W artykule zaprezentowano mierniki rozwoju zrównoważonego, stosowane w łańcuchach dostaw 10 dużych przedsiębiorstw. Punkt odniesienia stanowiły raporty rozwoju zrównoważonego bądź raporty społeczne. Odwołując się do wyników case study oraz wytycznych GRI, zestawiono wskaźniki zrównoważonego rozwoju możliwe do stosowania w ramach łańcucha dostaw.
The paper presents a framework for sustainable supply chain management and performance measures. The sustainable development indicators that can be applied in a supply chain are discussed. Recognising the importance of reliable performance measures for the maintenance of sustainable supply chain practices, the author has also included 10 case studies describing the experience of organisations in setting sustainable supply chain metrics.

W pracy opisano zastosowanie układów programowalnych w audiofilskim, prototypowym odtwarzaczu muzyki. Rozwiązanie wykorzystuje zaawansowane układy audio, mikrokontroler, układ FPGA oraz karty pamięci flash jako nośnik przekazu dla dostarczania najwyższej jakości dźwięku w formacie cyfrowym bez kompresji. Dzięki wbudowanemu w układ FPGA kontrolerowi hosta karty Secure Digital, urządzenie wykorzystuje szybki transfer danych z karty i umożliwia słuchanie muzyki stereo z częstotliwościami próbkowania do 192 kHz przy 24-bitowej precyzji.
The paper describes the FPGA application to the high fidelity audio-phile music player prototype. The solution uses the Secure Digital flash memory card as a media carrier and advanced audio circuits to deliver the top quality audio output from the digital uncompressed music format. The dedicated SD card host controller built in FPGA Xilinx Spartan 3 device supports the high speed SD transfer mode and allows listening to the stereo music at sampling frequencies up to 192kHz with 24-bit precision. The block diagram of the SD card host controller and its operation, including implemented SD card commands, is presented in more details. There is also a detailed description of the whole audio player architecture, from the main microcontroller, through user interfaces (LED dot matrix display module, IRed and BT interfaces, keyboard), the analogue audio stage with vacuum tubes and other dedicated devices to the sophisticated, multivoltage power supply. The player features the high definition analogue output as well as standard AES3 and S/PDIF digital outputs. The appropriate standard file system for the uncompressed music stored on the SD card and additional multimedia content is also proposed.

Instrumentalnym obowiązkiem podatników podatku od spadków i darowizn jest złożenie w terminie zeznania podatkowego o nabyciu rzeczy lub praw majątkowych SD-3. Obowiązek ten nie budzi wątpliwości w sytuacji nabycia rzeczy lub praw majątkowych podlegających opodatkowaniu, lecz w przypadku powołania się na nabycie stanowi przedmiot sporów doktrynalnych i jurydycznych. Również samo „powołanie się”, które stanowi element hipotezy art. 6 ust. 4 u.p.s.d., nie ma utrwalonego, powszechnie akceptowalnego rozumienia, zapewniającego jednolitość wykładni. Bieżące orzecznictwo potwierdza utrzymywanie się rozbieżności wykładni operatywnej wskazanego pojęcia, co rzutuje na niejednolitość rozstrzygnięć sądowych. Efektem negatywnym jest relatywizm interpretacyjny uzależniony od okoliczności faktycznych. Konsekwencją może być naruszenie konstytucyjnej zasady równości podatników w zakresie ich obowiązków i obciążeń podatkowych. Zasadniczym celem niniejszego opracowania jest dokonanie ustaleń dotyczących statusu zeznania SD-3 w podatku od spadków i darowizn oraz interpretacji skutków jego złożenia po terminie. Przedmiotem jest nadto wymagalność zeznania w sytuacji powstania obowiązku podatkowego zgodnie z art. 6 ust. 4 u.p.s.d.
An instrumental obligation of taxpayers of inheritance and donation tax is to submit a tax return on the acquisition of goods or property rights SD-3 on time. This obligation does not raise any doubts in the case of the acquisition of taxable property or property rights, but in the case of invoking the acquisition, it is the subject of doctrinal and juridical disputes. Also the „reference” itself, which is part of the hypothesis of art. 6 sec. 4 of the AJDP, there is no established, universally accepted understanding ensuring uniformity of interpretation. The current jurisprudence confirms the persistence of discrepancies in the operational interpretation of the term indicated above, which affects the heterogeneity of court decisions. The negative effect is interpretative relativism depending on the actual circumstances. The consequence may be a violation of the constitutional principle of equality of taxpayers in terms of their obligations and tax burdens. The main goal of this study is to make findings regarding the status of the SD-3 declaration in inheritance and donation tax and the interpretation of the effects of its submission after the deadline. Moreover, the subject is the maturity of the tax return in the event of a tax obligation in accordance with art. 6 sec. 4 of the AJDP.

