    The article defined the nature and content of information and analytical activity for administrators of vocational training institutions, summarized its required elements, and discussed the role of modern information technologies for the successful implementation of information and analytical activities in vocational school administration. The article focuses on the problem of informational and analytical support for the professional technical educational establishments (PTEEs) management and necessity of its speedy solution in the informational society. It defines the „PTEE management” as a combination of organizational, methodical, informational and intellectual types of activity concerning collection, analysis, generalization, storing, use and dissemination of information about different aspects of PTEEs functioning as educational system and actors of educational activity.

    In the digital society, states’ information security has become one of the key elements of ensuring the competitiveness and sustainable development of the state, guaranteeing its integrity and security in general. An important component of state security is the internal security of the state, which must ensure the personal and public safety of its citizens. Modern Ukraine is building a new system of criminal justice, which requires a new information system for risk assessment and support for optimal decision-making. Today, applied research and the development of information and analytical software for the internal security of the state have acquired a special meaning. In the paper, there is built a set of models for providing operational information for decision-making in criminal justice. This is a cluster model for creating criminal profiles of convicts, and a scoring model for identifying individual characteristics of criminals that have the greatest impact on their propensity to reoffend. The obtained models can provide reliable support for decision-making in the field of criminal justice and become part of the information support system for the internal security of Ukraine in general.

    Purpose: Studying urgent problems in the OSH management field in the in European countries to create effective information and analytical support for the OSH management system. Design/methodology/approach: An analytical review of open sources, a comparative analysis of the legislative framework of different countries and logical conclusions based on existing opportunities at the current stage of development of the country were used to study current problems in the field of labour protection management and find ways to create effective information and analytical support. Improved IS "Vizit" was tested for 2018-2019: to identify undeclared labour, the dynamics of various types of labour violations has been studied; to predict the load of inspectors, the quarterly dynamics of inspection actions was studied; the accumulated statistics were processed using multiple regressions; for 22 enterprises, employees of all levels were remotely trained in labour protection issues. Findings: Information and analytical support for the OSH management system has been developed. On the basis of indirect signs it allows to identify undeclared work cases, to predict the labour inspectors’ inspection activities by quarters, to provide effective distance learning of enterprise employees and labour inspectors. The distance learning system for labour protection was tested at 22 enterprises: the head of the enterprise, the heads of departments and employees of the enterprise passed the training. Since 2018 (start to use of this information and analytical support), the dynamics of inspection actions and various types of labour violations have been monitored. Research limitations/implications: Information and analytical support was tested on the example of Ukrainian labour legislation. However, it can be adapted to the legislation of another country. Practical implications: The proposed information and analytical support using indirect evidences provides an opportunity to identify undeclared work and that significantly reduces the inspection visits number in order to monitor and detect violations of the law; makes it possible to predict the inspection activities and the workload of labour inspectors; contributes to the organizations managers and employees’ effective training, and the inspectors training remotely (and therefore is less costly). Originality/value: A non-standard approach to the identification of undeclared work on indirect grounds using information and analytical support for the OSH management system is proposed.

    The article presents a new solution to a scientific and applied problem, which consists in the development, design and substantiation of organizational guidelines and recommendations for designing the audit of integrated reporting of the enterprise. The expediency of creating an internal audit service at enterprises is substantiated, and the functions of the service are defined. Its establishment must consider the size and category of enterprise, legal form of business, organizational structure of the enterprise, the needs of management personnel and the level of automation of accounting and control procedures. The stages of the audit development (confirmatory; system-oriented; risk-based audit) are defined. The principles of modeling the audit system in the structure of the information service of the enterprise are proposed. Based on the defined stages and principles, proposals for the design of the organizational and methodological structure of the audit of integrated reporting of the enterprise are made. Methodological approaches to the audit of integrated reporting have been substantiated. Proposals for assessing audit risks at different stages of entrepreneurial activity are given. The article substantiates the methodological basis of the audit of integrated reporting of the enterprise using modern information and communication technologies. Scientific and methodological recommendations for assessing the state of information security of the enterprise have been developed. The proposals and recommendations presented in the complex provide strengthening of control and analytical functions of management using the latest auditing systems.
    W artykule przedstawiono nowe rozwiązanie problemu naukowego i stosowanego, polegające na opracowaniu, opracowaniu i uzasadnieniu przepisów organizacyjnometodycznych oraz zaleceń dotyczących projektowania audytu sprawozdawczości zintegrowanej przedsiębiorstwa. Uzasadniono celowość tworzenia usługi audytu wewnętrznego w przedsiębiorstwach i określono jej funkcje. Zwraca się uwagę, że jego tworzenie powinno uwzględniać: wielkość i kategorię przedsiębiorstwa, formę organizacyjno-prawną zarządzania, strukturę organizacyjną przedsiębiorstwa, potrzeby kadry zarządzającej oraz stopień automatyzacji procedur księgowych i kontrolnych. Określane są etapy rozwoju audytu (potwierdzające, systemowe, oparte na ryzyku). Przedstawiono zasady modelowania systemu audytu w strukturze serwisu informacyjnego przedsiębiorstwa. W oparciu o określone etapy i zasady zaproponowano zaprojektowanie struktury organizacyjnej i metodycznej audytu raportowania zintegrowanego przedsiębiorstwa. Podejścia metodyczne do badania sprawozdawczości zintegrowanej są uzasadnione. Przedstawiono propozycje oceny ryzyka audytu na różnych etapach działalności gospodarczej. Uzasadnione są podstawy metodyczne prowadzenia audytu zintegrowanej sprawozdawczości przedsiębiorstwa z wykorzystaniem nowoczesnych technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych. Opracowano zalecenia naukowe i metodyczne do oceny stanu bezpieczeństwa informacji przedsiębiorstwa. Przekazywane propozycje i rekomendacje w kompleksie zapewniają wzmocnienie funkcji kontrolnych i analitycznych z wykorzystaniem najnowszych systemów audytu.

