    In this paper we would like to introduce our way of thinking about approaches to students in the term of e-learning use in the context of a multicultural society. We are focusing on the question of developing the information competencies in the environment of multicultural education. This paper also provides examples of good practice especially when teaching via e-learning platform, LMS Moodle, at the University of Žilina.

    In this paper we discuss the implementation of the LAMS Tool Contract to include Moodle learning activities within the highly visual context of the Learning Activity Management System (LAMS). We aim to show how learning tools, from different Learning Management Systems, (LMS) can be included in a visual learning design environment such LAMS using a common interface (LAMS Tool Contract). In addition, we present an example of tool interoperability where learning activities can be used in complex and sophisticated learning designs using LAMS.

    Projekt SP4CE (Partnerstwo strategiczne na rzecz kreatywności i przedsiębiorczości) jest odpowiedzią na potrzeby zidentyfikowane w komunikacie z Brugii w sprawie ściślejszej europejskiej współpracy w dziedzinie kształcenia i szkolenia zawodowego w latach 2011 - 2020. Do realizacji portalu SP4CE wykorzystano oprogramowanie WordPress i Moodle. WordPress wykorzystano m.in. do udostępnienia materiałów informacyjnych oraz szkoleniowych w pięciu językach partnerskich; angielskim, greckim, polskim, słowackim i wegierskim. Moodle umożliwia współpracę konsultantów, nauczycieli i studentów z wykorzystując koncepcję tzw. pokojów nauki (ang. Learning Room). W celu poznania środowiska LMS Moodle partnerom zaproponowano udział w szkoleniach MOOC. W artykule pokazano również wyniki ewaluacji platformy SP4CE przeprowadzone z wykorzystaniem dedykowanego pokoju nauki.
    The project SP4CE (Strategic Partnership for Creativity and Entrepreneurship) is a response to the needs identified in the Bruges Communiqué on enhanced European cooperation in vocational education and training for the period 2011 - 2020. In order to implement the portal SP4CE WordPress and Moodle have been used. WordPress provides information and training materials in five languages: English, Greek, Polish, Slovak and Hungarian. Moodle allows the collaboration of consultants, teachers and students using the concept of Learning Rooms. While there is a need to know better LMS Moodle taking part in 3 MOOCs was proposed to partners. The article shows the results of the evaluation of SP4CE platform and evaluation of Learning Rooms.

    The arrival of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) has brought about intense methodological restructuring in the participating countries. These changes, along with the development of ICT, are reshaping the Higher Education system. The emergence of advanced technological tools like the Moodle platform has altered the teaching-learning process at every educational cycle. This paper springs from the work undertaken as part of the ongoing project for Educational Excellence in collaboration with three Andalusia universities: Seville, Cadiz and Huelva. The study was entitled Tele-education Platforms for Virtual Instruction. Since work at the University of Huelva has taken into consideration the students at some point, and the University of Córdoba lacks research on this area, we decided to examine the role of the student at the University of Cordoba as side-work to the original project. To this purpose, we designed an instrument to determine the students’ rate of use, level of satisfaction and level of knowledge of the Moodle platform. Thus, with this paper we would like to emphasize the relevance of students as key elements in the education system, as recipients of the teaching process.

    Projekt SP4CE, czyli Partnerstwo Strategiczne na Rzecz Kreatywności i Przedsiębiorczości (ang. Strategic Partnership for Creativity and Entrepreneurship) jest odpowiedzią na potrzeby zidentyfikowane w komunikacie z Brugii w sprawie ściślejszej europejskiej współpracy w dziedzinie kształcenia i szkolenia zawodowego w latach 2011 - 2020. W projekcie zaprojektowano i uruchomiono portal SP4CE bazujący na oprogramowaniu WordPress i Moodle. WordPress wykorzystano głównie do udostępnienia materiałów informacyjnych oraz szkoleniowych dostępnych w pięciu językach partnerskich; angielskim, greckim, polskim, słowackim i węgierskim. Moodle umożliwia współpracę konsultantów, nauczycieli i studentów oraz współpracę międzyuczelnianą wykorzystując koncepcję tzw. pokojów nauki (ang. Learning Rooms). Przykładami wykorzystania platformy SP4CE są pokoje nauki wspierające m. in. proces przygotowania prac na konferencje naukowe, organizację warsztatów, prowadzenie projektów międzyuczelnianych, kół naukowych, prac dyplomowych, doktorskich itd.

Moodle allows the collaboration of consultants, teachers and students from different universities using the concept of Learning Rooms. An example of using the SP4CE platform, among others, can be the process of preparation of materials for the training conferences, workshops, intercollegiate projects, scientific circles' websites, diploma works, PhDs etc., and also the effects of these works.
