akredytacji i nadzoru rynku odnoszące się do warunków wprowadzenia produktów do obrotu. Przyjęto zasadę, że państwa członkowskie nie powinny posiadać więcej niż jedną krajową jednostkę akredytującą. Podkreślono znaczenie certyfikatów posiadanych przez podmioty gospodarcze na wyroby, poświadczające zgodność przez akredytowaną jednostkę oceniającą zgodność, tam gdzie odpowiednie wspólnotowe prawodawstwo harmonizacyjne nie wymaga takich certyfikatów. Organy nadzoru rynku powinny należycie je uwzględnić podczas przeprowadzania kontroli cech produktu. W publikacji przedstawiono również nowe wymagania obowiązujące jednostki certyfikujące wyroby.
European Parliament established new requirements for accreditation and market supervision, concerning to the condition of new product introducing to the market. It was taken the rule that the member countries shouldn't poses more than one country accredited body. It was emphasized the meaning of certificates, own by companies on products, certifying the conformity by accredited unit, where the community legislation needn't such certificates. The market supervision bodies should consider its in proper manner during control currying out. In article the new demands for certification units were presented.

Akredytacja w ochronie zdrowia jest procesem. Odbywa się w zdekodyfikowanej procedurze administracyjnej - przybiera postać szczególnego postępowania administracyjnego o charakterze autonomicznym. Wyłączone w tym wypadku pozostaje stosowanie przepisów Kodeksu postępowania administracyjnego. W proces akredytacyjny zaangażowanych jest wiele podmiotów i organów (ośrodek akredytacyjny, Rada Akredytacyjna, zainteresowane osoby fizyczne bądź prawne wykonujące działalność leczniczą), przy czym wiodącą rolę w tym procesie odgrywa minister właściwy do spraw zdrowia. Organ ten w formie certyfikatu akredytacyjnego (nie stanowiącego decyzji administracyjnej) potwierdza, że dana jednostka lecznicza spełnia przewidziane prawem kryteria – standardy do świadczenia usług medycznych - w zakresie infrastrukturalnym, farmakoterapeutycznym oraz kompetencyjnym. Od odmowy udzielenia akredytacji przysługuje sprzeciw zaiteresowanemu podmiotowi, a ostateczna odmowa po rozpatrzeniu sprzeciwu podlega skardze do sądu administracyjnego jako akt z zakresu administracji publicznej, nie będący decyzją administracyjną.  
Health care accreditation is a process. It takes place in a codified administrative procedure - it takes the form of a specific administrative procedure of an autonomous nature. The application of the provisions of the Code of Administrative Procedure remains excluded. The accreditation process involves many entities and bodies (accreditation centre, accreditation board, interested natural or legal persons performing therapeutic activities), with the minister in charge of health playing a leading role in this process. This body in the form of an accreditation certificate (not constituting an administrative decision) confirms that a given medical unit meets the criteria stipulated by law - standards for the provision of medical services - in terms of infrastructure, pharmacotherapy and competence. A refusal to grant accreditation may be objected to by an interested entity, and the final refusal, after consideration of the objection, is subject to complaint to the administrative court as an act in the field of public administration, which is not an administrative decision.

Opis:
Organizacje certyfikujące księgowych, takie jak Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), odgrywają ważną rolę we wzmacnianiu ich statusu zawodowego. Akredytacja stała się ostatnio celem wielu instytucji oferujących programy księgowe. Nasz artykuł ma na celu zbadanie wpływu akredytacji ACCA na edukację księgową w Polsce, a także zidentyfikowanie ważnych aspektów współpracy między ACCA a edukatorami księgowymi. Ustalenia oparte są na badaniu przeprowadzonym wśród 50 członków wydziałów z siedmiu polskich uniwersytetów. Według respondentów akredytacja podnosi prestiż oferowanych programów nauczania i ma istotny wpływ na organizację egzaminów, do których przystępują studenci uczestniczący w akredytowanych kursach. Zaangażowanie ACCA we współpracę z uniwersytetami polega głównie na promocji akredytowanych programów. Pomimo pewnych ograniczeń badanie zapewnia nowe spojrzenie na problem edukacji księgowej w kontekście procesów akredytacyjnych.

