    Opis:
    The article depicts scope of intangible resources in enterprise management, tax law and balance law. Intangible assets recognising in accountancy were presented in detail. Numerous legal limitations regarding identifiablity and recognition of intangible assets in accounting are the reason, why the entities do not present most of these resources in their financial statements. This situation is perceived negatively by specialists in finance and management.

    Description of the research – The following paper analyses the methodology of economic sciences and hence has a meta scientific character. From the point of view of the general methodology of sciences, it is simultaneously descriptive and nomothetic and, in the light of the universal methods of inference, the deduction prevails in it. The inspiration to undertake meta scientific analysis was the controversy over the efficiency of the modern economy, strategy and economic policy as well as methodological incoherence and insufficient implementation effectiveness of economic sciences. Professional analysis of the research method of a specific area (field) cannot be limited to the creative invention itself, omitting both the subject and functionality of the theories created. And this is the nature of the attempts to undermine the efficiency paradigm of economic sciences. The problem is the methodological coherence (incoherence) of the economic sciences and, in a wider context, of the entire field of social sciences, consisting in the inability to conduct workshop research and leading to the multiplication of erroneous statements about the social process. In order to make the analysis more in-depth, two specific problems were identified: 1) the problem of the subject of economic research; and 2) the problem of coherence of the workshop economy, which often comes down to the unconscious crossing of the limits of economics.

    Artykuł rekonstruuje zasadniczą linię argumentacyjną F. Znanieckiego w określeniu przedmiotu badań naukoznawczych oraz wynikającej z niej ich charakterystyki metodologicznej. Ta analiza może zostać wykorzystana zarówno w tworzeniu argumentu przeciw redukcyjnej koncepcji wartości ekonomicznej wiedzy naukowej, jak i wskazania pozytywnych przykładów współczesnych badań naukoznawczych, które spełniają postulaty Znanieckiego.
    The paper reconstructs the argumentative line of F. Znaniecki determining the subject matter of science of science research and its consequent methodological characteristics. This analysis can be used both in supporting the argument against the reductive conception of economic value of scientifi c knowledge, as well as to select positive examples of contemporary science of science research that meet Znaniecki’s demands.

    W artykule zasygnalizowano, jak ważny jest aspekt identyfikacji obszarów badawczych, które wskazują na prace rozwojowe prowadzone w danym regionie przez jednostki naukowe. Zasadniczą część artykułu stanowi opis opracowanej procedury badawczej, umożliwiającej stworzenie mapy wiedzy zagadnień rozwijanych w ramach projektów badawczo -rozwojowych z regionu, zakwalifikowanych do finansowania za strony państwa. Istotna część publikacji to także case study dotyczące przygotowania takiej poglądowej mapy dla województwa podlaskiego. Celem artykułu była prezentacja opracowanego podejścia wraz z przykładowo stworzoną mapą.
    The article pointed out the importance of popular research areas in the region. An essential part of the article was a description of the developed research method, enabling the creation of knowledge maps of issues developed under research and development projects in the region, funded by the state. A significant part of the publication is also a case study - the map for Podlaskie region. The purpose of the article was to present the final approach and the example of the map.

    Artykuł stanowi argumentację na rzecz metodologicznej odrębności nauk prawnych. Metodologiczna odrębność (swoistość) nauk prawnych została przedstawiona w trzech wymiarach: 1) przedmiotu; 2) metody i 3) celu badań naukowych. Analiza może być wykorzystana zarówno jako argument przeciwko braku tożsamości metodologicznej nauk prawnych, jak i pozytywnie dla całościowego i integracyjnego modelu nauk prawnych. Ze względu na złożoność przedmiotu i celów nauk prawnych należy stosować różne metody badawcze. W dalszych badaniach wskazane byłoby ustalenie ich możliwych systemów w określonym problemie badawczym.
    The paper is an attempt to argue for the methodological distinctiveness of legal sciences. The methodological distinctiveness (specificity) of legal sciences has been presented in three dimensions: 1) the subject; 2) methods and 3) purpose of scientific research. The analysis can be used both for the argument against the lack of a methodological identity of the legal sciences and positively for the comprehensive research and the integrative model of the legal sciences. In view of the complexity of the subject and the aims of legal science should be used various research methods. In further research, it would be advisable to establish their possible systems in a specific research problem.

    Opis:
    Naturalism that I deal with is an approach towards the world, the man and the possibilities and methods of learning about the world. It maintains that there is an existential continuity of reality and this is a continuity of nature and not of other spheres of existence. A view formulated in this way silently accepts the assumptions of ontological realism and epistemological realism. Hence it becomes part of the ontological paradigm of philosophy. After Kant, that is after mentalistic (transcendentalistic) paradigm in philosophy came into being, the legitimacy of the ontological way of philosophising cannot be maintained. Is then naturalism – that at present experiences another revival – only a misunderstanding? Well, no. The limits of its validity – but not legitimacy – are set by science. Within its area it is obvious and useful, perhaps even indispensable. It is a type of unrealised research attitude by whose virtue a scientist treats the object of his studies as autonomously existing and one that can be objectively cognised. However, here he is supported not by theoretical arguments, but first of all by pragmatic and psychological-social ones.
