Opis:: The autonomous community of Castilla-La Mancha is the region with the biggest vineyard area of Spain. The rural landscape is totally adapted to the geographical conditions of the Mediterranean Europe, with signs of proper identity derived from its historical tradition and a peculiar way of working the territory by the population. Its natural dynamics and complexity, consequence of the capacity to adapt to social and economic processes which have conditioned it over time, is united to the importance of the agricultural structure. This work has the objective to analyse that kind of process with the analysis of the vineyard's historical evolution, transformations derived from the application of the Common Agrarian Policy of the European Union, and its undeniable cultural nature that means an interesting potential to contribute to the territorial development.

Opis:: Przedstawiono wyniki badań: wykazanie różnorodności oraz ocena stopnia podobieństwa układu przestrzennego trzech szlaków winiarskich zlokalizowanych na terenie różnych państw: Małopolskiego Szlaku Winnego, Regionu Winiarskiego Tokaj oraz Alzackiego Szlaku Winnego. Różnice oraz podobieństwo szlaków udało się określić za pomocą tabelarycznego przedstawienia wybranych cech bazując na podkładach mapowych (opracowanie własne) z wyznaczoną trasą przebiegu szlaków i ilością winnic. Badanie wykazało, że od wielkości danego szlaku nie zależy ilość winnic oraz powierzchnia upraw winorośli. Szlaki mają podobną ilość winnic, ale różnią się powierzchnią upraw winorośli oraz długością samego szlaku. Wszystkie szlaki są posadowione na podobnej wysokości n.p.m. z drobnymi wyjątkami. Wykazana została również obecność zbiorników wodnych lub rzek w pobliżu szlaków, co świadczy o ich istotnym znaczeniu przy lokalizowaniu nowych potencjalnych winnic lub szlaków winiarskich.
Results of the study are presented: diversity and assessment of the degree of similarity of the spatial layout of three wine routes located in different countries: Malopolska Wine Route, Tokaj Wine Region, and Alsatian Wine Route. The differences and similarities between the regions were determined by means of a tabular presentation of selected features based on map bases (own study) with the delineated route of the trails and the number of vineyards. The study showed that the number of vineyards and the area under vines does not depend on the size of a given trail. The trails have a similar number of vineyards but differ in the area planted to grapes and the length of the route itself. All routes are sited at a similar elevation with minor exceptions. The presence of water bodies or rivers near the trails is also shown, indicating their importance in locating new potential wineries or wine trails.
