The article examines the state of agrologistics in Ukraine in 2022 and its deterioration due to the ongoing war. The article aims to analyze the reasons for the increase in costs in agrologistics, structure the consequences of the agrologistics’ disruption, and justify their direct impact on the financial results of agricultural producers. The main methods of scientific research were chronological, systemic research, statistical, and structural analysis, which allowed exploring the modern cause-and-effect relationships between the state of agrologistics and the activities of agricultural sector enterprises in a logical sequence. The research resulted in proposals for overcoming the crisis in agrologistics and its further development. The conclusions emphasize the urgent need for investment in the modernization of transport infrastructure, as well as the necessity of improving coordination between agricultural producers and logistics service providers to ensure an efficient flow of exports. The authors conclude that this study provides valuable information on current challenges facing the agricultural sector in Ukraine and proposes solutions for its sustainable development.

Opis:
Polluted water poses significant health risks when it is part of the water sources used for irrigation, leading to the contamination of soil and plants by various pollutants. This work aims, firstly, to assess the degree of pollution of Wadi El Gourzi water (Batna, Algeria), and then to verify the consequences on their use for the irrigation of market garden plants for everyday consumption (lettuce, cilantro, parsley and spinach), both in the aerial part (stems and leaves) and in the soil where they are grown. This study focuses on trace metals (Cr, Pb, Zn and Cd). Soil pollution was assessed by calculating the soil pollution index (PI), while the uptake of these elements by plants was monitored by the transfer factor (TF). The analyses of the Wadi El Gourzi water with the flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer (FAAS) show a maximum abnormal concentration of Cr (17.37 mg∙dm-3), Pb (0.71 mg∙dm-3) and Cd (0.45 mg∙dm-3). For the analysis of the soils irrigated by these waters, the results of the PI show that the soils used for the cultivation of parsley and lettuce are polluted by several metals (PI > 1). The concentrations of trace metals elements (TMEs) in the sampled plants show a significant accumulation of Zn, Cd, Pb and Cr by the vegetables (coriander, parsley, spinach and lettuce). These concentrations are above the permitted standards.

Jednym z ważnych obszarów zastosowania satelitarnych obserwacji Ziemi jest statystyka rolnictwa. Wykorzystanie nowych technologii cyfrowych i danych satelitarnych przyczyniło się do jej unowocześnienia i pomaga rozwiązywać problemy, z jakimi mierzy się ona obecnie oraz z jakimi borykają się odbiorcy danych statystycznych z zakresu rolnictwa. Głównym celem niniejszego artykułu jest zaprezentowanie innowacyjnego systemu satelitarnej identyfikacji i monitorowania upraw rolnych – SATMIROL. System ten został opracowany przez Główny Urząd Statystyczny, Instytut Geodezji i Kartografii oraz Centrum Badań Kosmicznych Polskiej Akademii Nauk na potrzeby statystyki rolnictwa z wykorzystaniem danych satelitarnych z programu Copernicus i danych administracyjnych. W opracowaniu omówiono wybrane moduły tego systemu, w których metody teledetekcji satelitarnej znalazły zastosowanie do rozpoznawania upraw. Przedstawiono też wyniki szacunku powierzchni upraw w skali kraju w trzech okresach pomiarowych w latach: 2019, 2020 i 2021. Wprowadzenie systemu SATMIROL umożliwiło prezentację danych w ujęciu przestrzennym, na co nie pozwalają tradycyjne metody stosowane w produkcji statystycznej. Dzięki nowej metodzie dane mogą być przedstawiane na wszystkich poziomach podziału administracyjnego kraju (województw, powiatów i gmin).
One important area where satellite-based Earth observation is applied in is agricultural statistics. The use of new digital technologies and satellite data have contributed to the modernisation of the aforementioned scientific area and is designed to overcome the problems that both agricultural statistics and the recipients of statistical data are faced with. The main aim of the article is to present an innovative system of satellite-based crop identification and crop growth monitoring – SATMIROL. The system was developed by Statistics Poland, the Institute of Geodesy and Cartography and the Space Research Centre of the Polish Academy of Sciences. SATMIROL provides agricultural statistics based on satellite data from the Copernicus programme and administrative data. The article focuses on selected modules of the system which involve the use of satellite remote sensing for crop identification. The study also presents a nationwide crop area estimation performed in three periods: 2019, 2020 and 2021. The implementation of SATMIROL allowed the presentation of statistical data on agriculture in spatial terms, which is not possible when applying traditional methods of data production. This new method of acquiring data enables their presentation at all levels of Poland’s administrative division, i.e. by voivodship, poviat (district) and gmina (commune).

