The author of the article suggests the priority of emotional experience in the process of creating work. The concept of an emotional trigger which helps to analyze the way of transformation of sensual emotion into poetic emotion is proposed. The theory “an author is a text” with regard to poets-“autobiographers” whose texts are the reflection of their lifestyle is also considered. Additionally, the author describes mental emotions in Maksim Tank’s works and sensual emotions in Yevgenii Yanishchits’ poetry.

The article considers two types of consciousness, which are typical of Dostoyevsky's heroes. The first type searches for support in human mind. However, individualism of the modern person leads him to revolt against the world, and gives rise to solitude and isolation in the "underground". Such rational thinking creates deadly deadlock to the existence of the human. The second type of consciousness is mythological. It is also connected with the inevitability of death which is, however, a condition of the subsequent revival and the rebirth, allowing the person to see the world differently.

Sieć linii kolejowych jest jedną z gałęziowych infrastruktur liniowych służących do przewozu ładunków i pasażerów. Zmiany w gospodarce i w obszarze transportu, a także wymogi racjonalnego gospodarowania zasobami skłaniają do stosownych korekt i decyzji w kierunku poprawy efektywności. Wyłączanie z eksploatacji części sieci kolejowej przeprowadzane trafnie jak wykazano nie powoduje zmian w poziomie przewozów i realizowanej pracy przewozowej.
The railway network is used to transport of cargo and passengers. Changes in the economy and transport, as well as the necessity of rational management causes additional adjustments and decisions for improving its efficiency. Deactivating the part of the railway network correctly does not affect on the level of transport and transportation work.

Wprowadzenie. Istnieje duży nacisk kulturowy na ideał szczupłej sylwetki. Szczególnie podatne na takie wpływy są dziewczęta i młode kobiety, których kariera zawodowa związana jest z koniecznością utrzymania niskiej masy ciała i odpowiedniej budowy. Problem dotyczy szczególnie młodych tancerek, uczennic szkół baletowych, modelek oraz zawodniczek niektórych dyscyplin sportu. Aby osiągnąć zawodowy sukces, kobiety te muszą odznaczać się wdziękiem ruchów oraz „nienaturalną” szczupłością, zwykle będącą rezultatem stosowania specjalnej diety. Cel badań. Celem badań była ocena sposobu żywienia uczennic szkoły baletowej oraz porównanie otrzymanych wyników z obowiązującą normą żywieniową. Materiał i metody. Badaniami objęto 14 dziewcząt, u których dokonano pomiarów biometrycznych ciała. Zmierzono wysokość (BH) oraz masę ciała (BM) i wyliczono BMI (Body Mass Index), a uzyskane wyniki porównano z wartościami referencyjnymi. Uczennice przez okres 10 dni notowały rodzaj i ilość spożywanych pokarmów. Obliczeń ilości energii oraz poszczególnych składników pokarmowych z dokonano za pomocą programu komputerowego Food 3. Wyniki. Porównując zawartość składników pokarmowych w całodziennych racjach pokarmowych badanych dziewcząt w stosunku do zalecanych norm, stwierdzono niedobory tłuszczów, błonnika jak również K, Ca, Fe, Mg, oraz witamin: B1 i PP . Wnioski. Niewłaściwa dieta, w której występują niedobory składników odżywczych może być przyczyną nieprawidłowego rozwoju organizmu.
ABSTRACT Background. There is a considerable cultural pressure towards a slim body silhouette. Girls and young woman whose professional carrier depends on their low body weight and sharp looking posture are especially vulnerable to such trends. This problem is especially acute in girls attending to ballet schools, professional dancers and in some sportswoman who are expected to move with charm and appear unnaturally slim, usually being the result of special nutrition. Objective. The aim of this study was the evaluation of the nutritional habits of ballet school students and to compare the results with the current nutritional norms. Material and method. 14 girls, ballet dancers, participated in this study. Before the study their body high (BH) and body mass (BM) were measured for the calculation of BMI (Body Mass Index). The girls were asked to make notes, during 10 days, on the amount and kind of food they consumed. The energy and amounts of selected nutrients were calculated by the computer program Food 3 . Results. The results show the deficiency in fats, fibre, minerals like K, Ca, Fe, Mg and some vitamins B1 and PP. Conclusions. Improper diet, deficient in several basics nutrients may results in incorrect physical development of attendees of ballet schools.

