    Właściwa eksploatacja skomplikowanego sprzętu lotniczego wymaga wysokiej wiedzy i umiejętności personelu lotniczego. W celu przygotowania personelu o takich umiejętnościach niezbędni są nie tylko doświadczeni instruktorzy, ale również baza dydaktyczna umożliwiająca prowadzenie zajęć na wysokim poziomie. Ze względu na specyfikę wykonywanych zadań system przygotowania personelu latającego i technicznego jest nieco inny. Jednak w obu przypadkach w fazie kształcenia teoretycznego coraz szerzej stosowane są metody e-lerningowe, zaś w fazie prak-tycznej symulatory. Wraz z rozwojem technologii informatycznych pojawiła się również możliwość wykorzystania systemów rozszerzonej rzeczywistości do nauczania umiejętności praktycznych przyszłych inżynierów i pilotów. W artykule przedstawiono możliwości oraz zalety tego środowiska oraz pierwsze próby jego implementacji do tych celów.
    Proper operation of complex aviation equipment requires high knowledge and skills of aviation personnel. To prepare for such personnel, they are indispensable not only experienced instructors but also suitable didactic base allows conducting classes at a high level. Due to the nature of tasks preparation system for flight crew and maintenance personnel is a bit different. However, in both cases, the phase of theoretical are more widely used methods of e-lerningowe, and in the phase of practical simulators. With the development of information technology there was also the possibility of using augmented reality systems for education practical skills of future engineers and pilots. The article presents the possibilities and advantages of the environment and the first attempts to implement these objectives.

    Opis:
    W artykule scharakteryzowano przebieg prac mających na celu stworzenie aplikacji mobilnej wykorzystującej technologię Mobile Augumented Reality wspomagającej proces szkolenia personelu obsługującego statki powietrzne w zakresie przeglądu przedlotowego samolotu. Przedstawiono wymagania jakim powinna odpowiadać aplikacja, dobór narzędzi programistycznych oraz mobilnych urządzeń obrazujących. W zakończeniu artykułu przedstawiono wyniki testów aplikacji na różnych urządzeniach mobilnych oraz wypływające z nich wnioski.
    The article describes the course of works aimed at creating a mobile application using Mobile Augmented Reality technology supporting the training process of personnel servicing aircraft in the field of pre-flight aircraft inspections. The requirements for the application, selection of programming tools and mobile imaging devices are presented. At the end of the article the results of tests of applications on various mobile devices and their conclusions are presented.

    The proper preparation of personnel of civil airports is justified in terms of safety and security of flight operations, airport capacity, which in turn affects the timeliness of air traffic. For airports, which have been created from scratch, in a social environment in which there are no aviation traditions, with the formal tightening of qualification rules for airport services personnel by the EASA, the selection of candidates for training, the formation of service teams, their training and cohesion constitutes a real challenge. At the discretion of airport management, the definition of minimum requirements with regard to competence, ways of training, gaining and developing professional competence, determining remit (important in terms of insurance) and specification of the manner of storing data about the competence and remit, also their resumption, extension, suspension, cancellation as well as time and duration of the refreshment. This practice, being an attribute of airport management, is commonly defined as "Under supervision of Airport Authority". For each airport function, individual training programmers are juxtaposed, using the themes listed for the first stage, second stage and for the practical course. The phase of continuous improvement focuses on the selected functions in the organisational structure of the airport. One of the elements determining the safety and efficiency of the operation of an airport is the proper selection of candidates for work, including the personal-professional profile. Psychological studies, using available research tools, are used for this purpose. This article includes the results of studies conducted among work candidates in a newly created airport, in accordance with the following criteria: temperament, sense of control placement, coping with stress, intelligence and mental health abilities, attention, resilience, social competences, emotional intelligence. The study findings would be helpful in the management of the selection of employees and developing individual training programmes, preparing for work in specific positions at the airport.

    The article presents a concept of the methodology of managing information and technical resources related to carrying on the activities and actions described in the first part of the study, and the majority of legally determined actions resulting from the emergence of a crisis situation. As a research area, a special public utility object was chosen, namely a civil airport. The crisis situation that occurred at the airport requires the involvement of many services that aim to implement actions aimed at solving it. The process of the above-mentioned activities, covers formal, organizational and technical aspects. These aspects are briefly shown in the second part of the article. In the third part, special attention was paid to collecting information flows on the crisis situation. On the basis of the research, it was pointed out that the diversity of notification systems, both in the aspect of the available information resources and technical infra-structure, makes the information exchange process disturbed, which may have a significant impact on the time and manner of resolving the crisis situation. The authors in the article point out a possible way to solve this problem by unifying the system of informing all the services involved in activities in a crisis situation. The final part of the article attempts to present a methodology, based on the idea of creating templates of actions, activities and processes, the use of which for crisis management will allow involved bodies to improve the effectiveness of services in crisis conditions, especially in the area of making decisions based on available information.