    The paper is devoted to the problem of strategic business analytics. The aim of the study is to show business analytics supporting the construction and development of the company development strategy. In order to achieve the assumed goal there has been applied the method of critical analysis of the domestic and foreign literature in the field of business analytics of enterprises domestically and worldwide. In the paper, there have been identified the factors for the use of business analytics. Three priority factors which are the arguments for the application of business analytics in management processes and enterprise development strategies are: speed/ease of deployment (68% of indications), ease of use for business users (65% of indications) and self-service and data discovery tools (61% of indications). Moreover, managers of enterprises with the best economic and financial results, achieving return on assets (ROA) of more than 10%, almost agreeably (90% of indications) claim that analytical tools are necessary for the proper implementation of the strategy and the achievement of increasingly higher economic and financial results. The value of the paper consists in showing a new trend in the development of business analytics, which is to support the process of strategic management and analytical competition.
    Artykuł poświęcono problematyce strategicznej analityce biznesowej. Celem opracowania jest ukazanie roli analityki biznesowej wspomagającej budowę i realizację strategii rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa. Aby osiągnąć założony cel zastosowano metodę krytycznej analizy literatury krajowej i zagranicznej z zakresu analityki biznesowej oraz przedstawiono badania empiryczne z zakresu stosowania analityki biznesowej przedsiębiorstw na świecie i w kraju. W artykule zidentyfikowano czynniki przemawiające za stosowaniem analityki biznesowej. Trzy priorytetowe czynniki, które przemawiają za stosowaniem analityki biznesowej w procesach zarządzania i strategiach rozwoju przedsiębiorstw to: szybkość i łatwość wdrożenia (68% wskazań), łatwość obsługi przez użytkowników biznesowych (65% wskazań), samoobsługa i wykrywanie danych (61% wskazań). Co więcej, menedżerowie przedsiębiorstw o najlepszych wynikach ekonomiczno-finansowych, osiągających stopę zwrotu kapitału całkowitego (ROA) wyższą niż 10%, prawie zgodnie (90% wskazań) twierdzą, że narzędzia analityczne są niezbędne do właściwej realizacji strategii i osiągania coraz wyższych wyników ekonomiczno-finansowych. Wartość artykułu polega na ukazaniu nowej tendencji w rozwoju analityki biznesowej, jaką jest wspomaganie procesu zarządzania strategicznego i konkurencji analitycznej.

    Opis:
    Pomimo działań podejmowanych na rzecz nowych członków Unii Europejskiej (EU), wciąż widoczne jest zróżnicowanie rozwoju jej dwóch głównych regionów – zachodniego i wschodniego. Wynikające z tego zróżnicowania problemy gospodarcze, ekonomiczne i społeczne dotykają całą Wspólnotę. Przeprowadzone badania wstępne wykazały, że koopetycja MSP oraz zwiększenie potencjału analitycznego danych poprzez ich współdzielenie i integrację, mają znaczący wpływ na skuteczność strategii konkurencyjności oraz trwałość efektów jej wdrożenia. Na tej podstawie zaproponowano opracowanie koncepcji platformy cyfrowej, której celem jest zapewnienie komunikacji pomiędzy partnerami koopetycyjnymi, umożliwienie bezpiecznego gromadzenia i współdzielenia zasobów danych, a także świadczenia usług analitycznych i doradczych w zakresie strategii konkurencyjności. Koncepcja ta zakłada różnice w lokalizacji, poziomie wiedzy, kompetencji i umiejętności, możliwościach finansowych oraz kadrowych, a także w poziomie zaawansowania technologicznego poszczególnych jej użytkowników. Celem jej realizacji jest zmniejszenia wpływu tych różnic, które nie ulegną zmianie w perspektywie wieloletniej, na zdolność do stabilnego i zrównoważonego rozwoju konkurencyjności w poszczególnych grupach, regionach i krajach UE.
    Despite the actions in favor new members of the european Union (EU), still visible is the diversity of the development of its two main regions – western and eastern. resulting from this economic and social problems affect the whole EU community. Preliminary research showed that coopetition of sMes and increasing the analytical potential of data through their sharing and integration, have a significant impact on the effectiveness of strategy results and durability of its implementation. On this basis it was proposed the development of a digital platform concept what aim is to facilitate communication between coopetition partners, enabling safe collection and sharing of data resources, and the supply of analytical and advisory services in the field of competitive strategy.
