Misselling jest sprzedażą nieuczciwą, która ma na celu wprowadzenie konsumenta w błąd. Zjawisko to jest tożsame z nieetycznym, a nawet wątpliwym pod względem prawnym oferowaniem produktów finansowych oraz z ich nieetyczną sprzedażą. Misselling można dostrzec zarówno na etapie działań marketingowych, np. w reklamach pomijających istotne fakty dotyczące produktu, ale także przy bezpośrednim kontakcie z klientem pracownika rynku finansowego, np. poprzez nieinformowanie o ważnych elementach charakteryzujących produkt. Głównym celem artykułu jest weryfikacja występowania zjawiska missellingu w sprzedaży oraz obsłudze ubezpieczeń działu I, które nie dotyczą ubezpieczeń na życie z UFK. Analizie poddano cztery skargi skierowane do Rzecznika Finansowego z lat 2017 oraz 2018, w których poruszony został problem wprowadzenia w błąd klientów zakładów ubezpieczeń. Na ich przykładzie dostrzeżono problem nieuczciwej sprzedaży i wykorzystywania przewagi informacyjnej przez sprzedających ubezpieczenia.
Mis-selling is an unfair sale that aims to misinform consumers. The phenomenon is identical with unethical, even dubious in legal terms, offering and selling of financial products. It can be seen in marketing activities, for example in advertisements which ignore important facts about a product, as well as in direct contact of a financial market employee with a client. It may mean not informing about important elements characterizing a product or its real construction, it may be reflected in incorrect presentation of insurance scope or suggestions connected to capital placement. The main aim of the article is to verify the phenomenon of mis-selling in the sale and service of life insurance, which does not include life insurance with an insurance capital fund. Six complaints addressed to the Financial Ombudsman from 2017 and 2018 were analyzed, in which an issue of misinforming consumers of insurance companies was raised. Their example showed the problem of unfair sales and usage of information advantage by insurance sellers.

Holsteinian fluvial deposits in the Samica River valley in eastern Poland have been studied, in an approximately 12-m-thick succession filling palaeochannels and comprising sandy channel facies succeeded by a package of gyttja, peat and silt deposited in oxbow. Channel belts including palaeochannel fills cut into outwash sands and are overlain by diamictic sands reworked by solifluction under periglacial conditions. Sedimentological and palynological investigations in combination allowed the recognition of glacial and interglacial deposits. The channel belt was formed by a typical sand-bed, meandering river with deposition controlled by abundant point bars. The sedimentary evolution of the Samica valley is interpreted in the context of the glacial-interglacial cycle. Valley-scale erosion and change of river style from braided to meandering occurred coevally with the decay of an ice sheet (deglaciation) and the main phase of meandering river sedimentation is attributed to latest Elsterian and early Holsteinian. The next part of the interglacial, from pioneer stage to established temperate conditions, is recorded in a biogenic oxbow-lake fill. The succession studied has been compared with published data on the European fluvial deposits of Middle Pleistocene interglacials. It is pointed out here that river channel patterns in western and eastern Europe differed. Based on this observation, some general hypotheses regarding the continental-scale climatic distinctness are put forward.

Vistulian climatic changes are recorded in various sedimentary environments of central Poland, both in the extraglacial zone of the last glaciation and also in the area occupied by the last Scandinavian Ice Sheet, being reflected by palaeobotanical, palaeozoological, sedimentological and geochronological data. The most pronounced morphogenetic processes are linked to a glacial succession in the northern part of the study area, referred to the Upper Plenivistulian. For most of the study area, located in the extraglacial zone, the climatic changes are reconstructed from lake-bog, fluvial, slope and aeolian sedimentary successions. In central Poland, no site has been documented so far where there would be a continuous biogenic record through the whole Vistulian. Environmental changes recorded through the Vistulian include temperature, vegetation and the dynamics of morphogenetic processes, and sedimentary environments most useful for assessing changes occurring at that time may be indicated. The Early Vistulian is best recognized within biogenic deposits, as in the older part of Plenivistulian. The conditions in the earlier part of the Plenivistulian are best reported from fluvial and slope deposits with evidence of permafrost and of glacial conditions, though only in the northern part of the study area. Changing conditions of the Late Vistulian are expressed via well-documented morphogenetic processes occurring in all (except glacial) sedimentary environments, lake-bog and aeolian environments providing the most complete information about the nature of this period. Most of the Vistulian deposits reflect cold periods. There is a distinctive increase in periglacial impacts throughout the Plenivistulian with the apogee during the Upper Plenivistulian and interstadial warmings did not influence this trend. Each sedimentary environment provides significant data about the climate evolution, and processes playing a leading role vary according to the Vistulian stratigraphic unit. The consolidation of findings from regional research has provided new directions for further interdisciplinary studies.

