W referacie dokonano próby oceny jakościowej i ilościowej informacji pozyskiwanej metodam i fotogram etrycznym i dla zasilania baz danych komunikacyjnych w Warszawie.

Rozwój miejskiej sieci transportowej, w szczególności na obszarach śródmiejskich, napotyka na szereg ograniczeń, które są wynikiem obecnej zabudowy.
The proper level of development of transport infrastructure in cities is essential for the proper functioning of transport, which determines the efficient transport service of the inhabitants, influencing the widely understood quality of life. Cities use a number of tools to improve the use of infrastructure. The article presents examples of innovative solutions that make efficient use of urban transport infrastructure based on both national and EU legislation. The development of the urban transport network, particularly in urban areas, faces a number of constraints that are the result of the present development.

Technologie bezwykopowej odnowy i budowy przewodów infrastruktury podziemnej stanowią niezwykle atrakcyjną alternatywę dla technologii wykopowych. W zdecydowanej większości są one tańsze, szybsze w realizacji i niezwykle przyjazne dla środowiska. Zmiana ustrojowa 1989 roku ułatwiająca, biorąc pod uwagę względy dewizowe, kontakty gospodarcze polskich firm z firmami z zachodniej Europy stanowiła istotny przełom w rozwoju technologii bezwykopowych w Polsce. Obecnie ćwierć wieku później stosowane są w kraju prawie wszystkie najbardziej znane technologie bezwykopowe, a polskie firmy coraz częściej prezentują na arenie międzynarodowej swoje osiągnięcia, uzyskując prestiżowe nagrody.
Technologies of trenchless restoration and construction of underground infrastructure networks constitute a highly attractive alternative to trench technologies. In the vast majority they are cheaper, quicker touse and extremely environmentally friendly. The połitical change of 1989, which, if we take into account foreign exchange reasons, facilitated economic contacts of Polish companies with companies from Western Europe, became an important turning point in development of trenchless technologies in Poland. At present, 25 years later, almost all best-known trenchless technologies are used in the country, and Polish companies more and more frequently demonstrate their achievements in the international arena, receiving prestigious awards.

Prawidłowo funkcjonujące i rozwijające się miasto wymaga sprawnego transportu. W ruchu miejskim dominujący jest transport pasażerski, na który składa się transport publiczny i indywidualny. Transport publiczny powinien być jednak konkurencyjny w stosunku do indywidualnych środków transportu. Jednym z elementów zapewniających sprawne funkcjonowanie transportu publicznego jest jego infrastruktura. W artykule przedstawiono analizę funkcjonowania wybranego fragmentu infrastruktury transportu zbiorowego. Istnieje wiele programów służących do symulacji procesów transportowych. Ze względu na istotne podobieństwo zachodzących procesów w pętli autobusowej i transporcie wewnętrznym postanowiono wykorzystać do rozwiązania problemu program Enterprise Dynamics. W tym celu opracowano przy wykorzystaniu programu Enterprise Dynamics model analizowanego obiektu i na podstawie przeprowadzonych badań symulacyjnych przeprowadzono szereg analiz dotyczących jego funkcjonowania.
A properly functioning and developing city requires efficient transportation. Urban transport is dominated by passenger transport, which consists of public and private transport. However, public transport should be competitive with individual means of transport. One of the elements ensuring smooth functioning of public transport is its infrastructure. The article analyzes the functioning of the chosen part of the public transport infrastructure. For this purpose, Enterprise Dynamics software was used to develop the model of the analyzed object. A number of analyzes have been carried out on the basis of the simulations.

The active participation of cyclists in the transformation of urban structures is becoming a commonly discussed subject nowadays. More bike lanes are being constructed, city bike stations, as well as grade-separated crossroads for cyclists and drivers are being created.Cyclists have been increasingly taken into consideration in the changes taking place within the city. Along with the revolution introduced by a Danish architect and urban planner Jan Gehl has changed thinking about cyclists. All of his regeneration and restoration projects focused primarily on structures that allow cyclists and pedestrians move without any obstacles. Article will discuss the founding of the cyclists-friendly city, the polish requirements for cycling infrastructure, as well as show examples of Polish and foreign properly designed solutions.