As a result of energy assessment of a pneumatic sieve separator for agricultural crops it was determined that the specific energy consumption of the experimental pneumatic sieve separator was 0.18 kW⋅t-1. It is lower than in case of its domestic and foreign equivalents. For instance, the specific energy consumption of the separator of preliminary grain purification called SPO-50 (Ukraine) is 0.31 kW⋅t-1, and that of the machine of preliminary grain purification called MPO-50 (Russia) is 0.38 kW⋅t-1. Specific energy consumption of a pneumatic sieve separator is 1.72-2.11 times lower than in case of its domestic and foreign counterparts.
W wyniku oceny energetycznej pneumatycznego separatora sitowego dla płodów rolnych ustalono, że jednostkowe zużycie energii eksperymentalnego pneumatycznego separatora sitowego wynosi 0,18 kW⋅t-1. Jest ono niższe niż w przypadku jego krajowych i zagranicznych odpowiedników. Na przykład, jednostkowe zużycie energii separatora do wstępnego oczyszczania ziarna o nazwie SPO-50 (Ukraina) wynosi 0,31 kW⋅t-1, a urządzenia do wstępnego oczyszczania ziarna o nazwie MPO-50 (Rosja) - 0,38 kW⋅t-1. Jednostkowe zużycie energii przez pneumatyczny separator sitowy jest 1.72-2.11 razy niższe niż jego krajowych i zagranicznych odpowiedników.

This article is devoted to the examination of the procedural order of imposing arrest on agricultural crops during the judicial investigation of criminal offenses under Part 1 of Article 197–1 of the CC of Ukraine «Illegal occupation of land plots and self-building». The author, through the prism of logic, has analyzed the concepts of “harvest”, “agricultural crops” and “agricultural products”. It was found that when arresting agricultural crops during criminal proceedings under Part 1 Article 197–1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, it is advisable to use the terms “harvest” and “agricultural crops” depending on the stage of production at which the crops are located. The article examines the problems associated with the possibility of recognition of agricultural crops as a physical evidence in criminal proceedings and, as a result, the imposition of arrest on them. Based on the analysis of judicial practice, it was concluded that a detailed description of property in the notes of investigating judges, courts when seizering on property defined by generic characteristics is necessary. It is argued that when deciding on the imposition of seizure on agricultural crops it is necessary to take into account the order of preservation of such property. Developed scientific and practical recommendations on the application of the provisions governing the procedure for imposing arrest on agricultural crops.

Opis:
The intensive agricultural use of the land affects both quantity and quality of river water in the catchment area. Such impact is visible also in the Szreniawa River catchment in the Małopolskie Voivodeship. The combination of intensive plowing and soil susceptibility to water erosion are the main causes of soil and nutrients depletion during the heavy rainfall. The aim of the study is to determine changes in the water quality in the Szreniawa River catchment compared to the agriculture use and precipitation level. The quality of surface water has been analysed in the river catchment area in three sampling points. The concentration of the total suspended soils in the samples collected after heavy rainfall in August 2017 reached a value of 837 mg·dm–3. The average concentrations of N-NO3 in the years of 2016–2019 ranged from 0.16 to 13.46 mg·dm–3, with the highest values in the summer (up to 13.46 mg·dm–3). The concentration of N-NH4 and P-PO4 in the Szreniawa water was affected by precipitation. The highest value of average concentration of N-NH4 3.00 mg·dm–3 was recorded in the autumn of 2019 in the middle section of the river. The highest value of P-PO4 0.90 mg·dm–3 was recorded in the autumn of 2019 mostly due to water erosion of the loess areas. Erosion has been caused by the short-term heavy rainfall. As a result, suspended solids, soluble and insoluble phosphorus compounds leaked to the river.

