    Opis:
    A general model of the equations of generalized thermo-microstretch for an infinite space weakened by a finite linear opening mode-I crack is solved. Considered material is the homogeneous isotropic elastic half space. The crack is subjected to a prescribed temperature and stress distribution. The formulation is applied to generalized thermoelasticity theories, using mathematical analysis with the purview of the Lord-Şhulman (involving one relaxation time) and Green-Lindsay (includes two relaxation times) theories with respect to the classical dynamical coupled theory (CD). The harmonic wave method has been used to obtain the exact expression for normal displacement, normal stress force, coupled stresses, microstress and temperature distribution. Variations of the considered fields with the horizontal distance are explained graphically. A comparison is also made between the three theories and for different depths for the case of copper crystal.

    Zgodnie z teorią osobowości zawodowej J.L. Hollanda istnieje sześć typów osobowości zawodowej i sześć odpowiadających im modeli środowiska pracy, a typ osobowości człowieka powinien być zgodny z modelem środowiska. W artykule zaprezentowano wyniki badania profilu osobowości zawodowej ponad 300 studentów rachunkowości Uniwersytetu Łódzkiego. Okazało się, że dominuje wśród nich zdecydowanie typ konwencjonalny. Autorzy dowodzą, że ten typ osobowości ma cechy, predyspozycje i preferencje, które są zupełnie nieadekwatne do wymogów współczesnego systemu rachunkowości.
    As per J. L. Holland’s occupational personality theory, six types of occupational personality exist with which six models of the work environment are matched. An individual’s personality type should be compliant with the model of the environment. In the article, research on occupational personality of over 300 students studying accounting at the University of Lodz has been presented. It emerged that the conventional personality type dominates among the examined students. The authors argue that the mentioned personality type has attributes, predispositions and preferences which completely do not fit the current accounting system.

    The paper address an issue related to the indicators and mechanisms of transition from one stage of education to another in the context of L.S. Vygotsky’s cultural-historical theory. On the basis of an analysis of the cultural-historical theory and its respective pedagogical practice it can be inferred that the realization of the process of education, constructed in the logic of the development of “sense-meaning” relationship, enables formation of the value sphere of will in children, which becomes reflected in the level and quality of the learners’ developing awareness. The specificity of the construction of such education prompts the purposeful and directed development of an individual’s imagination at different ages. The presented specific traits of the development of imagination at different stages of childhood and the described respective features of educational curricula construction are aimed at the creation of conditions for the development of the sphere of sense.

In this paper I propose to consider an idea that playing is one of the best ways to achieve reduction of the level of uncertainty.     Article presents a proposition of using quantified model defining a level of enterprise growth according to L. E. Greiner’s Enterprise Growth Stages Theory as an attempt of practical use of mentioned theory in Management Practice Discipline. This model defines critical areas of enterprise growth, defining their target condition in next stages of growth, which in turn allows to manage this process consciously.
    W pracy przedstawiono propozycję kwantyfikacji modelu określającego poziom rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa zgodnie z teorią etapów rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa L. E. Greinera jako próby praktycznego wykorzystania teorii w praktyce zarządczej. Model określa krytyczne dla rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa obszary działalności definiując ich docelowy stan w kolejnych etapach rozwojowych, co w konsekwencji pozwala na objęcie ich procesem świadomego zarządzania.
