    Discussion about hard theme in years 1919-1939 The State Treasury Solicitors’ Office but giving many joys researcher. Acts allow to learn creation right law in II RP. I have described state of safe keeping of records gathered and stock in other archives concerning The State Treasury Solicitors. I have taken advantage available literature in my work, but it is not enough articles and publication on this theme work. However, personal observations are done during research been base of work. Researches had to show that possible find in this records in relation to province Lubelskie. It belongs to ascertain on base carried research, that group owns many interesting materials general concerning agricultural character province Lubelskie. First of all, they describe, archives describe relations among government officials and citizens. Otherwise, that allows to peer at questions from domain of rural economy in interwar period in the area Lubelskie. Article has to call attention as it says about office on purpose on meaning on acting administration The State Treasury Solicitors’ meeting of judicial authority among administration. I have described in concise form shortened manner for intent observing in forming describe operation role that right law The State Treasury Solicitors’ and relations administration -citizen.     Opis:
    The modern concept of the state dates its roots to the beginning of the Renaissance. Created at that time, the concept of ‘the national interest’ realized the existence of a sphere of rights and interests of a particular country, which must be protected in a particular way. To this end, national bodies responsible for protecting the rights and interests of the state were established. Despite the different conception of the state, the origins of institutions dealing with the legal protection of interests and rights of the state can be found in the Roman institution advocates fisci. Even then, numerous provisions governing the organization and functioning of the institution arose. In Poland the institution which deals with this king of protection is the State Treasury Solicitors’ Office. The object of this elaboration is to identify similarities and differences between those two institutions.

    Opis:
    The European integration raises hopes for the future of united Europe, but it does not solve all the current problems of individual Member States. One of them is to protect the rights and interests of the State Treasury of individual European Union’s countries. Therefore, each country has its own system of protection of these interests also towards the European Union’s countries. This situation is far from the perspective of unification of the European Union’s interests. In Poland, the State Treasury Solicitors’ Office deals with the legal protection of the rights and interests of the State Treasury.
    Integracja europejska rodzi nadzieje na przyszłą zjednoczoną Europę, ale też nie rozwiązuje wszystkich bieżących problemów poszczególnych państw członkowskich. Jednym z nich jest ochrona praw i interesów Skarbu Państwa poszczególnych państw unijnych. Stąd też każde państwo posiada własny system ochrony tych interesów również wobec państw unijnych. Ta sytuacja jest daleka od perspektywy ujednolicenia interesów unijnych. W Polsce prawną ochroną praw i interesów Skarbu Państwa zajmuje się Prokuratoria Generalna Skarbu Państwa (PGSP).

    Krzyżanowski was the son of Stanisław, who was a professor of history at Jagiellonian University, and Wanda, née Studnicka. His younger brother, Witold, was a professor of political economy and dean of the Law Faculty at Jagiellonian University. After his matura exams at St. Anne’s gymnasium he began to study at the Law Faculty at Jagiellonian University. After graduation he went on to complete a doctoral degree. In the meantime, he spent one term listening to lectures at the University of Vienna. Following which he started to work as a volunteer apprentice in the National Bank of Poland. He also began an apprenticeship as a barrister. After the First World War he worked at the State Treasury Solicitors’ Office, first in Cracow, then in Vilnius. His work in public administration had its influence on Krzyżanowski’s academic interests. In 1924 he published Trybunał Kompetencyjny. Studium z zakresu polskiego prawa publicznego, which qualified him for UJ’s veniam legendi in 1925. At the same time, due principally to a shortage of scientific staff, a chair of administrative law at the Stefan Batory University in Vilnius sat vacant. Krzyżanowski seemed to be the best candidate, but negotiations between the State Treasury Solicitors’ Office and the University were very long. Krzyżanowski was forced to give lectures as a substitute professor for several years, because the Ministry of Religion and Public Education didn’t permit him to be a titular professor. They treated his work at the University as being extraneous. Finally, on January 1, 1927 Krzyżanowski was reassigned to the State Treasury Solicitors’ Office in Vilnius and he also received permission to lecture at the University in Vilnius. Unfortunately, he died within a few months after a short illness. The paper contains a biography of Kazimierz Maria Krzyżanowski, along with an inventory of his scientific output.
