Opis:
Dębica jest miastem położonym w zachodniej części województwa podkarpackiego, nad rzeką Wisłoką, w Kotlinie Sandomierskiej i na północnym krańcu Pogórza Strzyżowskiego. Gmina Miasta Dębica jest organizatorem publicznego transportu zbiorowego wykonywanego w swoich granicach administracyjnych oraz w granicach administracyjnych gmin sąsiadujących, które zawarły stosowne porozumienia z Gminą Miasta Dębica, tzn. Dębica (gmina wiejska), Czarna, Żyraków i Pilzno. Wykonywanie przewozów w ramach realizacji publicznego transportu zbiorowego jest zlecane Operatorowi – podmiotowi wewnętrznemu gminy – na podstawie zawieranej z organizatorem wieloletniej umowy. Operatorem jest Miejska Komunikacja Samochodowa Sp. z o.o. w Dębicy. W artykule przedstawiono historię rozwoju komunikacji miejskiej w Dębicy z okazji przypadającej w 2022 roku 50. rocznicy jej uruchomienia.
Dębica is a town located in the western part of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, on the Wisłoka River, in the Sandomierska Basin and at the northern end of the Strzyżowski Foothills. The Municipality of Dębica is the organiser of public transport services provided within its administrative borders and within the administrative borders of the neighbouring municipalities that have concluded relevant agreements with the Municipality of Dębica, i.e. Dębica (rural municipality), Czarna, Żyraków and Pilzno. The performance of public transport is outsourced to the Operator – an internal entity of the Municipality – on the basis of a long-term contract signed with the organiser. The operator is the Miejska Komunikacja Samochodowa Sp. z o.o. (Municipal Car Transport Ltd.) in Dębica. The article presents the history of the development of public transport in Dębica on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of its operating held in 2022.

Opis:
BRT lite is the backbone of the public transport system in Semarang that potentially contributes to the city’s resilient mobility. Although it has been a decade since the operation of BRT lite began, its performance has not led to a significant shift from the use of private vehicles to public transport. Therefore, this study aims to assess the performance of BRT lite service in supporting the concept of a resilient city. The assessment was performed by measuring city- and corridor-level performances using a scoring method against a set of standards of infrastructure and operational factors. At the city level, the performance only fulfilled 45.12% of the standard. At the corridor level, the best performance was shown by corridors I and IV, with 15% and 6%, respectively, over the average point percentage. BRT lite in Semarang has not yet been considered resilient as it still needs improvement on indicators that ensure accessibility, responsiveness to disruption, and inclusivity.

W artykule przedstawiono wykorzystanie Pilskiej Karty Miejskiej (PKM), która służy jako bilet w komunikacji miejskiej w Pile (MZK). W kolejnym etapie badań zostaną zaprezentowane inne możliwości jego wykorzystania. Celem pracy była analiza istniejącego systemu PKM oraz poznanie opinii publicznej na temat jego funkcjonowania i możliwości szerszego wykorzystania. Badania przeprowadzono na terenie miasta Piła za pomocą kwestionariusza składającego się z 12 pytań zamkniętych jednokrotnego wyboru i 2 pytań otwartych. Mieszkańcy Piły byli zadowoleni z usług świadczonych przez MZK oraz wprowadzenia biletu elektronicznego zakodowanego w PKM. Funkcjonowanie tej karty znacznie ułatwia podróżowanie. Respondenci przekazali również wiele ciekawych sugestii dotyczących innych zastosowań PKM niż tylko w komunikacji. Część propozycji, po konsultacjach z władzami miasta i MZK, jest obecnie wdrażana.

Analizy dokonano poprzez weryfikację informacji przekazywanych przez tablice zmiennej treści.
The aim of the article is to present solutions in the field of intelligent transport systems used in Szczecin. The city of Szczecin, due to its location and communication routes, is an important element of the national transport system. The city's task is to provide all users with efficient mobility, not forgetting to maintain the principles of sustainable development. The way to meet these goals is the implementation of intelligent transport systems. The subject of the research presented in the article are the selected subsystems of the intelligent transport system operating in Szczecin. The analysis was made by verifying information provided by Variable Message Signs.