The main aim of the paper was an analysis of the present status and changes of commercially grown genetically modified crops and food security from 2012 to 2018, based on the Global Food Security Index by countries. The work used a descriptive approach with elements of inductive reasoning and meta-analysis based on secondary data, derived from Briefs of The International Service for the Acquisition of Agri-biotech Applications, FAOSTAT and the GFSI, developed and calculated by The Economist Intelligence Unit. The study showed the highest increase in biotech crops was observed in Brazil and the USA, i.e. in countries with a relatively high level of GFSI. Accordingly, the highest positive change in GFSI was achieved in several countries both with quite a high level of GFSI (Chile, Uruguay and Argentina) and with a very low GFSI (Burkina Faso and Myanmar). A slightly positive Pearson correlation coefficient for the area of biotech crops and GFSI indicated that, in the analysed period, when an increase in GM crop area was observed, the value of the GFSI increased as well. However, the value of the Pearson correlation means that the biotech crop area can be considered one of the many factors influencing the food security of the studied countries. The results show that biotech crops cannot only be analysed in the context of food security at a country level, but also at a household level. GM crops could contribute to food production increases and higher food availability, however not necessarily to food security, especially at a country level.
Głównym celem pracy jest analiza obecnego stanu i zmian w uprawach biotechnologicznych oraz bezpieczeństwa żywnościowego na podstawie Globalnego Indeksu Bezpieczeństwa Żywności (GFSI), według krajów. W pracy zastosowano podejście opisowe z elementami wnioskowania indukcyjnego i metaanalizy opartej na danych wtórnych, pochodzących z publikacji Międzynarodowego Instytutu Propagowania Upraw Biotechnologicznych (ISAAA), FAOSTAT i Globalnego Indeksu Bezpieczeństwa Żywnościowego (GFSI), opracowanego i obliczanego przez The Economist Intelligence Unit (the EIU). Badanie wykazało, że w latach 2012-2018 najwiekszy wzrost powierzchni upraw genetycznie modyfikowanych zaobserwowano w Brazylii i USA, tj. w krajach o stosunkowo wysokim poziomie GFSI, a najwyższą pozytywną zmianę GFSI w kilku krajach, zarówno z wysokim poziomem GFSI (Chile, Urugwaj i Argentyna), jak i z bardzo niskim GFSI (Burkina Faso i Myanmar). Nieznacznie dodatni współczynnik korelacji Pearsona dla obszaru upraw biotechnologicznych i GFSI wskazuje, że w analizowanym okresie, wraz ze wzrostem powierzchni upraw GM, wartość GFSI na ogół także zwiększała się. Uprawa roślin genetycznie modyfikowanych może być więc uważana za jeden z wielu czynników wpływających na bezpieczeństwo żywnościowe badanych krajów.