The concept of education for sustainable development (ESD) competencies is seen as an essential landmark for orienting teaching and learning for SD (sustainable development). ESD competence encompasses key competencies that are expected to enable active, reflective and co-operative learning toward SD. In the text, it is also described why the concept of ESD competencies is an innovation in the field of higher education (HE). A competence-based didactical approach can be a valid alternative to the notion of a curriculum as a plan of studies, providing an innovative way of conceiving and organizing the curricular structure and objectives or discipline contents to prepare students to be competent, autonomous, critical and assertive citizenships. Competence-oriented teaching and learning approach is focusing on students gaining the “concepts and abilities for social action”. Our set of 12 ESD competencies embodies the concepts that will enable students to understand and resolve complex sustainability problems by equipping them with the ability to become change agents. The educational approach reinforces the competencies emphasizes pedagogy in terms of the teaching and learning methodologies and strategies that support the attainment of ESD competencies.

This article will introduce a new method that has been available in Poland since 2015, based on video recordings, for families with children up to 5 years of age - the Video-feedback Intervention to promote Positive Parenting and Sensitive Discipline (VIPP-SD) (Juffer, Bakermans-Kranenburg, van IJzendoorn, 2008). The authors first discuss the current framework of development support psychology in Poland. Next, there is a review of methods based on video training. General information about the VIPP-SD intervention program is presented in the following part of the paper, focusing on international evidence-based studies supporting the effectiveness of the method. The need for a cultural adaptation and implementation of the VIPP-SD program in Poland is outlined.

The article deals with the concept of sustainable development (SD) management and conditions to achieve SD of an industrial enterprise. The structure of sustainability management is presented. It is proved that organizational structure of management is the basis for assessing the effectiveness of the SD of an enterprise. It is shown that to assess the effectiveness of the management of SD of the enterprise, there should be indicators used characterizing the level of manageability and the growth level of the organizational management structure. It is shown that with the help of an indicator like the manageability level, it is possible to determine the stability boundaries of an enterprise.

Opis:
Yttrium oxide (Y₂O₃) is the most familiar yttrium compound, which is popularly known as host for ion doping of other rare earth elements. Bismuth ion (Bi³⁺) is well known as an activator and sensitizer in several particular phosphors. Zinc oxide (ZnO) nanomaterial, having a wide band gap, is one of the promising candidates for general illumination applications due to its high optical transparency and color tenability bismuth (Bi) and zinc (Zn) co-doped Y₂O₃ samples are synthesized by simple precipitation techniques like solvothermal and wet chemical methods. The prepared samples were characterized using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, energy dispersive X-ray spectra, ultraviolet-visible absorbance spectroscopy and photoluminescence spectrophotometry. Ultraviolet-visible absorption studies showed absorption only around 340 nm whereas photoluminescence shows peaks around 500 nm, 680 nm, and 1020 nm for Bi and Zn co-doped Y₂O₃. The photoluminescence spectrum shows emission in blue region (500 nm) due to Zn dopant and red and near infrared region (680 and 1020 nm) due to Bi dopant. This is a new material which can effectively work as an efficient and cheap red phosphor.