Opis:
Organizations certifying professions in the area of accounting and finance play an essential role in shaping and strengthening the professional status of its practitioners. Universities in Poland recognized the importance of international qualifications and established active cooperation with the Asociation of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) to accredit accounting and finance programs. The presented study aims to answer whether ACCA accreditation affects the professional development of accounting and finance specialists in Poland. Its role was also to identify factors that contribute to increasing the professional development of accounting and finance specialists in connection with the accreditation of study programs. To achieve these goals a questionnaire survey was conducted among students from three selected accredited universities in Poland. The analysis of the results obtained was carried out by the use of descriptive statistics and multiple regression. According to students' opinions, the employers' interest in graduates of accredited courses positively influences their career development. In addition to the interest of employers' mentioned above, surveyed women also indicated a higher quality of education in accredited courses, while men stressed the greater prestige of studies as a factor contributing to the development of their professional career. The results of this study are a valuable contribution to the discussion on professional development as well as the impact of accreditation institutions on the training of accounting and finance specialists.

The paper addresses the benefits from accreditation of an Engineering program. The criteria for accreditation are also being discussed as well as the cost of domestic and outside of the United States (US) accreditation. The paper also contains procedures for curriculum development as well as evaluation and assessment. Implementation of a comprehensive continuous quality improvement process (CQI) for individual courses as well as the entire Engineering program is being discussed and analyzed. The conclusions include practical recommendations for the effective closing of the CQI loop.

Autor artykułu w połowie lat 1990-ch, stojąc na czele grupy inicjatywnej złożonej z kolegów profesorów oraz asystentów Instytutu Architektury Krajobrazu na Wydziale Architektury w Politechnice Krakowskiej, działającego w ramach kierunku Architektura i Urbanistyka, wszczął był starania o utworzenie w tejże Uczelni, na tym samym Wydziale - kierunku Architektura Krajobrazu. Po bardzo trudnych latach starań, zostały one uwieńczone pełnym powodzeniem - wnioskowany i przygotowywany kierunek Architektura Krajobrazu stał się faktem i z każdym rokiem nabiera wyższej jakości. Ważnym i trudnym etapem na tym polu było ubieganie się - i po znacznych trudach uzyskanie - prawa do nadawania absolwentom tytułu zawodowego: magister inżynier architektury krajobrazu. Kolejnym wielkim krokiem w doskonaleniu młodego kierunku stało się dążenie do jego międzynarodowej akredytacji. Po kolejnej serii poważnych starań i zabiegów, w ostatnich dniach sukces ten został osiągnięty. Kierunek Architektura Krajobrazu na Wydziale Architektury w Politechnice Krakowskiej uzyskał międzynarodową akredytację ze strony EFLA - European Foundation for Landscape Architects, czyli Europejskiej Fundacji Architektury Krajobrazu.
Author of the article, in the middle of the 90', managing a initiating group composed of friends, professors and assistants of IAK on Department of Architecture at Cracow University of Technology, operating within course of Architecture and Urban Design, has started efforts to create on the CUT, on the same Department - course of Landscape Architecture. After very difficult years of effort, it was crowned with success - the inferred and prepared course of Landscape Architecture has become a fact and every year it presents higher quality. The important and difficult phase was competing - after many difficulties - to right of awarding by the professional title: MSc in Landcsape Architecture. The next step in improvement of the young course was aspiration of the international accreditaion. After next number of efforts, the success was achieved few day ago. The course of Landscape Architecture at Department of Architecture on CUT has obtained international accreditation from EFLA - European Foundation for Landscape Architects.

Th e paper presents issues associated with the calibration and supervision of railway specifi c measuring instruments. It starts with considerations regarding the benefi ts associated with the measuring instruments calibration, especially regarding calibration performed by accredited laboratories. Attention is paid to the importance of maintaining traceability and keeping knowledge about measuring instruments’ errors in the context of railway transport safety. It analyses why the number of metrological laboratories off ering accredited calibration of railway specifi c instruments in Poland is insuffi cient. Th e paper makes use of the experience of the Railway Institute Metrological Laboratory. In particular, it uses experience gained in 2017 during the accreditation of AC resistance measurements, which are utilized for accredited measurements of the resistance of slippers with fastening systems, wheel wear profi le measurements with analogue callipers, buff er centre line height over rails running surface measurements and wheel tread diameter measurements based on two contact-points.