Na podstawie danych z bazy GIS Mapy Hydrogeologicznej Polski w skali 1:50 000 ustalono optymalne warunki dla intensywnego poboru wody studniami wierconymi z poziomów wodonośnych podczas długotrwałej suszy hydrologicznej na obszarze pasa nizin środkowopolskich o najniższych w kraju opadach atmosferycznych i głębokich niedoborach wody na terenach upraw rolnych w okresie suszy. Zależnie od warunków hydrogeologicznych i rodzaju gleb, pobór z pojedynczej studni może w okresie głębokiej suszy hydrologicznej pokryć wysokie niedobory wody na terenach upraw rolnych na powierzchni najczęściej 15–50 ha, natomiast czas odbudowy retencji sczerpanych zasobów w ujętym poziomie wodonośnym wyniesie najczęściej 1–5 lat.
Based on the GIS database for the 1: 50,000 Hydrogeological Map of Poland, the optimum conditions have been established for intensive water abstraction by drilled wells from aquifers during a long-lasting hydrological drought in the central regions of the Polish Lowlands. It is the area of country’s lowest precipitation and high water deficits for agriculture during droughts. Depending on the hydrogeological conditions and the type of soils, water abstraction from a single well can cover high water deficit for agriculture during a period of deep hydrological drought in an area of most frequently 15–50 hectares. The time of retention recovery in the aquifer for depleted resources will usually be 1–5 years.

Celem badań było rozpoznanie objawów chorobowych roślin, pochodzących zarówno z terenów uprzemysłowionych, objętych emisjami gazowymi i pyłowymi z Huty Miedzi GŁOGÓW, jak i z obszarów nie dotkniętych antropopresją (Lasocice koło Leszna, Uścikowo koło Obornik Wlkp., Barcinek koło Biskupic Wlkp.). Starano się ustalić, czy obserwowane na roślinach zmiany są rezultatem chorób nieinfekcyjnych. Pojawienie się takich chorób może być efektem bezpośredniego oddziaływania czynników antropogenicznych na rośliny, rezultatem niedoboru lub nadmiaru składników pokarmowych zawartych w glebie. Przeprowadzone badania pozwoliły określić rolę czynników abiotycznych będących przyczyną wystąpienia wspomnianych chorób w kontrolowanych uprawach.
The aim of conducted studies was to identify atypical diseases symptoms occurring in agricultural crops located in the area affected by industry (agricultural area covered by gas and dust emissions from Copper Smelter GŁOGÓW), as well as in crops grown on areas not influenced by antropopression (Lasocice near Leszno, Uścikowo near Oborniki Wlkp., Barcinek near Biskupice Wlkp.). Efforts have been made to determine whether changes observed in plants are a result of non-infectious diseases. Occurrence of such diseases may be the outcome of direct anthropogenic factors impact on the plants, or the result of deficiency or excess of nutrients contained in soils. The research helped to determine the role of abiotic factors causing these diseases in controlled crops.

