    W artykule przedstawiono rezultaty analizy porównawczej jakości serwisów internetowych i mobilnych szesnastu największych banków działających na terenie Polski. Analizę przeprowadzono pod kątem wielokryterialnego wyboru najbardziej odpowiedniego serwisu w konkretnych warunkach. Zdefiniowano i wykorzystano w analizie szesnaście różnych kryteriów z trzech obszarów: funkcjonalność i dostępność, innowacyjność oraz bezpieczeństwo. Przy pomocy metody ważonych kryteriów wyznaczono ranking serwisów w każdej z grup kryteriów i dla kryterium końcowego. Analiza wielokryterialna pozwoliła wskazać systemy bankowe o najwyższej jakości.
    The article presents the results of a comparative analysis of the quality of websites and mobile websites of sixteen largest banks operating in Poland. The analysis was conducted taking into account multiple criteria of choosing the optimal website under certain circumstances. Sixteen different criteria in three different areas have been defined, those areas being: functionality and accessibility, innovation, safety. Using the method of weighted criteria, a ranking has been made in each of the groups and for the final criterion. Multiple-criteria decision analysis allowed the identification of the highest quality banking systems.

    Quality of life (QoL) is strongly influenced by an individual’s health. The lack of population studies measuring the QoL of people with physical disabilities (PD) and people who are deaf and hard of hearing (D/HH) encouraged us to consider conducting this research. The aim of this study was to compare the satisfaction with quality of life indicators (QoLI) and domains (QoLD) between people with PD and people who are D/HH. This study included 315 individuals with disabilities, concretely with PD and hearing impairments. Participants were divided into two groups based on participation in physical activities: active (people with PD, n=73; people who are D/HH, n=52) and inactive (people with PD, n=77; people who are D/HH, n=113). The second part of Subjective Quality of Life Analysis (S.QUA.L.A.) between active and inactive members with disabilities was used. The Pearson chi-square test was used to determine the differences in satisfaction with 23 QoLI and 5 QoLD (general health, physical health and level of independence, psychological health and spirituality, social relationships and environment) between the two groups (active and inactive) within each population with disabilities. We found significant differences between active and inactive people with PD only in 3 from 23 QoLI and only in one from 5 QoLD. On the other hand active people who are D/HH presented significant higher satisfaction with 11 QoLI and with 4 QoLD as well as significant higher level of overall QoL (p<.05) comparing inactive individuals with the same disability. This evaluation of the satisfaction with QoLI and QoLD by S.QUA.L.A. shows that it is a suitable tool to asses QoL in the population with different kinds of disabilities. The results of our study confirmed that regular participation in sport increases QoL, especially in people who are D/HH.

    This paper is concerned with the impact of modernization of the machinery on parameters of of electricity for example the aluminum industry company. Examined was due to changes in factory equipment for power energy parameters. Was shown the selected parameters for the state before and after the upgrade. Statistical analysis were carried out. It was shown that the upgrading its machinery has a positive impact on the power supply parameters. It has been shown that, despite a substantial increase in installed power has decreased power consumption due to power factor correction. In addition, showed an increase in uneven power consumption.

