prawo międzynarodowe a kara śmierci
teorie abolicjonistyczne
teorie retencjonistyczne - Opis:
- The article states that countries which use death penalty towards under-age persons and disabled people ignore international law, by eliminating from the society those who are not yet fully shaped entities or their psyche may not allow them to function accurately in the community. Despite of many religious conditions or situation of a country no man should be exe-cuted for a different beliefs or pursuit of truth. In XXI century in many countries death penalty is a tool to eradicate people who trust in verity and freedom of speech. Abolitionist demands are gaining the advantage over the retentionism argumentation, because they are simply more practical. Moreover, taking everything into account, there can be said that imprisonment would be a better solution than capital punishment, if only prison conditions were harder and convicted could work off his faults to satisfy the need of social justice.