Opis:
Surgical interventions in patients with peritoneal metastases combined with hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) and systemic treatment are becoming more common and, when applied to selected patient groups, they reach 5-year survival rates of 32–52%. Good clinical outcomes require experienced and well-equipped healthcare centers, experienced surgical team and adequate patient qualification process. As a result of the discussion on the need for evaluation of quality of care and treatment outcomes and at the request of the Peritoneal Cancer Section of the Polish Society of Surgical Oncology, accreditation standards have been developed and the Accreditation Committee has been established for healthcare centers providing cytoreductive surgery and HIPEC for the management of primary and secondary peritoneal cancers.

Przedstawiono działania podjęte w celu wdrożenia systemu zarządzania w Laboratorium Wzorcującym Instytutu Techniki Budowlanej na zgodność z PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 Ogólne wymagania dotyczące kompetencji laboratoriów badawczych i wzorcujących. Aby laboratorium uzyskało certyfikat akredytacji AP 113 wydany przez Polskie Centrum Akredytacji, należało podjąć decyzję o akredytacji, przygotować dokumentację systemową i techniczną, poddać się wizytacji wstępnej przez auditorów Polskiego Centrum Akredytacji, zakupić uzupełniające wyposażenie, znowelizować i zaktualizować dokumentację, wdrożyć system zarządzania zgodny z PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 oraz pozytywnie przejść audit akredytacyjny.
This paper deals with the actions which were undertaken to implement the management system in the Calibration Laboratory of BRI, according to PN-EN ISO/EC 17025 General requirements for the competence of the testing and calibration laboratories. To obtain the certificate of accreditation AP 113 for Calibration Laboratory issued by the Polish Centre for Accreditation the following steps have to be done taking a decision on accreditation, preparation of the system and technical procedures, taking measures for preliminary audit of the Polish Centre for Accreditation, buying the supplement equipment, revision and updating of the documentation, implementation of the management system according to PN-EN ISO/EC 17025:2005, and positive passage of the final accreditation audit.

Głównym celem tego opracowania jest zainicjowanie dyskusji nad kształtem systemu oceny jakości w Polsce. Obecne rozwiązania w obszarze szkolnictwa wyższego dotyczące oceny jakości kształcenia budowane są bowiem bez strategicznej, tzn. długookresowej wizji. Konieczne tym samym staje się udzielenie odpowiedzi na nastepujące pytania: 1) Jaki ma być profil działalności PKA? Czy ma to być urząd kontrolujący uczelnie, czy też ekspercka jednostka doskonaląca procesy kształcenia na uczelniach? 2) Czy w momencie przejścia PKA na poziom jednostki eksperckiej nie powstanie niebezpieczna luka w systemie kontroli uczelni, co spowoduje zwiększenie liczby uczelni „sprzedających dyplomy”? 3) Kto w naszym systemie szkolnictwa wyższego powinien zająć się kontrolą, a kto zarządzaniem jakością? Warto także rozważyć pomysł stworzenia jednostki, która profesjonalnie zajmowałaby się kontrolą w szkolnictwie wyższym – analogicznej do Komisji Nadzoru Finansowego czy Urzędu Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów. W artykule zostały wykorzystane etnograficzne badania własne. Uwzględniono w nim stan prawny z dnia 1 listopada 2016 r.
The main objective of this paper is to initiate a discussion on the system of quality evaluation of HEIs (Higher Education Institutions) in Poland. The author of this article points out that the current solutions applied within the field of Polish higher education concerning the assessment of the quality of HEIs are built without a reference to a strategic (long-term) vision. So it seems necessary to answer the following questions: 1) What is the profile of PKA (Polish Accreditation Committee)? Should it be the office controlling the HEIs? Or an expert unit enhancing the process of teaching at universities? 2) If PKA would became an expert unit, would it become a dangerous gap in the control system of HEIs that will increase the number of “diploma mills”? 3) Who within the Polish higher education system should take care for the control and quality assessment? The author presents the idea of creation of an unit that would deal professionally with the quality control in higher education - similar to the Financial Supervision Commission or the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. The article uses ethnographic research conducted by the author. This article has been written with reference to the legal status of November 1st, 2016.