    Introduction. Firstly , in view of various definitions of nonconformities and adverse events , the terminology of corrective and preventive measures in the process of quality management was compared. The concept of corrective or preventive action has also been included in the legislative documents (Health Care Quality Act and Patient Safety Act ) what may be a breakthrough with regard to not noncomformities but rather the registration process of adverse events. Overview. The "medical event" and "medical error" are very similar terms to those discussed in this article. For reasons of simplification , due to the number and volume of the interpretation of the legislation as well as the greater clarity and improving good management practice, the analysis of the sources focused on the location of "noncomformities " and "adverse events" in relation to one another in quality management systems. It should be noted that the subject is not new and there are various proposals for the catalogue of registered adverse events. E In the field of nursing they are identified and repetitive events with a different degree of probability and frequency . Quality issues in health care are regulated in many legal acts. Promoting pro-quality initiatives would entail the introduction of quality requirements and a systematic assessment of their fulfillment. Conclusions. A systematic approach to quality in health care requires intorducing such terms of assesment as “unsatisfactory” and “unacceptable quality "and the introduction of solutions to improve quality of health care. Implementation of legal and organizational solutions aims at intorducing policy priorities in the area of healthcare quality , comprehensively and in a coordinated way. The scope of the proposed legal regulation assumes the introduction of solutions in the field of systematic monitoring of adverse events (system of monitoring adverse events).
    Wstęp. Na wstępie porównano terminologię działań naprawczych i zapobiegawczych w procesie zarządzania jakością ze względu na różne źródła normatywne definicji ,,niezgodności” i ,,zdarzenia niepożądanego”. Pojęcia działań naprawczych lub zapobiegawczych zostały również zawarte w dokumentach legislacyjnych (projekt ustawy o jakości w ochronie zdrowia i bezpieczeństwie pacjenta), co może stanowić przełom w podejściu do zagadnień nie tyle niezgodności, ale samego procesu rejestracji zdarzeń niepożądanych. Przegląd. Bliskoznacznymi terminami do omawianych w tym artykule są ,,zdarzenie medyczne” i ,,błąd medyczny”. Dla uproszczenia, ze względu na obszerność interpretacji prawnych oraz z uwagi na większą przejrzystość i wzbogacenie dobrej praktyki zarządzania, analiza źródeł skupiła się na umiejscowieniu ,,niezgodności” i ,,zdarzeń niepożądanych” względem siebie w systemach zarządzania jakością. Trzeba zaznaczyć, że temat nie jest nowy i znane są różne propozycje do katalogu rejestrowanych zdarzeń niepożądanych. Szczególnie w obszarze praktyki pielęgniarskiej są zidentyfikowane i powtarzalne z różnym prawdopodobieństwem i częstością zdarzenia. Zagadnienia jakości w opiece zdrowotnej są regulowane obecnie w wielu aktach prawnych. Promowanie inicjatyw projakościowych wiązałoby się z wprowadzeniem wymagań jakościowych i systematyczną oceną ich spełnienia. Wnioski. Systemowe podejście do jakości w opiece zdrowotnej wymaga oceny „niedostatecznej i nie akceptowalnej jakości” oraz wprowadzenia rozwiązań poprawiających jakość usług. Wdrożenie rozwiązań prawno-organizacyjnych ma za zadanie kompleksowo i w sposób skoordynowany realizować priorytety polityki zdrowotnej w obszarze jakości. Zakres projektowanej regulacji prawnej zakłada wprowadzenie rozwiązań w zakresie m.in. systemowego monitorowania zdarzeń niepożądanych (system monitorowania zdarzeń niepożądanych).

    Celem recenzji jest zaprezentowanie znanego naukowego czasopisma – jego dziewięciu ostatnich numerów opublikowanych od 2002 roku w Polsce. Temat omawianych artykułów zawartych w każdym numerze półrocznika „Horyzonty Wychowania” był analizowany na dwa sposoby. Pierwszym była analiza ilościowa, czyli zastosowano ocenę treści najbardziej popularnych krajowych i społecznych czasopism pedagogicznych; a drugim – z punktu widzenia kilku tematów, utożsamionych w każdym z wybranych numerów z powszechnymi naukowymi europejskimi problemami pedagogicznymi oraz ich pochodnymi wówczas, gdy zajmowały kluczowe miejsce w danym artykule. Autor podejmuje próbę zwrócenia uwagi czytelnika na unikatowy i naukowo uzasadniony charakter recenzowanego czasopisma. Wszystkie numery stanowią obszerne opracowania w zakresie próby określenia procesów i ich odrębności dla teoretycznych implikacji w okresie anomii, anomalii, nieprawidłowości i zmiany społecznej.
    The purpose of this review article is to present a comparative analysis of a well-known scientific journal – its last nine issues published since 2002 inPoland. The subject of the discussed papers included in each issue of the semi-annual journal “Horizons of Education” was analyzed in two ways. The first one was quantitative analysis, i.e. the assessment of the contents was applied to the most popular national and social educational journals; and the second one, from the point of view of several topics, which were identified in each of the chosen issues with general scientific European educational problems and their consequences when their place was essential in the body of a given article. The author makes an attempt to draw the reader’s attention to the unique and scientifically justified character of the reviewed journal. All issues constitute comprehensive studies as far as an attempt to conceptualize processes and their identity for theoretical implications in the period of anomy, anomaly, irregularity and social change.

