation of the applied treatment methods. Obtained results were discussed in terms of the possibility of eliminating harmful influences and implementing laser treatment as a cleaner technology in the production of components requiring coating.

W publikacji przedstawiono jedną z możliwości zwiększenia intensywności procesu separacji w maszynach do zbioru ziemniaków poprzez zastosowanie rolkowego separatora czyszczącego. Rozpatrzono układy sił działające w różnych płaszczyznach na bulwę znajdującą się na rolkach separatora. Określono jego parametry konstrukcyjne i kinematyczne.
The publication presents one of the possibilities allowing to increase separation process intensity in potato harvesting machines by means of implementing a roller-type cleaning separator. Force systems were examined that act in different planes on a tuber lying on separator rollers. Design and kinematic parameters were determined for the unit.

W artykule opisano sposoby modelowania kinematycznego zespołów separujących w warunkach zmiany wzdłużnego (względem kierunku ruchu cząstek na sicie) kąta pochylenia sita.
The phenomenon of separation of particles on sieves is determined by kinematics of system cleaner. If purgative aggregate works in stable conditions (e.g. in case of stationary sieves), then we can choose of specific kinematical parameters by use dependence, which was described in literature. If however we will install in moving in terrain machine engine the same separating aggregate, then the relating the selection of kinematical parameters matter is less comfortable. in the article were described methods of kinematical modeling the separating aggregates in conditions of change the longitudinal (in relation to direction of movement of particles on sieve) angle of inclination of sieve.

Od kilku lat w zakres prawodawstwa Unii Europejskiej systematycznie wprowadzane są akty wykonawcze do Dyrektywy Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady 2009/125/WE z dnia 21 października 2009 r. ustanawiającej ogólne zasady ustalania wymogów dotyczących ekoprojektu dla produktów związanych z energią. Ostatnio szczególnie wiele dyskusji wzbudza wprowadzone w lipcu 2013 roku Rozporządzenie 666/2013 regulujące wymogi ekoprojektowe dla odkurzaczy. W niniejszym artykule omówiono tło powstania samej Dyrektywy 2009/125/WE i wyjaśniono koncepcję, która leży u podstaw formułowania wymogów ekoprojektowych dla rożnych grup produktów zasilanych energią, szczególnie zaś podkreślono rolę środowiskowej oceny cyklu życia (LCA).
For several years, the executive acts related to the Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council 2009/125/EC of 21 October 2009 establishing a framework for the setting of ecodesign requirements for energy-related products are systematically adopted as a part of European Union legislation. Especially the Regulation 666/2013 concerning the eco-design requirements for vacuum cleaners introduced in July 2013 is strongly discussed. This article presents the background to the Directive 2009/125/EC and explains the concept that underlies the formulation of ecodesign requirements for different powered energy products, with special focus on the role of environmental life cycle assessment (LCA).
