    Restructuring of agricultural system after regaining independence in 1918 was of the nature of the evolutionary reform that consisted in the process of dividing surpluses over the determined size of the farms into smaller items. The reform was carried out by administrative methods and the provisions governing the reform initiated Polish agrarian law. However, the revolutionary (expropriation) reform that was carried out after the Second World War (1944-1946) remained in remembrance of the Poles.

    Opis:
    The role and place of educational subject „Agrarian law” are explained in the curriculum for training professional agricultural specialists in the National University of life and environmental science of Ukraine at this article. Special attention is applied on explaining the main components (general, particular and special) which are included in the system of this educational subject.
    W tym artykule opisano szczegółowo rolę i miejsce przedmiotu „prawo rolne” w programie kształcenia zawodowego specjalistów z zakresu rolnictwa na Uniwersytecie Narodowym Ukrainy. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na wyjaśnienie głównych komponentów programu (ogólnego, szczególnego i specjalnego), które są włączone w zakres tematyczny tego przedmiotu.

    Opis:
    Shaping the Agrarian System is one of the basic topics of the Polish Agricultural Law. The main problem here is to define a proper model of ownership relations in the agricultural sector and principles of the real estate trading. These issues are relevant for both economic and political relations. In economy the influence the real capability of the agricultural sector as well as the standard of living of the agricultural society. In the politics they are treated as the instruments assuring the food security for all the citizens and in the international relations food sovereignity. The article presents, against the historical background, the solutions provided in the recently adopted law, the main purpose of which was to restrict the possibility of acquiring the agricultural real estate by foreigners. The new law provides a ban for the transfer of state owned agricultural real estate not only to foreigners but also to Polish citizens who are not farmers. It also provides certain other restrictions on this area.

    Opis:
    The economic and social provisions of the Vidovdan constitution represent its most advanced part. Its introduction was a step forward towards the creation of a socially responsible state. However, their basic goal, increasing the cultural and economic well-being of the people, was not achieved and the economic crisis deepened. In the post-war state, burdened with cultural, religious, and national differences, the democratic constitution did not last long. The author tries to explain the factors that influenced the adoption of these provisions and their (non) implementation. Whether the failure of economic and social provisions was determined by the fate of the constitution or by objective facts is difficult to say. The author seeks to prove that the collapse of the constitution and its economic and social provisions was influenced by a number of unfavorable circumstances, such as the economic underdevelopment of the state, the remnants of feudal relations, political disunity, resistance to the new state, and Serbian hegemony. Using the historical-legal method of research, combined with economic and sociological methods, the socio-economic provisions of the Vidovdan Constitution and their implementation will be analyzed.
