    Wychodząc z założenia, że zdrowie – to stan pełnego fizycznego, umysłowego i społecznego dobrostanu, że jest to sprawność do prowadzenia produktywnego życia społecznego i ekonomicznego, a także wymiar duchowy oraz że na zdrowie wpływają takie czynniki, jak – uwarunkowania biologiczne, środowiskowe, opieka zdrowotna, można stwierdzić, że na stan zdrowia człowieka, jego rodziny ma wpływ stan „zdrowia” naszego otoczenia wewnętrznego i zewnętrznego – w tym „zdrowia” organizacji, z którymi jesteśmy bezpośrednio i pośrednio związani w codziennym życiu. Są to organizacje, w których bądź jesteśmy, jako pracownicy, wytwórcami konkretnych produktów (wyrobów, usług), bądź nabywcami tych produktów. Termin „zdrowie organizacji” pojawia się dość rzadko w literaturze przedmiotu. Częściej, szczególnie w kulturze polskiej, słyszymy o patologiach, nieprawidłowościach, dysfunkcjach – czyli o odchyleniach – ale od czego? Co jest wzorcem? Czy można skonstruować wzorzec uniwersalny? Konstruowanie sumarycznych wzorców i na ich postawie dokonywanie ocen zawsze będzie dyskusyjne. Sytuację komplikuje fakt, że nie ma na świecie dwóch jednakowych organizacji, otoczeń, w jakich te organizacje funkcjonują, nie ma też jednakowych zdarzeń. Wszystko to jest to siebie bardziej lub mniej podobne – ale nie tożsame. W niniejszym artykule zdrowie organizacji – w aspekcie zdrowia człowieka, rodziny – jest prezentowane w kontekście dorobku naukowego i praktycznego szkoły behawioralnej oraz szkoły projakościowej nauk o zarządzaniu i jakości.
    Assuming that health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, that it is the ability to lead a productive social and economic life, as well as a spiritual dimension, and that health is influenced by factors such as biological, environmental and healthcare, it can be concluded that the health of a person and his family is influenced by the “health” of our internal and external environment – including the “health” of organizations with which we are directly and indirectly connected in everyday life. These are organizations in which we are either, as employees, producers of specific products (products, services) or buyers of these products. The term “organizational health” appears quite rarely in the literature on the subject. More often, especially in Polish culture, we hear about pathologies, irregularities, dysfunctions – that is, deviations – but from what? What is the pattern? Can a universal pattern be constructed? Constructing summary patterns and making judgments on their basis will always be debatable. The situation is complicated by the fact that there are no two identical organizations in the world, the environments in which these organizations operate, and there are no identical events. These are all more or less similar to each other – but not the same. In this article, the health of an organization – in terms of human and family health – is presented in the context of the scientific and practical achievements of the behavioral school and the pro-quality management and quality school.

    behavioral attributes sexuality of people with intellectual disabilities and their socio-cultural and ethical contexts. We analyze it in the selected item questionnaire us compiled sexuality and sex education, covering selected aspects of sexual behavioral attributes of people with intellectual disabilities, namely the frequency of occurrence of the sexual behavioral attributes of students with an intellectual disability by teachers of special primary schools. Selected incidence of sexual behavioral attributes analyzed in the light we have created a classification system. Research results show that with students awith intellectual disabilities are present sexual behavioral attributes not only at the level of tactile contacts, or non-coital sexual activities, but also sexual behavioral-level attributes coital sexual practices.

    In the paper we present partial results of comprehensive research, which focused on attitudinal and behavioral attributes sexuality of people with intellectual disabilities and their socio-cultural and ethical contexts. We analyze include only those items of us compiled questionnaire sexuality and sex education, which concerned the assessment of selected sexual behavioral attributes of students with intellectual disabilities and assessing differences in sexual behavioral attributes of students with intellectual disabilities and students without intellectual disabilities by teachers of special primary schools. Conclusions tracing sexual behavioral attributes show that for students with intellectual disabilities in special schools present some sexual behavioral attributes at the level of premature sexuality, hypersexuality and coital sexual practices.

    Stress is an integral part of our lives. It also applies to our childhood. That is why it is so important to know how children cope with stress (how they learn coping strategies) and to equip them with the skill set to cope constructively with stressful situations throughout life. This article describes strategies for coping with stress that are characteristic for children at the end of early school education. They have been identified in the course of my own research aimed at characterizing child stress and relate to a fragment of research activities aimed at 8- and 9-year-old children. The research established that in some children the developmental process of coping with stress has started: children look for, investigate, and think how to cope with difficulties. In this struggle, however, they focus on people ho could be a source of support for them in coping with stressful situations. Among children’s stress coping strategies, an important role is also played by emotionally focused strategies, which are aimed at reducing negative emotions and arousing positive emotions.

    Opis:
    The paper deals with the impact of the social background for developmental disorders, searching for unfavorable factors in the three most important surroundings – family, school, contemporary group. Hence the analysis was made with signs of improper interpersonal relations and life conditions encroaching on mental balance that can be found in social agencies (school, family), responsible for personal development and behavior. Basing upon selected theoretical works and my diagnostic and therapeutic experience, various negative effects on personal development were illustrated, given the ill-adapted familial and educational systems, as well as informal roles played in contemporary groups. The paper got its material focused on the familial environment where personality traits and parental attitudes, ways of communication and pathological mechanisms permanently generate factors that appear unfavorable for personal social development (toxic messages, enforced loyalty, role delegation,collusion relationships). A particular emphasis was put on the role of social factors in the origins of both primary and secondary disorders, and on the fact that signs of difficulties and disorders a youngster meets may be an indirect reaction to factors infringing on his/her psychological balance or else – actualized belatedly when assuming new social roles.
