    Opis:
    The article is an attempt to apply the theoretical and analytical tools derived from ecocriticism and the environmental studies, in the analyses of the literature of the Holocaust. The author proposes a thesis that a full recognition of the role of non-human factors (non-humans), such as nature, landscape, climate, plants and animals became only possible after the anthropocentric paradigm in the humanities have been overcome and a new, supra-species kind of “agency”—elaborated from the theory of Brunon Latour—became widespread. The principal part of the essay contains the analyses of the role of landscape, organic and inorganic nature in the autobiographical prose of Piotr Rawicz, Henryk Grynberg and Wilhelm Dichter. In all of the studied writings nature assumes the function of an ethical subject and additionally the role of anti-historical narration.

    L’objectif de l’article est de questionner, dans une approche comparative, le lien entre la mémoire et l’espace dans les récits autobiographiques et testimoniaux d’Anna Langfus, Bruno Durocher et Piotr Rawicz. Dans leurs textes, l’espace s’érige en un des moyens de faire travailler la mémoire et aborder le passé. Il s’agit d’un côté d’une dimension extérieure, dépendante des décisions épistémiques du sujet parlant. Avec ses frontières bien délimitées, l’espace prend soit la forme d’un refuge, d’un « chez moi », soit, au contraire, il devient hostile et menaçant. La deuxième dimension n’opère ni frontières, ni topologies, mais résulte de la découverte de l’animalité de l’homme. Poussée à l’extrême, elle aboutit à une symbiose parfaite ou à une « indiscernabilité » entre le sujet et le lieu. Ainsi, combinant les approches autobiographiques/testimoniales et les perspectives spatiales/territoriales, l’article démontre-t-il le caractère spatial de l’expérience humaine et de la mémoire.
    The paper aims at describing and interpreting in comparative approach the works of three Polish‐French writers: Anna Langfus, Bruno Durocher et Piotr Rawicz. I follow the authors of What Is Philosophy in believing that “thinking takes place in the relationship of territory and the earth”. Therefore, my analysis is structured with the Deleuzian notion of territory and demonstrates how memory of wartime is anchored in the geographical and imaginary spaces. On the one hand, it is an external dimension which depends on the epistemic decisions of the subject. With its well-defined borders, the space is represented as a refuge, an “at home”, or, on the contrary, it becomes hostile and threatening. On the other hand, the space is represented as a territory and results from the discovery of the animal nature of man. Combining autobiographical/testimonial approaches and spatial/territorial perspectives, the article demonstrates the spatial character of human experience and memory.

    Piotr Rawicz, francuskojęzyczny pisarz o polsko-żydowskich korzeniach, pozostawił po sobie niedostępne dotąd dla szerszego grona odbiorców Zeszyty – obszerny dziennik, który autor przez lata przepisywał. Efektem tego zabiegu jest tekst, w którym nakładają się na siebie dwie perspektywy diarystycznego „pisania siebie”. Autoterapeutyczna, „zbawcza” praktyka piśmiennicza odsłania mechanizmy radzenia sobie z traumą – doświadczeniem niepoddającym się symbolicznej reprezentacji. Celem artykułu będzie analiza związków między performatywnym aktem pisania a pamięcią traumatyczną.
    Piotr Rawicz, a French-speaking writer of Polish-Jewish origins, left behind him "Zeszty" - an unique diary, containing a huge collection of notes, writings and poems, which over the years were all rewritten by the author. "Zeszyty" is a kind of overlapping “double text” in which two perspectives of creating the author's identity are presented. Autotherapy based on writing practice reveals mechanisms of working through a post-war trauma – an experience which undergoes symbolic representation. The aim of the article is to analyze Rawicz’s text and the relations between the performative act of writing and traumatic memory.

Osobną uwagę poświęcono ekslibrisom graficznym, w Tym zwłaszcza unikatowym dziełom związanym z anonimowym bibliofilem herbu Rawicz, Oraz ekslibrisom odbijanym bezpośrednio na kartach ksiąg.
    This article reports on a set of remarks on the characteristic types of private ownership marks that are to be fund in the incunabula currently held in the collection of old and rare books at Poznań University Library. The marks of ownership are analyzed and positioned against the cultural phenomena of the late Middle Ages and early decades of Renaissance in Europe and Poland. First, the hand-painted bookplate (the earliest form of book plates) is discussed. This analysis is then followed by descriptions of the sketched altar model (bookplate depicting an altar) with the coat-of-arms of the donator pasted into a book as an object of devotion and, presumably, a proper mark of ownership, then the so-called clasp hasp bookplate (in German language: Schließen-Exlibris), placed on the hasp of the clasp on the binding. Finally, names inscribed on the inside front cover of a book that indicated its owner or owners, and individual family crests placed on title pages are discussed. Separate attention is given to graphical bookplates, in particular to unique pieces of ornamentation that relate to the anonymous book collector with the exhibited noble Rawicz coat of arms, as well as to book plates imprinted directly onto pages of books.