These activities are focused on the techniques and methods by which we can achieve excellence in the educational process, creative solutions and innovative forms. The aim is to adapt educational processes to the current digital age. Therefore, in the educational process it is necessary to apply new forms and methods of education. With application of this method we can streamline the educational process and also increase the initiative and interest of students in acquiring new knowledge, skills and abilities. The aim of the article is to present the project, which is focused on improving the educational process by using a new approach to learning - Games Learning.

W celu określenia zasad i zakresu przeprowadzanego audytu w jednostkach służby zdrowia, dostarczających usługi medyczne w zakresie onkologii, podjęto szeroko zakrojone prace nad standardami i wymaganiami pozwalającymi na ocenę, czy audytowana jednostka jest w stanie prowadzić bezpieczne, na odpowiednim poziome jakościowym i z uwzględnieniem potrzeb pacjenta leczenie onkologiczne. W pracach nad tymi standardami brały udział organizacje i indywidualni profesjonaliści z różnych dziedzin, organizacje reprezentujące pacjentów i ich prawa, pracodawcy, państwowe struktury ustawodawcze/ prawne. W wyniku przeprowadzonych prac i ustaleń powstała publikacja „Accreditation Programme for Oncology Services (Standards for Accreditation)” (CHKS, 2016), stanowiąca o standardach akredytacyjnych dla jednostek służby zdrowia w zakresie medycznych usług onkologicznych. Publikacja ta porusza tematy: zarządzanie usługami medycznymi w onkologii, praca zespołowa i współpraca między profesjonalistami, zarządzanie środowiskiem i zasobami. Audyt i ocena odbywa się w szerokim zakresie działania jednostki, jej aktywności operacyjnej, jak i zdolności zarządzania, oceny ryzyka i bezpieczeństwa, posiadanych zasobów, jak również podejścia do potrzeb pacjenta. Przy takim ujęciu przeprowadzanego audytu także usługi dostarczane przez zakłady fizyki/fizyków medycznych podlegają ocenie w stosunku do przyjętych standardów. W publikacji przedstawiono standardy, zakres audytu jest przeprowadzany w zakresie obowiązków i zadaniowości zakładów fizyki/fizyków medycznych oraz kryteria oceny.
Extensive work was carried out on standards in order to determine the principles and scope of the audit carried out in health care units providing medical services in oncology. If an organization meets requirements of standards it can ensure the organization is able to conduct safe, on the appropriate level of quality including patient oriented approach. Work on these standards involved organizations and individual professionals, organizations representing patients’ rights, employers, and state legislative structures. As a result of the work and findings, the publication „Accreditation Program for Oncology Services (Standards for Accreditation)” (CHKS, 2016) was published It provides core information for accreditation standards for oncology medical services. This publication covers the following topics: management of medical services in oncology, team work and cooperation between professionals, management of the environment and resources. The audit and evaluation takes place in a wide range of the organisation services, operational activity, as well as management, risk and safety assessment, resources, as well as the approach to the patients’ needs. That audit also covers specific professional groups/teams. Also Physics Departments/medical physicists are assessed in relation to the standards. The publication presents standards, the scope of the audit carried out in the scope of obligations and tasks of physics/ medical physicists and assessment criteria.

The paper deals with the standard requirements and the requirements of Polish Centre of Accreditation (the PCA) which have to be met, to keep the system of management consistent with standard PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 General requirements for the competence of the testing and calibration laboratories at the ITB Calibration Laboratory. Laboratory initiated the system of management and PCA granted the certificate of accreditation in 2008. The task of laboratory is to maintain the initiated system of management and to improve its functioning.