The rigorous numerical analysis of the surface photovoltage (SPV) versus excitation UV-light intensity (Φ), from 104 to 1020 photon/(cm2s) in a metal/insulator/n-GaN structure with a negative gate voltage (VG = –2 V) was performed using a finite element method. In the simulations we assumed a continuous U-shape density distribution function Dit(E) of the interface states and n-type doping concentration ND = 1016 cm–3. The SPV signal was calculated and compared in three different characteristic regions at the interface, namely i) under the gate centre, ii) near the gate edge and iii) between the gate and ohmic contact. We attributed the differences in SPV(Φ) dependences to the influence of the interface states in terms of the initial band bending and interface recombination controlled by the gate bias. The obtained results are useful for the design of GaN-based UV-radiation photodetectors.

The occurrence and spreading of online mis-information and dis-information is a phenomenon that adversely affects various areas of social and political life on a global scale. At the transnational (especially European) level, regulatory mechanisms are currently being sought, which would be able to limit their occurrence or easy distribution through online space - or possibly to enable an individual to build up a defence against their influence. Defensive instruments are designed specifically at the educational level. In Slovakia, the issue is currently being given more attention in the context of school education in connection with initiatives of the teachers and institutions that create educational projects and campaigns as well as methodological tools for the implementation of the topic in education (cf. Kačinová, 2018). However, these should be supported by a compulsory curriculum, specific educational topics and educational objectives. The present study examines the situation in Slovakia with focus on the lower secondary and upper (complete) secondary general education.

Opis:
Lacustrine sediments representing Marine Isotope Stage 11 (MIS 11) were found in Hermanów (SE Poland) in a present-day closed depression under a thin cover of Weichselian and Holocene deposits (1.4 m). These sediments filled a palaeolake created as a result of melting of a dead-ice block at the end of MIS 12. Geological research has excluded the presence of an ice sheet during MIS 12 in this area. The lobe of the ice sheet of this glaciation was located several kilometres to the west of Hermanów. The palaeolake was part of a larger palaeolakeland in southeastern Poland, formed during MIS 11. The palaeomorphology of this interglacial is evident in the contemporary relief of the area and the outline of the lakes corresponds to the pattern of the closed palaeodepressions. Based on the record of sediments from Hermanów, a new perspective regarding the sub-division of MIS 11 is presented. Two regressive phases are observed in the Holsteinian Interglacial (MIS 11c) - OHO and YHO. The subsequent substages with five cold fluctuations according to the newest stratigraphic standards should be assigned to MIS 11b with a very clear cooling and a slightly warmer MIS 11a. Carbon isotopic composition of organic matter corroborates geological and environmental analysis. The isotopic composition suggests two cooling periods: OHO and MIS 11b. Stable climatic conditions with little temperature fluctuations persisted between the cooling periods.

Petrographic analysis, including the indicator erratics count method of coarse pebbles (20–60 mm), was performed for the first subsurface layer of the glacial till in the vicinity of the city of Radom. Crystalline rocks comprise 60% of the sample, whereas carbonate and clastic sedimentary rocks total 18% and 15%, respectively. Among the crystalline rocks, 14% clasts were identified as indicator erratics. The majority of the indictor erratics originated from the Åland region (63%). Significant contributions were also derived from the central Baltic Basin (12%), Ångermanland (9%) and Uppland (9%) regions. Trace amounts are recorded from the northern Baltic, Dalarna and Småland regions. The spatial distribution of crystalline erratic source areas suggests material incorporation into an ice sheet mainly from central-eastern Fennoscandia. The indicator assemblage composition indicates the Odranian (MIS 6) origin of the till. The majority of the erratic sedimentary rocks were derived from the central and southern Baltic Basin while local rocks comprise a minor proportion. The relatively low carbonate clasts content indicates that the till was affected by partial decalcification resulting from post-depositional chemical weathering. This study supplements the results on erratic pebble provenance in the glacial tills of Middle Polish Glaciation Complex in Poland.

