Opis:: Following the thought of Ricoeur, humanization of health lies between virtue and duty. The first observation is to emphasize the effort. Ricoeur focuses the articulation that the author makes the teleological tradition, embodied especially in Aristotle, with the deontological tradition, with attention mainly Kant. Noting that each tradition has its share of truth, since the moral life is looking good and obedience to rules, Paul Ricoeur seeks to articulate the two traditions: the search for the good life must pass the scrutiny of the rules, that the tradition cultural consecrated. In this articulation, the first set as a criterion of the moral demand of the good, the good life, the life fulfilled life. Meanwhile, Ricoeur gives primacy to the Aristotelian tradition

Opis:: In the article, the Author tries to show that the ethics of care, and more precisely, some of the demands of its prominent representatives, may lead to the disappearance of care in its fundamental meaning. These proposals aim to extend care to the socio-political relations. The thesis is proved by using the typology of care.
W artykule staram się wykazać, że etyka troski, a mówiąc precyzyjniej, niektóre postulaty jej wybitnych przedstawicieli, mogą prowadzić do zaniku troski w jej fundamentalnym rozumieniu. Postulaty te zmierzają do rozciągnięcia troski na stosunki społeczno-polityczne. Swoją tezę staram się udowodnić, korzystając z zaproponowanej typologii troski.

Opis:: The article provides an empirical analysis of a relationship between ethical orientations and educational self-efficacy. Ethical orientations are defined in the theoretical system of K. Gilligan, whereas self-efficacy is viewed through the social-cognitive theory. The results of the analysis of variance demonstrate the existence of statistically significant differences in self-efficacy between teachers who prefer the ethics of justice and those who prefer the ethics of care, in favour of the former. However, the Eta coefficient shows that the relationship strength is not very large. In conclusion of the result interpretation we explain what our research explicates and what lies beyond its capacity.