Opis:
Ekologiczne i plonotwórcze znaczenie wapnowania gleb rozpoznano i ceniono w rolnictwie od dawna, toteż stanowi ono bardzo istotny element racjonalnej agrotechniki. W rolnictwie polskim dopiero pod koniec lat sześćdziesiątych ostatniego stulecia stosowano około 100 kg CaO na hektar w kraju. W roku 1975 średnie krajowe zużycie CaO wyniosło 120,8 kg/ha, ale wahało się od 23,2 kg/ha w województwie częstochowskim do 428 kg w województwie opolskim. Największe zużycie CaO (202 kg/ha) zarejestrowano w 1989 roku, ale międzywojewódzkie różnice mieściły się w przedziale od 43 kg/ha w województwie krakowskim do 424 kg/ha w słupskim. W roku gospodarczym 1995/1996 nastąpił raptowny spadek krajowego zużycia CaO (o około 40 kg/ha), który postępował do roku 2004/2005. Kolejny, około 60% spadek zużycia CaO w kg/ha zarejestrowano w latach 2009/2010 –2011/2012. Według spisu rolnego 2010 r. krajowe zużycie CaO wyniosło 40,5 kg UR w dobrej kulturze, ale tylko 10,4 kg w województwie świętokrzyskim i 12,9 kg w małopolskim. Plony 4 zbóż oraz rzepaku i rzepiku w latach 1975–1998 synchronizowały wyraźnie ze zużyciem wapna nawozowego w latach 1975–1998. Nie stwierdzono natomiast wyraźnej zależności wielkości plonów od wskaźnika waloryzacji rolniczej przestrzeni produkcyjnej. Analogiczną synchronizację plonów rzepaku i rzepiku ze zużyciem CaO/ha stwierdzono w latach 1999–2012. Malejące zużycie CaO począwszy od 1995 do 2013 roku stanowi poważne zagrożenie ekologicznych i plonotwórczych właściwości środowiska glebowego. Zjawisko to będzie się nasilało, także w miarę malejącego nawożenia organicznego (obornika, nawozu zielonego, kompostu). Ponadto dla ekologicznych i produkcyjnych funkcji gleb użytkowanych rolniczo szkodliwe jest postępujące wyprowadza- nie niejadalnych i niepaszowych części roślin z agrosystemu. Dotyczy to zwłaszcza uprawy roślin na potrzeby energetyczne, a także energetycznego spalania słomy.
Ecological and yield enhancing effects of soil liming have since long been recognized and appreciated by farmers, therefore, liming is considered to be an essential part of sustainable farming system. In the Polish agriculture, liming in the amount of about 100 kg/ha of CaO was applied as late as by the end of the sixties of the last century. In the year 1975, the average national CaO consumption was 120.8 kg/ha, although it varied from 23.2 kg/ha in Częstochowa region to 428 kg/ha in Opolskie Voievodeship. The largest average CaO consumption on a country scale (202 kg/ha) was noted in the year 1989 while on a regional scale the consumption fluctuated from 43 kg/ ha in Kraków Voievodeship to 424 kg/ha in Słupsk Voievodeship. A dramatic decline in the countrywide CaO consumption (by about 40 kg/ha) occurred in the economical year 1995/1996, and the decreasing trend had been observed until the years 2004/2005. A subsequent drop in CaO consumption (by about 60%) was noted in the years 2009/2010 – 2011/2012. According to the national agricultural census in 2010, the countrywide use of CaO attained up to 40.5 kg/ha on farmland in good agriculture, while only 10.4 kg/ha in Świętokrzyskie Voievodeship and 12.9 kg/ha in Małopolskie Voievodeship. In the years 1975–1998, the yields of four main grain crops as well as those of rapeseed and mustard spinach were distinctly synchronized with the consumption of lime fertilizers. No apparent relationship, however, was found be- tween the yield size and the index of quality of agricultural production space (from 48.3 points in Nowosądeckie Voievodeship to 86.2 points in Zamojskie Voievodeship). However, in the years 1999–2012, the yields of four main grain crops as well as those of rapeseed and mustard spinach were to a lesser degree synchronized with the intensity of CaO use than the abovementioned yields from the years 1975–1998. A considerable trend towards decreasing CaO consumption starting from 1995 until 2013, poses a serious threat to ecological and yield enhancing properties of the soil environment. The threat will be more intense still as the application of organic fertilization (manure, green manure and compost) becomes more and more limited. Advancing trend to remove plant biomass from agro-ecosystems leads to the degradation of ecological and productive functions of farmland. The latter trend is related to energy plantations and to using biomass as biofuel.