W artykule omówiono wyniki obserwacji pracy układu napędowego autobusu elektrycznego PILEA wyprodukowanego przez ARP E-VEHICLES w Solcu Kujawskim, powadzonych w czasie jego jazd miejskich w Czechowicach-Dziedzicach. Wyniki pomiarów podstawowych wielkości charakteryzujących pracę jego akumulatorowego napędu elektrycznego z silnikiem PMSM, rejestrowane w samym układzie sterowania napędu pozwoliły na dokonanie oceny rzeczywistej efektywności energetycznej pojazdu z takim napędem. Dzięki temu sprawdzono także poprawność modelu zastępczego używanego do opisu zachowania się pojazdu w trakcie pokonywania tras o różnych profilach pionowych i różnych harmonogramach jazdy. Model taki umożliwia prognozowanie spodziewanej wielkości zwrotu energii elektrycznej do baterii (czyli tzw. rekuperacji), oraz wskazanie dla danej trasy optymalnego harmonogramu jazdy.
The article presents the results of observations of the drive system operation in the PILEA electric bus manufactured by ARP E-VEHICLES in Solec Kujawski, carried out during its city rides in Czechowice-Dziedzice. The results of measurements of the basic quantities characterizing the operation of its battery sourced electric PMSM drive, recorded in the drive control system itself, made it possible to assess the actual energy efficiency of a vehicle with such a drive. As a result, the correctness of the substitute model used to describe the behavior of the vehicle while driving on routes with different vertical profiles and different driving schedules was also checked. Such a model makes it possible to forecast the expected amount of electricity return to the battery (i.e. recuperation), and to indicate the optimal driving schedule for a given route.

The paper discusses the issues related to the measurement of the operating parameters of a conventional engine and the parameters of a conventional bus in motion. The measurements were performed under actual traffic conditions of a city bus in Poznań. It is noteworthy that onroad tests under actual operating conditions (PEMS) are one of the main trends of the development of the testing methodology and are gradually gaining in importance. Specific conditions were selected to ensure the highest possible reflection of the actual conditions: the traffic similar to the traffic typical of a regular bus route (average traffic on Poznań routes). The tests were conducted for two days (Friday and Saturday), characteristic of very high and very low number of transported people respectively as well as high and medium traffic congestion. During the tests the engine and the driving parameters were recorded continuously as sent from the diagnostic system of the vehicle and the GPS. The PEMS test method (portable emissions measurement system) presented in the article can be used in the measurement of exhaust emissions in rail vehicles with combustion engines.
W artykule omówiono zagadnienia związane z pomiarem wskaźników pracy silnika oraz parametrów konwencjonalnego autobusu w ruchu. Pomiary wykonano w rzeczywistych warunkach ruchu autobusu miejskiego w Poznaniu. Warto zauważyć, że badania drogowe w rzeczywistych warunkach eksploatacyjnych PEMS (Portable Emissions Monitoring System) są jednym z głównych trendów rozwoju metodologii badań i stopniowo zyskują na znaczeniu. Specyficzne warunki zostały dobrane tak, aby jak najlepiej odzwierciedlić stan faktyczny: ruch zbliżony do ruchu typowego dla zwykłej linii autobusowej (przeciętny ruch na trasach poznańskich). Testy były prowadzone przez dwa dni (piątek i sobotę), charakteryzujące się odpowiednio bardzo dużą i bardzo małą liczbą przewożonych osób oraz dużym i średnim natężeniem ruchu. W trakcie testów silnik i parametry jazdy rejestrowane były w sposób ciągły przesyłane z systemu diagnostycznego pojazdu i GPS. Przedstawiona w artykule metoda badawcza PEMS (badania emisji spalin w warunkach rzeczywistych) może zostać wykorzystana w pomiarze emisji spalin także w pojazdach szynowych o napędzie spalinowym.