The palaeolake from Ossówka, eastern Poland, is an unusual example of basin, in which sedimentation lasted from the beginning of the Holsteinian through several climatic oscillations until the Early Saalian, i.e. over a period of ~70,000 years. This provides us with the opportunity of correlating the dynamically changing events on land with their potential equivalents in the marine profiles. Alkenone-based temperature reconstructions using Uk’37 are an unusual tool in this respect. Nevertheless, as a result, we successfully relate this pollen sequence to the changing SST (sea surface temperature) values in the colder phases of MIS 11. The bipartite Ferdinandovian Interglacial was previously correlated with the upper part of the Cromerian complex (MIS 13 and MlS 15). Having at our disposal limits in the SST alkenone-based record, we clearly identify the stratigraphic position of the second warm phase of MIS 15 and a small fragment of MIS 14. In our opinion, the Rhume Interglacial, identified in Germany, should be located within MIS 13. Using the available orbitally tuned chronology, we also give a substantial input to estimate duration of these terrestrial interglacials, indicating the starting and ending points of their equivalents in the alkenone records.

Modern organizations commonly use the strategy of a learning organization, and therefore operate with not only material resources, but also information resources. The collected data resources become the basis for generating business and management information. This database is maintained on various platforms using integrated BI (Business Intelligence) systems enabling knowledge to be generated through the data-mining mechanisms embedded in the artificial intelligence models. In this article, the authors focus on AI (Artificial Intelligence) models and systems based on ANN's (Artificial Neural Networks) and fuzzy set theory, which can be useful in solutions dedicated to supporting the complex management of modern organisations, and in particular the support of active functions (forecasting, planning and monitoring activities, as well as risk analysis and system effectiveness).

Artykuł przedstawia postępy i perspektywy polskiego robota chirurgicznego Robin Heart. Rozpoczęty w 2000 r. projekt wszedł w fazę przygotowań pierwszych produktów, które wejdą na salę operacyjną. Po pierwszych eksperymentach na zwierzętach robotów Robin Heart modeli 1,2,Vision oraz mc2 wiadomo, że robot toru wizyjnego spełnił wszystkie oczekiwania odbiorców. Trwa przygotowanie pierwszego modelu klinicznego robota: nowego modelu Robin Heart PortVisionAble, lekkiego, walizkowego robota toru wizyjnego. Przedstawiono model, konstrukcję i badania wstępne prototypu. Opracowywana jest technologia produkcji seryjnej i przygotowywany model do badań certyfikacyjnych.
The paper presents the achievements & perspectives, current state of works conducted by the FCSD team under the Robin Heart surgical robot project. The project, after series of animal and teleoperation experimentsentered the phase of preparation the first clinical robot model. Robin Heart Vision met the customers’ predictive expectations. The Robin Heart PortVisionAble will be prepared for robotic control of endoscope position/orientation with new functional robot’s properties (lightweight, mobile robot). Mass production technology is being developed. A robot for certification tests is being prepared.

The aim of this work is to present the final report, financed by the EU INCITE grant, development of the robot control system Robin Heart with the use of special 3D MEMS micro-sensors, to verify their following functions: 1) an easy control of robotic movement during operation using a micro joystick integrated with the laparoscopic tool 2) measuring the value and direction of force between the jaw of the laparoscopic tool and operated organ 3) tissue diagnostics during work using a 3D touch sensor placed in the front of the tool. Piezo-resistive silicon sensors have been designed and manufactured by the Hungarian company EK MFA. A prototype of a miniature motion sensor placed on the gripping part of the endoscopic tool to control the vision path robot was made. Sensory endoscopic tools were integrated with the ROBIN HEART robot and the Robin Hand motion unit as well as innovative mechatronic surgical tools with a panel informing about the measurement values of the force of tools and tissue. Researched prototype sensors have demonstrated their usefulness in the robot's force feedback system. The practicality of the application to assess the condition of the tissue and the strength of the endoscopic grasper clamp was confirmed. The work was carried out as a part of the EU INCITE project financed partly by NCBiR and NKFIA.
Celem pracy jest przedstawienie finalnego raportu finansowanego z projektu EU INCITE rozwoju projektu systemu sterowania robota Robin Heart z zastosowaniem specjalnych mikro-czujników 3D MEMS, dla weryfikacji ich następujących funkcji: 1) sterowanie robotem toru endoskopowego za pomocą mikro-dżojstika zintegrowanego z rękojeścią narzędzia laparoskopowego dla ergonomicznej manipulacji. 2) pomiar wartości i kierunku działania siły pomiędzy szczęką narzędzia laparoskopowego, a organem. 3) diagnostyki tkanek podczas pracy za pomocą czujnika dotykowego 3D umieszczonego w czołowej części narzędzia. Piezorezystancyjne sensory krzemowe zostały zaprojektowane i wykonane przez węgierską firmę EK MFA. Wykonany został prototyp miniaturowego zadajnika ruchu umieszczonego na części chwytowej narzędzia endoskopowego do sterowania robotem toru wizyjnego. Wykonano sensoryczne narzędzia endoskopowe zintegrowane z robotem ROBIN HEART i zadajnikiem ruchu Robin Hand oraz nowatorskie mechatroniczne narzędzia chirurgiczne z panelem informującym o wartości pomiarów siły oddziaływania narzędzi z tkanką. Zrealizowane badania prototypowych czujników wykazały ich użyteczność w układzie siłowego sprzężenia zwrotnego robota. Potwierdzono celowość aplikacji do oceny stanu tkanki i siły zacisku graspera endoskopowego. Praca została wykonana w ramach projektu EU INCITE finansowana częściowo przez NCBiR i NKFIA.

