Opis:
The first part of this article presents methodological assumptions for the construction of the overall equipment effectiveness index (oee). Further, the shortened technological process of the product is presented and the analysis of losses in the context of the causes of machine downtime and the type of non-conformity of the products is made. The last part presents the results of the diagnosis in the scope of monitoring and analysis of the total efficiency index of equipment (oee) carried out on an exemplary production line of doors and proposes comprehensive improvement actions in order to improve the unsatisfactory condition of the machinery stock use efficiency.

Opis:
CM is a globally renowned machine, designed to work as a mass production technology for underground coal. Different major coal producers across the globe are using this technology for decades to produce underground coal efficiently. India is also one of the major players globally in the arena of coal production and adopted this cutting edge technology since last decade by implementing at. few of the selective underground coal mining projects. Performance of CM technology is influenced by the geo-mining condition, fleets of other ancillary units and reliability of subsystems while implementation of this system depends largely on the extent of reserve. These aspects generate a scope of large scale research and development in this field. Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is the parameter to benchmark the equipment performance globally. OEE is the product of equipment availability, performance and product quality. This mining machine based paper focuses on the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of the complete CM based operation to identify the vulnerable systems, which helps to design proper preventive maintenance programme. The CM based system is divided into few subsystems, such as; electrical, cutter, gathering arrangement, traction, hydraulic, chassis, feeder breaker, shuttle car, CM conveyor and out-bye conveyor. The downtime data used for this analysis is collected from an underground coal mine situated in the central part of India, belongs to one leading coal producing company of the country. From analysis it was found that, electrical systems and conveyors are among most vulnerable systems and deserves more care during maintenance. On the basis of these results recommendations are made to redesign the Preventive Maintenance Programme, in order to avoid the lower availability as well as lower OEE.

The inherent aspect of assessing the effectiveness of improvement activities in enterprises is building a system for measuring performance, hence using a variety of measures and indicators. These measures are used to evaluate key activities carried out in various functional areas of the company and indicate their effectiveness in relation to the objectives of the organization. One of the measures most widely used in enterprises assessment of the efficiency of the maintenance, production and logistics is the efficiency of production equipment - OEE. The literature on OEE indicates the spectrum of its applications. It is used both as a operational efficiency measurement as well as a guide for managers for building internal cooperation between maintenance, production and logistics as well as initiating actions to increase the effective use of management at the disposal of production equipment. The purpose of this article is to show the possibilities of improving efficiency of production equipment working in the painting facility. Article consists of five chapters. The second chapter on the basis of the literature points indicators of efficiency used in enterprises concerning its equipment. The third chapter describes the production line, the analysis of OEE and defines the main problems. Section four – improvement actions and assessment of their impact on the value of the OEE. The fifth chapter is a summary and conclusions.

The chapter presents the results of utilization of the OEE indicator to measure the level of operating time usage of sewing machine production of air bags. The idea of an OEE indictor, which is a key metrics in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program, is presented. The goals and benefits of its calculation are included. The research object – KL 110 air bags sewing machine - what for the machine is used. The calculation of TPM indicators for the analysed machine is presented. The calculation of TPM indicators was undertaken over a period of six months of the machine’s working time. It was indicated that the overall effectiveness of the machine is at a level of 65,7%, the time losses were 34,3%. Most of the losses were related to low performance. Only Availability indicator reaches a word class level, if other indicators such as Performance, Quality and OEE should be improved, their value should be increased. Activities to improve the effectiveness of the machine utilization were determined.

W turbulentnym otoczeniu konieczne jest stałe dokonywanie zmian w systemie zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem w celu dostosowania metod zarządzania do tych zmian. Dotyczy to także zmian w metodach zarządzania eksploatacją środków trwałych. W oparciu o doświadczenia japońskie i amerykańskie ukształtowała się teoria obsługiwania od obsługiwania prewencyjnego do "najlepszych praktyk" w ramach koncepcji biznesowej strategii zarządzania eksploatacją.
In turbulent environment it is necessary permanently to make changes in enterprise management system in order to adjust methods to the changes, what also causes changes in asset operation management. Based on Japanese and American experiences it was formed maintenance theory - from preventive maintenance to "best practices" - within the framework of business concept of operation management strategy.
