Zaprezentowano urządzenie do demontażu chłodnic pochodzących z poużytkowych pojazdów na poszczególne jej elementy celem odzysku wartościowych materiałów. Przedstawiono wyniki badań skuteczności demontażu chłodnic nową metodą na siedmiu chłodnicach, a następnie zmierzono czas demontażu takich samych chłodnic z wykorzystaniem tradycyjnych narzędzi.
An innovative method and device for disassembly of used vehicle coolers into particular elements for the purposes to recover valuable materials was presented. Results of tests on effectiveness of disassembly of coolers with the use of the new method with respect to seven coolers were presented and the time of disassembly of the same coolers with the use of traditional tools was measured.

Opis:
Growing ecological awareness in society and legal regulations aimed at reducing the negative impact of used products on the environment means that waste management begins to play a significant role in the modern world. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research towards the organization and implementation of waste management. It has been noticed that an important link in the economy is the recycling of used products. Thus, numerous studies are undertaken in the direction of organization, improvement, automation and computerization of the product and material recycling process. The article presents the results of literature research in terms of the implementation of the end-of-life vehicle recycling process.

Opis:
The paper describes the current legal context of product recovery and recycling, and presents a method for estimating recycling cost at product design stage. Design assumptions are given for household appliances, taking into account end-of-life recycling. The authors describe also the selection of materials and joints which facilitate product disassembly for recycling purposes, as well as product disassembly methods, which are divided into destructive, partially destructive and non-destructive.
W artykule opisano metodę szacowania kosztów recyklingu wyrobu na etapie jego projektowania. Przedstawiono założenia projektowe artykułów gospodarstwa domowego uwzględniające recykling po wycofaniu ich z eksploatacji. Opisano dobór materiałów i połączeń oraz demontaż wyrobów na potrzeby recyklingu. Przedstawiono sposoby demontażu wyrobów z podziałem na nieniszczący, częściowo niszczący oraz nieniszczący.

The article investigates the theme of waste in Kacper Bartczak’s poetry volume Pokarm suweren [The Sovereign Food]. An introduction outlining the cultural contexts prefaces the interpretation proper; those contexts are filled with visions of waste dominant in global imagination. The said interpretation touches upon the issue of subjectivity in the poems, the understanding of which is conditional upon are contexts of moving and transforming characteristic of the lifecycle of waste in various spaces. Other notions interpreted herein are language interceptions frequent in the volume along with Bartczak’s “notional recycling.” Within the mentioned waste contexts, the author of the article also places the problem of political and social resounding of the discussed poems.

Zaprezentowano nowatorski sposób oraz urządzenie do demontażu elementów przeznaczonych do recyklingu z poużytkowych pojazdów. Ocena wydajności demontażu jest niezbędnym kryterium ustalającym kolejność demontowanych elementów. W celu poprawy efektywności demontażu niezbędna jest przynajmniej częściowo automatyzacja procesów rozbiórki. Przeprowadzono badania skuteczności demontażu nową metodą na siedmiu różnych pojazdach a następnie na takich samych egzemplarzach modeli pojazdów zmierzono czas demontażu wykorzystując narzędzia tradycyjne.
The paper presents a innovatory method and device for disassembly of elements with used vehicles. The assessment of disassembly efficiency is a necessary criterion for setting the order of dismantled parts. In order to improve efficiency of disassembly, it is necessary to implement at least partly automated disassembly processes. They have conducted research on effectiveness of disassembly with the use of the new method on the example of seven various vehicles and, afterwards, they calculated the time of disassembly of the same vehicle models using traditional tools.

The results of shear strength investigations of the selected lead free-solders/substrate couples are presented. A modified shear test of a half of the lead-free solder/substrate couple has been proposed. A comparative assessment of the solder droplet size effect as well as a composition of intermetallic layer and its morphology is presented. The results achieved provide the explanation of the mechanism of solder droplet size influence on the joint quality. If the lead-free solder droplet is bigger, the time of its solidification is longer, and consequently, the varied droplet structure can be observed. In the case of a bigger droplet size, its microstructure close to the surface is composed of the crystals orientated in the same direction as the heat transfer. The layer of directionally solidified crystals weakens the joint. A morphology of the selected intermetallic layers was presented as the second problem of couples quality. In comparison to the locally discontinuous layer, the higher shear strength was obtained in the case of continuous intermetallic layer. The paper contains the results of: wettability, microstructure of soldered joints (lead free solder/Cu substrate) and shear tests investigations. The results make possible to formulate the following remarks and conclusions: the lowest shear strength was observed for the joint of pure Sn with Cu substrate, the highest shear strength was observed for the joint of SnBi solder with Cu substrate; practically, two times higher than for pure Sn with Cu substrate and solder SnIn with Cu substrate or solder SnZn with Cu substrate, in the case of double alloys SnZn the lower contact angle results in higher shear strength, however, for remaining investigated alloys such tendency was not observed, the structure of the intermetallic layer on the border of the solder/substrate plays the essential role in the final shear strength of the received joint, the shear strength results characterize the small scatter what indicates the rightness of applied device design as well as correctness of sample preparation and measurement procedure.

We do not realize that behavior of particular people, their families and social groups influences the elements of natural history. This article focuses on the adjustment of our lifestyle to the idea of balanced development. That is why environmental education, which supports understanding the correlation between man, his products and the environment, should be offered to all people, in particular the youngest, who will be able to direct the patterns of pro-environmental behavior to elderly people.

Techniki przyrostowe są coraz częściej stosowane w procesach produkcyjnych. Ich rozwój w znacznym stopniu determinowany jest nowymi materiałami. Najbardziej dynamicznie rozwija się druk w technologii FDM (ang. Fused Deposition Modelling) gdzie filament wytworzony jest z tworzywa termoplastycznego. W pracy przedstawiono możliwość wykorzystania recyklatu PVB do wytworzenia kompozytu polimerowego przeznaczonego do druku 3D. Z materiału wytworzono techniką ekstruzji filament, wykonano wydruki próbek, które następnie poddano badaniom. Porównano również właściwości próbek drukowanych i wytwarzanych technologią przetwórstwa wtryskowego. Stwierdzono, że nowy materiał może mieć zastosowanie na wyroby elastyczne oraz jego adhezja do podłoża szklanego jest dobra.
Additive techniques are increasingly used in manufacturing processes. Their development is determined mostly by new materials. FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) is the most dynamically developing 3D printing technique where the filament is made of a thermoplastic. The paper presents the possibility of using recyclate PVB to produce a polymer composite intended for 3D printing. Filament were prepared by the technique of extrusion and then prints of samples were made which were tested. The properties of printed samples and those produced by injection processing technology were compared. It has been found that the new material can be applied to flexible products and its adhesion to the glass substrate is good.