Transport system is the key indicator of sustainable spatial development, because if it is ineffective it can render the economy, the environment, and society vul-nerable. Despite the large number of already existing research, the city transportation sys-tem’s development strategy design is still a relevant objective, because the existing ways and strategies of the transport development may not always be applicable in certain cir-cumstances. This article presents the possible ways of improvement of sustainability of the city transportation systems adapted in accordance with the peculiarities of Russian cit-ies. It is stated that when working out a city transportation system’s development strategy it is necessary to take into account all possible risks. According to the case study of Na-berezhnye Chelny city, all vulnerabilities of the system that today are typical almost for all Russian cities were analyzed, classification of risks was made, and means of their con-trol were suggested. Solutions proposed as a result of the SWOT-analysis can be used when developing transport strategies for other cities with similar specificity.

The analysis covered the city bike rental system in Lublin and the development of the so-called Lublin City Bike (LRM) network. The LRM network was chosen due to its dynamic development, because Lublin has the most city bikes per capita in Poland. LRM was launched in June 2014. Since then, the Lublin City Bike consists of 951 bikes located in 97 rental stations in Lublin and Świdnik. The purpose of the present work is to analyse the development of city bike docking stations in Lublin against the background of economic and spatial conditions of the city. The analyses were performed using GIS software. The greatest interest in LRM was recorded in the central part of the city. It has been shown that the development of cycling infrastructure does not have a significant impact on the spatial coverage of Lublin City Bike. Developments planned until 2022 will also not significantly affect the extension of LRM coverage, as they are focused on increasing the density of stations. Furthermore, the location of the LRM stations is not related to the population density in individual city districts.
Analizą objęto system wypożyczania rowerów miejskich w Lublinie oraz rozwój sieci tzw. Lubelskiego Roweru Miejskiego (LRM). Sieć LRM wybrano z uwagi na jej dynamiczny rozwój bowiem w Lublinie przypada najwięcej rowerów miejskich na mieszkańca w Polsce. LRM uruchomiono w czerwcu 2014 r. Od tamtej pory Lubelski Rower Miejski to 951 rowerów zlokalizowanych w 97 stacjach wypożyczeń w Lublinie i Świdniku. Celem pracy jest analiza rozwoju stacji roweru miejskiego w Lublinie na tle uwarunkowań gospodarczych i przestrzennych miasta. Analizy wykonano przy pomocy oprogramowania GIS. Największe zainteresowanie LRM odnotowano w centralnej części miasta. Wykazano, że rozbudowa infrastruktury rowerowej nie ma znaczącego wpływu na zasięg przestrzenny Lubelskiego Roweru Miejskiego. Inwestycje zaplanowane do 2022 r. także nie wpłyną znacząco na powiększenie się zasięgu LRM, ponieważ są skoncentrowane na wzroście zagęszczenia stacji. Ponadto położenie stacji LRM nie jest związane z gęstością zaludnienia w poszczególnych dzielnicach miasta.

The article concerns the study of communication behavior of high school and university students in Piła and Chodzież counties. The main problem is the mobility preferences of pupils and students. The article characterizes the concept of city, urban transport and mobility, and then proposes a mobility model that takes into account the preferences of residents when choosing the means of transport. The article ends with a presentation of survey results and drawing appropriate conclusions. They will help in presenting the proposed directions of development of transport infrastructure in the Piła and Chodzież counties. The aim of the article is to assess the communication behavior of high school and university students and the ways of their movement.
Artykuł dotyczy badania zachowań komunikacyjnych uczniów szkół średnich i studentów w powiecie pilskim i chodzieskim. Głównym problemem są preferencje uczniów i studentów w zakresie mobilności. W artykule scharakteryzowano pojęcie miasta, transportu miejskiego oraz mobilności, a następnie zaproponowano model mobilności uwzględniający preferencje mieszkańców przy wyborze środka transportu. Artykuł kończy się prezentacją wyników badań ankietowych i wyciągnięciem stosownych wniosków. Pomogą one w przedstawieniu propozycji kierunków rozwoju infrastruktury transportowej na terenie powiatu pilskiego i chodzieskiego. Celem artykułu jest ocena zachowań komunikacyjnych uczniów szkół średnich i studentów oraz sposobów ich poruszania się.