W pracy dokonano oceny zawartości siarki w biosferze obszarów leśnych i rolniczych Zamojszczyzny w latach 2000–2011 na tle Polski. Najbardziej zanieczyszczone rejony w Polsce dwutlenkiem siarki to niektóre części województw śląskiego, dolnośląskiego, małopolskiego i mazowieckiego, w których kilka stref uzyskało klasę powyżej wartości dopuszczalnych lub docelowych. Analiza przeprowadzona na terenie Zamojszczyzny wykazała, że zawartość siarki nie przekraczała wartości dopuszczalnych określonych w uregulowaniach prawnych. Stwierdzono, że zawartość siarki w powietrzu wynosiła 2,1÷6,9 μgSO2/m3, natomiast siarczanów w rzekach 10,0÷76,7 gSO42–/m3, w źródłach 18,6÷24,2 gSO42–/m3, w wodach podziemnych 29,3÷166 gSO42–/m3, w glebach leśnych 8,5÷77,7 mgSO42–/kg, w glebach rolniczych 8,1÷18,8 mgSO42–/kg, w mchach 610÷1090 mgSO42–/kg oraz w roślinach rolniczych 1210÷1370 mgSO42–/kg. Ocena stopnia zanieczyszczenia siarką atmosfery, litosfery i hydrosfery oraz fitocenozy Zamojszczyzny jest bardzo korzystna na tle innych regionów w Polsce i z tego względu w badaniach stanu zanieczyszczenia biosfery można ją traktować jako region kontrolny.
The study assessed sulphur content in the biosphere of forested and agricultural areas of Zamosc region in the period 2000–2011, against the entire territory of Poland. Some areas of Silesian, Lower Silesian, Lesser Poland and Masovian Voivodships are the most polluted with sulphur dioxide regions in Poland. Several zones there were classed as exceeding acceptable or target levels. The analysis of Zamosc Region demonstrated that the sulphur content did not exceed the acceptable limits outlined in legal guidelines. Sulphur content in the air was confirmed at the level of 2.1÷6.9 μgSO2/m3, while sulfate content in the rivers – at the level of 10.0÷76.7 gSO42–/m3, in springs – 18.6÷24.2 gSO42–/m3, in groundwater – 9.3÷166 gSO42–/m3, in forest soils – 8.5÷77.7 mgSO42–/kg, in agricultural soils – 8.1÷18.8 mgSO42–/kg, in mosses – 610÷1090 mgSO42–/kg and in cultivar plants – 1210÷1370 mgSO42–/kg. Assessment results of the levels of atmosphere, lithosphere, hydrosphere and phytocenosis pollution with sulphur in Zamosc Region are very favorable in comparison to other regions of Poland. Therefore, it may serve as a control region in biosphere pollution studies.

Celem badań była ocena funkcjonowania dwóch grup gospodarstw specjalizujących się w uprawach polowych w województwie wielkopolskim, które prowadziły nieprzerwanie rachunkowość dla Polskiego FADN w latach 2006–2013. Pierwszą grupę stanowiły 22 gospodarstwa, które w analizowanym okresie znajdowały się w gminach szczególnie zagrożonych suszą rolniczą, natomiast drugą 176 gospodarstw w pozostałych gminach. Analizie porównawczej poddano ich potencjał produkcyjny, organizację i strukturę produkcji, efektywność ekonomiczną oraz możliwości inwestycyjne. Stwierdzono, że gospodarstwa, które znajdowały się w gminach szczególnie zagrożonych występowaniem suszy rolniczej charakteryzowały się, w porównaniu z gospodarstwami pozostałymi, większymi nakładami pracy na 1 ha użytków rolnych (UR), miały mniejszy obszar UR, słabsze techniczne uzbrojenie pracy oraz gorszą sytuację ekonomiczną.
The aim of this paper was to assess functioning of two groups of field farms from Wielkopolskie Province that conducted accountancy for Polish FADN in 2006–2013. The first group included 22 farms from communes particularly threatened by agricultural drought while the second group included 176 field farms from other communes. It was found that field farms threatened by agricultural drought were characterized by a greater labour input per 1 ha of used agriculture area (UAA), had smaller area of UAA and showed worse economic situation.