W artykule przedstawiono ocenę procesu akredytacji laboratorium wzorcującego przyrządy pomiarowe. Opisano wymagania dotyczące systemu zarządzania i wymagania techniczne jakie powinno ono spełnić aby uzyskać, a następnie utrzymać, certyfikat akredytacji. Zwrócono także uwagę na istotny problem subiektywnej oceny laboratorium przez audytorów. Zwrócono uwagę na wagę akredytacji, pokazano mechanizmy jej działania i wykazano, że jej celem jest potwierdzenie jakości wykonywanych prac.
This article presents the evaluation of calibration laboratory in process of accreditation and describes technical and quality requirements which laboratory has to fulfill to achieve the certificate of accreditation. Authors try to emphasize significant problem of subjective authorization of calibration laboratory by assessors. Accreditation is the formal authorization of a laboratory. It demonstrates theirs capability, competence and credibility to carry out the tasks it should be able to do. The concept of calibration laboratory accreditation was developed to provide that a laboratory is competent to perform specific measurements. It provides feedback to laboratories as to whether they are performing their work in accordance with technical competence and appropriate standards especially PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005. Laboratory accreditation is a mean to improve customer confidence in the measurement results issued by the laboratory. In Poland institution which makes formal authorizations of laboratories is Polish Center of Accreditation.(PCA). Laboratory has to do a plan to obtaining accreditation and nominate a responsible person as quality manager and technical manager. Accreditation Committee which consists of the lead assessor and technical assessors will examine laboratory. The number of technical assessors will depend on the number of disciplines applied for. If results of final assessment will be satisfying, Accreditation Committee recommends the accreditation for laboratory. Accreditation for a laboratory is valid for a period of four years but each year Accreditation Committee examines laboratories if they want to keep it.

This article presents the requirements for the establishment of an accredited testing laboratory for photovoltaic modules with crystalline silicon. A process of the construction of the testing laboratory for PV modules, based on the expansion of an existing accredited testing laboratory, is proposed. The chosen standard test procedures in the field of the safety and quality of the operation of photovoltaic modules with crystalline silicon are described in detail. The analysis can help in making a rational decision on the appointment of an accredited laboratory for photovoltaic modules, particularly when there already is apparatus for performing tests in accordance with the Low Voltage Directive and the Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive.
W artykule zaprezentowano wymagania dotyczące utworzenia akredytowanego laboratorium badawczego modułów fotowoltaicznych z krzemu krystalicznego. Zaproponowano proces utworzenia laboratorium badań modułów PV na bazie rozbudowy istniejącego akredytowanego laboratorium badawczego. Przedstawiono szczegółowo wybrane normatywne procedury badawcze z zakresu bezpieczeństwa i jakości funkcjonowania modułów fotowoltaicznych z krzemu krystalicznego. Zaprezentowana analiza może wspomóc podjęcie racjonalnej decyzji o powołaniu akredytowanego laboratorium badań modułów fotowoltaicznych, w szczególności w przypadku posiadania wyposażenia do realizacji badań zgodnych z wymaganiami Dyrektywy Niskonapięciowej lub Kompatybilności Elektromagnetycznej.

A laboratory is an organization which operates a quality system, has technical competence, generates valid results and its quality system and technical competence are conformed and recognized. A cryptology laboratory operates in information technology security area, where cryptographic methods of information protection play main role. Appropriate confidence, correctness and effectiveness of security services is needed and may be achieved trough development, evaluation, accreditation and certification processes performed by competent and commonly recognized organizations like: laboratories, certification and accreditation bodies. We describe in the paper the accreditation and certification structure and the IT security framework and also the role of the cryptology laboratory in this structure and framework.

The quality management systems compliant with the ISO 9001:2009 have been thoroughly researched and described in detail in the world literature. The accredited management systems used in the testing laboratories and compliant with the ISO/IEC 17025:2005 have been mainly described in terms of the system design and implementation. They have also been investigated from the analytical point of view. Unfortunately, a low number of studies concerned the management system functioning in the accredited testing laboratories. The aim of following study was to assess the management system functioning in the accredited testing laboratories in Poland. On 8 October 2015, 1,213 accredited testing laboratories were present in Poland. They investigated various scientific areas and substances/objects. There are more and more such laboratories that have various problems and different long-term experience when it comes to the implementation, maintenance and improvement of the management systems. The article describes the results of the conducted expert assessment (survey) carried out to examine the conditions for the functioning of a management system in an accredited laboratory. It also focuses on the characteristics of the accredited research laboratories in Poland. The authors discuss the selection of the external and internal conditions that may affect the accredited management system. They show how the experts assessing the selected conditions were chosen. The survey results are also presented.