    Zmiany demograficzne zachodzące w społeczeństwie stanowią o nowych obszarach badawczych. W szczególności badaniami objęto upodobania ludzi starszych. Celem artykułu jest analiza preferencji, do której wykorzystamy wielowymiarową analizę statystyczną w ocenie jakości życia w miastach przez starszych mieszkańców. Analiza zostanie przeprowadzona na podstawie danych uzyskanych z badania ankietowego przeprowadzonego wśród starszych ludzi zamieszkujących województwo śląskie. Ankietę stanowiło kilka bloków pytań, odpowiedzi respondenci udzielali na skali porządkowej.
    Analysis of the preference of the quality of life of seniors in cities occurring demographic changes in the society are deciding about new areas of research. In particular preferences of the elderly were provided with examinations. Analysis of the preference for which we will use a multidimensional statistical analysis in the quality assessment of living in cities by older residents is a purpose of the article. Analysis will be conducted based on data obtained from the conducted questionnaire survey amongst an elderly men inhabiting the Silesian province. The questionnaire form was filed from a few blocks of questions, respondents answered on the ordinal scale.

    Opis:
    On the basis of the analysis of wide temporal monitoring data, a forecast of the integrated hydrochemical indicators of the waters of the Inhul river (Ukraine) was carried out. The performed analysis was also the basis for the determination of a mathematical model of natural fluctuations of the indicators studied. The determined sinusoidal dependence of the integrated water quality indicators allowed determining the average time of fluctuations concerning the processes of self-organisation of river waters. In practice, the developed mathematical models may constitute a valuable support and supplement to the existing models in the field of prediction of self-organization processes of river waters. They may also contribute to even more effective minimization of undesirable effects of anthropogenic impact on aquatic ecosystems.

    The work presents a methodology that allows us to evaluate the effectiveness of the system in accordance with accepted standards in terms of the three components of the “passenger–carrier–department” system, taking into account the interests of each side. The given comprehensive effectiveness evaluation of the urban public passenger transport system shows that a new scientific idea consists in forming fundamentally new sets of indicators for each participant of the system (passenger–carrier–department of transport) that correspond to the conditions of functioning of the urban passenger transport system in Russian Federation. The article presents a classification model for the formation of a basic system of indicators and a functional scheme for grouping and ranking them. The effectiveness of the urban public passenger transport system can be considered separately for each participant in the system from its side, in two directions: horizontal (by year, for example, for an enterprise) and vertical (in the current period for all participants).

