Opis:
W pracy określono koszty zagospodarowania pulpy pofermentacyjnej z biogazowni metodą odzysku R10 (do celów nawozowych w rolnictwie). Stwierdzono, że ze względu na obecną klasyfikację pofermentu jako potencjalnie niebezpiecznego odpadu (jak np. osadów ściekowych) koszty analiz glebowych mogą być nawet wyższe niż samego rozwożenia pulpy. Omówiono bardzo istotne zmiany dotyczące zmniejszenia kosztów zagospodarowania pofermentu wg projektu zmiany ustawy o nawozach i nawożeniu. Zmiany te nie będą jednak dotyczyć biogazowni odpadowych.
The study defines the management costs of digested pulp from biogas plant with usage of recovery method R10 (for manurial purposes in agriculture). It has been stated that because of present digestate classification as a waste potentially dangerous for environment (i.e. sewage sludge) the costs of soil analysis can be higher than costs of pulp transportation. Very important changes concerning cost decrease of digestate management according to the modification project of the law about fertilizers and fertilization have been discussed. However these changes will not refer to the waste biogas plants.

Jednym z zasadniczych wymagań przy prowadzeniu biogazowni rolniczej jest prawidłowa gospodarka produktem ubocznym powstającym przy wytwarzaniu biogazu, czyli pofermentem. Regulacje prawne stanowił swojego rodzaju barierę przy wykorzystywaniu tego substratu jako nawozu w rolnictwie. W pracy omówiono kilka podstawowych możliwości zagospodarowania produktu działalności biogazowni.
The correct biogas byproduct management digestate - is one of the essential requirements for keeping an agricultural biogas plant. Law regulations are a kind of barrier to the use of this substrate as fertilizer in agriculture. The paper discusses some basic capabilities of the product development activities of the plant.

Opis:
Bremsstrahlung has an important place in the field of experimental physics, especially for description of photon-matter interaction and for characterization and analysis of materials. Bremsstrahlung photon is created by a high-energy electron, deflected in the electric field of atomic nucleus. Bremsstrahlung is also important for experimental studies, not only in the field of nuclear physics and particle physics but also in the fields of solid state physics, applied physics and astrophysics. In recent years, Monte Carlo simulation has become a widely used method for calculations related to bremsstrahlung. On the other hand, predictions by using artificial neural network can be performed with high accuracy. This study aims at observing variation in the photon flux as unction of target thickness and at processing output data by using an artificial neural network. We achieved a high degree of compatibility between two different methods. This study suggests that artificial neural network is a powerful tool for prediction of Bremsstrahlung and for other scientific problems.

Competition is an indispensable element of business activity; it is also the engine of technological progress and development of industries, regions and countries. However, the ties that are established between entities in the economic reality do not only take the form of competition. This approach has become particularly important in the last fifty years, in the conditions of progressive globalisation, the development of information technologies and the growing role of innovation as a key success factor in business. Paradoxically, the increase in the intensity of competition has led to a greater interest in relationships in which cooperation is intertwined with competition. Recent popularity of the cluster concept indicates that business entities are interested in the phenomenon of simultaneous cooperation and competition as an effective business strategy. The aim of this article is to answer the question whether it is possible to assume that clusters play a positive role in the development of industries. The research presented in the article is qualitative and is based on literature studies. The first part of the article presents the industry as a meso-economic research unit. The authors consider a cluster as an element of industry’s operation. The most important benefits of cluster operations are indicated. In the light of the literature studies presented, it can be concluded that a positive impact of clusters on the industry does exist, but the definition of boundary conditions, which must be met in order for these effects to be realistically felt, requires further research.
Rywalizacja jest nieodzownym elementem działalności przedsiębiorstw; stanowi także motor postępu technologicznego oraz rozwoju branż, regionów i państw. Jednakże więzi, jakie nawiązywane są pomiędzy podmiotami w rzeczywistości gospodarczej nie przybierają wyłącznie formy konkurencji. Podejście to stało się szczególnie istotne w ostatnich pięćdziesięciu latach, w warunkach postępującej globalizacji, rozwoju technologii informacyjnych oraz rosnącej roli innowacji jako kluczowego czynnika sukcesu w działalności gospodarczej. Paradoksalnie wzrost natężenia rywalizacji doprowadził do wzrostu zainteresowania relacjami, w których partnerstwo przeplata się z konkurencją. Jednym z przejawów zainteresowania podmiotów gospodarczych zjawiskiem jednoczesnej kooperacji i rywalizacji, jako skutecznej postawy strategicznej, jest rozwój koncepcji klastrów. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest odpowiedź na pytanie, czy istnieją przesłanki pozwalające założyć, że klastry odgrywają pozytywną rolę w rozwoju branż. Przedstawione w artykule badania mają charakter badań jakościowych, wtórnych i polegają na studiach literaturowych.  W pierwszej części artykułu przedstawiono branżę jako mezoekonomiczną jednostkę badawczą. W dalszej kolejności w rozważaniach skoncentrowano się na klastrze jako elemencie funkcjonowania branży. Następnie wskazano najważniejsze korzyści płynące z działalności klastrów. W świetle przeprowadzonych studiów literaturowych można uznać, że wpływ klastrów na branżę istnieje, jednak określenie warunków brzegowych, jakie muszą zostać spełnione, aby skutki te były realnie odczuwalne, wymaga dalszych badań.

Bragg-case synchrotron double-crystal images of stacking faults were studied in a slab prepared from a synthetic diamond of a good quality. The images of stacking faults in topographs taken on the tails of the rocking curve exhibited well pronounced interference fringes. The fringes were strongly dependent on the angular setting and they were less spaced further from the maximum. The experimental images were compared with those theoretically predicted from an application of plane-wave dynamical theory. A reasonably good correspondence between theoretical and experimental images was obtained. The theoretical images of stacking faults were dependent on the type of stacking fault, producing some difference in the first fringe.

Opis:
Bragg-case synchrotron section topographs were studied in parallel slabs cut from a synthetic diamond of a good quality. The topographs revealed the Pendellösung fringes and images of dislocations and other defects containing several fringe systems. The experiment provided the opportunity for studying of the theoretical dislocation images obtained by numerical integration of the Takagi-Taupin equations. A program employing a variable step of integration in the Bragg-case has been presented. The influence of the finite slit width and of the limited beam divergence on the theoretical images is also discussed.

Opis:
The influence of uniaxial stretching on the molecular structure of poly(3-alkylthiophenes) was studied with the use of X-ray diffraction. Three poly(3-alkylthiophenes), namely these containing n-hexyl, n-octyl and n-decyl groups, were investigated. The samples were oriented by stretching and the diffraction patterns for two geometries of scattering were obtained for undoped samples. The comparison of experimental diffraction data for unoriented and oriented samples, gives information about the role of the side chains in the changes of molecular conformation induced by stretching of the polymer sample. The main conclusion of our work is that the process of orientation induces similar phenomena in all samples studied, but the structural and conformation changes depend on the side chain length: the shorter the alkyl substituent, the easier the straightening of the main polymer chain. The authors suggest that uniaxial stretching of poly(3-alkylthiophenes) changes the degree of main chain planarity. This effect can influence the π-conjugation in polymer system, which may have great importance for any future application of poly(3-alkylthiophenes).

The potentials vanishing asymptotically as Lenz potentials are considered and an exact method of calculating of the scattering lengths for them is presented. This method is especially useful for Buckingham polarization potential. Formulae obtained in this report are the generalization of those derived in the previous paper for the inverse power potentials.