The following article deals with the problem of integrating security issues into the study programme of faculties training teachers in individual fields of education. It evaluates the current status of the development of the issues at the level of interdepartmental cooperation of selected state administration institutions. Based on exploratory research by the Czech School Inspectorate, the current status of the implementation of security issues into schools and educational establishments is described. The ongoing pilot verification of the e-learning module in security issues at the Faculty of Education of Charles University in Prague is also introduced. The article contains statistical data from the statutory research task, which was carried out in the form of a diagnostic survey involving the staff and students of the Charles University in Prague. The research was dedicated to the issues of educating the teaching staff of the Czech education system in the field of safety issues, with particular emphasis on the safety of students and educational institutions. The article also presents the level of knowledge and practical skills of primary school teachers in the field of responding to crisis situations that may occur in the school environment, e.g active shooter.

The article attempts to present key aspects of evaluation and accreditation in German higher education, which emerged during the implementation of accreditation procedures and building a nationwide system of supervision over higher education. The essence of considerations was to demonstrate the relationship between evaluation and accreditation from the point of view of public policies, for which – obviously with a certain simplification – accreditation is an external appraisal implement, and evaluation is – as a rule – an internal implement. The content of the article does not refer to the essence of the evaluation model, nor the types of accreditation, procedures, and the specifics of accreditation agencies. It has been assumed that accreditation and evaluation exist both at the university and on the German accreditation market without specifying their properties. The author focused on the specifics of German solutions, including on references to Polish realities.
W artykule została podjęta próba zaprezentowania kluczowych aspektów odnoszących się do ewaluacji i akredytacji w niemieckim szkolnictwie wyższym, jakie ujawniły się w okresie implementacji procedur akredytacyjnych i budowania ogólnokrajowego systemu nadzoru. Istotą rozważań było wykazanie relacji pomiędzy ewaluacją i akredytacją z punktu widzenia polityk publicznych, dla których – oczywiście z pewnym uproszczeniem – akredytacja jest narzędziem oceny zewnętrznej, a ewaluacja co do zasady jest narzędziem oceny środowiskowej i wewnętrznej. Stąd też rozważania nie orientują się na kwestię modelu ewaluacji ani rodzajów akredytacji, procedur, specyfiki agencji akredytacyjnych. Przyjęto, że funkcjonują one zarówno w murach uczelni, jak i na niemieckim rynku akredytacyjnym, bez rozstrzygania o ich właściwościach. Autor skupił się na ukazaniu specyfiki rozwiązań niemieckich, uwzględniając jednocześnie odniesienia do polskich realiów.

Systemy zarządzania jakością wg normy ISO 9001:2009 zostały szeroko opisane i przebadane. Akredytowane systemy zarządzania w laboratoriach badawczych wg ISO/IEC 17025:2005 opisywanie były głównie pod kątem tworzenia i wdrażania systemu, a także pod kątem analitycznym. Mało miejsca poświęcono badaniom funkcjonowania systemu zarządzania w akredytowanych laboratoriach badawczych. W niniejszej pracy zostały przedstawione wybrane wyniki badań ankietowych przeprowadzonych na grupie 1213 akredytowanych laboratoriów badawczych.
Quality management systems according to ISO 9001: 2009 has been thoroughly described and examined. The subject of interest and discussion of the paper is the use of knowledge engineering for methods supporting the preparation and verification of the measurement procedures. The idea of the method for obtaining and recording the necessary knowledge for proper preparation of these procedures and its practical use for building computer tools supporting this process have been presented in the paper.

W artykule przedstawiono hipotezę, że akredytacja i system oceny zgodności są narzędziami mającymi istotny wpływ na poziom bezpieczeństwa publicznego. Przedstawiono zaangażowanie akredytowanych jednostek oceniających zgodność w sześciu obszarach bezpieczeństwa. W artykule opisano system oparty na uregulowaniach krajowych i międzynarodowych ustalający w wymiarze krajowym i ponadgranicznym ramy nadzoru rynku produktów i usług w celu zapewnienia ochrony interesów publicznych, takich jak ogólne zdrowie i bezpieczeństwo, zdrowie i bezpieczeństwo w miejscu pracy, ochrona konsumentów, ochrona środowiska i bezpieczeństwa publicznego.
In the article there are presented hypothesis proving that accreditation and conformity assessment system are the tools having essential influence on the level of public security. Activity of the accredited conformity assessment bodies are shown in six fields of security. In the article there is also described the system based on the national and international regulation, establishing within the national and cross border dimension the framework for market surveillance of products and services in order to ensure protection of public interests such as health and safety in general, health and safety at the workplace, protection of consumers, protection of the environment and public security.