The paper presents a concept of the vehicle/road infrastructure in vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2I) communication for tagging and informing vehicles about the surrounded environment. A frame analysis and the influence of the data packet size on Ultra-wideband (UWB) were investigated. The authors have determined the distance that could be traveled by a vehicle at the given speed in relation to the amount of data that has to be transmitted during the ranging procedure. The authors propose a data frame format (using the IEEE 802.15.4a protocol) for coding/encoding the information about the road infrastructure efficiently during the positioning procedure. It affects to minimum the time that is required to exchange messages during the ranging and communication process. The whole system is an efficient and reliable element that enhances/extends the existing components of advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), which will facilitate validation of the information obtained from devices such as lidar, radar or video. The impact of the transmitted payload to the distance traveled by car opens the door to future research on the possibility of implementing efficient vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) communication for autonomous driving or and other smart city solutions.

The article is focused on the problem of green infrastructure, which effectively helps to reduce the effects of floods and water deficit in cities. It presents examples of good practices implemented in China. In the end of 2014, China’s national government initiated the “sponge city” project. A “sponge city” is a city built around the concept of managing water in an ecologically sustainable way by imitating natural hydrological cycles in the city, which translates into the restoration of the ability to absorb, infiltrate, store and purify rainwater in urbanized, highly sealed spaces. In “sponge cities”, flood risk management is included in the mainstream of urban planning and has the appropriate legal framework. The intention is to improve urban resilience through rainwater capture, storage and use by means of green roofs, pavements made of permeable materials, tumbles, rigoles, retention ponds, water squares, rain gardens and creating wetlands parks.

This study is devoted to the broadly-understood technical infrastructure and analysis of development of its individual areas which exerted significant impact on the proper functioning and development of Wieliczka during the times of the Austrian partition. The following issues are discussed in the study: transport infrastructure, both road and train, provision of the city and the mine with water (water supply system from the Lednice ponds of 1803, water supply systems from ponds: na Grabówkach, Syberia, from the Park of Empress Elizabeth, supplying water to the mining shafts and providing potable water from Bieżanów), discharge of sewage, lighting (starting with oil lamps, through kerosene and gas laps and ending with electric lights) and communication, i.e. the beginnings of the telegraph and telephone. Some of these discoveries are still used in Wieliczka, e.g. the potable water pipeline from Bieżanów and the main collector discharging sewage from the city. The saltworks power plant did not stand the test of time. The developing town was forced to get connected to the electric main of the city of Cracow. Transport infrastructure was significantly modernized and improved. Railway was electrified and roads were rebuilt.

In the article the idea of the “Smart City” is analysed mainly from the view point of technology. The author presents in the first part of the paper the brief review of technical issues connected with implementing the concept of “Smart City” into practice. These review is illustrated in the second part of the paper by some practical results, which are treated as a background for formulating a research problem which is tried to be presented in the third part of the paper: the problem of recognizing needs in the complex field of activities, assessing these needs and - basing on results of such an assessment - designing some integrated solutions that should be used in management of the identified resources. The final part of the paper contains some conclusions and introduces directions for further research.

Obserwując funkcjonowanie współczesnych miast, można zauważyć, bardzo wyraźnie zarysowujący się w ich przestrzeni system logistyczny. Wpływa on na organizację i funkcjonowanie miasta i kształtowanie zasad i granic oddziaływania poszczególnych użytkowników przestrzeni miejskiej. Jest postrzegany jako wyznacznik rozwoju. System logistyczny miasta stanowią celowo zorganizowane i zintegrowane w obrębie danego układu przestrzenno-gospodarczego przepływy dóbr materialnych, osób i informacji. Dlatego też istotą sprawnego systemu logistycznego jest umożliwienie zoptymalizowania procesów przepływu strumieni produktów w mieście oraz zapewnienie odpowiedniego poziomu mobilności mieszkańców. Warunkiem osiągnięcia wysokich wskaźników sprawności systemu logistycznego jest odpowiednia infrastruktura transportowa i efektywne zarządzanie procesami przemieszczania. Niniejszy artykuł przedstawia strukturę i podstawowe elementy składowe systemu logistycznego tego miasta. Przyczyną podjęcia tej problematyki była próba określenia najistotniejszych problemów z zakresu logistyki miejskiej Szczecina. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na te elementy systemu logistycznego, które warunkują równowagę pomiędzy popytem a podażą na usługi logistyczne, w tym głównie transportowo- magazynowe. Głównym założeniem było wykonanie charakterystyki wybranych elementów systemu logistycznego Szczecina oraz analiza ich dostosowania do aktualnych potrzeb gospodarki miasta i mieszkańców. W artykule przybliżono infrastrukturę transportową Szczecina, z podziałem na poszczególne gałęzie transportu oraz podsystem komunikacji miejskiej. Przeanalizowano także niektóre z istotnych dla obsługi potoków ładunkowych elementy infrastruktury punktowej, jakimi są punkty przeładunku i magazynowania. Z artykułu wynika, że Szczecin nadal boryka się z problemami w zakresie niedostatecznie rozwiniętej infrastruktury logistycznej. Jednakże obserwowane są pozytywne zmiany, widoczne głównie w aktualnie realizowanych inwestycjach w podsystemie komunikacji miejskiej i zakończonych inwestycjach w infrastrukturę transportowo-magazynową.
The logistics system of the city is deliberately organized and integrated within system of space-economic flows of material goods, people and information. The essence of the system is to enable the optimization of the supply process management and ensuring an adequate level of mobility for residents. The basis for achieving high rates of efficiency of the logistics system is adequate transport infrastructure and effective management of the process of movement. The article presents structure and the most important components of the logistics system of Szczecin. The main idea was to describe selected elements of systems and to study their adaptation to the current needs of the city economy and residents. The article shows the sub-urban transport system and transport infrastructure of Szczecin divided on branches. Author analyzed selected infrastructure points which are important for handling of cargo flows.