Służą do tego zebrane w materiale publikacji metody i narzędzia zarządzania jakością, coraz częściej wykorzystywane w praktyce eksploatacji maszyn.
The article pointed out the possibility of making the correct operation of critical machines, especially with the use of diagnostic information. The information generated by the evolution of the degradation of equipment shall be subjected to statistical analysis and user-friendly means available for use in the process. Look for the publication of the material collected in the methods and tools of quality management, increasingly used in practice, the operation of machinery.

The work contains discussions and simulation analyses of the expectation formation processes, taking account of the data revisions. In particular, it contains results of simulations examining statistical properties of the rationality tests and extrapolation processes, with particular focus on their behaviour in the case of short samples and data with measurement errors. The conclusions indicate that the rationality test based on the optimal regression and the proposed adaptive and accelerating tests are the most efficient and flexible. The tests showcasing best properties have been applied to a new set of macroeconomic forecasts for Poland. The results show that there are no grounds for rejecting the hypothesis on the rationality of forecasts derived from the National Bank of Poland (NBP) and the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development; however, this property was rejected for the European Commission. What is more, the comparative analysis indicates that only the national institution (NBP) may potentially aim the final readings of the macroeconomic data as the forecasting target. Finally, it transpires that the extrapolative models, albeit simple and intuitively interpreted, generally fail to correctly explain the forecast formation processes regarding the Polish economy

The aim of the article is to characterise selected tax principles included in the Polish financial law literature. Legal academics and commentators widely emphasise that these principles are extremely crucial for the tax system. They express the postulates to which a properly designed tax, as well as a rational tax system, should correspond. In view of the fact that the academic discourse has been emphasising for many years that tax law is of low quality and thus difficult and costly to apply, as well as the low assessment of tax regulations enacted as part of the so-called Polish Deal, it was considered appropriate to remind the significance of the most important of these models, the content of which was expressed as tax principles.

Zgodnie z modelem racjonalnego wyboru, decyzja wyborcza jest wynikiem kalkulacji korzyści i kosztów, jakie niesie ze sobą głosowanie. Wyborca, kierując się maksymalizacją użyteczności, oddaje głos na partię, której zwycięstwo przyniesie mu największe korzyści (Downs 1957). Jeśli żadna z partii nie jest mu programowo bliższa (lub jeśli koszty głosowania przewyższają płynące z tego działania korzyści), zgodnie z teorią wyborca nie weźmie udziału w wyborach. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest sprawdzenie, czy polscy wyborcy podejmują decyzję o udziale w wyborach (bądź absencji) na podstawie racjonalnych przesłanek, przy kontrolowanym wpływie zmiennych społeczno-demograficznych i identyfikacji partyjnej. Wyniki przeprowadzonych analiz pozwalają na potwierdzenie przydatności teorii racjonalnego wyboru do wyjaśniania decyzji o głosowaniu bądź absencji. Poszczególne elementy racjonalnej kalkulacji są statystycznie istotnymi determinantami uczestnictwa wyborczego, jednak model oferuje jedynie częściowe wyjaśnienie zagadnienia absencji.
According to the rational choice model, a voting decision results from the calculation of the costs and benefits of voting. A voter driven by utility maximization, votes for the party that brings him the highest benefits (Downs 1957). The voter abstains, however, if she does not perceive any of the parties as better than the others, or if the costs of voting exceed the benefits. The aim of the present article is to verify whether Polish voters decide to vote on the basis of rational evidence, provided the socio-demographic variables and party identification are being controlled in the research process. The results of the analyses corroborate the hypotheses related to rational choice determinants of voter turnout in Poland. The respective elements of rational calculation are statistically significant determinants of voter turnout but the model only provides partial explanation of the phenomenon.