Celem pracy jest przedstawienie rozwoju projektu systemu sterowania robota Robin Heart z zastosowaniem specjalnych mikro--czujników 3D MEMS, dla weryfikacji ich następujących funkcji: 1) sterowanie robotem toru endoskopowego za pomocą mikro--dżojstika zintegrowanego z rękojeścią narzędzia laparoskopowego dla ergonomicznej manipulacji. 2) pomiar wartości i kierunku działania siły pomiędzy szczęką narzędzia laparoskopowego, a organem. 3) diagnostyki tkanek podczas pracy za pomocą czujnika dotykowego 3D umieszczonego w czołowej części narzędzia. Piezorezystancyjne sensory krzemowe zostały zaprojektowane i wykonane przez węgierską firmę EK MFA. Przeprowadzone zostały symulacje MES w celu określenia podstawowych parametrów mechanicznych czujnika. Czujniki zostały pokryte polimerem półprzewodnikowym PDMS (polidimetylosiloksan), następnie przeprowadzono badania wpływu powłoki elastycznej pod kątem czułości i czasu odpowiedzi. Zgodnie z wymaganiami medycznymi i funkcjonalnymi czujniki dodatkowo zostały pokryte biokompatybilnym elastycznym polimerem. Wykonany został prototyp miniaturowego zadajnika ruchu umieszczonego na części chwytowej narzędzia laparoskopowego. Przeprowadzone zostały testy polegające na orientacji robota w polu operacyjnym za pomocą trójosiowego czujnika siły. Przeprowadzono wstępne testy sensorycznego narzędzia laparoskopowego zintegrowanego z robotem ROBIN HEART i zadajnikiem ruchu Robin Hand. Zrealizowane badania prototypowych czujników wykazały ich użyteczność w układzie siłowego sprzężenia zwrotnego robota. Potwierdzono celowość aplikacji do oceny stanu tkanki i siły zacisku graspera laparoskopowego. Praca została wykonana w ramach projektu EU INCITE finansowana częściowo przez NCBiR.
The aim of this work is to demonstrate the applicability and functionality of the Robin Heart robot's control systems integrated with special MEMS based 3D force micro-sensors. Three different robot functions and corresponding detector devices are proposed: 1) Micro-joystick type actuator to be integrated in the hilt of the laparoscope to control easily robotic movement during operation. 2) 1D force sensor located inside the laparoscopic jaw to provide feedback to the surgeon by measuring the grasping strength and 3) 3D (vectorial) force/tactile sensor placed at the tip of the laparoscope which facilitates palpation for tissue diagnostics during operation. The silicon based piezoresistive sensors have been designed and prepared by micromachining technologies in the MEMS Laboratory of EK MFA (Budapest, Hungary). According to the medical and functional requirements the sensors were electro-mechanically integrated and covered by biocompatible elastic polymer (polydimethylsiloxane – PDMS) by BME (Budapest, Hungary). The device geometry was modelled by coupled finite element simulation to determine its expected performance. The effect of the elastic coverage was studied in terms of sensitivity and response time also. Preliminary test of the laparoscopic head equipped with MEMS sensors and integrated in the ROBIN HEART surgery robot system was performed by FRK (Zabrze, Poland). A model of the robot controller using a prototype of 3D force sensor has been also successfully tested during the tests of the functional robot. Studies of the prototypes of “smart” sensory laparoscopes have demonstrated their remarkable usefulness in force feedback robotic systems to recognize the state of tissue and to determine the clamping force of the grasper of surgical system. The international cooperation to develop “smart” laparoscope for robotic surgery was done in the frame of the ENIAC “INCITE” project No.621278 and partially financed by the ENIAC JU and the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBR - Poland) and National Research, Development and Innovation Fund (NKFIA – Hungary).