Lata 2014-2020 stanowią kolejny etap znaczącej poprawy stopnia rozwoju miasta Lublin. Na ten okres zaplanowane zostały konkretne kroki zmierzające ku polepszeniu jakości i poprawie efektywności zrównoważonego transportu miejskiego. W pierwszej kolejności działania te mają w znacznym stopniu obniżyć emisję spalin, a także wpłynąć pozytywnie na mobilność mieszkańców. W tym celu opracowano II Oś Priorytetową Nowoczesna Infrastruktura Transportowa, realizowaną w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Polska Wschodnia 2014-2020. Niniejszy artykuł rozwija tematykę w zakresie planowanych działań.
The 2014-2020 period constitutes a further phase of significant improvement in the scale of development of the Lublin city. The concrete steps aiming at improving the quality and effectiveness of sustainable urban public transport has been already planned for that period. The actions aimed at significant reduction of exhaust emissions level are to be taken in the first place, which should have positive impact on the mobility of the residents. For this purpose, the Priority Axis II Modem Transport Infrastructure implemented within the framework of the Eastern Poland Operational Programme 2014-2020 has been developed. This particular article refers to the implementation of the actions mentioned above.

Specyfika społeczno-gospodarczej sytuacji Polski Wschodniej wymusza podjęcie kroków zmierzających ku poprawie konkurencyjności i efektywności tego obszaru na tle nie tylko samej Polski, ale również Unii Europejskiej jako całości. We wspomnianą tematykę dość szczególnie wpisuje się poziom transportu miejskiego w najbiedniejszych miastach wojewódzkich, gdyż - pomimo zrealizowanych do 2013 r. inwestycji - nadal wyraźnie widoczne są znaczne braki. Stąd opracowano niejako kontynuację Programu Operacyjnego Rozwój Polski Wschodniej 2007-2013, zastępując go Programem Operacyjnym Polska Wschodnia 2014-2020. W ramach szeregu działań mających na celu wzrost i rozwój gospodarczy regionu podjęto konsekwentne działania w obszarze II Osi Priorytetowej Nowoczesna Infrastruktura Transportowa w myśl maksymalne go zwiększenia mobilności mieszkańców. W niniejszym artykule przedstawiono najważniejsze założenia programu.
The specific nature of socio-economic situation of Eastern Poland areas enforces taking necessary steps towards development of competitiveness and effectiveness within this particular region not only in the reference to Poland itself, but also in regard to the European Union as a whole. The level of urban public transport in the poorest voivodship cities fits in perfectly within the issues mentioned above, since, despite the investments made by the year 2013, the considerable deficiencies are still clearly visible. Thus, The Eastern Poland Operational Programme 2014-2020 was developed as the continuation of the Operational Programme Development of Eastern Poland 2007-2013, nonetheless, the objectives of the former programme were reformulated and updated. Within the several ongoing activities aimed at development and economic growth of the region, sustained efforts within the Priority Axis II: Modern transport infrastructure were undertaken in order to maximize the mobility of the population. The aim of this article is to present the main features of the Eastern Poland Operational Programme 2014-2020.