Opis:
The encyclical makes an analysis of the situation of the contemporary culture in which a crisis of the truth about man has occurred as well as a crisis of the meaning of human life that is connected with it. The deformities are first of all concerned with recognising the truth about God and the relations between Him and man. Hence the aim of the encyclical is to point out that „man cannot be understood without God”, and what is more, „man cannot be understood without Christ”. The problem of learning about God then has a clearly anthropological context in the encyclical. It points to two complementary ways to learn about God as the ultimate source of existence and of the Supreme Good that makes human life meaningful:1) the way of reason, through learning about the existing reality and explaining it (philosophy)2) the way of faith, that is, the way of the reason thinking while believing that God's word is true; in it God shows truths about Himself and about man that exceed man's cognitive abilities. Hence full cognition of the truth about God and about man as significantly connected with Him requires two kinds of cognition. Fides et ratio expresses this in a simple way: „man is a creature in quest of the truth”, he is „a philosopher by nature” and one „whose life is based on faith”. Hence man can „on the wings of reason and faith rise to contemplating the truth”. Both these ways are ways of the truth concerning the existing reality; be it natural or supernatural. When a man recognises and lives through them both they can show him the ultimate meaning of life.

In this article, we apply two mathematical tools, namely the first integral method and the rational (G'/G)-expansion method to construct the exact solutions with parameters of the nonlinear Biswas-Milovic equation with dual-power law nonlinearity. When these parameters take special values, the solitary wave solutions are derived from the exact solutions. We compare between the results yielding from these integration tools. A comparison between our results in this paper and the well-known results is also given.

The paper aims to review main approaches in research on educational inequalities, focusing mainly on quantitative studies of social structure. The review starts with a discussion of the 'status attainment school' developed in nineteen sixties, followed by 'educational transition approach' and empirical generalizations proposed in nineteen nineties, namely 'maximally maintained inequality', 'effectively maintained inequality' and rational choice theory. The article shows how the concept of educational process has been redefined in these perspectives, what research questions have been asked and what types of statistical techniques have been used. Such comparison leads to the conclusion that changes in research strategies in the past five decades evolved towards more valid and detailed models which were better fitted to actual educational paths. Nevertheless they can be still seen as rather crude research patterns. Their application in the context of differentiation of educational institutions can seriously limit possibilities of asking new questions concerning educational stratification.
Celem artykułu jest prezentacja najważniejszych podejść do badania nierówności edukacyjnych, ograniczona do prac mieszczących się w paradygmacie ilościowych badań nad strukturą społeczną. Przegląd nurtów i opisanie założeń szkoły osiągania statusu rozwijanej w latach sześćdziesiątych XX wieku, następnie podejście określane mianem „przejść edukacyjnych”, potem stanowiska rozwijane w latach dziewięćdziesiątych: „maksymalnie utrzymujących się nierówności”, „skutecznie utrzymujących się nierówności” oraz teorii racjonalnego wyboru. Tekst pokazuje zmiany w definiowaniu procesu edukacyjnego, w stawianych pytaniach badawczych i w technikach analitycznych. Analiza prowadzi do wniosku, że modele osiągnięć edukacyjnych stają się coraz lepiej dopasowane do rzeczywistego przebiegu karier szkolnych. Nadal jednak są to schematy uproszczone, które w warunkach zróżnicowania instytucji edukacyjnych mogą ograniczać możliwość stawiania nowych pytań o stratyfikację edukacyjną.

Opis:
The aim of the article is to point out the specifics caused by the way of realization of scientific and technological development in the food industry. The contribution deals with the consideration of specifying the challenges that the food industry is currently facing. It also points to the impact on food security in the Slovak Republic. The subject of the research was the Faculty of Chemical and Food Technology of the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava. The strengths of this faculty are the great opportunity and space for the implementation of digital transformation in accordance with the Fourth Technology Revolution, and which will bring a number of new technological changes and knowledge.