This paper presents a new approach to stratigraphy and palaeogeography of NW Ukraine. So far, the glacial landforms near the Rostan area have been interpreted as end moraines derived from the Saalian ice-sheet. Sedimentological and petrographic analyses conducted at the Rostan site shed new light on the dynamics and age of the ice-sheet that formed the examined glaciogenic forms. Sedimentological analysis of glacial deposits documented the sedimentary environment of a glaciofluvial fan deposited by the ice-sheet front characterised by varying dynamics, i.e. advancing, stationary and retreating. Petrographic analysis proved an older age of deposits, i.e. Elsterian, and not Saalian as interpreted so far. These results shed new light on palaeogeography and stratigraphy of this area. The occurrence of the Elsterian deposits on the surface gives evidence of the absence of younger – Saalian – glaciation in this area, which relates to the recently announced new approaches to palaeogeography and stratigraphy of neighbouring areas in eastern Poland.

The paper presents the parameters of MIS transistors with plasma deposited thin film aluminum oxide gate insulator. Al2O3 films were synthesized by means of the low-energy, low-temperature reactive pulse plasma (RPP) method. Investigated transistors, with channel width to length (W/L) ratios of 200/10 [žm/žm] and 200/20 [žm/žm] were manufactured in a standard microelectronic technological laboratory. In order to determine the most important parameters of produced devices there were measured their electrical characteristics. The distribution of the threshold voltage values was studied on a representative set of over two hundred structures.

Neste artigo, analisaremos os discursos dos movimentos latinos Con Mis Hijos No Te Metas (CMHNTM) e da Escola Sem Partido (ESP), que reivindicam a exclusão do debate de gênero e sexualidade da educação, com o intuito de identificarmos o combate à suposta “ideologia de gênero”. Em geral, conforme apontaremos no texto, um dos argumentos que sustenta essa perspectiva se fundamenta no que se chama de “ideologia de gênesis”, ligada a um “dispositivo da cis-heteronorma”. Perceberemos durante o trajeto do texto, como determinadas concepções religiosas alicerçam tais discursos de modo polarizado, maniqueísta e binarizante. Para tal, utilizamos como fontes documentais algumas narrativas destes movimentos colhidas da internet, bem como nos debruçamos em bibliografia especializada nestes assuntos. Especialmente, procuraremos dialogar com o conceito de dispositivo da sexualidade, bem como duas das grandes estratégias narrativas sobre a sexualidade contempladas por Foucault, que são: a socialização das condutas de procriação e a histerização do corpo da mulher, relativas ao controle sobre os corpos, a função social do sexo, e, em especial, o controle sobre o corpo da mulher. Consideramos que os dois movimentos representam e confrontam-se com a perspectiva de uma educação plural, crítica, libertária, democrática, inclusiva e emancipatória, o que justifica a importância deste artigo.
In this article, we analyze discourses from the Latin movements Con Mis Hijos No Te Metas (CMHNTM) and Escola Sem Partido (ESP), which claim to exclude the debate on gender and sexuality in education, in order to identify the fight against the supposed “ideology of gender". In general, as we pointed out in the text, one of the arguments that support this perspective is based on what is called the “genesis ideology”, linked to a “device of cis-heteronorm”. We will notice during the course of the text how certain religious conceptions underlie such discourses in a polarized, Manichean, and binarizing way. For this, we use as documentary sources some narratives of these movements collected from the internet, as well as we investigate specialized bibliography on these subjects. In particular, we will seek to dialogue with the concept of the device of sexuality, as well as two of the great narrative strategies on sexuality contemplated by Foucault, which are: the socialization of procreation behaviors and the hysterization of the woman's body, relating to control over bodies, the social function of sex, and, in particular, control over women's bodies. We consider that the two movements represent confront themselves with the perspective of a plural, critical, libertarian, democratic, inclusive, and emancipatory education, which justifies the importance of this article.