W publikacji dokonana została analiza wykorzystania gruntów rolnych na Polesiu. Stwierdzono, że znaczna część gruntów rolnych nie została zaangażowana do uprawy roślin. Odnotowano, że podmokłe niskoproduktywne tereny na Polesiu stopniowo się zalesiają. Opracowany został i opisany model uprawy wierzby energetycznej. Przedstawiono obliczenia efektywności uprawy wierzby energetycznej na Polesiu.
The 20st century was the beginning of an intensive use of renewable energy sources, including bioenergy. The rational using of natural resources in the world has been investigated.The long period comparison of the variables acreage in Ukraine and Polissia Region has been done. The analysis of land use in Rivne region has been ordered. The agricultural lands are involved for growing crops, particularly in Polisskiy. The characteristic of natural conditions of Polissia Region of Ukraine has been done.The wetlands low capacity of land not used in Polissia region and gradually become forests. A growing energy willow on Polissia Region has been ordered. For willow natural conditions are most favorable in this region. The characteristic of energy willow biomass has been investigated. The technology of growing of energy willow has been done. The experimental plantations of willow give a high yield of biomass. The efficiency calculation of growing energy willow has been done. The model of growing energy willow has been done.
Началом интенсивного использования возобновимых ресурсов энергии, включая биотопливо ,стало 20 столеетье. Рациональное использование природных ресурсов в мире исследовано в этой статье. Представлен анализ использования сельскохо зяйственных земель в Украине в целом, и на Полесье в частности. Установлено, что значительная часть сельскохозяйственных земель не задействована для выра- щивания культур. Характеризуются природные условия Полесья. Утверждается, что переувлажненные низкопродуктивные земли полесского региона постепенно залесняются. Разработана модель выращивания енергетической ивы. Приведены расчеты эффективности выращивания энергетической ивы на Полесье.

Opis:
This study aims to describe segetal communities in terms of the composition of species and landscape value. The municipality of Markowa has a high level of agricultural production and the fields are intensively chemically treated for weeds. The open landscape is uninteresting and devoid of colorful accents. There are only a small number of weed species that brighten the appearance of the fields with pleasingly colorful flowers and inflorescences, like for example, Papaver rhoeas Centaurea cyanus. The existing communities are poor versions of the classic associations: Vicietum tetraspermae in cereal crops and Echilnochloo-Setarietum in corn and root crops. Agricultural fields in the municipality of Markowa are primarily dominated by the presence of grasses of low aesthetic value, Apera spica-venti in winter cereal crops, Avena fatua in summer cereal crops and Echinochloa crus-galli and Chenopodium album in root and corn crops. Communities of species from the class of Stellarietea constituted no more than 50% of the analyzed flora.

W pracy przedstawiono obligatoryjne i nieobligatoryjne systemy zarządzania jakością (SZJ), stosowane w produkcji i przetwórstwie surowców rolniczych. Począwszy od wyjaśnienia istoty jakości i bezpieczeństwa produktów rolniczych, w sposób ogólny opisano główne idee poszczególnych standardów. Ponadto przedstawiono czynniki, wpływające na decyzje związane z wdrażaniem SZJ, uwzględniając pozytywne aspekty ich funkcjonowania i bariery w ich wdrażaniu. Najważniejszymi korzyściami z wdrożenia SZJ jest sprostanie wymogom prawnym, zaspokojenie potrzeby głównych klientów i pozyskanie nowych, poprawa jakości produktów i uzyskanie rekomendacji organizacji handlowych. Najpoważniejszymi zaś barierami są wysokie koszty jednostkowe, ponoszone na początku wdrażania standardów, potrzeba szkoleń oraz brak doradztwa w tym zakresie.
Paper presented obligatory and non-obligatory quality management systems (QMS), used in production and processing of agricultural products. Beginning from explanation of the quality essence and the safety of agricultural products, the main ideas of particular standards were described in general way. Moreover, the factors affecting decisions connected with the QMS implementation were presented, considering positive aspects of their functioning and the barriers in their introduction. The most important advantages resulted from the QMS implementation consist in coping with the legal requirements, satisfying the demands of principal customers and acquiring the new ones, improving the quality of products and getting the recommendations from commercial organizations. However, the most serious barriers include high unit costs born at the beginning of standards' implementation, the need of instruction courses and a lack of advisors in this particular field.