Transport market joins suppliers of carriage and consumers of these services. However, it does not always function according to the terms of classic market competition, as there are subject on the market which function on special principles and have extraordinary needs and as such require a specific treatment. Both non-government organisations (NGO) and public services which perform transport orders belong in that group. Social expectations forces these organisations to behave in a certain way, which can be a subject to either theoretical or practical research. The transport market itself and its characteristics should be studied as well, for the conditions in which the transportation orders are carried out determines their success rate and quality. A moderately balanced transport market is such a market in which all the specific objectives can be fulfilled. The point of the research on behaviour of NGOs and public services on the moderately balanced transport market is to indicate the areas of convergence and diversification of the actions of the subjects. Comparative research of behaviour shows vast similarities, nonetheless the different basis of functioning immensely differentiates their market attitude. The comparative analysis as an essential method of research also allows specification of roles, which both groups of subjects have on the moderately balanced transport market. Public services behave in a way, which is typical of dominant downmarket collective public transport operators. However, NGOs market behaviour generates value added in the form of creation a special transport offer for groups which demand public assistance. Hence, the wide spectrum of behaviour, which allows to verify hitherto existing models of economic stratification of enterprises.

Subject and purpose of work: Integrated fare to date is essential for the efficient functioning of city transport services and for the involvement of citizens to shift from private to public transport. Implementation of this kind is a necessary component of the future development of the city in the direction of smart mobility. Materials and methods: The research focuses on evaluating the barriers and challenges towards the implementation of an integrated fare in Ukraine, mainly using the city of Kyiv as a case study. Results: The article analyzes early attempts to introduce an integrated fare, problems in the way of implementation and, basically, the experience of the EU cities, which may later be adopted. Next, it outlines some critical aspects in the relationship between government policy, city authorities, transport operators and city residents in the context of the introduction of an integrated fare. Artykuł jest próbą odpowiedzi na pytanie jak zaawansowane technologie zastosowane we współczesnych autobusach miejskich, znajdują odzwierciedlenie w rzeczywistej redukcji liczby zdarzeń drogowych i polepszeniu bezpieczeństwa użytkowania. Zbadano poziom zagrożenia bezpieczeństwa transportu wynikający z liczby kolizji i wypadków oraz liczby uszkodzeń układów autobusu w okresie 2013-2016 r. wdrażania i eksploatacji zrównoważonego transportu publicznego w Rzeszowie. Ocenę przeprowadzono za pomocą wskaźnika W₃, charakteryzującego poziomu zagrożenia bezpieczeństwa systemu transportowego wywołany intensywnością uszkodzeń układów autobusu w ciągu jednego roku oraz jego elementów: prawdopodobieństwo wystąpienia uszkodzenia analizowanego układu P(U*) oraz istotność wpływu uszkodzeń układów autobusów na zagrożenie bezpieczeństwa systemu transportowego.
This article is an attempt to answer the question of how advanced technologies used in modern city buses are reflected in the actual reduction of traffic incidents and improved safety in use. The level of safety of transport caused by the number of collisions and accidents and the number of bus system failures in the period 2013-2016 was analyzed. The implementation and operation of sustainable public transport in Rzeszów. The assessment was carried out using the W₃ index. It evaluates the level of safety risk of the transport system caused by the intensity of the bus system damage within one year and its components: probability of failure of the analyzed system P(U*) and significance of the impact of bus system damage on the safety of the transport system.