    Trendy, jakie występują we współczesnym hotelarstwie, pokazują, iż dużym zainteresowaniem inwestorów na rynku cieszą się obiekty wielofunkcyjne, dostosowane do wymagań określonych grup nabywców. Tego typu obiekty umożliwiają organizację i obsługę różnego rodzaju imprez o charakterze biznesowym czy też imprez okolicznościowych. Ponadto posiadają wyszukaną ofertę gastronomiczną, szeroki wachlarz usług rekreacyjnych oraz unikalne zabiegi spa i wellness. Dzisiejsze obiekty hotelarskie są bardziej nowoczesne i funkcjonalne. Tego rodzaju hotele możemy spotkać na terenie województwa podkarpackiego, a jakość oferowanych usług w tych obiektach i interesująca oferta sprawiają, że są one coraz bardziej popularne zarówno wśród lokalnych mieszkańców, jak i wśród turystów, nie tylko z Polski, lecz także z zagranicy. Celem artykułu jest ukazanie kierunków rozwoju branży hotelarskiej na przykładzie kilku obiektów hotelarskich znajdujących się na terenie województwa podkarpackiego oraz przeprowadzenie badań dotyczących oceny atrakcyjności poszczególnych elementów oferty hoteli, decydujących o wyborze danego obiektu przez klienta. Podjęta problematyka dotyczyła parametrów jakości świadczonych usług oraz oferty dodatkowej z zakresu spa i wellness w obiektach hotelarskich, w aspekcie oczekiwań potencjalnych klientów. Badania przeprowadzone zostały z wykorzystaniem metody sondażu ankietowego, przeprowadzonego wśród studentów kierunku turystyka i rekreacja oraz uczniów szkoły o profilu hotelarskim. Wyniki badań przedstawiają poziom wiedzy i świadomości potencjalnych klientów w zakresie znaczenia jakości usług w branży hotelarskiej oraz oczekiwań co do atrakcyjności oferty danego obiektu. Na podstawie badania i rozważań podjętych w pracy można stwierdzić, że przedsiębiorstwo hotelarskie, aby odniosło sukces na rynku turystycznym, musi dbać o wysoką jakość obsługi i świadczonych usług podstawowych oraz dysponować atrakcyjną dodatkową ofertą produktową.
    Trends that exist in the modern hotel industry show the great interest of investors in a multi-functional properties, tailored to the needs of specific groups of customers. These types of facilities allow the organization and service of various events of a business nature or special events. In addition, they offer a sophisticated gastronomic offer, a wide range of recreational services, and a unique spa and wellness treatments. Today’s hotel facilities are more modern and functional. This kind of hotels we can meet in the Podkarpackie Province, and the quality of services in these facilities, and an interesting offer make them increasingly popular for both local residents and tourists, not only from Poland but also from abroad. The purpose of this article is to show the directions of the hotel industry development on a number of hotel properties located in the Podkarpackie Province. Additionally, the aim if this research is to carry out a study on the evaluation of the attractiveness of the individual elements of hotels’ offer and which decided about the choice of the object by the client. This issue related to quality parameters which provided services and additional offer in the field of Spa and Wellness in hotels in terms of the expectations of potential customers. Tests were conducted using a survey method among students of tourism and recreation and students of technical hotel management. The results show the level of knowledge and awareness of the potential clients of the importance of service quality in the hotel industry and expectations as to the attractiveness of the object. Based on research and considerations taken at work can state that hotel company to succeed in the tourism market must take care of the high quality of service and provided basic services and have an attractive additional product offer.

    of transactions on the real estate market. Moreover, in the area of transport, the paper presents an assessment of the
    quality of railway services on the E75 line through passengers’ opinions and the integration of the Baltic railway with
    alternative transport modes.
    Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie najważniejszych wyników badań przeprowadzonych na potrzeby Studium
    wpływu modernizacji linii kolejowej E75 na rozwój Obszaru Metropolitalnego Warszawy, Przedmiotowe opracowanie
    powstało w ramach projektu NSB CoRe (North Sea Baltic Connector of Regions). W artykule zaprezentowano
    najważniejsze wnioski z przedmiotowego Studium, opisujące zmiany, które zaszły na obszarze badań (zawartego
    w granicach OMW, obejmującego gminy położone w zasięgu 3 km od linii kolejowej E75 oraz gminy, przez które
    przebiega droga krajowa nr 8/S8), w okresie trwającej modernizacji linii E75. W tym celu skoncentrowano się na analizie
    zmian w przestrzeni osadniczej oraz w zakresie funkcjonowania transportu kolejowego i oceny przez podróżnych
    przyjętych usprawnień. Opisano wnioski z analizy zmian w wymiarze funkcjonalno-przestrzennym i społecznogospodarczym
    obszaru badań w zakresie: wydanych pozwoleń na budowę, zmiany liczby ludności, zarejestrowanych
    podmiotów gospodarczych osób fizycznych, transakcji zawartych na rynku nieruchomości. W artykule przedstawiono
    również zmiany, które zaszły w okresie modernizacji w zakresie transportu obejmujące ocenę jakości usług
    przewoźników kolejowych realizowanych na linii E75, opinie pasażerów na temat funkcjonowania transportu
    kolejowego oraz powiązania kolei bałtyckiej z alternatywnymi środkami transportu.

    The aim of the paper is to present the most important results of the research carried out for the case study on the effects of Rail Baltica investments in the Warsaw Metropolitan Area (WMA) urban node. The research was carried out as part of the EU project NSB CoRe (North Sea Baltic Connector of Regions). In the article the main conclusions from the study are presented, describing changes that have supervened in the analyzed area (communes within the boundaries of the WMA, at a distance of up to 3 km from the E75 railway line and ones crossed by national road 8/S8) in the period of the E75 line’s modernization.
